The study discusses the effectiveness of the management of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) at the Elementary School in district of Randublatung, Blora district, Central Java, with a focus on transparency, accountability, and efficiency of the use of funds. The article outlines how the Indonesian government through regulation ensures the allocation of funds for education, including the minimum percentage allocated from national and regional spending. The funds are allocated to the school's infrastructure and operating costs. The research method used is the mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study chose a sequential model that explains how accountability and transparency affect the effectiveness of the management of BOS funds. Data was collected through live interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the research showed that the management of the BOS fund in Elemntary School in the district of Randublatung showed a high efficiency reviewed of its transparency and accountability. The planning and organizational procedures are carried out carefully, with reference to official documents and the needs of the school. Activities are implemented according to the plan, and monitoring is carried out regularly by the BOS team as well as the educational service. Validity and reliability tests of research instruments show that all question items are valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests show that data has a normal distribution. In conclusion, this article presents evidence that transparency and accountability influence the effectiveness of the management of BOS funds in primary schools in the district of Randublatung. These findings can be a benchmark for stakeholders in improving the management of education funds to national education goals.

This research explores the effectiveness of the STEAM-based Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving Vocational High School (SMK) students' understanding of basic electrical concepts. Through a literature review of 12 articles published since 2020, the study synthesizes findings on the integration of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) into PBL to promote deeper conceptual understanding and practical skills. The results show that the STEAM-based PBL model enhances student engagement, collaboration, and problem-solving skills by linking theory to real-life applications. This approach not only improves knowledge retention but also fosters the development of critical thinking and teamwork, which are essential for vocational students' success. The study concludes that this model is highly effective for vocational education, recommending its broader implementation to better prepare students for future challenges in technical fields. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the combined application of STEAM and PBL in vocational education, providing a comprehensive approach to both theoretical and practical learning.

Media-based learning has become the main focus of efforts to improve the effectiveness of the educational process in this digital era. Canva is a design program that acts as a learning medium, used by educators as a tool that facilitates students in digesting and understanding learning materials. With a variety of attractive templates and features, Canva helps create a creative and engaging learning environment for students. This study aims to determine the results of economic learning by using Canva learning media for class XI students of SMA 109 Jakarta. In this study, using a quantitative experimental approach, the method used was a True Experiment, and the design used was a posttest-only control group design. Sampling using saturated samples, namely the sampling method with the entire population being sampled. The instrument used in this study was a multiple-choice test sheet. The instrument measurement technique uses a multiple-choice question test that is declared valid using the Point Biserial Correlation and reliability test using KR-20 Analysis of learning outcomes u sing t-test. Data from this study using the final test given after the material has been taught to the students by using Canva learning media. Based on the analysis results, tcount > ttable = 3.774> 2.008, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So, the Canva learning model affects the economic learning outcomes of class XI students. The use of learning media contributes significantly to improving student learning outcomes. This research makes an important contribution in supporting the development of more effective and innovative learning strategies in the educational environment.

His study examines the development of a history learning E-Module that supports a differentiated learning approach at SMAN 86 Jakarta. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in incorporating technology into education, particularly in developing innovative learning materials that cater to diverse student needs.. This study examines the development of a history learning E-Module that supports a differentiated learning approach at SMAN 86 Jakarta. The main objective is to create an effective E-Module for history subjects using Moodle and analyze the module's feasibility and effectiveness. The expected benefits include increasing the effectiveness of learning for students and teachers, as well as inspiration for schools in developing digital teaching materials. The methodology used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Hannafin and Peck learning model, which involves needs analysis, design, development, and implementation. The study results show that E-Modules increase learning motivation and achievement, with interactive features that enrich the learning experience and technology allowing personalized learning. We recommend that teachers integrate personalization features further and that schools provide more technology training. We also recommend evaluating the long-term impact of E-Modules on differentiated education.

At the vocational school level, pneumatic basic competency is one of the basic competencies in the Electronic Control Systems subject. This basic competency is fundamental and must be mastered by class XI SMK students in the Industrial Electronics Engineering Skills Competency. This research aims to produce basic pneumatic interactive learning media in the form of an interactive CD that is suitable for the Electronic Control Systems subject for class XI students at SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research to produce a learning product that suits your needs. The research steps refer to the Borg and Gall model to produce systematic and structured research. Meanwhile, the steps for developing interactive learning media using Adobe Flash in electronic control system subjects, pneumatic basics material refers to the ADDIE model to produce quality learning media that suits learning needs. Interactive Learning Media Using Adobe Flash in the Subject of Electronic Control Systems, this pneumatic material was validated by design experts, media experts, material experts, colleagues and students. The design expert validation results obtained a percentage of 88.18% in the very valid category, media expert validation obtained a percentage of 85.71% in the very valid category, material expert validation obtained a percentage of 89.23% in the very valid category, peer assessment obtained the percentage was 92.5% with a very valid category, small group product trials involving 5 students were 90%, medium group trials of 9 students were 90.22%, large group trials by 36 students got a percentage of 91.00 %, while for field trials involving 70 students with a percentage of 91.04%. So this media is said to be very valid and feasible and can be used as an alternative media in learning. This study contributes to improving vocational education by developing interactive learning media for pneumatic basics, which enhances student engagement and competency in electronic control systems.

This research is motivated because during history learning less space to students because it emphasizes mastery of memorization, but in the philosophy of Pragmatism, students are given the opportunity to develop all the potential they have. This research aims to describe the philosophy of Pragmatism education in history learning. This research uses the literature study method. Literature study is a method that involves reviewing various literatures, such as books, journals, and other written sources related to the research topic. The literature study begins with determining the research topic, searching for relevant literature through various sources, analyzing each source by considering the credibility, relevance, and strength of the arguments offered. In the analysis stage, three steps are carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study of educational philosophy, Pragmatism was born in the 19th century, and the 20th century began to develop. Pragmatism education philosophy emphasizes the importance of practical experience and relevance in the learning process. In the context oh history learning, this approach encourages learners not only to memorize facts, but also to understand how historical events relate to their lives today. Pragmatism in history education invites learners to think critically about past events and analyze their impact on the present. This helps develop learners' ability to connect different historical periods and understand patterns of social change.

The Snakes and Ladders Game is a civic education learning media designed for vocational high school students to promote understanding and social cohesion among diverse populations. This innovative approach aims to enhance understanding through educational games that facilitate discussions about cultural, racial, ethnic, and religious diversity. This research aims to determine the effectiveness, feasibility and validity of the Snakes and Ladders learning program on diverse content for Class XI Vocational Schools in the context of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The ADDIE model is applied in this research approach. The population in the study were 214 students of grade XI at SMK Saraswati. While the sample in this study was one class with 30 students. The instruments used in this research were a questionnaire on the practicality of teacher and student responses, a material expert validation questionnaire, a media expert validation questionnaire, and an exam in the form of questions related to the material. Media expert validators got a score of 78.3%, material expert validators got a score of 82.8%, and potential user validators got a score of 75.5 in this snakes and ladders media development research. The average percentage score obtained by learning material experts was 78.3%, meeting the requirements very well. In this study, the new idea is to use snakes and ladders which are played by the students themselves. The development of this learning media can improve students' understanding in following PPKn learning. The learning media used is the snake and ladder media. Teachers are expected to use interesting learning media to increase students' learning motivation.

This study examines the use of Google Spreadsheet as an innovative tool in managing digital archives in the Educators and Education Personnel Section of the Education Office Region I of South Jakarta. The background of this research stems from the increasing complexity of archive management due to technological advancements and the growing need for more efficient and secure archive systems. The use of cloud-based technology like Google Spreadsheet is expected to provide solutions to overcome challenges in managing digital archives, particularly in the processes of planning, maintenance, disposal, and supervision. The objective of this research is to explore the use of Google Spreadsheet in digital archive management and to identify the challenges and solutions that can be implemented to improve the efficiency and security of archive management within the education office. This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, gathering data through in-depth interviews with informants, direct field observations, and document studies. The research also highlights data security issues, which are critical in managing cloud-based digital archives. The findings reveal that using Google Spreadsheet offers several benefits in archive management, such as improving accessibility, speeding up recording processes, and reducing paper usage. However, some challenges were identified, including limited staff understanding of digital tools and potential data security risks. Based on these findings, the study recommends the development of formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regular training for staff to ensure more effective and secure digital archive management. The study concludes that Google Spreadsheet is an effective tool for supporting the digital transformation of archive management, provided it is accompanied by appropriate policies and training. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a model for utilizing Google Spreadsheet as an integrated digital archive management platform with a focus on data security in a government office context. This research contributes significantly to formulating strategies for efficient and secure digital archive management in cloud-based work environments

The development of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), has great potential to improve the quality of education, including non-formal education in Indonesia. AI-based digital competency training for non-formal education tutors is essential to keeping education relevant to the demands of the digital era, and the blended learning model is considered effective for achieving this goal. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of a blended learning model in improving knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital competency training for non-formal education tutors in Sukabumi District. This study used a quantitative approach with experimental methods and a pre-experiment design in the form of a one-shot case study, involving 23 trainees. The results showed that the blended learning model was effective in improving the AI knowledge of non-formal education tutors, with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000. In addition to improving tutors' digital competencies, blended learning also offers flexibility and personalization in the learning process, which suits the needs and learning styles of adult participants. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of non-formal education in Indonesia as well as a reference in designing training programs that are more effective and relevant to the demands of the digital era. Blended learning, which combines online and face-to-face learning, is an effective model for improving AI knowledge and digital skills for non-formal education tutors while preparing them for future technological challenges.

The low interest in reading among children in Semampir sub-district is caused by the lack of parental awareness of the importance of reading, as well as children's habits that prioritize playing gadgets over reading. This study aims to describe the efforts of the City Corner Literacy, community in literacy activities, efforts made to improve literacy, supporting and inhibiting factors, and implications of literacy programs for children. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate the existence of facilities in the form of books and a comfortable place for literacy activities for children. Efforts made by the community to improve literacy are holding activities that are not related to books, as well as adding to the book collection. Supporting factors come from the family environment and the outside environment. The implications of literacy programs for children in Semampir sub-district have a positive impact, such as children's enthusiasm in participating in literacy activities, gaining new experiences, and changes in children's habits from just playing to also reading.
