Abstract

The Revolutionary Era of Industry 5.0 brings significant impacts on human life, especially in the field of education (Oktarina et al., 2021; Razak et al., 2021). Education is crucial for individuals from childhood to adulthood (Yulius et al., 2022; Dahlan & Arini, 2022). In this era, technology is widely utilized to support various aspects of work (Mood & Mahayukti, 2013; Fradila et al., 2021; Misra, 2012). Education serves as a fundamental platform for shaping character and intellectual development. With continuous technological advancements, education faces challenges in adapting to these changes. The integration of technology in learning has created new opportunities for delivering engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials. One recent innovation is the Smart Classroom, which merges advanced digital learning technology with traditional teaching methods. Physical education is an essential component of the education system, aimed at promoting health, fitness, and physical skills. It also plays a role in developing a healthy lifestyle, social interaction, and awareness of physical well-being. The use of digital media enhances the learning process in physical education by increasing students’ interest and talent. In Indonesia, traditional teaching methods like lectures dominate physical education, which are often considered uninteresting. Introducing innovative learning methods and media, such as e-modules and digital platforms like Google Sites, can significantly improve the quality of physical education. This study focuses on developing a Google Sites-based e-module for 4th-grade students at SDIT Ash-Shiddiiqi Jambi City, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of the Smart Classroom program and increase student engagement and understanding in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK).

Abstract

Estimasi biaya konstruksi dan properti salah satu mata pelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sogaeadu khususnya pada materi menghitung volume konstruksi bangunan gedung, peneliti menemukan beberapa permasalahan hasil belajar peserta didik kurang optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai ujian yang menunjukan banyak peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang telah di tetapkan yaitu 70, Tujuan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi 3D menggunakan SketchUp di kelas XI-BKP pada mata pelajaran estimasi biaya konstruksi dan properti adalah untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi untuk uji kelayakan, angket respon siswa untuk uji kepraktisan, dan esai tes untuk uji keefektifan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari beberapa uji coba yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan bahwa media berbasis video animasi menggunakan SketchUp sangat layak digunakan dengan penilaian ahli materi 89%, ahli bahasa 95,55%, dan ahli desain 92,3%. Kepraktisan media juga sangat tinggi dengan hasil uji coba perorangan 88% dan uji coba lapangan 91%. Media ini juga sangat efektif dengan tingkat efektivitas 95,1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi 3D menggunakan SketchUp dalam menghitung volume konstruksi bangunan gedung di SMK Negeri 1 Sogaeadu kelas XI-BKP pada mata pelajaran estimasi biaya konstruksi dan properti dengan materi menghitung volume konstruksi bangunana gedung telah disusun menggunakan model ADDIE sangat layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the moral aqidah learning design program at Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Enrekang Regency using the CIPP model (context, input, process and product). This evaluation aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of the program and identify existing strengths and weaknesses. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) From the context aspect, the form of moral aqidah learning design used is the 2013 curriculum-based moral aqidah learning design which is in accordance with the vision and mission of the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school and the needs of the students determined through an agreement with teachers and leaders. Teacher qualifications are in accordance with the educational background, the pedagogic competence of some teachers is still not optimal, supporting factors of facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate. (2) From the aspect of input, school support and teacher efforts are still not optimal. (3) From the process aspect, learning is effective with interactive and participatory teaching methods, but it still needs to be improved in terms of continuous evaluation because the use of the design of learning moral aqidah is sometimes appropriate and inappropriate. (4) From the product aspect, the program used the moral aqidah learning design has succeeded in increasing the understanding and practice of the values of moral aqidah of the students, although there are some negative responses expressed by some students and educators and it also required more attention to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa kelas II SD yang ditinjau dari kemandirian belajar dan gaya belajar VARK (Visual, Auditory, Read-Write, Kinesthetic) dengan bantuan video animasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sequential Explanatory dengan Simple Random Sampling, menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap kemampuan membaca dan menulis.Pada fase kuantitatif, desain penelitian eksperimen diterapkan dengan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling untuk memilih sampel dari populasi siswa kelas II. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemandirian belajar, tes kemampuan membaca dan menulis, serta kuesioner gaya belajar VARK. Penggunaan video animasi dalam pembelajaran juga dinilai melalui observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kemandirian belajar, gaya belajar VARK, dan kemampuan membaca serta menulis siswa.Pada fase kualitatif, dilakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana video animasi dan gaya belajar mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran siswa. Data kualitatif diolah dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang relevan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kemandirian belajar dan gaya belajar VARK terhadap kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa. Video animasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai bagaimana metode pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, berdasarkan gaya belajar dan kemandirian, dapat meningkatkan hasil akademik siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan video animasi dan pendekatan gaya belajar yang sesuai untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di kelas rendah.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of YouTube on increasing students' speaking skills and determining whether using YouTube in an English classroom affects students' anxiety. This study was conducted quantitatively. The population involved 2 classes, experimental and control, in the English Education department at Universitas Borneo Tarakan, containing 70 students. The experimental class was treated with YouTube, and the control class was taught traditionally. Data were collected through a spoken test for all samples and a questionnaire to observe the students’ anxiety after using Youtube. Then, a t-test was selected to analyze the test data and a Likert scale for the questionnaire. The study discovered that the average increase in the experimental group's speaking ability score was 2.86 ± 0.54, higher than in the control group's speaking ability score of 1.03 ± 0.74. The anxiety of the 36 respondents in the experimental group, at most 33 respondents (91.7%)—had a medium level of anxiety, and the other three respondents (8.3%) had a low level of anxiety. It implied that technology such as Youtube contributed to improving students’ speaking, assisting teachers to create learning activities, and reducing anxiety.

Abstract

The research focused on using Cambridge One LMS as an e-learning platform for Grade 3 English students at Semesta Bilingual Elementary School in Semarang. The main aim was to understand teachers' and students' challenges when using the Cambridge One LMS for English learning and find solutions. The researcher interviewed school principals, curriculum representatives, 2 English teachers, and four students from grades 3B and 3C at Semesta Bilingual Elementary School to collect data. The researcher also gave questionnaires to 40 students from classes 3B and 3C using Google Forms. Additionally, the researcher observed how Cambridge One LMS was used in English lessons. The questionnaire results showed that students positively viewed using the Cambridge One LMS for English lessons. However, the interviews revealed that teachers faced difficulties due to a lack of knowledge of technology, and the students had limited access to the Internet and computers or laptops. To address this, the school ensures effective use of the Cambridge One LMS by organizing workshops or training sessions provided by itself or a Cambridge representative. It offers comprehensive user guides or online tutorials for detailed instructions and access to support resources, such as help desks or customer support, which becomes beneficial for teachers' guidance. The school encourages collaboration among teachers familiar with the system to offer additional insights. Allowing time to explore the platform helps teachers become more comfortable and proficient. Finally, the school requests parents provide students with a computer or laptop for home use. Additionally, the school will enhance internet access and expand the computer lab facilities to support the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah ditinjau dari kemandirian belajar pada model pembelajaran Flipped Classrom dengan E-Modul Flipbook pada materi zat aditif pada makanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mixed methods research design dengan desain eksplanatori. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII A yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, yaitu uji t satu variabel, uji beda, uji N-Gain, dan uji regresi yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: model pembelajaran flipped classroom berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII, terbukti tingkat ketuntasan klasikal yaitu 97%. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sample t test Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 , maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran flipped classroom berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Selain itu melalui uji N-Gain persen model pembelajaran flipped classroom berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian siswa sebesar 40,7%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has a very important role in overcoming the problem of unemployment because, through entrepreneurship, a person can create and provide new jobs. The birth of an entrepreneur is motivated by entrepreneurial readiness or there is a feeling of readiness equipped with the ability, willingness, and desire to face various situations and conditions in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Teaching Factory learning on student entrepreneurial readiness in Visual Communication Design competency of SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya. This study involved a population of 93 students in grade XI of the competency. Determination of the sample in this study is using purposive sampling technique or sampling with certain considerations. The sample of this study consisted of 34 students who were taking Teaching Factory learning. The data collection technique in this study was through interviews and distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that teaching factory learning has an effect of 47.7% on the entrepreneurial readiness of visual communication design competency students of SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas V pada materi perpindahan panas melalui model discovery learning berbatuan e-modul. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mixed methods design dengan desain sekuensial eksplanatori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, yaitu uji t satu variabel, uji beda, uji N-Gain, dan uji regresi, kemudian dilanjut dengan analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa lebih dari nilai KKM yaitu 75 dengan hasil nilai thitung = 3,846 (> 1,706) dan nilai signifikansi 0,015 (< 0,05); (2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu sebesar 47,68% setelah pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning berbantuan e-modul ; (3) Ada pengaruh rasa percaya diri terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa sebesar 98,7% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar rasa percaya diri siswa maka semakin tinggi kemampuan pemecahan masalahnya. Hal ini diperkuat dari hasil penelitian kualitatif yang menjelaskan bahwa tingkat Self Confidence siswa berpengaruh posittif terhadap tingkat kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the factors that affected the English language proficiency of students in non-English Education programs at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. This research was a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The participants in the research were students from programs outside the English Education program. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The stages in data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research revealed that the factors affecting the students' English language proficiency were: Listening ability, which was influenced by a lack of vocabulary and concentration, Reading ability, which was influenced by low reading motivation and vocabulary, Speaking ability, which was influenced by a lack of confidence and vocabulary, and Writing ability, which was influenced by low interest and a lack of support from the surrounding environment. This research indicated that the students still faced various challenges in their English language skills, including listening, reading, speaking, and writing, and that additional support outside the classroom was needed to improve their language abilities
