Abstract

Perception is a view or assumption that arises from the information received. Perception plays an important role in understanding information or knowledge that affects a person's interest. Different perceptions in understanding the information or knowledge received can cause variations in interest. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how much perceptions based on knowledge and information affect students' desire in doing business with Islamic banks. Survey techniques used in this study, which is descriptive quantitative in nature, include questionnaires and interviews. One hundred students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung made up the research sample. A questionnaire created utilizing a likert scale was used to collect data. Validity and reliability tests were performed on the instrument, and statistical tests, basic linear regression analysis, and traditional assumption tests were used to analyze the results. To facilitate calculations, Software for this investigation was SPSS version 25. The study's data analysis results indicate that, in the T test, perception (X) significantly influences interest in transacting with Islamic banks (Y), with a t count value more than the t table (11.048 > 1.660551), and 0.000 <0.10 is the significance value. The corrected R square, or coefficient of determination, is 0.555, or 55.5%, with other factors beyond the scope of the study influencing the remaining 44.5%..

Abstract

The quality of human resource performance plays a very important role in the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Therefore, organizations are expected to continue to improve and develop the performance of their human resources. In an effort to empower employees to produce professional and high integrity human resources, organizations need to apply consistent standards. The standard is an organizational culture that provides systematic guidance to employees to improve their performance for the benefit of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect and how much influence between work culture on human resource performance. This research adopts quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 39 people where the sample taken was also 39 people in Bank Syariah Indonesia then the data collection technique used was the field method by distributing questionnaires to all employees and the analysis method in this study used simple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Service Quality of Amil Zakat Institutions on Mustahik Satisfaction at LAZISMU, with mustahik Karangpawitan District as the object of research. The sampling technique used in this study is Accidental Sampling. The population used was 100 people with a sample of 50 people with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service of amil zakat institutions has a significant effect on mustahik satisfaction in Karangpawitan District. Based on the results of the t test which shows that the tcount is 5.343> t table 1.677 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. And from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.373. This shows that there is a correlation between the service quality variable (X) and mustahik satisfaction (Y) of 0.373.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of K-Bank Bukopin Syariah Service Quality on Student Satisfaction, with the UMBandung sharia economics study program as the research object. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. The population used was 83 with a sample of 83 using a descriptive quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. The results of the research show that the t-count value of the service quality variable is 8.073 > t table of 1.989 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. And the magnitude of this influence is 44.6% influenced by service quality while the remaining 55.4% influenced by other variables outside that were not identified by the researcher.

Abstract

Bread is a fairly popular carbohydrate substitute for rice. Bakeries have been introduced to Indonesia since the 1930s. One of the shops that has survived until now is the Bawean “Sweetheart” Bakery and Resto shop which started its business in 1946. This study aims to examine the implementation of the existence and brand image of the Bawean “Sweetheart” Bakery and Resto. The brand image of this bakery itself is still traditional where the bread recipes used are still in Dutch which are translated into Indonesian. This research method is exploratory with a prospective case study. Data collection techniques are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of observations. The results of the study are expected to be recommendations for the community and academics who want to open a business by making the existence of the Bawean “Sweetheart” Bakery and Resto shop a business reference.

Abstract

Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang memiliki julukan generasi digital native, mengingat kemahirannya dalam menggunakan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan Islamicpreneur dalam mencetak Generasi Z, yang berkontribusi besar pada era bonus demografi. Metode penelitian ini digunakan melalui pengumpulan dan analisis berbagai sumber, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan Islamicpreneur, Generasi Z dan bonus demografi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islamicpreneur mengajarkan Generasi Z nilai-nilai kewirausahaan Islam, yang mendorong untuk menjadi kreatif, mandiri dan bertanggung jawab sosial. Integrasi nilai spiritual dan ekonomi dalam pendidikan Islamicpreneur sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan Generasi Z untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh bonus demografi. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya meningkatkan pendidikan Islamicpreneur secara strategis dinilai untuk membentuk generasi yang baik secara ekonomi dan berakhlak mulia di masa depan. Abstract

Dalam persaingan industri helm yang ketat, kualitas produk dan citra brand ambassador menjadi faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk dan brand ambassador mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen pada helm merek KYT. Studi ini dilakukan terhadap wajib pajak di Wilayah II Samsat Kawaluyaan Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 400 responden yang menggunakan helm KYT. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk mempengaruhi minat beli secara signifikan dan brand ambassador mempengaruhi minat beli secara signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memengaruhi minat beli. Berdasarkan temuan ini, KYT harus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memilih brand ambassador dengan lebih cermat untuk meningkatkan persepsi merek yang positif dan meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Abstract

Implementation of manual recording in the distribution of 3 Kg LPG often faces problems of inaccuracy of targets and inefficiency. One of them is due to misuse by retailers, they take advantage of loopholes in the manual system to buy subsidized LPG from the base and resell it above the Highest Retail Price (HET) to the public, including those who should not be entitled. This practice causes price distortion and makes subsidies not fully enjoyed by the target audience. The 3-kg LPG subsidy program in Indonesia aims to provide affordable energy access for communities in need. This study seeks to explore the role of digitalization—specifically through the implementation of the Merchant Apps—in realizing the principle of wadh'u asy-syai’ fi mahallihi (placing something in its proper context) within the framework of Islamic economics in the distribution of subsidized 3-kg LPG. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study at PT. Sinar Aurora Abadi. The analysis reveals that the Merchant Apps significantly enhance targeting accuracy through NIK (National Identification Number) verification and purchase limitations, while also improving distribution efficiency via digitized recording and reporting systems. These findings align with key principles of Islamic economics, including justice (‘adl), public benefit (maslahah), moderation and efficiency (iqtishad), and trustworthiness (amanah). Nonetheless, the implementation of the Merchant Apps also faces several challenges, particularly in relation to digital infrastructure, digital literacy, and system reliability. This study concludes that digitalization through the Merchant Apps holds strong potential for optimizing the distribution of the 3-kg LPG subsidy, making it more targeted, efficient, and accountable in accordance with Islamic economic values. Continuous efforts to address these challenges and to develop the application inclusively are essential to achieving these goals.

Abstract

Zakat produktif merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi syariah yang memiliki potensi untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, terutama di kalangan mustahik (penerima zakat). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran zakat produktif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan mengurangi kemiskinan di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada lembaga pengelola zakat di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa zakat produktif tidak hanya memberikan bantuan finansial, tetapi juga mendorong kreativitas dan kewirausahaan di kalangan penerima zakat. Dengan memanfaatkan zakat sebagai modal untuk usaha, mustahik dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sinergi antara lembaga zakat dan pemerintah serta penguatan program pelatihan untuk mendukung penerima zakat dalam mengelola usaha mereka.

Abstract

‘Urf, atau kebiasaan masyarakat yang diakui dalam ushul fikih, memiliki peran strategis dalam menyesuaikan hukum Islam dengan kebutuhan masyarakat kontemporer, khususnya dalam ekonomi dan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi ‘urf dalam konteks ekonomi modern dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis literatur dari sumber primer yaitu Al-Quran, hadist, kitab-kitab fiqih klasik, dan sumber sekunder berupa penelitian kontemporer. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada ‘urf shahih dan ‘urf fasid serta relevansinya dalam akad-akad muamalah, seperti jual beli, ijarah, dan syirkah. Selain itu, studi ini mengkaji integrasi ‘urf dalam pengembangan produk keuangan syariah, termasuk penentuan ujrah dan inovasi lainnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ‘urf berfungsi sebagai mekanisme hukum yang adaptif, memungkinkan penerapan prinsip syariah dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan keuangan syariah yang lebih inklusif, fleksibel, dan sesuai dengan maqashid syariah.
