Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Marketing Mix Analysis of Rice Sales "KITA" Against Purchase Satisfaction at Bulog Branch Makassar became the object of research. This research uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are primary data collection documentation and questionnaires. The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin as many as 80 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS version 25 software program which consisted of validity tests, reliability tests on research instruments as well as descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis of the data that had been obtained. This is evidenced by the Correlation Test of 0.700 which means that the relationship between the Marketing Mix and Purchase Satisfaction is strong. The Coefficient of Determination Test was obtained at 0.722, which means that the Marketing Mix Analysis of Rice Sales "KITA" on Purchase Satisfaction obtained a value of 72.2% which was included in the high category interval.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Taxpayer Knowledge and Awareness has on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance at the Makassar City Revenue Agency. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sampling method used is Nonprobability Sampling with Incidental Sampling Technique. The results of the study show that the knowledge of taxpayers has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, and there is an effect of knowledge and awareness of taxpayers simultaneously or together on restaurant taxpayer compliance at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of Easy and Security Perceptions either partially or simultaneously On Interest In Using E-Money On OVO Users In Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District. The population of the research is OVO users in Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District. Determination the sample use is the sample formulated by Slovin with an error rate of ten percent, the number of sample obtained is as many as one hundred respondents. Data collection technique is questionnaires are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version twenty five program which of data normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variables of Easy, Security Perceptions and Interest Using E-money in the good category. Variables of Easy and Security Perceptions had a significant effect partially or simultaneously On Interest In Using E-Money On OVO Users In Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District. This is based on the results of the t test and F test on the data obtained.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the drug administration system at the Pangkajene and Kepulauan District Health Service Pharmacy Installation. The research method used descriptive qualitative at the Pangkajene and Kepulauan District Health Service Pharmacy Installation Office with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with 11 informants and document review. The research results found that the drug administration system in the distribution function was carried out in stages from the Pangkajene and Kepulauan District Health Service Pharmacy Installation to 23 Community Health Centers and 1 Primary Hospital in La Bakkang based on the Medicine Request Sheet every month, then it would be distributed again from the Community Health Center to the local Auxiliary Health Center and Village Health Post. The function of the drug destruction sector is carried out according to the stages and minutes, as well as coordinating with related parties; The Police, Prosecutor's Office, Head of the District Food Drug Control Agency, and implementation functions are carried out in three forms; inventory control, usage. Regarding expired medicines, referring to Minister of Health Regulation Number 72 of 2016, recording and reporting are carried out by administration of availability (stock), financial administration and administration of deletion (destruction) as a form of drug management. So that the drug administration system in pharmacy installations can be better, it is recommended to improve the quality of human resources through linear continuing education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Central Market of Sengkang City, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques use are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research is a many as 77 traders at the Central Market of Sengkang City who have used an online shop to market product. The data obtained from research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of validity and reliability. Tebuk descriptive data analysisi and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that the indicators used in each of these variabels show that the online shop variabel and the level of sales at the Central Sengkang Market, Wajo Regency have a significant influence. Online shop with a strong sales level. And the coefitient of determination R test was obtained at 0,345 which means that the influence of the online shop on the level of product sales at the Sengkang Central Market, Wajo Regency, obtained value of 34,5%, while the remaining 65,5% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The Influence of On Time Delivery on Customer Satisfaction J&T Drop Point Takalalla in Liliriaja Sub District Soppeng District Thesis Business Administration Study Program. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University Supervised by Aris Baharuddin and Sulmiah. This study aims to determine how much influence timeliness of delivery has on customer satisfaction at J&T Express Drop Point Takalalla in Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency. This study used quantitative research with correlational methods with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data obtained from the research results were processed using SPSS version 22 which consisted of validity tests, reliability tests on research instruments and descriptive analysis techniques on the data obtained. The results show that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate that the effect of timeliness of delivery is in the good category, for indicators on the customer satisfaction variable are in the very good category. Based on the infrensial statistical analysis there is an influence between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between on time delivery of customer satisfaction at J&T Express Drop Point Takalalla in Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the description and how much influence incentives have on employee performance at UD. Naga Mas Kecap Dua Jempol Gowa. To achieve this goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables. The indicator variables used are performance, length of service, seniority, needs, fairness, and job evaluation. As for employee performance variables, the indicators used are quality of work, quantity of work, execution of tasks, and responsibilities. In this study, the method used is quantitative method, with data collection namely observation, questionnaires and documentation that are tested for validity and reliability. The sample used is a saturated sample technique with data analysis techniques using the SPSS assistance program which consists of simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the indicators used for each variable showed that employee incentives and performance at UD. Naga Mas Kecap Dua Jempol Gowa is in the very good category. In addition, the results of a simple linear regression test, obtained positive results, and it can be said that incentives affect employee performance. In addition, the results of the correlation coefficient indicate that there is a strong relationship between incentives and employee performance, and shows a positive direction of relationship, meaning that the higher the incentive, the higher the employee's performance. The results of the calculation of the t test and the coefficient of determination, obtained significant results, meaning that there is an incentive effect on employee performance and has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impact of the Course Brand and Content Marketing Expert for SMEs in Increasing Student Entrepreneurship (Study on Alumni Students of the Indonesian Student Micro Credential Program, Makassar State University) and to find out what factors hinder and support training. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation with 10 informants. Data analysis techniques in this study used data analysis techniques in the form of data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the goals and objectives of this training in the form of creating novice entrepreneurs among students had been achieved but were still not optimal. However, this training had a positive impact on most of the participants in the form of adding new knowledge and skills in starting a business as well as in running and developing a business by utilizing various knowledge and skills acquired during the training, both in terms of planning, packaging to technology and internet-based marketing. The inhibiting factors for the training were that the training was carried out online, there were difficulties for participants in participating in the training, especially during packaging design practices, the short training only lasted for a month, the participants did not pay attention to the detailed attendance and class schedules so that it was necessary to control the level head, the tasks quite a lot with close deadlines, tight schedules in one week and the distance between one material and another close together. While several supporting factors in this training include the balance of the training material provided both in theory and practice, the instructor or teacher is someone who has competence in the business field, the presence of trainers or presenters who are entrepreneurs or practitioners, the knowledge and skills acquired are related to the modern era by utilizing technology and the internet as well as compensation for converting course grades, certificates and some pocket money.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex social problem and is still a challenge in various regions, including in Palakka District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. One of the efforts made to overcome this problem is through a village community empowerment program. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of community empowerment programs in poverty alleviation and identify more optimal strategies to improve community welfare. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study in Palakka District. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The results of the study indicate that the village community empowerment program has a positive impact on improving community welfare, especially through increasing individual capacity, access to entrepreneurship training, and increasing community income through productive businesses. However, the effectiveness of the program still faces several challenges, such as limited supporting infrastructure, limited market access, and lack of sustainable funding. This study confirms that active community participation, government support, and synergy with the private sector and non-governmental organizations are key factors in the success of community empowerment programs. Improvements are needed in policies and program implementation to be more oriented to local needs and ensure the sustainability of the program in the long term. With a more integrated and strategic approach, it is hoped that the village community empowerment program can be an effective solution in eradicating poverty sustainably in Palakka District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a major factor in increasing labor efficiency and productivity, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on labor productivity in the MSME sector in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey of MSME actors who have adopted digital technology, such as the use of e-commerce, social media, digital financial applications, and business management software. The results of the study show that digitalization has a positive and significant impact on labor productivity, especially in terms of operational efficiency, increasing market access, and financial management. However, challenges such as limited access to technology, lack of digital skills, and implementation costs are still obstacles for some MSMEs. Therefore, support is needed from the government and related parties in the form of training, access to financing, and better technology infrastructure so that digital transformation can be optimized in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Makassar City.
