Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the ability of Syahada Mart’s management to prepare financial statements that are accurate, systematic, and in accordance with accounting principles to support business decision-making. The program was initiated based on the initial finding that the financial recording at Syahada Mart was limited to cash inflows and outflows without the preparation of an income statement, balance sheet, or cash flow statement. The methods applied included interviews, observations, documentation, hands-on practice, and training on financial statement preparation using a Microsoft Excel-based template. Through the mentoring activities carried out in collaboration with Accounting Study Program students, this program successfully produced financial statements that can be utilized by management as a basis for evaluating and controlling financial performance

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge and interest in hydroponic cultivation as a solution to overcome land limitations. The community service activity was carried out at Diponegoro Vocational School. The implementation method consists of four stages: investigation, preparation, action, and reflection with educational materials, practice, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in aspects of basic hydroponic knowledge, types of hydroponic systems, and hydroponic market opportunities, as indicated by changes in the percentage of students who understood the material before and after the activity. In addition, the level of student interest in hydroponic cultivation increased from 35.5% to 100% after participating in educational and practical activities. These findings prove that a practice-based learning approach can strengthen modern agricultural literacy and foster entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and knowledge about crop cultivation techniques that can produce food and serve as a food source. The activity was carried out from Monday, April 21, 2025, to Tuesday, June 4, 2025, using dissemination and socialization methods about the benefits of food crops and food crop cultivation techniques. The results of the community service showed that all participants were enthusiastic and excited to participate in the entire series of activities, as evidenced by their attentiveness and participation until the end of the event. There was also a significant change in their knowledge of crop cultivation, which was 27% before the dissemination and cultivation practices, but increased to 93% after the dissemination and cultivation practices. These results were obtained from pre-test and post-test assessment forms filled out by the extension participants.

Abstract

Stunting remains a nutritional problem among children under five in Sarirejo Village, with a prevalence of 5.56% in 2025. This community service program aimed to improve nutrition literacy and prevent stunting through the "Pelita Gizi" program, which employed creative educational approaches. The methods included nutrition education using animated videos, demonstrations of "Isi Piringku" (balanced plate), and an educational game "Susun Isi Piringku". The activity involved 12 mothers of toddlers selected through purposive sampling in RW 08 Sarirejo. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test, as well as monitoring the application of balanced nutrition practices at home. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, with average post-test scores rising from 83% to 93%. One-week monitoring also indicated positive changes in children's dietary practices. The educational media were well received and considered easier to understand than conventional counseling. The "Pelita Gizi" program proved effective in improving nutrition literacy and has the potential to be replicated as a creative community nutrition education model

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide guidance in developing students with noble character through the study of the Taisīrul Kholāq Book. The guidance activity was carried out using an educational and participatory approach, including reading the book, explaining the material, discussing it, and cultivating moral behavior in daily life. The results of the guidance showed an increase in students' understanding of noble moral values, such as politeness, discipline, respect for teachers and parents, and social responsibility. The study of the Taisīrul Kholāq Book has proven effective as a medium for character development because the material is simple, applicable, and relevant to students' lives.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve basic Arabic literacy among students at the Khairul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School through the application of the Tamyiz Muyassar method.. The activity was implemented using a descriptive and action research approach during the training period, involving 25 students as the main participants. Evaluation of the program's effectiveness was conducted using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure improvements in Arabic literacy skills. The results of this program's service have an impact on increased motivation and student activeness, as well as changes in the teacher's learning approach to a more participatory and interactive direction. It can be concluded that the Tamyiz Muyassar method is effective and relevant for improving basic Arabic literacy in Islamic boarding schools with limited facilities. This service provides a practical contribution in the form of an adaptive and contextual Arabic language training model, and has the potential to be developed and replicated in other Islamic boarding schools with similar characteristics.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to identify the integrative role of families and Posyandu cadres in nutrition education as an effort to prevent stunting in pregnant women in Semen Village. This community service method applies a nutrition education intervention with a participatory approach in Semen Village in 2025. The activity involved 35 pregnant women, 35 accompanying family members (husbands or grandmothers), and 35 Posyandu cadres. The results of the activity showed that pregnant women's nutritional knowledge increased significantly from 56.14 to 82.37 (p < 0.001). Family support for animal protein consumption increased from 35.3% to 80%, while father involvement in pregnancy check-ups increased from 20.5% to 65.2%. Posyandu cadres' knowledge also increased from 60.21 to 85.07 (p < 0.001). The nutrition education approach with the integrative role of families and Posyandu cadres has proven effective in increasing nutritional literacy, family support, and cadre capacity in preventing stunting.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di TPQ Al-Hidayah Gatsu melalui pemanfaatan dan pengembangan media sosial sebagai sarana pendukung pembelajaran dan komunikasi pendidikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi TPQ meliputi keterbatasan media pembelajaran, kurangnya publikasi kegiatan, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam proses pendidikan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi, pelatihan pengelolaan media sosial, pendampingan pembuatan konten edukatif, serta evaluasi penggunaan media sosial dalam kegiatan TPQ. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengelola dan tenaga pendidik dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media informasi, promosi, dan pembelajaran. Selain itu, media sosial terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi santri dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam kegiatan pendidikan TPQ. Dengan demikian, pengembangan media sosial memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di TPQ Al-Hidayah Gatsu baik dari aspek manajemen, pembelajaran, maupun komunikasi lembaga.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen anti-bullying character while introducing basic accounting literacy through the "Tabungan Kebaikan" (Kindness Savings) medium. The program was conducted on December 12, 2025, at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al Falah, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, involving 40 students. Activities included school coordination, pre-test, delivery of bullying prevention and introductory accounting materials, simulation and role-play practice with daily behavior recorded as "transactions" (positive behavior as deposits/debits; negative behavior including bullying as withdrawals/credits), post-test, and satisfaction evaluation using a Likert scale (1–5). Results demonstrated improved student understanding of basic accounting concepts (debit, credit, balance) and heightened awareness of bullying's impact and the importance of prosocial behavior. Satisfaction evaluations were highly positive, with 86% of respondents agreeing or strongly agreeing on program alignment with objectives, target needs, and implementation quality.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis asrama memiliki kerentanan tinggi terhadap penyebaran penyakit berbasis lingkungan akibat kepadatan hunian dan minimnya penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Program  ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik PHBS santri Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat melalui kegiatan pendampingan terstruktur berbasis participatory action research. Program dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan melibatkan 120 santri dengan metode pendidikan kesehatan, demonstrasi praktis, pembentukan kader santri sehat, serta monitoring-evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan PHBS dari 58,4 menjadi 81,7 (peningkatan 39,9%, p<0,001), perbaikan skor sikap dari 62,3 menjadi 84,5, serta peningkatan bermakna pada enam indikator praktik PHBS. Terbentuknya 10 kader santri sehat sebagai agen perubahan menjadi capaian strategis keberlanjutan program. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada lembaga pendidikan Islam serupa di seluruh Indonesia.
