It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

Cyberbullying is one of the big challenges faced by teenagers in today's digital era. This issue can have a negative impact on the mental, emotional, and social health of adolescents. This study aims to explore the approach of Islamic education in dealing with the issue of cyberbullying among adolescents. Through a qualitative method with a literature study approach, this study finds that the values and principles in Islamic education, such as manners, noble morals, and social responsibility, can be a strong foundation to prevent and overcome cyberbullying behavior. Islamic education emphasizes the importance of maintaining the honor of oneself and others and encouraging the wise use of technology. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective educational strategies in tackling cyberbullying among adolescents, by utilizing Islamic values as the basis for the approach.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Islamic education in facing the challenges of radicalism and extremism among the younger generation. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various strategies implemented by Islamic educational institutions to form a moderate and inclusive religious understanding. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with educators, scholars, and students in several Islamic schools and Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Islamic education that emphasizes the values of tolerance, social justice, and openness to diversity can play a significant role in preventing radicalization among adolescents. In addition, the active involvement of parents and the community in religious education was also found to be an important factor in shaping the character of the young generation who are resilient to the influence of radical ideology. This study concludes that holistic and contextual Islamic education is indispensable to face the increasingly complex challenges of radicalism and extremism in the modern era.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi meningkatkan keingintahuan siswa tentang berbagai hal melalui media sosial. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keingintahuan siswa terhadap kemampuan menulis melalui model pembelajaran Problem-based Learning (PBL) dengan bantuan video animasi, serta menganalisis hasil kemampuan menulis karangan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Slawi, Kabupaten Tegal. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri di Gugus Wahidin Sudirohusodo Kecamatan Slawi, dengan total 10 sekolah yang masing-masing memiliki satu kelas IV. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan tipe "The Exploratory Sequential Design". Tahap pertama adalah eksplorasi, di mana peneliti mengumpulkan data kualitatif melalui wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman dan kerangka teoritis. Tahap kedua adalah sekuen, di mana peneliti mengumpulkan data kuantitatif melalui tes kemampuan menulis untuk menguji hipotesis yang dihasilkan dari tahap sebelumnya. Analisis data kualitatif melibatkan uji keabsahan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sementara itu, analisis data kuantitatif dan interpretasi menggunakan analisis awal, analisis akhir, uji prasyarat data akhir, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan video animasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keingintahuan siswa terhadap kemampuan menulis, ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji t dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, serta nilai Effect Size sebesar 4,61, menandakan pengaruh yang kuat. Selain itu, kemampuan menulis karangan siswa juga meningkat secara efektif melalui model PBL berbantuan video animasi, di mana siswa dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang diberikan, didiskusikan, dan dipresentasikan di depan kelas pada setiap pertemuan.

Abstract

The research entitled "Using Google Workspace for Education to Improve Understanding of Differentiated Learning" is based on the weakness of Islamic Religious Education teachers in understanding differentiated learning. The aim of this research is to critically analyze the use of Google Workspace for Education to understand differentiated learning for training participants consisting of Islamic Religious Education teachers. This research is classified as qualitative research. This research method was descriptive-analytical by collecting data in the form of literature from relevant research results, then analyzing and comparing it with the results of observations by researchers through training for teachers on differentiated learning using Google Workspace for Education. The research results showed, firstly, differentiated learning which consists of content/material differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation is very suitable to be delivered using the Google Workspace for Education platform which has various features; secondly, Google Workspace for Education has benefits as a method or medium for Trainers in training. Apart from that, Google Workspace for Education is also useful for teachers in teaching differentiated learning because the available elements suit various characteristics and tendencies of students; lastly, the use of Google Workspace for Education, supported by the use of the Canva and Padlet platforms, has an impact on increasing the training participants' good understanding of differentiated learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menumbuhkan sikap kebersamaan dan toleransi siswa saat belajar PAI di SMK Swasta Tunas Harapan Batang Serangan. Toleransi dan rasa kebersamaan adalah nilai penting yang harus dikembangkan sejak kecil dalam masyarakat majemuk. Guru PAI bertanggung jawab untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai ini kepada siswa melalui metode pengajaran, pendekatan pribadi, dan contoh kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI SMK Swasta Tunas Harapan Batang Serangan berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kebersamaan dan toleransi dalam proses pembelajaran melalui berbagai strategi, seperti diskusi kelompok, tugas proyek kolaboratif, dan memberikan contoh nyata penerapannya. toleransi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, keterbatasan waktu dan kekurangan sumber daya pendukung adalah masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa guru PAI harus dilatih lebih banyak tentang metode pengajaran yang baik dan menyediakan sumber daya yang memadai untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang kondusif. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran guru PAI sangat penting dalam membentuk sikap kebersamaan dan toleransi siswa.

Abstract

Geographically, Germany is located in the middle of the European continent with an area of 356,957 square kilometers. Germany has a population of over 82 million people and about 8% of them are not German. Germany is one of the countries that has chosen to design a country based on educational design, because it is aware that a country's progress on all fronts is largely determined by the educational system from which it originates. Historically, education in Germany came from two sources, namely the church and the state. The formal education structure in Germany includes: primary education, lower secondary education and higher education depending on the state. Learning methods in Germany, starting from Kindergarten, have been designed in such a way, with careful planning.

Abstract

This research aims to identify specifically the implementation of Islamic developmental psychology for students at Khoiru Ummah Elementary School, West Bogor. In this research, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out analytically in an inductive manner in detail according to observation data, interviews with related parties, and valid written data. The psychological aspects of Islamic development discussed include physical, cognitive and emotional development. The results of this research show that the implementation of Islamic developmental psychology is implemented at Khoiru Ummah Elementary School, West Bogor through learning activities at school and at home. Islamic teachings are the basis for building student learning activities at school and home.

Abstract

This qualitative study employing a case study methodology aims to investigate and elucidate the execution of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program management at SMA Zulhijjah in Batang Hari Regency. The participants in the research were twelve people. Interview data was analyzed using "within case and cross-case analysis" between participants. The results showed that there are four main aspects, namely (1) Implementation of Planning (Planning) Disaster Safe Education Unit: The planning of this program begins with the establishment of specific goals and objectives related to safety and disaster mitigation in schools, this has indeed been designed by the management of SAM.S Zuhijjah in Batang Hari Regency to increase awareness, readiness, and rapid response to disasters among students and school staff at SAM.S Zuhijjah; (2) Implementation of Organizing Disaster Safe Education Unit: The organizing process begins with the determination of a clear organizational structure for the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit program. This includes the formation of a special team or committee responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the program at SMA.S Zulhijjah which is poured into the Principal's Decree with a 1-year term of office; (3) Implementation of Implementing (Actuating) Disaster Safe Education Unit: During the Implementation, SMA.S Zulhijjah school established good cooperation with the surrounding community and other related parties, such as local government, disaster management agencies, and volunteer organizations, to support students and educators actively involved in the implementation of this program. They engage in diverse activities such as safety training, disaster awareness campaigns, and evacuation drills to ensure readiness for emergencies. Additionally, (4) Implementation of Supervision of the Disaster Safe Education Unit: The SPAB Team cluster at SMA S. Zulhijjah conducts regular supervision to oversee the execution of the Disaster Safe Education Unit program. This oversight encompasses monitoring evacuation drills, disaster education initiatives, and other mitigation measures. Evaluation outcomes are subsequently compiled into a formal school report. Suggestions that SMA S Zulhijjah school should consider regarding the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program include: First, routine training and simulation; Second, provision of emergency equipment; Third, cooperation with the community; and Fourth, integration in the curriculum.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the influence of group guidance services in increasing the self-confidence of madrasah students through group discussion techniques. This research uses the quantitative research method OneGroup Pretest-Posttest Design Experiment. In the validity and reliability test of the 30 statement items in the form of a selfconfidence scale created by the researcher, there were 24 statement items that were valid for use with the results being said to be valid if the calculated r was > from r table with the r table value at the 5% significance level being 0.2787. In the reliability test, Cronbrach alpha data was obtained with a Cronbroach Alpha value greater than 0.05 (0.759 > 0.05). The population in this study were all class VIII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamiyah Gunting Saga with a total of 60 students with a sample of 10 students, all of whom had a low sense of self-confidence and were participants in this research. In sampling, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, namely a sample selection method with predetermined criteria, which was the chosen sampling strategy. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and the results showed that the significance value was asymp. Sig(2-tailed) ≤ of 0.05, namely 0.005. Based on research that has been conducted, the self-confidence of class VIII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamiyah Gunting Saga can be increased through group guidance services using discussion techniques which have shown significant results.

Abstract

Training is very likely the most important thing in human existence. Every individual has the choice to get sufficient and impartial training. However, what happens in Indonesia is an educational gap for every Indonesian citizen. In addition, so far what has been observed is that the school system in force in Indonesia is considered inflexible and incapable. We can see this from the lagging quality of education in Indonesia compared to other countries. The education system used in Indonesia is not much different from the education system in other countries. The main difference is the mistakes during field training. Many fundamental mistakes create a gap between the objectives of the school system and its implementation in the field. Which ultimately makes a large number of these goals unable to be achieved and completed properly.
