It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

Content standards are minimum criteria that cover the scope of material to achieve graduate competency in certain paths, levels and types of education. This study aims to determine: 1) Standards of content in the quality management of education at MTs Khairul Ummah. 2) Analysis of content standards from the perspective of education quality management at MTs Khairul Ummah. This research uses a qualitative research type, with a case study research design at MTs Khairul Ummah. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validation technique, using triangulation of sources and theory. Based on the research data obtained: Analysis of content standards in the perspective of education quality management at MTs Khairul Ummah is carried out by matching data between ideal conditions and existing real conditions starting from planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision, curriculum evaluation which is carried out optimally and is the responsibility of all stakeholders to improve the quality of education at MTs Khairul Ummah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of National Education Standards (SNP) in Higher Education by conducting case studies at the Uninus Graduate School. The implementation of SNPT in the context of higher education has an important role to ensure optimal quality of education and meet the needs of stakeholders. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The respondents of this study consisted of academic staff, students, and leaders of the Uninus Graduate School. The results showed that the Uninus Graduate School has made significant efforts in implementing SNP in the curriculum and learning process. In implementing SNPT, the Uninus Graduate School has involved qualified and competent lecturers in teaching, developing curricula that are relevant to the demands of the development of science and technology, and providing quality learning experiences for students. In addition, regular monitoring and evaluation of SNPT implementation has also been carried out to ensure conformity with established standards. Nonetheless, the study also identified several obstacles in the implementation of SNPT at the Uninus Graduate School. Some of these obstacles include the need for better resources, such as adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as continuous curriculum development to remain relevant to the development of science and the needs of the world of work. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of SNPT implementation in higher education. The results of this research can be a reference for other universities in implementing SNPT, as well as providing recommendations for further improvement and development in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Uninus Graduate School and other universities

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the strategies used by fiqh teachers in activating the practice of congregational prayers for MTs Babussalam Tebo Jambi students, then identify the supporting and inhibiting factors and investigate how these problems can be overcome with various solutions. Normative theological, pedagogical, and psychological are the approaches used in this research. The primary data sources come from observations and interviews with teachers and students. In comparison, secondary data comes from library data and school documents. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. This study found that fiqh teachers used various strategies to implement congregational prayer practices at MTs Babussalam Tebo Jambi, such as habituation strategies, motivation, example, discipline enforcement, and punishment application. The supporting factors are a religious school environment, teacher support and motivation, school residents who are predominantly Muslim, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. In comparison, the inhibiting factors are students' need for self-awareness about the obligation to pray, the lack of supporting infrastructure such as mukena, the lack of awareness of teachers controlling students, and the lack of attention from parents. Help students perform congregational prayers. Besides that, it also schedules teachers to guide and supervise student participants and prepare special times for congregational prayers that have been determined in the daily prayer schedule.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication becomes a bridge to human social activity in living life and becomes an important study in the development of science. Knowledge and interpersonal communication are also needed in the development program of an agency or institution, organization and others such as education, social, religion and society. The problem of Al-Qur'an illiteracy is also influenced by Interpersonal communication. This study analyses how the Fatima Al-Fihri Qur'an House uses interpersonal communication to reduce Al-Qur'an literacy in Berastagi, Karo District. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method by describing research findings in general descriptions in the form of words. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and literature studies supported by theories relevant to research taken from literature reviews in the form of articles, books and data that support research. The results of the study describe that Rumah Qur'an Fatima Al-Fihri uses interpersonal communication with the theory put forward by R. Wayne Pace that interpersonal communication is carried out face to face and receives messages directly. This scientific study also contains social exchange theory in reducing Qur'an illiteracy. The study results from show that interpersonal communication effectively reduces Al-Qur'an illiteracy because the recognition of Al-Qur'an letters and how to read the Al-Qur'an are conveyed and corrected directly. In this case, the House of Qur'an Fatima Al-Fihri uses teaching and coaching communication methods using interpersonal communication methods that occur face to face. This method of communication in the process of learning and teaching the Qur'an is called Talaqqi or Musyafahah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze policies that can be used to improve teacher professionalism in the primary school education system. Teacher professionalism has a crucial role in creating an effective learning environment and has a positive influence on student development. However, challenges remain that hinder the improvement of teacher professionalism in many countries, including the need for improvements in education policy. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies and relevant policy analysis. The results of the research that emerged in this study are the need for improved education and training for teachers, the construction of a comprehensive performance evaluation system, and better recognition and incentives for teachers who show commitment and excellence in their work. In addition, the importance of collaboration between government, schools, and communities in supporting teacher professional development is also highlighted.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Describe how the implementation (implementation) of administration and (2) the constraints and solutions that exist in the implementation of administration in MIN 1 Medan. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative research approach. The informants of this study were madrasa heads, teachers, administrative staff and students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed by interactive analysis which flowed with activities including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation of methods and sources. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of administration in MIN 1 Medan has been carried out properly and is organized as a function of the administration itself (2) Obstacles in the implementation of administration even if there are solutions can be found by first reflecting and evaluating.

Abstract

The purpose of the Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is to provide flexibility for students in choosing subjects, extracurricular activities, and skill development opportunities beyond those offered by the campus. The main objective of this program is to equip Indonesian students with the knowledge and abilities they need to succeed in the competitive world of work. The purpose of this literature review is to examine the past and current use of the MBKM Program in academic settings. A literature review of relevant papers, scientific journals, and other publications on the MBKM Program was conducted to learn more about the implementation, challenges, and benefits of the program. Several important conclusions can be drawn from the results of this literature review. First, the MBKM Program has not been fully implemented in higher education, and there are several obstacles that must be overcome. Second, problem solving will be more efficient if all interested parties work together. Evaluating the implementation of the MBKM Program is essential to make it more successful. By conducting a literature review, the university can learn about new problems, develop plans to address those problems, and improve the learning opportunities available to its students. By providing a greater understanding of the issues and challenges faced in implementing the MBKM Program in higher education, this literature review helps in improving the implementation of the program, overcoming barriers, and maximizing the benefits received by students.

Abstract

Teacher development management is an effort that is carried out through activities, training and development of the abilities possessed by educators individually/groups to achieve the desired goals by managing teaching staff. The purpose of writing this research is to find out how the management of teacher competency development is at MTs Istiqlal Deli Tua. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study show that the Management of Teacher Competency Development at MTs Istiqlal Deli Tua includes three stages of activity namely planning, implementation/implementation and evaluation of teacher competency development. First, Planning for teacher competency development at MTs Istiqlal Deli Tua by way of 1). annual planning which is held during madrasah work meetings and direct monitoring from the head of the field. 2). planning at a certain time which is carried out during weekly work meetings with the aim of knowing the constraints felt by teachers so that training for teachers can be held. Second, the application/implementation of teacher competency development at MTs Istiqlal Deli Tua there are 4 teacher competencies which include: 1). Teacher pedagogic competence by participating in seminars, workshops, training both held at school and outside school, 2). Personal competence by providing activities in the form of recitation/consultation for teachers by calling ustadz/resource persons 3). Teacher professional competence by involving teachers in training workshops, seminars and interesting training in accordance with the subject matter taught by the teacher, 4). social competence of teachers with hospitality activities between teachers. Third, evaluation of teacher competency development through weekly evaluations, and academic supervision.

Abstract

This resealrch wals conducted with the alim of knowing alnd obtalining in-depth informaltion albout the performalnce of educaltion stalff alt Kalryal Bundal Middle School als seen from 4 indicaltors through questionnalires distributed to respondents. This resealrch is qualntitaltive descriptive. The plalce thalt becalme the object of resealrch wals Kalryal Bundal Middle School. The time of the resealrch stalrted from Jalnualry – Malrch 2023. The subjects of this study were 14 educaltion stalff consisting of 5 men alnd 9 women with severall positions, nalmely: aldministraltion coordinaltor/sallalry trealsurer, inventory malnalger, boss trealsurer, 5 stalff aldministraltion, 2 libralry malnalgers, security gualrds (security gualrds), school gualrds, palrk/clealning officers, jalnitors. This type of resealrch is al descriptive resealrch method with al qualntitaltive alpproalch. The tools used for daltal collection in this study were questionnalires, observaltion alnd interviews. Daltal collection methods used interviews, questionnalires, observaltion, alnd documentaltion. The findings show thalt the quallity of the performalnce of tealching stalff alt Kalryal Bundal Middle School, on the indicaltors of performalnce quallity alnd timeliness, 1 educaltion stalff (7.14%) is in the good caltegory alnd 13 educaltion stalff (92.85%) alre in the very good caltegory. On the qualntity indicaltor of performalnce alnd cooperaltion, 3 educaltion stalff (21.43%) alre in the good caltegory alnd 11 educaltion stalff (78.57) alre in the very good caltegory.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the PAI learning model based on NeNeMo, Simple, Equal, and Sustainable principles in implementing Islamic character education in Tulang Bawang Barat District Elementary School. The research method uses the literature review method. The results showed that 1) the District Government, to accelerate the quality and progress of non-material education, uses the principles of Nenemo (Nemen, Nedes, Nerimo), simple, equal, and sustainable (abbreviated as 3NSSL), which is then compiled into character education modules; 2) Islamic character education through the Nenemo-SSL principle aims to a) prepare students as prospective leaders of the nation and successors of regional leaders with noble characters and values owned by the Indonesian nation and especially West Tulang Bawang Regency; b) Prepare students to face the challenges of rapid globalization and rapid technological growth; 3) Islamic character education through the Nenemo-SSL principle is applied to elementary schools at the same level (SD / MI), junior high schools at the same level (SMP / MTs), and high schools at the same level (SMA / SMK / MA)
