Abstract

Early marriage is a social phenomenon that occurs in many regions in Indonesia. Generally, people perform early marriages due to several factors such as economic problems, low education, understanding of culture and certain religious values, and misuse of social media. This research was conducted at KUA Tenjolaya Bogor related to KUA's efforts to reduce early marriage, using qualitative field methods, using interviews, observation and documentation.  The results of this study indicate that the factors of early marriage are not continuing education, promiscuity, family economy, parents / matchmaking The efforts made by the Tenjolaya KUA to reduce early marriage provide adequate education, empower the community to better understand the dangers of early marriage, increase the role of government and utilize its network, encourage the creation of gender equality, the importance of socializing sex education, carry out education through educational seminars on early marriage and Sakinah families, cooperate with the Indonesian Ulema Council Kec. Tenjolaya in marriage-related assistance, KUA Tenjolaya Go To School in cooperation with Forkopimcam Tenjolaya District.

Abstract

The implementation of the Education Management Information System (SIMP) at Mulia Bakti Purwokerto Vocational School aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data management and administrative processes, especially in managing tracer studies. Tracer study is an important activity carried out to collect data regarding the success of alumni in entering the world of work and the relevance of the curriculum to industry needs. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods through interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that SIMP has succeeded in increasing the accuracy, completeness and speed of alumni data collection. Data collected through SIMP allows a more comprehensive analysis of alumni success rates, with a success percentage reaching 90% by 2024. However, there are still several obstacles, such as a lack of alumni awareness about the importance of filling out tracer study forms, limited internet access, and a lack of training for teachers and staff. Recommendations to overcome this obstacle include improving communication and outreach to alumni, providing better internet access, and training for teachers and staff. Overall, the application of SIMP in managing tracer studies at Mulia Bakti Purwokerto Vocational School not only provides useful data for evaluating educational programs, but also contributes to bridging the gap between education and industry, thereby improving the quality of vocational education and preparing graduates who are competitive in the job market.

Abstract

This article aims to describe a normative theological approach to religious pluralism in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study approach through library sources from various literature sources with a normative theological approach in religious pluralism. Then analyze and present the data findings objectively. The result of this research is the implementation of a normative approach in religious pluralism in Indonesia through two elements, namely; first, upholding religious tolerance by mutual respect and respect between religious communities in accordance with the practice of Pancasila. secondly, the attitude of mutual help in religion which is manifested in the form of mutual cooperation in helping others to realize the welfare of each other's lives. This means that religious pluralism is an important point in the life of society in Indonesia which has a diverse population of different races, ethnicities, ethnicities and religions.

Abstract

Multicultural Islamic education model is an effort to answer the challenges of education today. With the model, Islamic education will be present not only as a subject matter but also as a role model for sustainable development and a tool for conducting research as a whole in Indonesia as a plural nation with cultural diversity. This research uses a library research approach. The research data were collected through library data, including textbooks, articles, papers, and other sources. Multicultural Islamic Education views that education must be based on Theological, Philosophical, Juridical, Sociological, and Psychological foundations. The multicultural education model will foster high awareness of tolerance and acceptance on the cultural differences and equality of human rights.

Abstract

Learning resources are basically teaching materials used in the learning and learning process that aims to facilitate the objectives and learning process takes place. Interactive multimedia is a learning material that utilizes technological advances and is used to channel learning messages in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes that can stimulate mindset, attention, The willingness and feelings of students in the learning process so that intentionally the learning process can occur, be controlled, and purposeful and can affect learning outcomes. Research steps that can be used in multimedia development are using the multimedia development model by Lee & Owen where there are 5 steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. These steps can later conclude that the developed media is not worth using.

Abstract

This research is intended to explore the concept of a phenomenological approach to the spirituality of the congregation in Mujahadah Asmaul Khusna activities, where the congregation will regularly feel the beneficial impact for those who are steadfast in carrying it out. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods, with a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach, as well as data collection techniques carried out in the form of interviews, observation and documentation to support the entire research process. Recently, the problem experienced by humans is the lack of spiritual intake within themselves as a form of strengthening their fortress in self-defense against things that can harm themselves. In fact, the spirit in humans can be compared to a battery, which can run out at any time, so we need to replenish our spiritual needs, one of which is by means of Mujahadah Asmaul khusna. The results of this research show that the experiences of the Asmaul Khusna Mujahadah congregation are very diverse and this becomes a spiritual experience for the congregation after practicing it regularly and consistently. The experience experienced is abstract in nature and cannot be described clearly by the author, but it can be seen in changes in behavior and actions that are more focused and wise, to achieve social piety and an increase in the personal religiosity of a congregation of the Mujahadah Asmaul Khusna. If Mujahadah activities are felt to be beneficial then this or the spiritual experience experienced by the congregation is felt to be true because it can show different behavior in their way of life.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of internalizing multicultural education at Pancabudi Middle School, Medan. This school is known as an A-accredited private educational institution which is committed to producing a generation of excellence, noble character and global insight. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that multicultural education at Pancabudi Middle School is internalized through three main aspects, namely intracurricular, extracurricular and special programs. In the extracurricular aspect, diversity values ​​are integrated into the curriculum through subjects such as Civics and History Education, as well as interactive learning methods. In the extracurricular aspect, students gain direct experience of diversity through arts and culture activities, scouts and social programs. In addition, special programs such as Culture Week and Diversity Day are designed to strengthen appreciation for differences among students. Multicultural education is also applied in everyday life through the creation of an inclusive environment, as well as instilling the values ​​of tolerance and communication ethics. In conclusion, a comprehensive approach in internalizing multicultural education at Pancabudi Medan Middle School has succeeded in creating a learning atmosphere that supports diversity and strengthens student character. In this way, the goals of multicultural education can be achieved as a whole.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the mental religious and skills coaching applied at UPTD Balai Pungai Sejahtera Binjai to homeless people and beggars (gepeng). Qualitative methods are used to understand the effectiveness of the coaching programme. The results show that religious mental coaching helps the mentees build a stronger spiritual awareness, while skills training provides opportunities for them to be economically independent. The study recommends strengthening the integration between spiritual and skills coaching to ensure the sustainability of the rehabilitation impact.

Abstract

Wasathiyah Islam, or Islamic moderation, is the fruit of Imam Yusuf Al-Qaradhawi's study since 1969 on the Qur'an, As-sunnah and the essence of Islamic sharia, then became a modern school of Islamic thought that is believed to be able to present a more friendly, tolerant, peaceful and rahmatan lil alamin Islam. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study and introduce moderate Islamic thought (wasathiy) in syari’ah by explaining its concepts, principles, signs, and characteristics according to Imam Yusuf Al-Qaradhawi. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method of analyzing the thoughts of the characters. The main source of research is library research, most of which are the works of Imam Yusuf Al-Qardhawi related to Islamic wasathiyah. The results of the study can be summarized in 3 things, first; Islamic wasathiyah according to Al-Qaradhawi is a fair and balanced understanding and attitude between the world and the hereafter as well as material and spiritual attitudes that are not extreme right and extreme left. Second; The main principles of wasathiyah are justice, excellence, consistency, security, strength and unity. Third; In order for the understanding of the Shari'ah to be wasathiy or moderate, it must be understood according to the following signs; Understanding the nash (text) of shari'a in the context of maqashid, cause and context, understanding tsawabit and mutaghayirat (constant and flexible), being able to distinguish between goals, means and methods and being able to understand and distinguish between the teachings of faith, worship and muamalah, so as to produce fatwas or ijtihad that are in accordance with the spirit of shari'ah itself.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the evaluation of the implementation of Education policy in the perspective of the philosophy of Education in Indonesia. This study uses a literature study method by observing various documents from books and journals. The literature study in this study focuses on researching literature related to Education policy in Indonesia, the philosophy of Education, and the evaluation of education policy. Data collection was carried out by collecting library data, reading, recording, and managing research results objectively, systematically, analytically, and critically by looking at the year of publication and the most recent research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Indonesian Education policy has the potential to improve the quality of education, but also faces various challenges. Disparities in education and teacher quality are key factors that need to be considered in policy evaluation. Therefore, it is important to conduct continuous evaluation of education policy to ensure that education goals can be achieved effectively. The government needs to evaluate policy implementation so that education goals can be achieved.
