Abstract

This study maps the maturity of risk-mitigation strategies at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BNC) over the 2022–2024 period, with a specific focus on how a digital bank strengthens its readiness in the face of escalating risk complexity. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research employs content analysis of BNC’s audited annual reports, from which disclosures on key risk indicators, governance practices, and mitigation policies were systematically extracted, categorized by risk type, and thematically interpreted. The findings show that BNC has developed a comprehensive and increasingly proactive risk-management framework aligned with the principles of Good Corporate Governance. Credit risk is mitigated through portfolio diversification, stricter underwriting standards, and more conservative risk appetite settings, as reflected in an improving NPL ratio. Market and liquidity risks are contained via conservative balance-sheet management, robust liquidity buffers, and active Asset–Liability Committee (ALCO) oversight. Operational risk resilience is enhanced through the implementation of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), a Loss Event Database (LED), and strengthened IT and cybersecurity controls. Legal, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks are addressed through preventive legal review, tighter strategy–risk alignment, strong regulatory compliance, and responsive customer-engagement mechanisms. Overall, BNC’s risk-mitigation practices show a clear evolution from reactive compliance toward integrated, technology-enabled, and forward-looking risk governance. These results underline that transparent and disciplined risk management constitutes a critical strategic foundation for financial sustainability and competitive advantage in Indonesia’s rapidly growing digital banking sector.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of AI advertising exposure, green message credibility, and digital engagement on eco-conscious consumer behavior in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, data were collected from 170 active social media users who had interacted with digital advertisements containing sustainability messages and purchased environmentally friendly products online. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression using SPSS. The findings reveal that AI advertising exposure, green message credibility, and digital engagement each have a significant and positive effect on eco-conscious consumer behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The results indicate that artificial intelligence serves not merely as a promotional instrument but as a bridge connecting ecological awareness with sustainable consumption. Digital engagement emerges as the strongest predictor, demonstrating that consumers who interact more actively with green content tend to exhibit higher levels of sustainable behavioral commitment. The study contributes to the theoretical development of AI driven marketing by integrating technological personalization with ethical and participatory dimensions of sustainability communication. Practically, the findings suggest that marketers must balance algorithmic efficiency with message credibility and ethical transparency to ensure that AI-driven campaigns do not merely promote green products but cultivate long term ecological awareness and consumer trust.

Abstract

This study explores how millennial employees develop individual resilience in the workplace amid increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research involved five millennial workers employed in private companies, selected through purposive sampling based on relevance to the research focus. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of meaning within participants’ lived experiences. The findings reveal three core themes shaping millennial resilience: (1) resilience as an adaptive capacity that allows individuals to regulate emotions, reinterpret challenges, and respond constructively to organizational changes; (2) organizational support—particularly supportive leadership, psychological safety, opportunities for learning, and flexible work arrangements—as a critical external factor that strengthens resilience; and (3) active engagement as the behavioral manifestation of resilience, reflected through proactive effort, teamwork, and a willingness to contribute beyond formal job roles. The study highlights that resilience is not merely a personal trait but a dynamic process shaped by continuous interaction between individual coping strategies and organizational practices. Millennials interpret workplace challenges not only as stressors but also as opportunities for self-development, provided they operate within a psychologically safe and supportive environment. Practically, the findings underscore the need for organizations to implement development programs focused on psychological resilience, cultivate empathetic and empowering leadership styles, and promote collaborative work cultures that enhance well-being and work engagement. Strengthening resilience among millennial employees is essential for sustaining performance, maintaining adaptability, and ensuring organizational effectiveness in the modern VUCA-dominated workplace.

Abstract

This study maps the intellectual landscape of research on employee performance and work motivation from 1990 to 2025 through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed with VOSviewer and Biblioshiny, the study identifies publication trends, key authors, influential sources, and thematic clusters that shape the evolution of this field. The analysis reveals an increasing scholarly interest in the topic, reflected in a steady growth rate of publications (0.98% annually) and a strong collaboration index (5.4 co-authors per paper). The findings highlight that motivation and employee performance remain central research themes, often interlinked with concepts such as human resource management, productivity, and job satisfaction. Thematic mapping indicates three major clusters: traditional motivation-performance theories, human capital and organizational behavior perspectives, and emerging trends in digital work environments. Despite consistent academic attention, the field shows limited theoretical innovation in recent years, underscoring the need to revisit classical frameworks in light of modern organizational dynamics. This study contributes to management scholarship by providing a structured overview of the research landscape, identifying intellectual gaps, and suggesting directions for future research on employee performance and motivation in the evolving world of work.

Abstract

This paper explores the transformation of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in response to the digital era. The increasing adoption of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and analytics has significantly reshaped the role of human resources from administrative functions to strategic partners that drive organizational performance. This study discusses how digital transformation influences HR strategies, focusing on digital competencies, employee engagement, and organizational agility. The research highlights best practices in aligning HR strategy with digital innovation to create a sustainable, adaptive, and competitive organization in a rapidly changing environment. The study emphasizes how digital transformation impacts HR strategies and practices, focusing on key dimensions such as digital competencies, employee engagement, organizational agility, and data-driven decision-making. It highlights that SHRM must evolve to integrate technology not only as an operational enabler but as a strategic resource for long-term competitiveness. Through a comprehensive review of recent literature and global best practices from leading organizations, this paper identifies several critical success factors in aligning HR strategies with digital innovation. These include developing a digitally competent workforce, promoting continuous learning, adopting HR analytics for strategic insights, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation. The findings underscore that organizations that effectively integrate SHRM with digital transformation initiatives are more likely to achieve sustainable performance, higher employee engagement, and greater resilience in the face of uncertainty.
