Abstract

The development of tourist villages is an effective way for the growth and development of the rural economy which has an impact on increasing people's welfare. This research aims to make a baseline survey in the development of Api-Api Tourism Village, Bangun Mulya Tourism Village, and Rozeline Flower Park. The method used for this research is qualitative with data triangulation with respect to data sources in verifying/re-examining existing research data, using a Participation Action Research (PAR) approach including baseline surveys, documentation, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). . The data collected was then analyzed by assessing the feasibility study of the tourism business through 7 ADWI assessment categories. The result of this program is the feasibility of the Tourism Village in North Penajam Paser based on the survey (Baseline Survey) that has been conducted. The results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) 3 places in North Penajam Paser namely Api-Api Village, Bangun Mulya Village and Rozeline Flower Park have the potential to be developed to become tourist villages and tourist attractions, but need attention, assistance and guidance from the government as well as academics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan explanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan, (2) pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, (3) pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan (4) motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan restoran di kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Disain yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah desain penelitian kausal. Subjek dalam penelitan ini adalah seluruh peserta pelatihan peningkatan sumberdaya manusia dalam sektor Restoran dan Rumah Makan di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat dan objeknya adalah pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian akan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan secara cross-sectional, teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Responden adalah karyawan Rumah makan dan restoran di Kabupaten Bogor yang mengikuti pelatihan. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis data adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, serta regresi linier sederhana, menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 21 for window (Pramesti,2013:37 – 66). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi karyawan usaha rumah makan dan restoran adalah sangat kecil dengan nilai sebesar 2.5%. Dan pelatihan tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi karyawan usaha/rumah makan di kabupaten Bogor (0.359 > 5%,), sedangkan pelatihan terhadap produktifitas karyawan usaha rumah makan dan restoran adalah dengan nilai sebesar 2.1%. Pelatihan tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi produktifitas karyawan usaha/rumah makan di kabupaten Bogor (0.979 > 5%,), Kontribusi pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 84.3% dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 5%, hal ini berarti varibel motivasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja. Yang paling berpengaruh antara pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan adalah variabel motivasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dalam persamaan Y = 0.005 X1 + 0.953 X2 + 0.233, yang berarti jika terjadi perubahan pada variabel motivasi sebesar 1 (satu) kali tanpa perubahan variabel pelatihan (yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan (0.005)) maka terjadi perubahan pada produktifitas kerja sebesar 0.953 bagi karyawan usaha/rumah makan di kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the problem of tourism development in the Cendrawasih Bay National Park through the formulation of alternative tourism development policies for the Wondama Bay Regency. To formulate an alternative policy, it uses two stages. The first stage uses logical argumentation method based on system thinking or system thinking which is expressed by the Causal Loop Diagram (CLD). In the second phase, a policy research is conducted which aims to propose alternative policies related to local tourism development, especially in the focus that has been chosen in the first phase. This study is qualitative, with data collection techniques used are through field observation, in-depth interviews with predetermined informants. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through literature study of sources that have relevance to the focus of the study. The results of the study show that from the two stages of this research, the management that has been more focused by the central government has not involved local communities and local governments. Management by the central government is the culmination of the iceberg phenomenon, where from the existing problem traced through the system thinking method which is explained in the CLD, it is known that the management by the central government has an impact on the level of involvement of the lesser community. Managing collaboration between stakeholders, budget allocation policies, increasing promotion and developing tourism destinations in Teluk Wondama Regency is a short-term solution to solve these problems. Furthermore, the intervention policy for the development of tourist destinations in Teluk Wondama Regency was analyzed in stage II. Based on aspects that affect tourism development policies that want to be achieved measured through the policy selection criteria that have been determined, then the alternative policy options offered are Development of Tourist Attraction to improve product quality and competitiveness in attracting the interest and loyalty of existing market segments because according to the needs of tourists for travel and economic needs of the community, this alternative policy can represent both parties, here another, with the existence of new tourist objects in the land area, the local government of Teluk Wondama Regency can attract retribution from tourists to patch locally-generated revenue.

Abstract

The rapid growth of tourism as both activity and its economic is getting more competitive, interconnected, focused, rapidly evolving. As people travel to and from all parts of the world seeking a variety of experiences and they have the right to expect professional services from the accommodation they choose. In this research, researchers will measure how perceived hotel quality will affect loyalty intentions of the hotel guest of Luminor Hotel Pecenongan. The sample was purposive non-probability sampling. The respondents are 100 hotel guests. The collected data will be processed by SPSS software. The result indicates that generation X is value-centered in building loyalty and place more focus on facilities and convenience. Whereas, generation Y exhibits both value and quality on room and service and convenience. The investigation shed light on future research in tourism and hospitality to study the characteristic of current generation. The particular objectives are to identify attribute-based hotel quality and execute performance improvement areas for each generation in Luminor Hotel Pecenongan. This study supports theory on generational behaviors and provides managerial insights to Luminor Hotel Pecenongan.

Abstract

Tourism sector is considered to have a very important role in order to increasing the national income, as well as to leveraging people welfare on the local area. Unfortunately, tourism is also considered as one sector that have a very large environmental damage, associated with the development of a variety of basic infrastructure such as resorts, hotels and roads. Therefore, the trend of future tourism development is sustainable tourism. The problem is, sustainable tourism in various regions always bumping to the funding issue. Therefore, by using descriptive analysis of regulation, the potential of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) more in-depth analysis as well drafted policy recommendations related to the preparation of DAK of Tourism as one of the sources of funding sustainable tourism in the region in the future. Sektor pariwisata selama ini dianggap memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan devisa nasional, sekaligus menyejahterakan masyarakat di daerah. Sayangnya, pariwisata juga dianggap sebagai salah satu sektor yang menyumbang kerusakan lingkungan yang sangat besar terkait dengan upaya pembangunan berbagai infrastruktur dasar seperti resort, hotel dan jalan. Karenanya, tren pengembangan pariwisata ke depan adalah pariwisata yang sadar lingkungan (sustainable tourism). Permasalahannya, sustainable tourism di berbagai daerah selelu terbentur kepada persoalan pendanaan. Karenanya, dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif regulasi, potensi Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dianalisis lebih mendalam sekaligus disusun rekomendasi kebijakan terkait penyusuna DAK Kepariwisataan sebagai salah satu sumber pendanaan sustainable tourism di daerah ke depannya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using the Marriott Bonvoy mobile application on guest satisfaction at the Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a simple regression analysis method. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires using probability sampling techniques. The population in this study was 34,304 people, with a sample using the Slovin formula of 395 respondents. The research results show that the use of the Marriott Bonvoy mobile application at the Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers has a significant positive impact on guest satisfaction. This is because using the Marriott Bonvoy mobile application can facilitate a fast reservation process, loyalty program, personalization of preferences, check-in/check-out efficiency, local information, and real-time feedback, creating an efficient, personalized, and enjoyable stay environment. . Suggestions for Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers involve active promotional campaigns, staff training, dedicated loyalty programs, personalization of guest preferences, direct feedback encouragement, as well as special offers through the app to increase usage and guest satisfaction. Abstract

Kurang maksimalnya peningkatan kunjungan wisata ke Kampung Wisata Batik Kauman Pekalongan, dapat disebabkan kurang efektifnya media promosi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Dimana pemerintah belum pernah menggunakan film sebagai sarana promosi, padahal film merupakan salah satu media yang efektif dalam membangun citra suatu destinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh film terhadap citra destinasi, film yang digunakan adalah film dokumenter yang diproduksi oleh penulis, metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey, instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang di unduh melalui www.surveymonkey.com dalam kurun waktu 2 bulan, populasi sebanyak 168 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 100 responden yang mengisi kuesioner secara lengkap, teknik analisis yang digunakan uji paired t test dan uji regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui film yang berjudul Kauman Pekalongan Travel Guide mendapatkan persepsi yang baik (83%). Citra destinasi Kampung Wisata Batik Kauman Pekalongan sebelum pemutaran film termasuk kategori baik yaitu cognitive image termasuk kategori baik (74,7%), unique image termasuk kategori baik (75,8%), dan affective image termasuk kategori baik (72,4%). Setelah pemutaran film cognitive image termasuk kategori baik (79,1%), unique image termasuk kategori baik (82,4%), dan affective image termasuk kategori baik (80,3%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan cognitive image, unique image, dan affective image setelah pemutaran film lebih baik daripadasebelum pemutaran film (p=0,000). Film berpengaruh terhadap cognitive image (t hitung = 3,258, p = 0,002), terhadap unique image (t = 5,772, p = 0,000), dan terhadap affective image Kampung Wisata Batik Kauman Pekalongan (t hitung= 5,854, p = 0,000). Pemerintah daerah diharapkan dapat menerapkan dan menggunakan film sebagai media promosi Kampung Wisata Batik Kauman Pekalongan melalui situs online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara langsung pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan Tamani Kafe Jakarta dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara langsung motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan Tamani Kafe Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Tamani Kafe Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Tamani Kafe Jakarta. Terlihat didalam penelitian ini bahawa pelatihan besar pengaruhny aterhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berupa keterampilan, pengetahuan yang didapat oleh karyawan dapat membantu mereka dalam bekerja dengan baik dan lebih cepat memahami mekanisme yang terdapat dalam pekerjaan, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Tamani Kafe Jakarta. Dengan adanya motivasi seperti rasa aman yang didapat oleh karyawan dalam bekerja maka karyawan akan bekerja dengan baik dan merasa aman dan ini merupakan salah satu dari faktor meningkatnya kinerja karyawan Tamani Kafe Jakarta yang harus diperhatikan dan tetap dijaga oleh perusahaan dan pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap kinerja karyawan Tamani Kafe Jakarta.

Abstract

Tourism sustainability is a process to determine the impact and implementation of prevention in tourism activity. The potential tourism is rural tourism. In rural tourism, development will be very helpful in improving the economy and welfare of the community. Communities become active manage in participating rural tourism to boost the economy and their own welfare. Tourism activities will appreciate the potential of local and community-based resources. It is with such considerations in anticipation of changes in land ownership, social structure, and culture. One of the rural tourism in Indonesia is the Sepakung Village, that located in Banyubiru, Semarang District. This study used a quantitative research. This study was conducted to determine the sustainability of Sepakung based on the ecological, economic, and social dimensions. Collecting data using random sampling with 100 respondents. Sustainability analysis using Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) in Rapfish method. The results showed that the sustainability of the ecological, economic, and social dimensions have higher indeks, that is 80.8; 70.3 and 98.9. Need a cooperation between communities, village government and private organization to develop rural tourism so, the management in rural tourism will be good and can help the community to improve their welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-WOM and destination image on return visit intentions on Instagram. This research uses quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis method of tourist destinations in Bali. Collecting data through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The number of samples is 120 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results of the partial study of E-WOM and destination image have a significant effect on return visit intentions on Instagram. E-WOM by using Instagram is very effective and efficient to market tourist destinations in Bali with all good and positive information. The role of a good and high-quality destination image is very large so that visitors want to come back to visit again. The community and local government of the Bali Province are expected to maintain the image of tourist destinations in Bali as well as possible and disseminate it to the internet user community or netizens in order to get positive e-WOM and of course get a positive image that will have a positive impact which is the key to successful remarketing in Bali Province Kywords: E-WOM, Destination Image, Intention of Revisit on Instagram
