Abstract

This Community Business Work Program (KKU) was conducted at Warung Aqilla, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) specializing in light snacks such as iced beverages, sausages, and seblak. Initial observations identified several key problems, including the absence of promotional media, lack of a business banner, and difficulty for new customers in locating the business. To address these issues, the KKU team from Universitas YPPI Rembang implemented three main programs: the creation of a business banner, a digital location map, and a TikTok social media account. These programs aimed to improve visibility, expand promotional reach, and assist the business owner in managing and growing the enterprise. The results of this program showed that the owner felt significantly helped by the newly created promotional media, which succeeded in attracting new customers and enhancing the business’s local presence. This KKU activity is expected to provide long-term benefits for the development of Warung Aqilla as an MSME.

Abstract

The women's group at the Fatimah Cooperative will receive training on domestic product marketing as part of this community service project. They are aware that they have been marketing their products online. Apart from offering guidance on marketing tactics that encompass the four Ps: product, price, location, and promotion, the program will also elucidate the effectiveness of these techniques. By comparing their accomplishments with the goals outlined in the strategy, the Fatimah Cooperative will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their efforts. As a result, for every strategy to be put into practice, a detailed action plan must be prepared. Examples of business marketing strategies that employ SWOT analysis are also included in this exercise. These strategies include analyzing the market, setting goals, integrating marketing tactics, building brand awareness, and focusing on mobile clients.

Abstract

Kecenderungan menurunnya aktivitas fisik di kalangan remaja menjadi tantangan serius bagi kesehatan dan perkembangan mereka, khususnya di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong aktivitas fisik dan meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan siswa melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi dan game edukatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMP YPK Hedam dengan sasaran siswa kelas VII dan VIII. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi manfaat aktivitas fisik, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kebugaran, dan implementasi game edukatif berbasis gerak. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi partisipasi siswa dan kuesioner terkait minat serta pemahaman mereka terhadap pentingnya aktivitas fisik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan fisik, antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang gaya hidup sehat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi edukatif dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk memotivasi siswa melakukan aktivitas fisik secara rutin. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pembinaan kesehatan yang inovatif di sekolah, serta dapat direplikasi pada institusi pendidikan lain dengan karakteristik serupa

Abstract

Keterampilan gerak dasar merupakan fondasi penting dalam perkembangan motorik anak, yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesehatan fisik, kepercayaan diri, dan partisipasi aktif dalam aktivitas olahraga. Namun, banyak siswa sekolah dasar yang belum menguasai keterampilan ini secara optimal akibat kurangnya pemahaman dan praktik terarah di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 3 Abepura dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi gerak dasar siswa melalui pendekatan pelatihan yang terstruktur dan menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pemberian materi teoritis singkat, praktik keterampilan motorik (lokomotor, non-lokomotor, dan manipulatif), serta evaluasi akhir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan gerak dasar siswa, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kelincahan, koordinasi, dan keterampilan manipulasi bola. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan keterlibatan aktif selama sesi pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan literasi gerak dasar dengan metode interaktif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan fisik siswa sekolah dasar, serta menjadi model kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang dapat diadaptasi oleh sekolah-sekolah lain.

Abstract

Effective asset data management is essential for supporting transparency and efficiency in school administration. At SD Negeri 2 Kalanglundo, located in Ngaringan Subdistrict, Grobogan Regency, asset recording is still performed manually. This traditional method makes the school prone to recording errors, data loss, and difficulties in generating accurate reports. The aim of this community service activity is to provide training for teachers on utilizing Microsoft Access as a digital tool for systematically processing asset accounting data. The training was designed to help teachers learn how to create and manage a database for school assets, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy in asset management. The implementation methods included lectures to explain the basic concepts of database management, demonstrations on how to use Microsoft Access, hands-on practice for building asset tables and input forms, and mentoring to guide teachers in creating automated reports for asset data. The results of the activity showed that participating teachers were able to understand the fundamental principles of using Microsoft Access, design and structure asset tables, create user-friendly input forms, and generate automated reports on school assets. This training significantly improved the teachers' information technology competencies and increased their ability to manage school assets more effectively. By adopting a digital system for asset management, the school can reduce the risk of errors and data loss, while making the asset management process more transparent and accountable. This activity is expected to have a long-term impact, encouraging the implementation of more efficient and accurate asset management practices in the school. The use of Microsoft Access as a tool for asset management will likely lead to better oversight and help the school comply with administrative standards more effectively.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by the body's inability to metabolize glucose, fat, and protein due to a lack of insulin or insulin resistance. This condition causes hyperglycemia, which carries the risk of various complications, one of which is diabetic foot ulcers. These complications often have serious consequences and can even lead to amputation if not properly treated. Therefore, the principles of foot examination and care are crucial aspects that must be understood and carried out routinely by DM sufferers, especially in developing countries like Indonesia, which have a relatively high diabetes prevalence. Based on the results of a pre-survey conducted at the West Purwokerto Community Health Center on Thursday, August 22, 2024, it was found that 10 DM sufferers were at risk of developing diabetic foot disease. This condition emphasizes the importance of foot care education for the community, especially DM sufferers. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and awareness of DM sufferers regarding the importance of foot care as a preventative measure against diabetic ulcers. The methods used in this PkM activity include lectures, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The educational media used were PowerPoint presentations, leaflets, and educational videos to convey information more clearly and easily understood. The activity was carried out in two meetings involving 30 participants with diabetes. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in knowledge, where the average value before education was 57.13%, increasing to 80.46% after education was provided. Overall, this activity succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of foot care and preventing diabetes complications. The results of this community service will then be published in the Community Service (PkM) journal and submitted as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the form of an educational video.

Abstract

Program Kebun Gizi Keluarga Solusi Cerdas Cegah Stunting di Desa Kedondong, Kecamatan Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting melalui optimalisasi lahan pekarangan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif yang melibatkan masyarakat sejak tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa dan kader PKK, penyuluhan gizi seimbang dan teknik kesesuaian tanam, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan warga sebesar 15%, dari rata-rata 75 (sebelum penyuluhan) menjadi 91 (sesudah penyuluhan), yang mengindikasikan efektivitas kegiatan lokakarya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman gizi dan pemanfaatan pekarangan. Faktor kunci keberhasilan program adalah keterlibatan aktif ibu rumah tangga, yang berperan penting dalam penyediaan gizi keluarga dan penerapan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Penyuluhan ini terbukti meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai ketersediaan pangan bergizi, ketahanan pangan rumah tangga, serta membentuk kebiasaan konsumsi gizi seimbang. Keberhasilan tersebut membuka peluang pengembangan program secara berkelanjutan melalui pembentukan kelompok pengelola kebun gizi dan integrasi dengan program pemerintah, sehingga dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain yang memiliki permasalahan serupa.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become an essential instrument in expanding business reach and improving the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the current digital era. However, many SME entrepreneurs, particularly in rural areas, still rely on conventional marketing approaches that limit their ability to adapt to technological advancements. This study was conducted in Wonosunyo Village with the aim of enhancing the digital literacy and understanding of digital marketing among local SME entrepreneurs. The community service program was designed to provide training, mentoring, and practical guidance related to the use of digital technology in business development. The activities included the introduction of digital marketing concepts, market research techniques, branding strategies, and product packaging improvements. Furthermore, participants were guided in utilizing various social media platforms and e-commerce channels as promotional and sales tools to reach broader markets beyond their local communities. The mentoring process emphasized a hands-on approach, allowing participants to directly practice creating digital content, managing online stores, and analyzing consumer behavior through available digital tools. The results of the program showed that participants gained new insights and practical skills in applying digital marketing strategies, which encouraged a shift from traditional to more innovative business practices. It is expected that the improvement in digital literacy will contribute to increased sales, expanded customer bases, and greater adaptability of SMEs in facing the challenges of digital transformation. This program highlights the importance of integrating technology into the business activities of SMEs, particularly those in rural settings, as a strategy to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness. The findings also demonstrate that community service initiatives can play a strategic role in empowering local entrepreneurs and ensuring that SMEs remain sustainable in the face of rapid technological and market changes.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan kegiatan rutin yang dijalankan oleh dosen Perguruan Tinggi dalam rangka menjalankan kewajiban Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dosen memiliki kewajiban dalam melaksanakan kewajiban untuk berbagi ilmu pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang dimiliki kepada masyarakat luas yang memerlukan bantuan. Salah satu mitra yang membutuhkan dukungan yaitu UMKM Kedung Waringin yang berada di Kecamatan Bojonggede desa kedung waringin. Awalnya hanya beranggotakan beberapa orang pelaku UMKM, alhamdulillah saat ini sudah terdata kurang lebih 160 pelaku UMKM yang menjadi anggota forum. Sebagian besar penduduk bermata pencaharian sebagai pedagang kecil dan pekerja pabrik. Terdapat beberapa warga yang memiliki keterampilan dalam bidang kuliner, kerajinan tangan, elektronik, dan perbengkelan. Potensi Ekonomi yang saat ini sedang berkembang yaitu terdapat beberapa UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner yang turut membantu perekonomian keluarga. Namun masih ada banyak kendala yang dihadapi mitra terutama dalam hal personil branding, pemasaran dan penyajian iklan menggunakan media elektornik. Oleh karena itu pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra UMKM Kedung Waringin dengan cara memberikan pelatihan Optimalisasi affiliate marketing sebagai alternatif pemasaran digital bagi umkm di era 4.0 untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka di Aula Serbaguna RW 016, Kecamatan Bojonggede, Kabupaten Bogor. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah publikasi kegiatan pelatihan ini pada media elektronik atau cetak berskala nasional.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to foster the entrepreneurial spirit among university students through an interactive online seminar entitled “Starting a Business Doesn’t Have to Wait Until Graduation!” The seminar was designed to deliver education, motivation, and practical inspiration to encourage students to start entrepreneurial initiatives early. The activity was conducted via Zoom, with 100 registered participants and 85 full attendees. An educational-participatory approach was implemented by involving young entrepreneurs who had successfully started businesses during their university years. The evaluation was conducted using a Google Form. The results showed that 97% of participants found the seminar highly beneficial, 94% reported feeling more motivated to pursue entrepreneurship, and 90% stated that the online format remained interactive and effective. These findings suggest that interactive seminars based on real entrepreneurial experiences can serve as an effective nonformal strategy to enhance students’ entrepreneurial motivation. Moreover, this program supports the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in community service activities that directly impact students. Future programs may be expanded through continuous mentoring, quantitative evaluations using pre- and post-test designs, and integration into higher education entrepreneurship curricula.
