Abstract

Hasil perikanan di Kota pekalongan pada umumnya dijual dalam bentuk segar, olahan seperti ikan asin dan ikan pindang serta bandeng presto dengan daya awet kurang dari tiga hari. Maka melalui Ibm dilakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas produk pasca panen ikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penyuluhan tentang penanganan produk perikanan pasca panen dan upaya peningkatan kualitas hasil olahan; metode praktek dengan cara menerapkan pengolahan ikan pindang menjadi produk baru yakni ikan pindang presto kering (PINTOKIR) dan metode tanya jawab untuk mengetahui sampai sejauhmana anggota KUB Ulamsari mampu menerima atau terlibat dalam kegiatan, serta evaluasi untuk menganalisis dalam penarikan simpulan dari semua kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan ini, menunjukkan bahwa anggota KUB Ulamsari sangat antusias dalam melakukan praktek mengolah ikan menjadi produk baru yaitu pintokir atau pindang presto kering, dengan spesifikasi produk yang memiliki daya awet 5 hari dalam suhu kamar dan penampilan yang lebih menarik serta rasa yang gurih,tulang lunak dan higienis serta kapasitas produksi dapat ditingkatkan, yang semula 5 kg, bisa ditingkatkan menjadi 50 kg dengan alat PINTOKIR. Abstract

This study entitled Potential Analysis and Development Strategy of Pasir Kencana Beach Tourism Object in Pekalongan City. The research objective to be achieved is to know and analyze the actual (physical and non-physical) aspects of tourism development in Pekalongan City beach attractions and analyze the development policy of coastal tourism objects in Pekalongan City as a strategy for planning Pekalongan City coastal tourism development and determining tourism development planning strategies sustainable tourism from coastal tourism objects in Pekalongan City in the context of developing coastal tourism. This research is descriptive, carried out to get a description or description of the assessment of aspects of the development of nautical tourism carried o ut through statistical calculations, then carried out an analysis of the development of attractions carried out using SWOT analysis techniques. Based on the objectives and results of the research conducted, conclusions can be drawn as follows: Overall, it can be concluded that the condition of the infrastructure and facilities of tourism at the Pasir Kencana Beach tourism location are still inadequate such as electricity networks and lighting, clean water networks, health facilities, facilities sanitation and hygiene, parking facilities, worship facilities, accommodation facilities, directions, which are still inadequate, and telecommunications networks, security facilities, financial facilities, business facilities, recreational facilities, information facilities and tourism services, tourism police and tourism units, souvenir shops, tourism information boards / tourist traffic signs, and landscape forms that are not yet available at the Pasir Kencana Beach tourism location.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding vitamin C in artificial feed and the optimum dose to the growth of snakehead fish seeds. The research method used was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments used were: A (giving vitamin C at a dose of 50 mg/kg of feed), B (giving vitamin C at a dose of 100 mg/kg of feed), C (giving vitamin C at a dose of 150 mg/kg of feed), D ( giving vitamin C at a dose of 200 mg/kg of feed). The results showed that the highest average biomass growth was obtained in treatment D with a dose of vitamin C 200 mg/kg of feed, the increase in biomass reached 3.04 grams. While the lowest growth was obtained in treatment A with a dose of vitamin C 50 mg/kg of feed resulting in an average growth of 1.09 grams. The results of the analysis of variance on the growth of snakehead fish seed biomass showed that the calculated F value was greater than F table 1% and 5%. The range of water temperature during the study was between 27 -30 o C, water pH ranged from 7.4-7.6 and dissolved oxygen in water (DO) ranged from 4.2-4.9 mg/l. Abstract

PEKALONGAN CITY'S DEVELOPMENT IS INSEPARABLE FROM THE EXISTENCE OF THE FISH AUCTION (TPI) IN A HISTORICAL TPI PEKALONGAN CITY HAD TRIUMPHED IN THE '80S UNTIL ITS PEAK IN 1994 WHEREAS IN 1994 TPI ACHIEVED HIGHEST EVER PRODUCTION OF UP P103.008 TONNES WORTH RP 62.228 BILLION, A LOT OF THINGS THAT LED TO THE ACQUISITION OF HIGH PRODUCTION, SUCH AS THE OWNERSHIP OF THE VESSEL BY THE ORIGIN PEKALONGAN TO REACH THE NUMBER OF 700 UNITS, THE NUMBER OF SHIPS FROM OTHER REGIONS WHO WANT UNLOADING IN TPI CITY OF PEKALONGAN, THE AUCTION SYSTEM IN CASH, AND VARIOUS FACILITIES TPI ADEQUATE. AFTER 1994 PRODUCTION LEVELS GRADUALLY DECLINE AND FLUCTUATE. BASED SOURCES PPNP IN 2013 THAT DURING 2003 S / D IN 2012 FISH PRODUCTION LEVELS FELL AN AVERAGE OF 10%. LOWEST PRODUCTION IN 2010 ONLY REACHED 18.523 TONS, WORTH 120.997 BILLION. THESE CONDITIONS PRESUMABLY BECAUSE OF THE TIGHT RULES THAT ARE APPLIED BY THE CAPTURE OF THE PORT OF THE ARCHIPELAGO PEKALONGAN, AND THE EMERGENCE OF RULES THAT PROHIBIT VESSELS OVER 30 GROSS TONE BUY DIESEL SUBSIDY. RESTORE THE DOMINANCE OF THE FISHERIES SECTOR HAS AN IMPORTANT MEANING FOR THE CITY AUTHORITIES AND URBAN COMMUNITIES PEKALONGAN. THE DOMINANCE OF THE FISHERIES SECTOR SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED ECONOMIC ACTIVITY, ECONOMIC GROWTH AND INCREASED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND OF COURSE FOR THE GOVERNMENT WOULD INCREASE THE COFFERS OF REVENUE (PAD) PEKALONGAN CITY. THIS RESEARCH IS INTENDED TO LOOK AT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF TPI, INTERNAL FACTORS AND EXTERNAL FACTORS TPI ANALYSIS TOOL IMPORTANCE PERFORMACE ANALYSIS (IPA) AND SWOT WAS THEN USED AS THE BASIS FOR THE FORMULATION OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES TPI PEKALONGAN CITY. THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS CONCLUDED THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF TPI IPA PEKALONGAN CITY INDICATE SUITABILITY LEVEL OF 73% OR IN THE CATEGORY WAS SATISFACTORY. KESESUAI HIGHEST ATTRIBUTES ARE THE ATTRIBUTES OF FISH PRODUCTS IS THE CONCORDANCE RATE OF 87% AND THE LOWEST LEVEL ATTRIBUTES KESESUAINYA IS DISCIPLINE AND FAIRNESS OF FEES. WHILE THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS SWOT TPI PEKALONGAN CITY ARE IN QUADRANT II OR QUADRANT COMPETITIVE.

Abstract

Shrimp farming with a non-partial harvest system is a cultivation concept to obtain optimal production harvest. The purpose of this study was to determine the business feasibility status of vaname shrimp (L. vannamei) cultivation with a non-partial harvesting system in terms of the ecological and financial aspects from aquaculture. The research method used in this study is a survey research method with data collection techniques based on purposive sampling. The results showed, this non-partial system is ecologically very feasible, because the conditions of the average daily water quality parameter values (DO, pH, temperature, salinity) during the aquaculture period are still above the water quality standard threshold for intensive aquaculture. The business financial feasibility analysis resulted in a profit of IDR 441,307,102,-, BEP Unit 2,062 Kg, BEP Sales IDR 119,995,253,-, R/C of 1.71, Return on Investment of 47.69%, and Payback Period of 2.7 years. Meanwhile based on investment analysis, the Net Present Value of IDR 34,136,139,245,-, Net B/C 11.61, and Internal Rate of Return 37.23%. So, it can be denied, that based on ecological aspects and economic multiplication of aquaculture systems like this can be categorized as very feasible and profitable to be globally developed.

Abstract

Sungai Meduri yang mengalir di desa ngaliyan, pandanarum, tirto, tegal dowo dan jeruk sari merupakan salah satu di kabupaten pekalongan yang diindikasikan tercemar oleh limbah batik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas sungai Meduri ditinjau dari aspek fisika (suhu, kecerahan, TSS dan kedalaman), aspek kimia (DO, pH, BOD, Cr6+, Minyak dan Fenol) dan aspek biologi (plankton).  Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan mei-juni 2015. pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak  3 kali dengan interval waktu 2 minggu sekali. Komunitas Plankton di Sungai Meduri terdiri dari kelas Barcillariophyceaea, Chlorophycea, Chyanophyceae, Rotatoria dan Entomostraca. Kelimpahan berkisar antara 1104-5393, Indeks keanekaragaman (H') berkisar antara 1,011-1,885, Nilai indeks Keanekaragaman terendah pada staisu. bila nilai indeks keanekaragamn berkisar antara 1-1,5 menandakan perairan dalam kondisi tercemar sedang sampai berat Indeks keseragaman (E) berkisar antara 0,564-0,978 dan indeks Dominasi berkisar antara 0,022-1,000.pada sungai Meduri tidak ada biota yang mendominasi.  Kandungan Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) di perairan Sungai Meduri memiliki nilai yang melebihi baku mutu air kelas III. Berdasarkan PP RI No. 82 Tahun 2001 tentang Pengelolaan Kualitas dan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air, Baku mutu air kelas III untuk parameter BOD adalah 3 mg/l. Nilai Cr6+  dan Minyak masih berada dibawah baku mutu air kelas III yaitu 0,05 mg/l dan 1000 mg/l. Sedangkan nilai fenol paling tinggi terdapat pada stasiun 3 dan 4 yaitu 0,11mg/l  dan 0,07 mg/l, baku mutu nilai fenol adalah 1 mg/l.

Abstract

Abstrak   Kebutuhan makan, minum, sandang, pangan dan papan selalu bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Oleh karenanya para produsen berlomba lomba menguasai pasar dengan memproduksi makanan dan minuman yang beragam. Produsen yang sadar akan kebutuhan masyarakat mempunyai cara tersendiri untuk menarik konsumen. Salah satunya adalah label, yang menjadi ciri khas bagi produk tertentu agar terkenang di hati masyarakat. Indonesia dalam menghadapi perdagangan bebas tingkat regional,  internasional,  dan global,  dikhawatirkan sedang dibanjiri pangan dan produk lainnya yang mengandung atau terkontaminasi unsur haram.  Dalam teknik pemrosesan,  penyimpanan,  penanganan,  dan pengepakan seringkali digunakan bahan pengawet yang membahayakan kesehatan atau bahan tambahan yang mengandung unsur haram yang dilarang dalam Agama Islam.Produk impor kini mulai membanjiri tanah air kita dengan berbagai jenis kemasan yang menarik.  Masyarakat perlu hati-hati dalam memilih produk tersebut,   bisa jadi ada yang tersembunyi dibalik produk makanan tersebut yang tidak layak dikonsumsi oleh umat muslim.  Bagi umat muslim kesalahan dalam memilih produk makanan yang dikonsumsi dapat menyebabkan kerugian lahir dan batin,  secara lahir mengkonsumsi produk yang mengandung bahan berbahaya dapat mengganggu kesehatan,  sedangkan secara batin mengkonsumsi produk yang tidak halal dapat  menimbulkan dosa,dengan adanya pencantuman label halal konsumen muslim jadi terlindungi. Pencantuman label halal sarana informasi dari produsen ke konsumen mengenai produk yang akan dijualnya. Sehingga konsumen benarbenar mengetahui bahan-bahan apa saja yang digunakan, termasuk bahan tambahan yang tertera dikemasan. Pelabelan yang benar sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku akan membentuk terciptanya perdagangan yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab. Sehingga akan memudahkan dalam pengawasan keamanan pangan dan melindungi konsumen dari persepsi yang salah.Labelisasi halal berperan dalam meningkatkan penjualan untuk menarik konsumen khususnya konsumen muslim, dimana keputusan pembelian tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagai pengukur sejauh mana tingkat penjualan pada produk yang telah ditetapkan kehalalannya dengan produk yang tidak ada kejelasan antara halal dan haram Kata Kunci :abstrak; kata kunci; halal;label;konsumen muslim  AbstractThe need for food, drink, clothing, food and shelves always increase from year to year. Therefore, the producers compete to compete in the market by producing various foods and beverages. Producers who are aware of the needs of the community have their own way of attracting consumers. One of them is the label, which is characteristic for certain products to be remembered in the hearts of people. Indonesia in the face of regional free trade, international, and global, it is feared being flooded with food and other products containing or contaminated with illicit substances. In processing, storage, handling, and packing techniques are often used preservatives that endanger health or additives containing prohibited substances banned in Islam.Imported products are now beginning to flood our homeland with various types of attractive packaging. People need to be careful in choosing these products, there could be hidden behind the food products that are not feasible consumed by Muslims. For Muslims the mistake in choosing food products consumed can cause birth and mental damage, birth consume products containing hazardous materials can interfere with health, while conscientiously consume unlawful products can cause sin, with the inclusion of halal label Muslim consumers so protected. Inclusion of halal label means information from producers to consumers about the products to be sold. So consumers really know what ingredients are used, including the additional material contained in the packaging. Proper labeling in accordance with the prevailing provisions will shape the creation of honest and responsible trade. So that will facilitate the monitoring of food safety and protect consumers from wrong perception.Halal labeling plays a role in increasing sales to attract consumers, especially Muslim consumers, where the purchase decision can serve as a measure of the extent to which the level of sales on products that have been established halal products with no clarity between halal and haram.Keywords: abstract; keywords; halal; label; Muslim consumer

Abstract

75 persen wilayah Indonesia  berupa laut dengan lebih dari 17 ribu pulau, serta panjang garis pantai mencapai 95.181 km. Potensi ini menunjukan sektor kelautan dan perikanan dengan segenap potensinya memiliki peluang menjadi tulang punggung pembangunan bangsa ini. Rumput laut salah satu potensi Perikanan kelautan Indonesia saat sekarang sudah mampu menjadi produk ekspor . Rumput laut tersebar di pantai Idonesia dan dapat berkembang biak dari erairan payau hingga perairan laut .Terdapat beragam jenis rumput laut yang telah dibudidayakan, namun terdapat beberapa jenis rumput laut unggulan yang telah dibudidayakan dan berpotensi di Indonesia. Berikut beberapa jenis rumput laut yang memiliki potensi dan merupakan produk potensi untuk  ekspor yakni Gracilaria sp, Eucheuma cottoni, eucheuma spinosum, Gelidium, Acanthopora. Chondrococcus Hypnea, Ulva lactuta, Sargasum ,TurbinariaMelalui program Blue Economy telah menerapkan rumput laut sebagai produk yang mempunyai potensi pasca panen yang dapat dikonsumsi masyarakat sebagai makanan sehat dan halal. Berbagai produk pasca panen rumputlaut yang dikelola sesuai prosedur akan menghasilkan produk yang sehat dan halal. Diantara produk yang sudah dihasilkan dan memiliki pangsa pasar yang baik yakni agar agar, jelly, pewarna alami yang sangat dibutuhkan sebagai bahan dasar untuk pengolahan lebih lanjut sehingga menghasilkan produk makanan, obat obat dan kosmetika yang berkelanjutan, sehat dan halal.Kata kunci : Halal,sehat, rumput laut

THE DOMINANCE OF THE FISHERIES SECTOR SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED ECONOMIC ACTIVITY, ECONOMIC GROWTH AND INCREASED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND OF COURSE FOR THE GOVERNMENT WOULD INCREASE THE COFFERS OF REVENUE (PAD) PEKALONGAN CITY. THIS RESEARCH IS INTENDED TO LOOK AT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF TPI, INTERNAL FACTORS AND EXTERNAL FACTORS TPI ANALYSIS TOOL IMPORTANCE PERFORMACE ANALYSIS (IPA) AND SWOT WAS THEN USED AS THE BASIS FOR THE FORMULATION OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES TPI PEKALONGAN CITY. THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS CONCLUDED THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF TPI IPA PEKALONGAN CITY INDICATE SUITABILITY LEVEL OF 73% OR IN THE CATEGORY WAS SATISFACTORY. KESESUAI HIGHEST ATTRIBUTES ARE THE ATTRIBUTES OF FISH PRODUCTS IS THE CONCORDANCE RATE OF 87% AND THE LOWEST LEVEL ATTRIBUTES KESESUAINYA IS DISCIPLINE AND FAIRNESS OF FEES. WHILE THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS SWOT TPI PEKALONGAN CITY ARE IN QUADRANT II OR QUADRANT COMPETITIVE.
