Abstract

This study aims to increase knowledge about the impact of marriage on early childhood from a positive legal perspective for students of SMA PGRI 22 Serpong. This community service activity targets the students of SMA PGRI 22 Sepong, which is located at Jl. Pahlawan Seribu, Cilenggang, Kec. Serpong, South Tangerang City, Banten. Students from the Faculty of Law at Pamulang University, who conducted PKM, provided the independent funds for this activity. Students from SMA PGRI 22 Serpong, located at Jl. Pahlawan Seribu, Cilenggang, Kec. Serpong, South Tangerang City, Banten, attended this activity on May 16, 2024. The success of this community service activity was largely due to the support from various parties, particularly the enthusiastic and active participation of the participants. Therefore, we should expand the scope of this socialization activity in the future, and expand the scope of the presented material to enhance the participants' knowledge and comprehension.

Abstract

The environmentally friendly synthesis, characterization, evaluation of potential toxicity and antibacterial development of alumina nanoparticles (Al2O3NPs) has become one of the best approaches to address the problem of antimicrobial drug resistance. The recent advances in the field of nanotechnology have thus made a great contribution to medical, biomedical, pharmaceutical and drug discovery research. Moreover, the tiny Al2O3NPs have a great success in inhibiting various types of microbes that cause diseases in humans and animals. In this study, we use the simplest, cheapest, less time-consuming and most effective green synthesis approach to produce environmentally friendly Al2O3NPs. In this study, the Al2O3NPs were synthesized from Carica papaya leaf extract (CPL) and examined microscopically for their size and shape. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was performed to determine the concentration of metal ions and the shape of the molecules. In vitro cytotoxicity was performed on different mammalian cell lines to determine the safety of the Al2O3NPs. Finally, bactericidal activity was evaluated using the agar plug diffusion method. The result showed 50–60 nm sized spherical nanoparticles. Turbidity analysis revealed MIC and MBC of >25 μg/mL against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria on Mueller-Hilton agar cultures. In conclusion, the Al2O3NPs synthesized from CPL exhibited acceptable nanoparticle size and shape as well as effective bactericidal activity.

Abstract

BUMA is striving to enhance the service of transportation facilities and assistance, as well as employee travel and leave accommodations, by incorporating technology into self-service reservations and conducting a cost-benefit analysis to gauge the initiative's profitability. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, starting from collecting information, interpreting the data obtained, observing the process, and identifying all things related to finance, such as costs (direct and indirect) and benefits (tangible and intangible). The researcher computes the expenses and advantages to ascertain the viability of the investment. The techniques used in financial calculations are NPV, payback period, and ROI. The financial analysis yielded an NPV of Rp 482,542,605.58, signifying that BUMA is prepared to invest in information technology. ROI provides 438% benefits, indicating that there is a feasible profit from the investment. A payback period (PP) of 0.23, or less than one year, demonstrates the feasibility of this investment by allowing for a relatively short return on investment capital. This analysis concludes that the system's use significantly accelerates the provision of transportation facilities and assistance, as well as facilitates employee travel and leave accommodations. Employees can observe these benefits in the efficient use of time and resources, the system's user-friendliness, and the potential savings on reservation and travel management expenses.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between servant leadership, emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior, and task performance, especially for employees of the Regional Job Training Center in Jakarta. We distributed questionnaires online via Google Form as part of the data collection process. Furthermore, this study used a purposive sampling method to determine respondents. We conducted this study on employees of the Regional Job Training Center in Jakarta, using a minimum sample of (48x5) = 240 respondents. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Regional Job Training Center in Jakarta, with the sample criteria of employees who had worked for more than 1 year. We analyzed the obtained data using the structural equation model (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence, and task performance. Then, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Then, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on task performance.

Abstract

Electronic Procurement Services (LPSE) aim to support transparent, efficient, and accountable government procurement of goods and services. This study assesses the satisfaction of Commitment Making Officers (PPK) with the services of the Bandung City Procurement Service Unit (ULP) using a descriptive analytical method. We collected data using a questionnaire that measured variables such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The results of the study showed that the PPK satisfaction index was in the satisfied category, with several aspects, such as speed of service and competence of ULP workers, being the dominant indicators. However, the study identified several weaknesses, such as inadequate two-way communication and insufficient physical facilities. This study provides recommendations for improving ULP services by strengthening communication, providing more adequate facilities, and offering ongoing workforce training. This study aims to improve the quality of electronic procurement of goods and services in Bandung City, thereby fostering better governance.

Abstract

The warehouse is an important asset for the company, as is the warehouse administration process. If the warehouse administration process does not run well, each company will experience inaccuracy in calculating the stock of goods in the warehouse. Furthermore, warehouse administration plays a crucial role in streamlining the processing and management of goods data. In the warehouse administration process in companies in West Java, of course, there are several obstacles, such as inaccurate data accuracy, the process of recording the number of products, the process of checking products, the process of storing products, and the incompatibility of the requested goods with the goods sent. so that a warehouse must really implement an effective and efficient warehouse administration system to help smooth its business. The company devises various solutions to overcome obstacles. The goal of this study is to examine the warehouse administration strategies employed by companies in West Java. This study employs a literature review method, examining several Indonesian journals. The study's findings show that companies in West Java use a variety of warehouse management techniques, such as first-in, first-out (FIFO), perpetual, periodic, average, and class-based storage. For several of these methods, there are advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

In Indonesia, spicy food is a rapidly growing business. Mie Gacoan is one of the restaurants that serves spicy noodle dishes. Customer loyalty in the food business sector is influenced by several factors, including product quality, service quality, brand image, promotion, price fairness, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to test the influence of product quality, service quality, brand image, promotion, and price fairness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at the Mie Gacoan restaurant. The analysis method used is PLS-SEM. The population of this study was consumers who had purchased Mie Gacoan products. Respondents were determined using the purposive sampling method, with a total of 168 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product quality, service quality, promotion, and price fairness have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The subsequent results show that brand image does not influence customer satisfaction, and promotion does not influence customer loyalty. The limitations of this study include its focus on only a few aspects affecting customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, respondents are not evenly distributed across age ranges and are limited to the Jabodetabek area. Therefore, it is suggested that further research can expand aspects that can affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, such as trust, store atmosphere, and physical environment quality. Further research can also expand the research area, and a larger number of respondents is needed.
