Abstract

The process of revolutionizing human knowledge has finally arrived at a concept that describes the relationship between human learning and open access to knowledge that can be obtained from various sources. Connectivism emerged as a network learning theory, this theory is a learning theory developed for the information technology environment. This study was conducted by collecting library data both from books and from research results. The collection of data obtained is reviewed in a structured manner and records important matters which are then processed to become information. The findings from the results of the study reveal that Connectivism is a learning theory that emphasizes the importance of the relationship between humans, technology, and information in the learning process. Connectivism integrates advances in learning and takes into account learner behavior in the "digital age" in an explicit way that is absent in other theories. This shifts the instructional role from a teacher-centred to individual learner where students must combine thinking, theory, and general information in a useful way, and that technology is a major part of the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation includes planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling knowledge management at Ta'mirul Islam Junior High School in Surakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model where the data is collected, then reduced, presented, and drawn verification conclusions with triangulation. The results of this study show that the planning stage is carried out during the year-end meeting activities and routine meetings every week, and then a policy related to knowledge management is produced. Teachers prepare teaching plans or lesson plans according to agreed policies. Then the organizing stage is realized through the formation of a clear division of tasks and authority structure, the committee of an intracurricular and extracurricular activity, guidance from the principal, and the preparation of teaching materials by the teacher. Furthermore, the Actuating stage tends to be the process of transferring knowledge between teachers and students such as teachers conducting KBM activities using methods/strategies according to the conditions of the students and the last is Controlling with a two-way evaluation such as the principal assessing the performance of school components and teachers evaluating the performance of the school

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between peer relationships and gadget addiction among high school students at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive observation and survey techniques. The results show that female students tend to have higher scores in terms of comfort in sharing problems and happiness with peers, while male students show lower scores in the positive influence of peers on their lives. Additionally, students who have positive social interactions with peers tend to have a lower likelihood of experiencing gadget addiction. Conversely, conflicts with peers can increase gadget use as an escape. This study also shows that the majority of students use gadgets for 8 hours or more per day and exhibit symptoms of gadget addiction such as FOMO (fear of missing out) and emotional dependence. The results of this study indicate that peer relationships play an important role in shaping students' social habits and gadget use. Therefore, it is essential for students to have healthy and balanced social relationships with peers to avoid the negative impacts of excessive gadget use

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of affective and cognitive approaches in assessing Qur'anic learning among students. Comprehensive assessment of Qur'anic learning outcomes requires the integration of affective and cognitive aspects. However, in practice, teachers often encounter challenges in implementing such assessments effectively. This study employs a qualitative method using content analysis of various relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that the effective approach enhances students' emotional engagement, motivation, and love for the Qur'an, which in turn fosters their willingness to memorize and understand its content. Meanwhile, the cognitive approach supports pronunciation skills, memorization techniques, and the interpretation of verses. An imbalance between the two approaches may hinder the effectiveness of learning: cognitive dominance without affective engagement reduces motivation, while high affective engagement without cognitive support hampers comprehension. Therefore, integrating both approaches is considered crucial to optimize learning outcomes. Future studies are recommended to examine the effectiveness of such integration through research designs appropriate to the learning context.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Quiet Quitting has gained prominence as a response to burnout caused by excessive workload and workplace stress in modern work environments. Burnout, characterized by physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion, negatively impacts employee productivity and well-being. From an Islamic perspective, principles such as tawazun (balance), justice, and the avoidance of israf (excess) offer valuable solutions to address these issues. This study employs a literature review and hermeneutic analysis of the Qur'an to examine the relationship between burnout and quiet quitting through religious lenses and the potential benefits of Islamic values in fostering a healthy and just workplace culture. The findings suggest that applying Islamic principles related to work boundaries and social justice can help prevent burnout and reduce tendencies toward quiet quitting, thereby enhancing overall productivity and worker well-being

This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a non-experimental correlational research type. The results of the analysis indicate that students' levels of TikTok addiction tend to be quite significant. Meanwhile, parental perceptions of their children's declining academic achievement varied, with most agreeing that TikTok affects their children's learning. Although no statistically significant relationship was found between the two variables, supporting data from teachers indicated that the majority of students experienced disruptions in learning time and decreased academic motivation due to TikTok use.
