Abstract

This study sought to ascertain whether there was a correlation between belief in readiness to plan teaching and learning activities, believe in perceptions of PAUD teachers, and readiness to plan teaching and learning activities. Quantitative research with a correlational design was used in this study. A questionnaire was employed as the study's instrument, and a simple random sampling technique was used to select the sample. In terms of hypothesis testing, the researcher used product moment correlation with the results that there was a positive relationship between beliefs and perceptions of PAUD teachers, there was no relationship between beliefs about the readiness to plan STEAM-based learning, and there was no relationship between perceptions of readiness to plan. Abstract

This study aims to determine students' responses to scientific literacy-based modules on regulatory system material and to determine the feasibility of scientific literacy-based modules on regulatory system material. The product development design uses the Borg & Gall model with eight stages including, potentials and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, product testing, product revision, and the final product. This research was carried out from September to December 2021 with a research sample of 35 students in class XI SMA Yayasan Nurul Islam Indonesia. The results of this study showed that the percentage met the very feasible category with the acquisition of an average score on each aspect, namely 83% by material experts, 92% by media experts, 92% by biology teachers and 93% by students. So it can be concluded that scientific literacy-based module teaching materials are very feasible to use for teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of business education in the implementation of financial check list in financial management courses. This type of research is quantitative research. Population in this study are 16 students consisting of majoring in 7 Business Administration, 4 Accounting, and 5 Financial Management in Semester 3, academic year 2022 to 2023, on Politeknik Unggulan Cipta Mandiri who are taking financial management courses. Sampling is carried out by means of saturated sample. Because it uses a saturated sample, there are 16 students who are taken financial management courses. Data analysis technique through inferential using paired t-test. This different test model is used to analyze the research model before and after students complete the application of financial check list. The results of the study show that there are differences before and after students complete the implementation of financial check list in financial management in the framework of the role of business education

Abstract

This study discusses the decentralization of Education, which at first was fully controlled by the central Government. With the decentralization of Education, local governments have the authority to regulate and control Education in their regions in an effort to improve the quality of Education. It has been 23 years since this Regional Autonomy has been present in the country with various packages carried out by the Government for Education in particular. That long time will actually make Indonesian education quality, both in terms of input, process and results. However, it creates new problems in the regions, for example: the existence of regional heads numbering two / three / so on Education, so that the meaning of Autonomy in the field of Education is not evenly distributed in the regions they lead. Whereas the mandate of the 1945 Constitution is clear, that Education is a right for all Indonesian people whose aim is to educate the nation's life, another meaning is that Education will make a person qualified, both religiously, morally and socially. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. Data collected from various journal articles and books that are in accordance with the research topic through content analysis. This type of research is a qualitative research. The results of this study show that the decentralization of Education is actually fully implemented by the local Government, so that the impact can be felt by the school community in an effort to improve the quality of Education.

Abstract

Increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis, the implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis, Evaluation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods and types of field research. Data collection techniques for interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique is to use data triangulation. This research found that 1) Public relations management planning in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis was carried out through a working meeting tah This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods and types of field research. Data collection techniques for interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique is to use data triangulation which is carried out annually with all related elements, 2) The implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis refers to the work program that has been determined in the annual work program. This program is divided into two parts, namely routine activities and incidental activities, 3) Evaluation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis. The Deputy Head of Madrasah for Public Relations also always conducts an evaluation of every implementation of activities, then the results of the evaluation are used as a reference for activities that will be carried out so that they can be better.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of Pancasila and Civic Education on friendly/communicative character in students of the Secondary Education Affirmation program (ADEM) at Serang Public High School 2. This research is an experimental type that uses quantitative approach. The results obtained from the entire pre-conditional test that has been performed have meets the assumption of each test (normal, linearly, homogenity), and the final result is the result of a simple regression test showing that there is an effect of Pancasila and Civic Education learning on the friendly/communicative character in students of the Secondary Education Affirmation program at Serang Public High School 2 significantly with positive effect direction. Therefore in the following research, there is an effect between of Pancasila and Civic Education learning on friendly/communicative character.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that student learning outcomes are low and learning motivation is lacking. The type of research used is causative research. The population in this study were all fourth semester students at the YLPT Padang Optic Refraction Academy, totaling 45 people. The sample uses total sampling technique so that the total sample is 45 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data were analyzed using data description techniques, requirements testing and hypothesis testing. Based on the findings, several conclusions can be drawn 1) Learning Motivation is related to student learning outcomes. This result shows that the t count > t table or sig value < 0.05. 2) Management of class management is related to student learning outcomes of t count> table or si g< 0.05 values. 3) Learning motivation and classroom management are jointly related to student learning outcomes with F count > F table

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Motivation methods on the understanding of Adzkia University students in the basic concepts of elementary biology course. The type of research conducted was a pseudo-experiment with a factorial design of 2 x 2. The research population was first semester students of Adzkia University. Research samples of class A and class B students. Simple random sampling technique. The research data were obtained from questionnaires of motivation and concept understanding. Data were analyzed with Anova. For hypothesis testing, there is a significant influence between the CTL method and motivation in influencing the understanding of Adzkia University students in the basic concepts of elementary biology course. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of CTL method and motivation on the understanding of Adzkia University students in the basic concepts of elementary biology course. This means that the CTL method and motivation affect the understanding of the concept.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in class IX Jekulo Kudus1 Junior High School on geometry transformation material through a ICARE learning model assisted by smart apps creators. The subjects of this study were students of class IX-F in the 2022/2023 school year, with amounted to 30 students consisting of 14 male students and 16 female students. This research method is a classroom action research carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The method of data collection is done through tests, observing student learning activities and observing the implementation of teacher learning when learning takes place. The results showed that in the first cycle the percentage of students activity in the learning process was 78.33% in the active category, the average student knowledge learning outcomes was 72.50 with 76.67% classical learning mastery, the average student skills learning outcomes were 72.58 with classical learning mastery 76.77%, and teacher performance scores during learning 79.76% good category. In cycle II the percentage of students activity in the learning process was 88.34% in the very active category, the average student knowledge learning outcomes was 86.00 with 90.00% classical learning mastery, the average student skills learning outcomes was 83.17 with classical learning mastery 86.67%, and the value of the teacher's performance during learning 92.86% very good category. These results indicate an increase in activities and learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the ICARE learning model assisted by Smart Apps Creator can improve student activities and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the Virtual Education model and analyze the understanding of the concept of the Solar System using Virtual Education in class VII students of MTs Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang. This research uses classroom action research (CAR). Data was collected using observation, test, and documentation. The score data of the Solar System material test results are presented descriptively, namely frequency, percentage, graph, mean, and standard deviation. Data of observations used qualitative analysis techniques, namely by summarizing and describing the results of research through observational observations. The results of the study indicate that the application of the virtual education model makes students enthusiastic where students enjoy and are happy in the learning process. Meanwhile, the percentage of students whose scores were above the KKM in the first cycle reached 78.60%, so they still could not achieve the research success criteria. In cycle II, the steps for implementing the Virtual Education model were done by giving motivation, showing videos using LCD and virtual reality, and providing opportunities for group presentations on the results of the pictures in front of the class. For the percentage of students' scores above the KKM in the second cycle, it increased to 92.85%.
