Abstract

The quality of chatbot-based services has become a significant focus among higher education institutions in their efforts to enhance student satisfaction. The use of chatbot technology in academic services provides ease and speed in accessing information, thus improving service efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of chatbot service quality on student satisfaction within the Information Systems program at ARS University. A quantitative research method with a linear regression approach was used to examine the causal relationship between the independent variable (chatbot service quality) and the dependent variable (student satisfaction). Data were collected through online surveys distributed to a randomly selected sample of Information Systems students who utilized the chatbot service. The findings indicate a positive and significant effect of chatbot service quality on student satisfaction. The regression analysis revealed that an increase in chatbot service quality leads to a corresponding increase in student satisfaction. These results suggest that for universities to improve student satisfaction, continuous enhancement of chatbot services is essential. Effective chatbot services that are responsive, informative, and easy to use can significantly enhance the overall student experience by providing timely and accurate responses to student inquiries. This research underscores the importance of integrating well-designed chatbot services in academic settings to boost both the quality of service and student satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper presents the development of a system designed to detect body and facial movements in boarding houses using clustering methods. The primary goal of the system is to enhance security and monitor the activities within these living spaces. The system utilizes advanced clustering algorithms to accurately identify and classify different types of movements, distinguishing between normal daily activities and potential security threats.The implementation of this system involves the integration of multiple sensors and cameras strategically placed throughout the boarding house. These devices collect data on movements, which is then processed using clustering techniques to identify patterns and anomalies. The clustering method helps in grouping similar movement patterns together, facilitating the detection of unusual activities.This detection system not only contributes to improved safety and security but also provides insights into the behavior and daily routines of the occupants. By analyzing the clustered data, it becomes possible to identify trends and potential issues that may require attention. The findings from this research demonstrate the effectiveness of clustering methods in movement detection and highlight their potential applications in various security and monitoring contexts

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced era of globalization and digitalization, the need to understand foreign languages is very important. Indonesia, which has a lot of linguistic diversity, also has difficulty communicating between people. For this reason, there is a lot of technology in the form of Indonesian translation applications which is very useful for users communicating with each other. The aim of this research is to analyze how many regional language translation application users there are in Indonesia, the level of satisfaction, and translation accuracy in translation applications using statistical methods. Apart from that, the methodology used, namely data collection in the form of a survey followed by statistical analysis, was also carried out in the research. Abstract

This study develops and evaluates a music recommendation system using content-based filtering, focusing on lyrical analysis. Utilizing Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and cosine similarity metrics, the system analyzes a dataset of 6,049 songs to identify thematically related music based on lyrical content. The methodology involves data preprocessing, feature extraction, and the application of a content-based filtering algorithm to compare song attributes. Results indicate the system's ability to generate relevant recommendations, potentially enhancing user experience in music discovery. This research contributes to the field of personalized content delivery systems, offering insights into the effectiveness of lyric-based music recommendation algorithms

Abstract

This research focuses on the development and evaluation of a content-based music recommendation system that utilizes lyric analysis. The system's core feature is the use of the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm to transform song lyrics into comparable numerical representations. This representation enables the calculation of semantic similarity between songs, which is then used to generate personalized music recommendations based on user preferences. The research utilizes a dataset from Kaggle consisting of thousands of song entries. System evaluation is conducted to measure lyric similarity, recommendation accuracy, user satisfaction, and recommendation relevance. This research contributes to the development of content-based music recommendation systems and provides insights into the use of song lyrics for generating more personalized and relevant music recommendations

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged companies to utilize websites as a medium for promotion and branding. This study focuses on the development of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for the Segi Tiga Soy Sauce website, which previously had limited digital presence and promotional reach. The objective of this research is to design a responsive, modern, and user-friendly website that improves customer engagement and supports the company’s business growth. The research applies the Design Sprint method, consisting of five stages: understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and literature studies to identify user needs and business requirements. The design process produced wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes using Figma, followed by usability testing with 20 respondents. The evaluation results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) showed a score of 87, indicating high user satisfaction and effective usability. The findings demonstrate that the proposed design not only enhances branding and professionalism but also improves market reach and communication efficiency for the company. This research highlights the importance of integrating UX principles in website development to achieve both functional and aesthetic goals in digital business promotion.

Abstract

In the modern era, technology plays an important role in facilitating human activities. Innovations in information management through the internet are closely related to rapid technological developments and have an impact on various sectors, including tourism. According to Law No. 10 of 2009, tourism covers all activities in the tourism industry that involve travelers and local communities. One of them is Panyaweuyan Argapura tourism, Majalengka Regency. In an effort to improve tourism services, researchers designed an information system application to facilitate the management of ticket sales digitally. This system was built using the PHP programming language and the Waterfall method. This method was chosen because it has structured stages that facilitate the system development process. Testing was carried out using the blackbox and whitebox methods to ensure that the features ran according to requirements and that the program logic functioned optimally. Testing results showed that the application functions well and is ready for use by tourism managers. “PAMPA” Panyaweuyan Tourism Management is an application designed to facilitate the administrative management of ticket sales at the Panyaweuyan tourist destination. This application aims to provide an efficient solution for tourism managers in recording, monitoring, and analyzing ticket sales results. It is hoped that this application will become a solution to these problems.

Abstract

The reliability of the internet network at West Java International Airport (BIJB) Kertajati, managed by PT Validata Teknologi, is a vital component for operational continuity. However, the current evaluation method, which only relies on speed tests and ping tests, is considered inadequate because it does not measure important technical parameters such as actual jitter and throughput, and is performed in a very short duration, making it less representative. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the internet service's QoS by designing a systematic testing scheme based on the TIPHON standard. The research methodology uses an Action Research approach, where testing is performed with Wireshark software to record data traffic on a 20 Mbps dedicated internet service across seven distribution switches during upload and download activities to Google Drive. The results of the data analysis show that the average values for throughput, packet loss, and delay parameters reached a 'Very Good' category (index 4), while the jitter parameter was categorized as 'Good' (index 3). Thus, the overall quality of the internet network service is concluded to be in the 'High' category, with a final average index of the four parameters of 3.7, in accordance with the TIPHON standard.

Abstract

The Hayyatun Thoyyibah Cooperative faced significant operational constraints due to its manual management system, which resulted in a high risk of human error, inefficiency, and a lack of transparency. This research aims to design and develop a functional web-based Management Information System (MIS) to address these challenges. The development methodology employed is Extreme Programming (XP), which emphasizes adaptability and user collaboration, while system validation was conducted through black-box testing. The findings demonstrate the successful development of an MIS capable of managing membership data, savings and loan transactions, and reporting in an integrated manner. This system is proven to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency for its members, thereby providing an effective solution to the identified problems.
