Abstract

Education is a systematically designed process aimed at producing significant changes in human behavior, according to Imam Al-Ghazali. In this context, Al-Ghazali believes that the central focus of education is the heart, as the essence of a human being lies within the heart, not in the physical elements but within the heart. He views humans as theocentric and directs the concept of education towards the formation of noble character. This study employs a qualitative method known as library research, involving the exploration of sources from various literature and online journals. The research findings reveal that Al-Ghazali's philosophical concept in education includes knowledge as a process, knowledge as an object, and knowledge grounded in Shariah. The implementation of these educational objectives is evident through the curriculum adopted by the government, particularly emphasizing character development within the framework of the independent curriculum. Al-Ghazali's educational philosophy is rooted in fundamental ethical concepts, notably known as "moral education," aligning with the educational goals emphasized by Al-Ghazali

Abstract

The use of the Make A Match cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for fifth-grade students at Tlogomas 2 Elementary School, Malang City, elementary school, teacher education study program, faculty of education at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, supervised by Dr. Firsta Bagus Sugiharto, S.Pd., M.Pd and Chusnul Chotimah, S.Pd., M.Pd. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Make A Match type of cooperative learning model to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang City. This study used a class action research method (CAR) with a qualitative descriptive approach which consisted of 2 cycles, Cycle I and Cycle II, cycle I was held in 2 meetings, and cycle II was also held in 2 meeting, each cycle consisting of 4 stages namely, planning, implementing, observing data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the application of the Make A Match type of cooperative learning model in cycle I meeting I, 62,5% in the less category and meeting II, 75% in the sufficient categories, in the implementation of cycle II meeting I the percentage was 87.5% in the category very good, the second meeting, 93.75% with excellent category. (2) increasing social studies learning outcomes by using the Make A Match type cooperative learning model for social studies subjects in cycle I meeting I. 46% with an average value of 72.70% than in the second cycle experienced an increase in the first meeting the percentage of completeness was 76.92% with an average value of 81.15% and at the second meeting the percentage of completeness was 84.61% with the average value is 86.92%, therefore it can be concluded that the use of the Make A Match cooperative learning model to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang City

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology with reference to the views of philosopher Paul Ricoeur. The background involves the rapid growth of AI technology and the need to understand its impact on society as well as individuals, with an emphasis on ethical and moral aspects. The aim of this research is to identify ethical principles that can serve as guidelines in the development and application of AI technology, as well as to apply Ricoeur's views on the realization of the good life in the context of technology. The research methodology includes a philosophical analysis of Ricoeur's work, a literature review on the ethics of AI technology, and a case study of the implementation of ethics in a particular AI project. The results show that the application of Ricoeur's ethical principles can guide the development of more humane and responsible AI technologies. The research conclusions emphasize the need for human involvement in AI decision-making, transparency, and moral considerations in the implementation of such technologies. The contribution of this research to science involves an in-depth investigation of Ricoeur's views in the context of AI technology as well as providing a conceptual foundation for the development of AI ethics oriented towards the realization of the good life and social welfare

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop the feasibility of teaching materials for learning Indonesian, while the teaching materials developed were wordwall-based video teaching materials for learning Indonesian, the subject matter of news texts in class VIII at SMP YPK 1 Malang. The development of news text teaching materials by utilizing video media and wordwalls is based on the irrelevance of the teaching and learning process in the classroom because the teaching staff more often use books and worksheets as learning resources so as to make the teaching and learning process look boring. The method used in developing teaching materials consists of five stages: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. The developed teaching materials are validated to material experts, design experts, linguists to find out the level of feasibility of the developed teaching materials in Indonesian language learning. The results of research on the development of teaching materials for news texts using video media and wordwalls in Indonesian language learning for class VIII SMP YPK 1 Malang obtained a score for the material validation results test reaching 3.30, design validation test results obtained 3.87, and language validation test results 3.11. From the values obtained according to the assessment criteria by the validator, it was stated that the teaching materials developed were included in the good criteria and deserved to be tested

Abstract

Communication is a process that involves the exchange of information, facts, ideas and thoughts between individuals or groups. Communication can be done through various means, such as verbally, body movements, and electronic media. So, researchers try to find out about meaning in oral communication. This research aims to describe persona deixis on Elelrumi and Syifa Hadju's Instagram. The research created by researchers is a type of qualitative research. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data for this research are utterances in Elelrumi and Syifa Hadju's Instagram comments in the form of words containing persona deixis. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, documentation and data classification. The data analysis techniques used are data description, data analysis and data conclusions. Based on the results of the data analyzed, it can be concluded that Conversation Deixis in Elelrumi and Syifa Hadju's Instagram was found to be first and second person deixis. The first person deixis is Gue and Akuuhh. The second person deixis is el, mas el, cipaaa, sygku, Kiyowoooo Bayiekuuww, kakak, kamu, dan lo.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' learning motivation in ICT learning using Padlet media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this research were 32 class IX students of SMPN 1 Munjungan Trenggalek. The results of the research show that there has been an increase in the implementation of padlet media in ICT materials at SMPN 1 Munjungan. The percentage in cycle 1 was 64% and increased in cycle 2 by 80.5%. Next, there are 6 indicators of learning motivation that are studied. Six indicators experienced an increase in the percentage of each indicator from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of Padlet media in ICT materials can increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the integration of education for sustainable development (ESD) values in climate change education (CCE) (CCESD) from an epistemological perspective, namely focusing on history and the development of those knowledges; and an axiological perspective, namely the values that build it. The research was carried out qualitatively using a literature study method, where all documents used as data sources were reading material that discussed "education for sustainable development", "climate change education", "epistemology", and "axiology". The results of the study show that ESD and CCE grow together from human anxiety about an uncertain future due to various problems with long-term impacts, such as climate change. Therefore, both aim to form a prosperous society and intergenerational justice. The two main characteristics of ESD values integrated in CCE are interdisciplinary integration and temporal connection between the past, present and future. In teaching ESD in CCE or CCESD, it is recommended to emphasize some key competencies of ESD: systems thinking competency, critical thinking competency, collaborative competency, integrative problem-solving competency, and anticipatory competency.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Socio-cultural Value in General Kambing Novel by Khrisna Pabichara Perspective of Sociology of Literature". The interesting thing about General Kambing's novel is the structure of the novel, and the socio-cultural life contained in the novel. So that this research only focuses on the structure of the novel and what socio-cultural values ​​contained in the novel Gen Kambing. The subject of this study was the novel Gen Kambing by Khrisna Pabichara. The object of this research is the whole data that relates to the existing socio-cultural values, so that the whole part of the novel is considered to support the research data. In accordance with the type of research, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods to analyze this novel. In its application, heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods are used. Heuristic reading method is a way of working done by readers by interpreting structurally. While the method of reading hermeneutics is to find meaning. This method is a way of working done by the reader by reading back and forth from beginning to end.

Abstract

Gold nanoparticles (AuNp) have LSPR absorption at visible wavelengths, which can be used for colorimetric sensors. The sialic acid colorimetric sensor using AuNp is an analysis based on the color change when there is an interaction between AuNp and the sialic acid analyte. The research method was carried out by synthesizing AuNp and then characterizing it using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The synthesis results were then used to detect sialic acid in serum samples. The success of AuNp synthesis was marked by the formation of a red AuNp colloid with a maximum wavelength of 518 nm. AuNp has potential as a colorimetric sensor for sialic acid and is characterized by a color change in the AuNp solution from red to purple. Apart from that, the spectrophotometry results show that there is a new peak at a wavelength of 655 nm. Next, AuNp was used for the detection of sialic acid in serum samples. The results of the analysis of sialic acid in serum samples showed that the recovery value was 105.6%.

Abstract

One of the learning objectives of science, especially in the last few curricula, is to gain belief in God Almighty based on the existence, beauty, and orderliness of His creation. But why do many scientists, especially natural science scientists, manifest themselves as a group that does not believe in the existence of God? The purpose of this study is to show how much connection there is between science and religion, especially to reveal how much real evidence shows the existence of God as the creator of the universe. The analytical tool used in this research is the falsification technique initiated by several philosophers, especially Karl Popper. The results of this research show strong evidence of the existence of God as the creator of the universe, which is doubted by many world scientists. The results of this research make it possible to open the barrier between science and religion, especially Islam.
