Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai nilai KKM pada materi laju reaksi. Sedang kan KKM yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 75. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain contro-group pretest-postest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu angket dan tes. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa perolehan persentase rata-rata nilai n-gain pada kelas yang diterapkan model problem posing 71% kategori tinggi, sedangkan kelas yang tidak diterapkan model problem posing 60% kategori sedang, dan hasil uji independent sample t-test diperoleh signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang diterapkan model problem posing lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tanpa menggunakan model problem posing. Hasil respon siswa lebih setuju terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran problem posing dibandingkan dengan tanpa menggunakan model problem posing pada materi laju reaksi di MAN Rukoh, dilihat dari presentase setuju dan sangat setuju pada model problem posing adalah 85% yang menunujukkan siswa sangat tertarik.

Management Information System (MIS) is one of the important elements in various types of organizations including in educational institutions. This paper aims to explain the basic concepts of management information systems. This paper contains the understanding and components of management information systems, the scope of management information systems, and the benefits of management information systems. This paper is a type of research using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) with identification, screening, eligebility, Inclouded. The search method is carried out on national literature using publish of perish (POP) with the database used, namely google scholar. The result of this paper is that the Management Information System (MIS) is to manage the information database and then shared with all stakeholders. The scope of Management Information System (MIS) refers to actually contained in three words that make it up, namely "system", "information", and "management". Telah diakui secara luas bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak hanya sebatas penciptaan bisnis baru dan lapangan kerja baru tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan kompetensi siswa seperti mendorong pola pikir yang inovatif, lebih kreatif dan percaya diri dalam hal apapun yang mereka lakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi lebih lanjut mengenai pendidikan kewirausahaan, kompetensi yang di peroleh dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, model dan factor-faktor pendukung pendidikan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, mengintegrasi dan menyajikan secara sistematis dari 50 artikel yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berperan penting dalam peningkatan kompetensi siswa. kompetensi yang diharapkan dari pendidikan kewirausahaan meliputi kompetensi Afektif; kompetensi social; kompetensi pedagogic; kompetensi emosional dan kompetensi transversal. Rancang model kurikulum pendidikan kewirasahaan yang ditemukan ada 7 model dengan focus yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan event management dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler sebagai sebuah best practice. Pendekatan penelitian digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa, data kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif dan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan event dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan perencanaan dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan event dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan event dilakukan dalam mini event dan midle event. Terakhir evaluasi event dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dilakukan dengan pengawasan pelaksanaan dan menindaklanjuti kelebihan dan kekurangan dari pelaksanaan event. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa agar event managemen dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dapat berjalan dengan baik maka event dapat dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan event yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi event

Connectionism learning has potential in learning activities in the digital digital era. This research aims to examine a new perspective on individual learning in a world full of information and connected to learning activities in the era of digital technology. The research method used is a literature study sourced from journal articles based on the theory of connectionism by using the keywords of learning connectionism in the digital era. Article search using the Google Scholar engine using Indonesian, the searched articles are limited from 2016 to 2024. The results of the study found several themes, namely the perspective of learning connectionism and learning activities in the era of digital technology. The research methods used in the analyzed articles were 6 articles in the qualitative method and 1 article in the development method. Furthermore, the articles analyzed are articles in 2016, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. Therefore, it can be concluded that connectionism has an influence in digital learning, such as the ability to improve the learning experience, as well as forming a relationship between stimuli and responses that are relevant in understanding and improving the quality of digital learning based on connectionism.

Learning difficulties often arise during the educational process, characterized by specific barriers that hinder the achievement of optimal learning outcomes. One common challenge is problem-solving, particularly in physics, which requires a systematic approach to facilitate resolution. The Krulik-Rudnick method is an effective strategy for problem-solving in physics education. This study aims to analyze the difficulties encountered by students in solving physics problems related to magnetic fields at SMAN 1 Seunagan by applying the Krulik-Rudnick theory. A qualitative research method with a descriptive design was employed in this study. The instruments used included essay tests consisting of five questions and interviews. The results revealed that students faced no significant difficulties during the first stage, which involved reading and understanding the problem. However, at the second stage of exploration and planning, only one student managed to successfully complete the task. Similarly, at the third stage of strategy selection, only one student was able to identify the correct approach. In the fourth stage, which involved finding the solution, two students managed to solve the problem correctly. Finally, in the reflection and development stage, only one student was able to complete the entire set of problems adequately

Perkembangan alat komunikasi dan aplikasi di era digital menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri bagi masyarakat, yang mana masyarakat harus bisa bersikap bijak dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memudahkan aktivitas sehari-hari. tidak tertutup kemungkinan akan terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan dalam penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut. Etika dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi sangat berdampak di dalam lingkungan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa itu isu sosial dan etika dalam sistem informasi manajemen, etika dalam bermedia, inovasi teknologi sistem informasi manajemen dan dampak sistem informasi manajemen. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif studi kepustakaan dan literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan isu sosial suatu hal yang mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat berkaitan dengan peristiwa dan penilaian terhadap sebuah peristiwa peristiwa, sedangkan etika suatu hal yang berkaitan prinsip-prinsip dalam hal ini dalam penggunaan teknologi. Etika dalam sistem informasi diantaranya berkaitan dengan privasi, akurasi, property dan akses. Inovasi dalam system informasi manajemen segala transaksi yang awalnya secara manual, dapat dilakukan kapan dan dimana saja. Terakhir dampak sistem informasi manajemen, berdampak positif dan negatif diantaranya dapat perlindungan hak kepemilikan intelektual, membangun akuntabilitas informasi, menetapkan standar kualitas sistem informasi dan mempertahankan kualitas hidup masyarakat, dan mudah terjadi penyalahgunaan data.

Integrated Islamic Religion Education (PAI) learning with local wisdom values as an important strategy in increasing the relevance and meaning of learning for students. This case study was conducted at SDIT al-Markaz al-Islamiyah Lhokseumawe City with the purpose of analyzing the application of integration the local wisdom values in PAI learning. This study used a qualitative research approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicated that the integration of local wisdom values in PAI learning had increased student engagement on learning strategies with local values which are close and inherent to students. The strategies that were used included aligning materials with local values that are full of sharia, identifying local values and implementing traditions in society, integrating local wisdom values into the curriculum, including folk tales such as Hikayat Aceh and Hadihmaja, as well as oral speech that applies in Acehnese society such as Meurukon, Peurateb Aneuk, and Hiem (riddles) and student involvement in developing teaching materials. Thus, Islamic Religion Education at SDIT al-Markaz al-Islamiyah Lhokseumawe City can be more relevant, meaningful, and encourage students' interest in understanding and practicing Islamic values in their daily live values

This study aims to analyze the needs of event implementation in educational institutions. Needs analysis is done through interviews and questionnaires. Interviews and questionnaires were conducted on students of one of the study programs of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Interviews were conducted on 20 students then analyzed interactively and thematically. Furthermore, the questionnaire was distributed to 103 students and analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results of the study found that students need educational events based on the objective indicator and students gave a positive response of 3.75 or 93.75%, on the type of educational event indicator, students need the type of event with a positive response of 3.71 or 92.75%. Furthermore, students need educational events on the Hybrid strategy aspect (online and offline) of 3.39 or 84.75%, and finally on the aspect of event characteristics, students said they needed events that had characteristics of 3.62 or 90.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that students need events implemented in educational institutions, so educational institutions need to pay attention to these needs.

Gotong royong merupakan salah satu nilai budaya yang telah mengakar dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya gotong royong dalam membangun karakter dan masyarakat di gampong lam duro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gotong royong dapat meningkatkan keharmonisan sosial dan mengurangi konflik dalam masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan gotong royong, masyarakat tidak hanya bekerja bersama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, tetapi juga memperlihatkan komitmen terhadap kesejahteraan bersama yang lebih besar, yang pada gilirannya membantu mencegah xdmunculnya konflik serta menjaga kedamaian sosial.
