Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning Nahwu and Sharaf, two fundamental branches of Arabic grammar, is crucial for understanding Islamic texts and mastering the Arabic language. However, the traditional approaches to teaching these subjects, such as memorization and lectures, are often considered insufficient in the modern educational context. This literature review explores effective strategies for learning Nahwu and Sharaf by comparing traditional and modern approaches. The study highlights the advantages of traditional methods in building a strong foundation of grammatical rules, while also acknowledging their limitations in developing practical language skills. Modern approaches, including the use of technology and communicative methods, are discussed as potential solutions to increase student engagement and promote the practical application of Nahwu and Sharaf. The review suggests that a blended learning approach, combining face-to-face instruction with online learning tools, can optimize learning outcomes by leveraging the strengths of both traditional and modern strategies. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of adapting teaching methods to students' individual needs, such as their language proficiency, access to technology, and learning styles. The review concludes by recommending that educators adopt a flexible approach that integrates technology and communicative methods with traditional teaching practices. Additionally, policymakers are encouraged to support the integration of technology in Arabic language education, while researchers are advised to conduct empirical studies to assess the effectiveness of the proposed strategies in various contexts. Keywords: Arabic language, Learning strategies, Literature review, Teaching methods, Challenges ABSTRAK Mempelajari Nahwu dan Sharaf, dua cabang mendasar dari tata bahasa Arab, sangat penting untuk memahami teks-teks Islam dan menguasai bahasa Arab. Namun, pendekatan tradisional untuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran ini, seperti menghafal dan ceramah, sering dianggap tidak cukup dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Kajian literatur ini mengeksplorasi strategi yang efektif untuk mempelajari Nahwu dan Sharaf dengan membandingkan pendekatan tradisional dan modern. Studi ini menyoroti keuntungan dari metode tradisional dalam membangun fondasi yang kuat dari aturan tata bahasa, sementara juga mengakui keterbatasan mereka dalam mengembangkan keterampilan bahasa praktis. Pendekatan modern, termasuk penggunaan teknologi dan metode komunikatif, dibahas sebagai solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan mempromosikan aplikasi praktis Nahwu dan Sharaf. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran campuran, yang menggabungkan pengajaran tatap muka dengan perangkat pembelajaran online, dapat mengoptimalkan hasil pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan strategi tradisional dan modern. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mengadaptasi metode pengajaran dengan kebutuhan individu siswa, seperti kemahiran bahasa, akses terhadap teknologi, dan gaya belajar. Kajian ini diakhiri dengan merekomendasikan agar para pendidik mengadopsi pendekatan yang fleksibel yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dan metode komunikatif dengan praktik pengajaran tradisional. Selain itu, para pembuat kebijakan didorong untuk mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan bahasa Arab, sementara para peneliti disarankan untuk melakukan studi empiris untuk menilai keefektifan strategi yang diusulkan dalam berbagai konteks. Abstract

Dalam konteks pendidikan, pengenalan keterampilan hukum sejak dini juga dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat marginal. Ini membuka pintu untuk generasi yang lebih paham dan mandiri secara hukum, yang dapat berkontribusi secara positif dalam masyarakat. Dengan memahami hak dan kewajiban hukum mereka, mereka dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang membawa kesetaraan dan keadilan bagi semua. Secara keseluruhan, perlunya keterampilan hukum yang dengan ini melalui pendidikan paragregal untuk masyarakat marginal bukan hanya tentang melindungi mereka dari ketidakadilan, tetapi juga memberdayakan mereka untuk hidup dengan lebih mandiri dan bertanggung jawab secara hukum. Masyarakat yang dilengkapi dengan keterampilan hukum dapat mengatasi tantangan dengan lebih efektif, memahami hak-hak mereka, dan berkontribusi pada pembentukan masyarakat yang lebih adil dan setara. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan hukum di kalangan masyarakat marginal merupakan investasi yang berharga untuk mencapai masyarakat yang lebih berkeadilan.

Abstract

Manusia adalah makhluk unik dengan kemampuan berpikir, merasakan, dan berinteraksi secara sosial yang membedakannya dari makhluk lain. Pendidikan merupakan sarana utama untuk mengembangkan potensi intelektual, emosional, dan sosial manusia, yang memungkinkan individu mencapai aktualisasi diri. Pendidikan diakui sebagai hak fundamental yang harus diakses oleh semua orang tanpa diskriminasi, seperti yang tercantum dalam Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia. pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter dan moral manusia, serta mendukung terciptanya masyarakat yang adil dan inklusif. Pendidikan yang dinamis harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia modern. Implikasi dari hubungan ini termasuk penguatan hak asasi manusia, pengurangan ketimpangan sosial, pembentukan karakter bangsa, dan kontribusi pada kemajuan teknologi dan inovasi. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan yang berkualitas bukan hanya mencerdaskan individu, tetapi juga memperkuat tatanan sosial dan kemanusiaan, menjadikannya elemen penting dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Early vigilance is key in facing various social, political and economic challenges that continue to develop. Youth have a strategic role as agents of change who can prevent and overcome these threats through awareness and active participation. This service activity aims to increase youth awareness regarding the importance of early awareness, as well as preparing them to take a role in positive social change. Socialization is carried out through a participatory approach, using the Community-Based Research (CBR) method which involves workshops, discussions and simulations based on relevant real situations. The results of this activity show an increase in youth understanding of early warning and their role as agents of change in society. Positive impacts can also be seen from the increasing awareness of local communities regarding the importance of youth involvement in creating a safer and more responsive environment to change. It is hoped that this activity can become a model for developing community service based on youth empowerment to face future challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to provide the effect of various types of fertilizer on the growth of grape seedlings using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The study was conducted with five fertilizer treatments, namely NPK, White KNO₃, Magnesium, Humic Acid, and Compost, and four applications for each treatment, resulting in a total of 20 experimental units. The planting medium used was soil with a neutral pH, according to the optimal conditions for grape growth. The parameters observed were the length of the grape seedlings measured using a measuring instrument. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that fertilizer administration had a significant effect on the length of the grape seedlings. Duncan's further test divided the treatments into three groups, with NPK fertilizer giving the best results, achieving an average seedling length of 164.25 cm, followed by White KNO₃, Humic Acid, and Magnesium with similar results but not significantly different. Compost fertilizer produced the lowest seedling length of 93.75 cm. Based on these findings, NPK fertilizer is recommended to increase the growth of grape seedlings optimally.

Abstract

Sleep disorders are a global health issue that significantly impact an individual's sleep quality, encompassing physical, mental, and social aspects. This study aims to analyze the relationship between types of sleep disorders, such as insomnia and sleep apnea, and sleep quality using the Kruskal-Wallis test. This method was chosen for its ability to analyze non-normally distributed data and compare median differences across independent groups. The research data was derived from secondary datasets, and the analysis revealed significant differences in sleep quality between groups without sleep disorders and those with insomnia. However, no significant differences were found between the insomnia and sleep apnea groups. A post-hoc analysis with Bonferroni correction supported these findings, indicating that insomnia has a more detrimental impact on sleep quality than sleep apnea. This study provides new insights into the effects of sleep disorders on sleep quality and serves as a foundation for developing interventions to improve sleep quality in individuals with sleep disorders.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the philosophy of science through Islamic epistemology, encompassing theories, concepts, and sources of knowledge. The research employs a library research method with a qualitative approach. Throughout the history of the philosophy of science, two central issues have been the focus: the criteria of scientific validity and the development of knowledge. Various schools of thought in the philosophy of science that seek truth include Rationalism, Empiricism, Positivism, and others. In the Islamic tradition, knowledge must achieve certainty, requiring multiple sources such as explanation, reason, and experience to fulfill the elements of truth. The types of Islamic epistemology in the realm of knowledge include Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani. The collaboration or similarities shared among sciences in the philosophy of science and epistemology can be observed in the alignment of Bayani with Positivism, Burhani with Rationalism, and Irfani with Empiricism. This study is expected to assist in understanding the sources of knowledge and the schools of thought in the pursuit of truth.

Abstract

The principal plays a crucial role in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, aiming to shape students' character in accordance with Islamic values. This article examines principals' strategies in enhancing the quality of PAI learning through a literature review method of 10 selected journals from 2020-2023. Data were obtained using the Harzing’s Publish or Perish application with the keyword "Principals’ strategies to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning." The review findings indicate that academic supervision, curriculum innovation, management of human resources and facilities, implementation of visionary and spiritual leadership, and the use of school-based management are the main strategies employed by principals. Academic supervision has proven effective in enhancing PAI teachers' competencies through observation and constructive feedback. Curriculum innovation relevant to contemporary needs also plays a significant role in creating high-quality learning. Furthermore, effective management of human resources and educational facilities fosters a conducive learning environment. These strategies are strengthened by visionary and spiritual leadership, oriented toward reinforcing Islamic values. These findings underline the importance of the principal's role in fostering PAI learning success through well-planned and innovative approaches.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of product and service prices on the inflation rate in Deli Serdang Regency, using the Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method. The data used includes the inflation rate of eight categories of goods and services reported by the Central Statistics Agency during the period January to June 2024. The results of variance analysis show that neither the goods/services category factor nor product prices have a significant influence on the inflation rate in the research period. This study provides initial insight into the relationship between prices and inflation and opens up opportunities for further research with broader data coverage and additional variables.

Abstract

Identity philosophy offers a framework for understanding how individuals define themselves and their roles in society, including in the context of gender. In the digital era, gender identity has become increasingly complex, covering a broad spectrum that goes beyond traditional binary categories. The ideological differences regarding gender roles between traditional views that base gender on biology and progressive views that view gender as a social construction are increasingly prominent in the digital space. Digital technology not only accelerates dialogue and transformation of understanding about gender but also strengthens ideological polarization.
