The development of science in the millennium has influenced the changing challenges of higher education in society. For this reason, higher education must be able to answer these challenges by making various innovations in learning, one of which is through the KKNI-based higher education curriculum, which can integrate the education sector with the job training sector. The development of a histopreneurship-based historical learning model is one way to answer the challenges of today's history teachers. History teachers can have historical competences and entrepreneurial skills that can be implemented in society. This study uses the ADDIE model Research and development (R and D) development method which has five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the Histoprenership Learning Model can improve students' critical thinking skills in capturing opportunities in the creative industry in society. Histoprenership learning model can increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students, resulting in a paradigm shift in thinking that history students do not have to be job seekers but can open new jobs.

This article examines the perspectives of women within the framework of Islamic education through the lens of prominent individuals. KH is the individual under review in the context of Islamic education. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). The objective of this research is to ascertain the viewpoints on women's education in relation to the concept of Islamic education espoused by KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). A qualitative research methodology is employed in this study, wherein the data are presented through descriptive analysis and structured around a literature review encompassing various discussions. This study underscores the essential elements of the KH. Abdurrahman Wahid's (Gus Dur) perspective on women's education within the framework of Islamic education. The results of this study are based on an analysis of women's education based on a review of Islamic education according to KH. Sport is an important activity that must be done by humans in order to obtain a healthy body, one of which is handball or handball. The game of handball is currently popular with all groups, even though it sounds rare, but now many are starting to get to know the game of handball. Handball is popular not only among students who play it, but now it has spread to students from the junior high school level to the upper secondary level. This is shown from the existence of competitions held in each region. The purpose of this study, among others, was to find out: the effect of squat jump training on jump height when performing jump shoot techniques for handball players in Malang, the effect of burpees on jump height when doing jump shoot techniques for handball players in Malang, the difference between the effect of squat jump training and burpees on the height of the jump when performing the jump shoot technique on handball players in Malang. This research uses the type of experimental research. The design of this study used an experimental design (true experimental design) with the design type Two Group Pretest and Posttest Design, namely the experimental design was carried out in two different groups (experimental group 1 and experimental group 2) which received different exercises (squat jump exercise and exercise burpees). There is no difference in the effect of squat jump and burpees exercises on jump height when performing the jump shoot technique for handball players in Malang. This can be proven based on the results of calculating the mean difference between the two experimental groups, where the t test value of the research test is 0.121, with db = 42, the critical t value is 1.681. From these results it shows that the price of the t-statistic is 0.121

Based on the main work indicator or IKU 7, namely collaborative and participatory through the case method and team based project with a student-centred learning orientation. The Mathematics Education Study Program at IKIP Budi Utomo followed up on this by collaborating in PDK (Collaborative Online Learning) together with the University of Flores through a blended learning scheme. This scheme is based on project based learning which requires students to carry out a project as a team to achieve a solution to a problem. This research is qualitative research. The objects of this research are students of the Mathematics Education Study Program at IKIP Budi Utomo and Flores University who are taking Entrepreneurship courses in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Determining the research object was carried out by means of purportive sampling. The instrument used in this research is the researcher as an observer or interviewer. The data collected came from interviews, observations and documentation through FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Team based project learning is carried out using blended learning using a learning managing system. Students receive an Entrepreneurship module in which there are assignments that students must complete. Entrepreneurship learning is carried out using blended learning because it is carried out collaboratively by IKIP Budi Utomo and the University of Flores which does not allow for offline lectures. This is done to create effective and efficient lectures. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that blended learning through team based projects can provide students with experience in being able to think critically, analytically and creatively in solving problems. The team based project approach used in entrepreneurship courses is able to increase student creativity in the business world.

The objective of this study was to clarify the specific methods of politeness used during interactions between teachers and students in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, and to analyze the influence of these strategies on the educational process. The author chose to gather data from the tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngantang throughout the academic year 2023/2024. The study encompassed the entire group of individuals involved in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, comprising both the teacher and the students. The study involved 20 participants in total. Data was gathered in a natural environment, with the researcher observing the teaching and learning activities without implementing any modifications or interventions.The data was analyzed using Miles & Huberman's (1994) interactive cycle model of qualitative data analysis, which involved three simultaneous processes: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing or verifying conclusions. It identified four unique politeness strategies: bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off record. According to the findings, the researcher concluded that the teacher exhibited positive politeness during the instructional activities. Furthermore, the teacher utilized polite language and their demeanor was marked by attentiveness, delight, and friendliness. The majority of students in the class displayed exemplary etiquette by showing deference to their teacher throughout the instructional and educational endeavors.

This study was conducted with the aim of making students more active in learning, especially for class VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Batu. The results of this study indicate that the Picture and Picture learning model developed has very good quality and is suitable for use in learning descriptive texts in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Batu. This model was evaluated through three main aspects: language, material, and design, each of which obtained positive validation results. The language aspect received an average score of 88.88 and was classified as "Very Suitable," indicating that the use of language in this model is appropriate and easy for students to understand. The material aspect obtained an average score of 75, which is classified as "Decent," indicating that the material in the model is adequate but can still be improved. The design aspect obtained an average score of 84.37, also categorized as "Very Decent," indicating that the appearance and visual structure of the model are attractive and in accordance with students' needs. Overall, the Picture and Picture model obtained an average score of 82.75 and is classified as "Very Decent," so it can be implemented as an effective learning medium to improve students' understanding of descriptive texts.

Trademark registration is an effort to protect intellectual property rights (HAKI) which is regulated, approved, and managed by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (DJKI Kemenkumham RI). Trademark is one of intellectual property, where the problem that often occurs in trademark registration is that the trademark registrar is not the creator of the mark. This study seeks to see the Conflict of Interest behind trademark registration as an ethical issue. The urgency of this research is to determine the ethical basis to policy recommendations that can overcome conflicts of interest that occur between brand registrants and brand creation as a creative process. This research is a literature research with a case study approach of Citayam Fashion Week, to examine the Conflict of Interest between brand creators in the interest of protecting creative works and brand registrants in the interest of utilizing economic value. It is hoped that this Conflict of Interest can provide an overview of ethical issues in trademark registration, so that later it can provide policy recommendations that can help resolve disputes over intellectual property registration, especially trademarks.

This research is based on the problem of inadequate use of media in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) to increase interest in reading, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm and motivation for young children in carrying out reading activities. This research aims to describe how teachers make efforts to increase children's interest in reading using interesting and interactive media. Picture letter card media was chosen as an alternative to support children in carrying out reading activities. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). There are three stages that must be carried out, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The trial was carried out by 9 young children. After the trial was carried out, there was an increase in interest in reading, so that with the media of picture letter cards it could support and facilitate children in carrying out reading activities.

Education is an important theme that cannot be separated from human life, because in principle the entire process of life is education. The view that education is very important has long been recognized by humans and it has been proven that education has given birth to civilizations that have been recorded in human history. Education is a conscious human effort in order to realize and shape the complete human person. Furthermore, education is a process of creating human persons who are useful for society, religion and the state. The issue of scientific dichotomy is an issue that never ends in Islamic education. According to Ahmad Barizi, there is a further mapping assumption between what is called revealed knowledge (knowledge that originates from God's revelation) and scientific knowledge (knowledge that originates and originates from the analysis of human thought) such as philosophy, social sciences, humanities sciences, natural sciences and exact sciences. An educational paradigm is needed that is able to direct the goals and objectives of Islamic education, especially Islamic scholarship in the contemporary era. In this paper the author will direct readers to the concept of how education referred to as hadhari education can become a way to develop Islamic scholarship in the contemporary or present era.

Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai paradigma fenomenologis dengan basis filosofi fenomenologi pada kajian sosio-onomastika. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif. Data diambil dari salah satu disertasi yang dikaji dengan pendekatan paradigma fenomenologis. Pembahasan dari penelitian ini dikupas dengan unsur – unsur paradigma fenomenologis dengan beberapa asumsi dasar yang menyertainya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah kajian sosio-onomastika dapat dikupas dengan paradigma fenomenologis dengan basis filosofi fenomenologi.
