Educational quality is a vital indicator of an institution’s success in fulfilling its vision and mission. In the context of Islamic education, effective management requires the integration of Islamic values with professional administrative practices. This research uses a library research method, gathering information from books, journals, and relevant literature. The sources are divided into primary—such as books, scientific articles, and journals directly discussing Islamic education management—and secondary sources that remain relevant to the topic. The study finds that strategic planning, Islamic leadership, human resource development, and continuous evaluation are essential elements in enhancing educational quality. Moreover, the active involvement of stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents, contributes significantly to creating a positive and effective learning environment. Abstract

Communication has a crucial role in human life. Through effective communication, harmonious relationships between individuals can be created, considering that humans are essentially social creatures who need interaction with each other. This study aims to explain the concept of office communication, including understanding, elements, forms, and communication in an Islamic perspective. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data were collected through literature analysis from various books and journal articles relevant to the research topic. The results showed that office communication is a process that starts from processing ideas, transforming data into information, to delivering messages by the authorities to the parties in need. This process utilizes various office communication media so that messages can be conveyed effectively to achieve organizational goals. From the Qur'anic perspective, forms of communication emphasize the importance of speaking with honesty, gentleness, and effectiveness. Principles such as correct speech (qaulan sadidan), easy to understand (qaulan maysura), good (qaulan ma'rufan), effective (qaulan balighan), noble (qaulan kariman), and gentle (qaulan layyinan) are used as guidelines.

Abstract

Correspondence is an essential component of office administration systems, serving as a medium for both formal and informal written communication. In the professional world, letters function not only as a means of conveying information but also as legal documents and institutional records. This study aims to examine the various types of office correspondence, the principles of effectiveness in letter writing, and to explore the history of correspondence during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a literature review as the primary source of data. The findings indicate that understanding the types of letters and applying effective principles such as structure, clarity, and linguistic efficiency are crucial in supporting administrative performance. Furthermore, correspondence practices during the Prophet’s era demonstrate that letters were used as strategic tools for diplomacy and da’wah. This study is expected to contribute to enhancing the understanding and professional practice of office correspondence grounded in historical values.

Abstract

Transparent and accountable school financial administration supports the smooth running of education programs. Through proper planning, recording, and reporting, funds are used efficiently and prevent misuse. This principle is important to improve the quality of education, achieve educational goals, and involve stakeholders in the supervision and evaluation of school financial management. The discussion uses a qualitative approach with a literature analysis method. Data were collected from various documents such as books, journals, notes, and digital sources. After collection, a content analysis was carried out on the data, including understanding, explanation, and conclusions, with reference to information from writings, recordings, and images related to the research. School financial transparency means openness of information on the use of funds that is clear and accessible to all parties, building trust and ensuring fairness. Accountability is the responsibility of the institution in managing funds according to plans and regulations. This openness encourages community participation and trust, in accordance with the principles of fairness, efficiency, and public accountability. Transparency and accountability in school financial management are important to build trust and ensure efficient use of funds. Through open reporting, internal supervision, and community and school committee involvement, fund management becomes fair and responsible, supporting the achievement of quality education and effective and sustainable financial governance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Prophetic traditions related to the practice of women participating in congregational prayers at the mosque through the lens of maqāṣid al-sunnah (objectives of the Sunnah). This issue remains a recurring debate in Islamic discourse, especially within modern contexts that emphasize gender equality and women’s involvement in public religious spaces. The research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, drawing on the Maqāṣid Al-Sharī‘ah framework to explore the underlying wisdom behind both prohibitive and permissive hadiths. Findings indicate that the restrictions on women’s presence in mosques were contextual, rooted in the moral and social conditions of the time, rather than being absolute prohibitions. From a maqāṣid perspective, women’s participation in mosque prayers aligns with the overarching objectives of Sharia, such as the preservation of religion, dignity, and women’s spiritual rights. Thus, a contextual interpretation of hadith is essential to address contemporary challenges while preserving normative Islamic values.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of studying asbabul wurud in understanding the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW contextually. The main focus of this research is on the hadith that states that children resulting from adultery are assigned to their mothers, not to the man who committed adultery. This hadith is often debated, especially in the realm of Islamic family law and the protection of children's rights. Using a qualitative approach and literature study methods, this research analyzes the social, cultural, and historical context behind the birth of this hadith. The results of the study show that determining a mother's lineage is not just a legal provision but also a form of protection for the dignity and rights of children born from relationships outside of legal marriage. Through the understanding of asbabul wurud, this hadith is understood as a form of solution to social problems during the time of the Prophet, as well as containing universal values of justice and benefit. This research confirms that a contextual approach to hadith is very important to prevent errors in the interpretation and application of Islamic law. Thus, asbabul wurud becomes an important instrument in maintaining the relevance of Islamic teachings amidst social changes in modern society.

However, it remains aligned with Islamic principles relevant to office HR, as reflected in QS. Al-Isra' verse 36, which teaches: “And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight, and the heart about all those [one] will be questioned.” Likewise, QS. An-Nahl verse 125, which emphasizes calling mankind to the way of Allah with wisdom and good instruction and arguing with them in the best manner. Truly, it is Allah who knows best who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is rightly guided. This study is highly relevant to understanding office HR, especially in helping to comprehend the concept of office human resources.
