It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui gambaran kebutuhan game based learning pada mata pelajaran IPAS (2) mengetahui kevalidan game based learning pada mata pelajaran IPAS (3) mengetahui kepraktisan game based learning pada mata pelajaran IPAS (4) mengetahui keefektifan pengembangan game based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Tahap analisis dilakukan analisis peserta didik, analisis guru, dan analisis kurikulum. Tahap desain dilakukan desain pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis game based learning yang meliputi perancangan storyboard, perancangan plot, dan uji coba kelompok kecil. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan pengembangan media menggunakan aplikasi Smart Apps Creator yang terdiri dari tahap pembuatan media game pembelajaran dan tahap validasi. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan uji coba kelayakan media di lapangan yang terdiri dari uji coba lapangan/kelompok besar. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis game based learning yang terdiri dari gambaran kebutuhan pengembangan, kevalidan media game pembelajaran, kepraktisan media game pembelajaran dan keefektifan media game pembelajaran. Gambaran hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran lebih menekankan pada keterampilan peserta didik, guru, dan kurikulum pada pengembangan media game pembelajaran. Hasil uji validitas oleh para ahli terhadap media game pembelajaran berupa angket penelitian dengan hasil 4,46 kriteria “sangat layak” sehingga media game pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan hasil belajar peserta didik layak digunakan. Hasil uji kepraktisan melalui uji coba lapangan/kelompok besar menggunakan angket , respon peserta didik menunjukkan hasil 8,7 kriteria “sangat layak” sehingga media game pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan hasil belajar peserta didik dinyatakan sangat praktis. Hasil uji keefektifan melalui penilaian tes yang diberikan kepada peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa hasil nilai t hitung 37,763 > t table 2,086 sehingga media game pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan hasil belajar peserta didik dinyatakan efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine effect Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest and examine Self Efficacy as a mediator of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest. The population of this research is Student At The University Of Tangerang. The population used in this research was 182 valid respondents. This research uses the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling method to collect online via g-form and then process using smartPLS-SEM. The results of this research are that Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation can affect Entrepreneurial Interest, Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation can affect Self Efficacy and Self Efficacy can mediate Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low interest and understanding of students toward Software Modelling lessons, particularly in Grade VIII at SMP Negeri 1 BPR Ranau Tengah. The identified issue is the lack of interactive teaching media that align with the characteristics of digital-generation students. The aim of this research is to the influence of using educational game-based learning media on Android (Kahoot) to enchance student engagement and comprehension of software modeling material. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with observation and interviews as data collection instruments. It was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 BPR Ranau Tengah during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The findings indicate that using Kahoot as a learning media significantly increases students enthusiasm and participation. Students become more active and competitive in understanding the material, and teachers find it easier to manage the classroom dynamically. It is recommended that teachers continue developing digital learning media relevant to technological advances and student’s characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of culinary products and its influence on improving family economy in the Al-Iman Uluale Islamic Boarding School environment, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The sample in this study was 38 families involved in culinary businesses in the Islamic boarding school environment.The results of the study showed that a marketing strategy that includes four main elements of product, price, place (distribution), and promotion (4P) has a significant effect on increasing sales. The simple linear regression test produced a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.619, which indicates that the marketing strategy contributed 61.9% to improving family economy. This finding indicates that an effective marketing strategy can increase family income and welfare in the Islamic boarding school environment.This study emphasizes the importance of product innovation, competitive pricing, easily accessible distribution, and active promotion, including the use of social media, in expanding the market and supporting the economic independence of families based on Islamic boarding school communities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Canva-based learning media in improving the learning outcomes of Grade X Agribusiness Crops students at SMKN 3 Sidenreng Rappang in the subject of Vocational Basics. The research method used is an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instruments used have passed both validity and reliability tests. The results of the study show a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes after using Canva media in the learning process, with an average pretest score of 50.36 and a posttest score of 93.73. The T-test results show a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the use of the Canva application is effective in improving students' learning outcomes in vocational basic material. Canva has also been proven to qualitatively increase students' motivation and engagement during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using greenhouses as a learning medium on students' skills in the horticulture subject. The type of research used is pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were all Grade X Agribusiness Crops students at SMKN 3 Sidenreng Rappang, totaling 11 students. Data were obtained through an observation checklist used before and after the treatment. The results showed a significant improvement in students' skills after learning using the greenhouse. The average score before the learning activity was 3.11, which increased to 4.81 after the learning, with a mean difference of 1.70 points. These results indicate that the use of greenhouses as a learning medium is effective in improving students' skills in horticultural cultivation.

Abstract

Creative music learning strategies are essential for developing students’ creativity. One applicable approach is project-based learning, where students are given the opportunity to create their own musical works. One indicator of low student creativity in music learning is their limited ability to write song lyrics. This study is grounded in Elliot W. Eisner’s humanistic art education theory, which emphasizes the importance of self-expression, creativity, the teacher’s role as a facilitator, and qualitative assessment in the arts learning process. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach using techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and creative task questionnaires. The results show that the music learning strategies implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Brebes enhance students’ creativity in writing song lyrics through a more structured, project-based, and collaborative approach. By providing students with space to express themselves and by improving their understanding of lyric structure and writing techniques, their creative potential can be more effectively developed. The challenges faced by teachers and students in implementing lyric-writing strategies are mainly related to the availability of facilities and the teacher’s willingness to adapt their teaching approach. These challenges can be addressed more effectively, although limited time and lack of experience remain major constraints.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the playing techniques of the traditional performing art Balo-Balo, which has developed in Kampung Tirang, Tegal Barat District, Tegal City, as well as to explore the educational values embedded within it. The research adopts an ethnomusicological approach based on Alan P. Merriam’s theory, which views music as an integrated system comprising sound, musical behavior, and cultural concepts. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving local performers and community members. The findings reveal that Balo-Balo playing techniques involve role specialization for each musical instrument, such as Terbang Induk, Kempling, Kempyang, and Konteng, all of which are played collectively without the use of standardized musical notation. The learning process is carried out through oral tradition and direct practice, reflecting a cultural transmission model rooted in kinesthetic and non-written forms. Social values such as mutual cooperation, discipline, collaboration, and the preservation of local culture are reflected in the performance practice. These findings indicate that Balo-Balo’s playing techniques not only hold musical significance but also possess strong potential as a medium for culturally rooted arts education, character development, and the reinforcement of cultural identity within both formal and non-formal educational settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran case study terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa di Jurusan Fisika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experiment dengan desain One Shoot Case Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa di Jurusan Fisika angkatan 2024/2025 yang saat ini berada pada semester 2 yang terdiri atas 4 kelas dengan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 100 orang. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran case study sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil belajar mahasiswa sebagai variabel terikat. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran case study di Jurusan Fisika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Makassar mayoritas berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase mencapai 94%. Faktor nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa yang sangat tinggi karena metode pembelajaran case study mampu membantu mahasiswa terhubung dengan materi pembelajaran secara lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan kehidupan mereka selain itu dengan penerapan pembelajaran case study membuat para mahasiswa dapat melihat langsung bagaimana konsep-konsep yang dipelajari diterapkan dalam kehidupan mereka, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori kausal digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel sebanyak 100 pelaku UMKM dipilih secara proportional stratified random sampling dari populasi UMKM aktif di Sumbawa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert 4 poin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM (β = 0,317; T = 4,380; p < 0,05). Demikian pula, karakteristik kewirausahaan juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan (β = 0,286; T = 4,227; p < 0,05). Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 58,3% variasi kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan inovasi, proaktivitas, sikap kepemimpinan, kepercayaan diri, dan keberanian mengambil risiko pada pelaku UMKM sangat penting dalam memperkuat pemasaran dan pertumbuhan usaha lokal. Rekomendasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya program pelatihan, pengembangan, dan pendampingan yang menargetkan penguatan orientasi serta karakteristik kewirausahaan secara berkelanjutan di lingkup UMKM daerah.
