Abstract

The internship training program in Japan requires participants to have a good command of the Japanese language in order to adapt to so adapt to an international work environment. This study aims to describe the management of Japanese language learning in the internship training program at the Tomoni job training institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study included the institution’s leadership, instructors, and trainies. The result of the study indicate that learning management is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. During the planning stage, learning objectives are established, and materials, methods, and media are selected based on the needs of the Japanese workplace. The implementation stage focused on practice-based learning with an emphasis on oral and written communication skills. Evaluation is conducted both formatively and summatively to constinuosly measure participants learning outcomes. The conclusion of this study is that learning management at LPK Tomoni is fairly effective, but improvements are still needed, particulary in learning facilities and method variety. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance facilities, provide training for instructors, and continuously adjust the curriculum.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital-based snake and ladder learning media on student achievement in Science and Social Science (IPAS) subjects among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Joglo 76 Surakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, utilizing a pretest-posttest control group model. A total of 53 students participated, divided into two groups: the experimental group, which used digital snake and ladder media integrated with Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and the control group, which received instruction through conventional PBL methods. Data collection involved written tests, interviews, observation, and documentation. Statistical analysis using an independent sample t-test indicated a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups, demonstrating the effectiveness of digital game-based learning. The findings suggest that integrating interactive digital media enhances motivation, engagement, and academic performance in primary education settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of elementary school principal leadership in improving teacher performance and forming a positive school culture. The method used is the Narrative Literature Review (NLR), by analyzing seven relevant articles from 2019–2025. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership, both in transformational and participatory forms, plays an important role in motivating teachers, providing quality supervision, and creating a harmonious work environment. In addition, principals who have good communication and conflict management skills are able to build a school culture that supports character development and student achievement. These findings indicate the need to strengthen the leadership competencies of principals to create a productive work climate and support the improvement of the quality of elementary education as a whole.

Abstract

Indonesia's decision to join BRICS as a full member on January 6, 2025, marks a significant shift in the direction of national foreign policy. Under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto, this move is seen as a form of existential diplomacy aimed at asserting Indonesia's position in an increasingly multipolar global order. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method to examine the motives, processes, and impacts of this policy. It utilizes psychological theories of foreign policy and institutional liberalism to explain the case study. The analysis reveals that while BRICS membership opens strategic opportunities, the decision was not entirely based on domestic needs and leaves questions regarding the consistency of Indonesia's foreign policy direction. This study recommends further evaluation of symbolic foreign policies to ensure they align with long-term national interests.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) in shaping the spirit of mutual cooperation among students at SMP Negeri 4 Medan for the 2024/2025 academic year. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach that focuses on data collection and analysis through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted due to the challenges in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in fostering the character of mutual cooperation among students. Using non-probability sampling techniques and quota sampling methods, this research involves teachers, students, and school stakeholders as research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of P5 significantly shapes the character of mutual cooperation among students. Students demonstrate improvements in social skills, empathy, and collaborative abilities through various activities designed within the project. Activities such as social service and collaborative projects successfully create a positive atmosphere in the school, where students appreciate each other and work together to achieve common goals. Additionally, students also show an increase in their sense of responsibility in decision-making.

Abstract

The automotive industry, particulary in the high-end motorsport segment, faces challenges in building strong brand awareness to compete effectively in the market. An appropriate marketing communication strategy is essential to reach consumers and establish a sustainable relationship with the brand. This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by Raptors Motorsport 4x4 based on Philip Kotler’s 5A Model (Awareness, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate) in efforts to enchance brand awareness and loyality. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected thorugh in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies related to the marketing communication practices of Raptors Motorsport 4x4. The constructivist paradigm is employed as a basis for understanding how these communication strategies are constructed and implemented. The theoretical framework is Philip Kotler’s 5A Model, which outlines five critical stages in the consumer journey with a brand. The finding reveals that Raptors Motorsport 4x4 successfully implements an integrated and sustainable communication strategy, starting from creationg awareness through various media, building appeal with exclusive offerings, facilitating consumer inquiries (ask), encouraging purchase actions (act), to fostering advocacy through positive increases brand awareness and builds consumer loyalty in the high-end motorsport segment. This study provides significant contributions to the development of marketing communication strategies that align with modern consumer behavior in the high-end automotive industry.

Abstract

Divorce is one of the undesirable things for both husband and wife in a marriage. One of the factors that often triggers divorce is Domestic Violence. In the Decision of the bawean Religious Court, the panel of judges granted the Plaintiff's lawsuit. Divorce lawsuits due to domestic violence are caused by several factors, including arguments, economic problems, infidelity, which occur in the Bawean religious court, resulting in physical violence such as hitting, kicking, slapping. Divorce due to domestic violence at the Bawean Religious Court where the divorces that occurred in 2023 in July, August, and October yesterday, there were 4 cases of divorce due to domestic violence and in 2024 in July alone there was 1 case and all of them were granted because mediation was not successful because the Plaintiff could no longer forgive the Defendant and the Plaintiff insisted on divorcing the Defendant.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moral education values contained in Surah Al-Ahzab verse 35 and their implementation at MA Mansyaul Ulum Ganjaran Gondanglegi. The research focuses on the values of faith, honesty, obedience, and patience, which are relevant for shaping students’ character. The method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews with students and teachers. The results of the study show that the value of faith is instilled through religious habituation activities at school, honesty is built by encouraging an anti-cheating attitude and responsibility, obedience is implemented through compliance with school rules and respect for teachers, while patience is trained through various learning activities that require perseverance. Although there are still students who have not fully applied good morals, the school's gradual efforts have shown positive results. This research emphasizes that the consistent application of moral values can help build students' character to become faithful, honest, obedient, and patient individuals who will benefit their future lives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between anthropometric factors and anxiety on the 200-meter sprint speed of athletes at the Pandanaran Athletics Center in Semarang. The background of this study is based on the importance of combining physical and psychological aspects in determining the optimal performance of short-distance runners. The method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study subjects consisted of 36 athletes selected through purposive sampling. Anthropometric variables included height, weight, and leg length; anxiety was measured using the CSAI-2 questionnaire. Running speed data was obtained through timing of the 200-meter run. Regression analysis results showed that, simultaneously, height, weight, and anxiety significantly influenced running speed (sig. = 0.006 < 0.05). Partially, only weight and anxiety had significant effects, with a negative coefficient for weight and a positive coefficient for anxiety. Meanwhile, height and leg length do not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 36.3% indicates that the independent variables can explain part of the variability in running performance. These findings emphasize the importance of training that integrates physical and psychological dimensions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of students despite participating in MBKM programs such as Merdeka Student Exchange (PMM) and Kampus Mengajar. This phenomenon is seen from the fact that there are still students who are not diligent in studying, do not show strong interest in their field of study, and are not yet encouraged to complete lecture assignments well. This becomes an important reason for researchers to examine further whether there is an influence from these two programs on students' learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of PMM and Kampus Mengajar Programs on the learning motivation of Economics Department students, Universitas Negeri Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires through a Likert scale questionnaire. The number of respondents was 52 students selected through purposive sampling technique, namely students who had participated in one or both programs. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, the PMM and Kampus Mengajar Programs had a significant influence on students' learning motivation. The t-test showed that PMM had a significance value of 0.042 and Kampus Mengajar had 0.002, both below 0.05. The F-test simultaneously showed a significance value of 0.001. The multiple regression equation obtained was Y = 29.047 + 0.145X₁ + 0.184X₂, and the coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.552, meaning that 55.2% of the learning motivation variable is explained by PMM and Kampus Mengajar. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that student involvement in the PMM and Kampus Mengajar Programs has an influence on increasing the learning motivation of Economics Department students, Universitas Negeri Medan. Thus, participation in both programs becomes one of the important factors contributing to students' internal drive in undertaking the educational process.
