Abstract

Data pribadi merupakan bagian asset yang berharga yang dimiliki oleh subjek data pribadi. Perlindungan data pribadi erat kaitannya dengan perlindungan harta benda, harkat, martabat dari seseorang. Salah satu kejahatan pembocoran data pribadi sektor perbankan dilakukan melalui modus skimming ATM. Salah satu putusan terkait kejahatan skimming ATM adalah Putusan No. 916/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Dps, kejahatan dilakukan oleh warga negara asing yang berada di Indonesia. Nasabah menderita kerugian materiil atas perbuatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku kejahatan pembocoran data pribadi melalui modus Skimming ATM dan perlindungan hukum nasabah perbankan yang menjadi korban skimming kartu ATM. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual dan kasus. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perbuatan skimming ATM termasuk dalam tindak Pidana Illegal acsess yang diatur dalam UU ITE secara khusus dalam Pasal 30 ayat 2 jo Pasal 46 Ayat (2) UU RI No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang ITE Jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) Ke-1 KUHP. Disyaratkan adanya kemampuan bertanggung jawab, kesalahan, serta tidak adanya alasan pembenar atau pemaaf atas perbuatan pidana yang dilakukan oleh terdakwa untuk dapat dimintakannya pertanggungjawaban pidana. Adapun perlindungan hukum atas data pribadi nasabah perbankan diatur dalam UU Perbankan, UU Perlindungan Konsumen, UU ITE, UU Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Peraturan BI No.3 tahun 2023 dan Peraturan OJK No.22 tahun 2023. Perlindungan hukum diberikan secara preventif dan represif. Perlindungan hukum preventif yaitu diberikannya hak dan dibebankannya kewajiban yg termuat dalam instrument yuridis administrasi negara dan perdata. Perlindungan hukum secara represif yaitu adanya penjatuhan pidana atas perbuatan pidana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kejahatan. Abstract

Patient loyalty is an important behavior possessed by patients as users of hospital services. Loyalty patients can benefit the Hospital. Loyalty is obtained as a manifestation of perceived brand image, hospital empathy and patient satisfaction that is obtained from quality service. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between brand image, hospital empathy, patient satisfaction and MCU patient loyalty at X Hospital. This research method uses a quantitative approach, using a cross-sectional design, sampling technique with purposive sampling, with a total sample of 349 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis, with chi-square analysis, showed that there was a relationship between brand image and patient loyalty, with a p-value (0.000<0.05), there is a relationship between Hospital empathy and patient loyalty, p-value (0.000<0.05) and there is a relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty with a p-value (0.000<0.05). The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable was patient satisfaction with a p-value (0.001) and odds-ratio (2.071). The conclusion in this study is the importance of brand image, hospital empathy and patient satisfaction in creating a loyal patient attitude. Hospital management must evaluate patient loyalty on an ongoing basis, as a basic consideration in developing strategies to provide quality services. Abstract

Nutritional screening is the initial stage in inpatient nutrition services which is very important to be carried out by nurses as health workers who first contact with patients and is a simple and quick process with the aim of identifying individuals who are at risk of nutritional problems, so that with good nutritional screening nurses can find out quickly if patients are at risk of nutritional problems to be given appropriate nutritional care. Knowledge, work environment and supervision of the head of the room are some of the factors that influence the implementation of nutritional screening and motivation as intervening variables. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge, work environment and supervision of the head of the room on the implementation of nutritional screening by nurses through motivation as an intervening variable in Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung partially and simultaneously. Method: The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of explanatory causality research. The population in this study is the entire inpatient nurse as many as 150 people. The sample method used was purposive sampling using G-Power application was 71 people. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 21. Result: The results showed that knowledge, work environment and supervision of the head of the room have a significant effect on the implementation of nutritional screening by nurses through motivation as an intervening variable in Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. Implication: high knowledge will have a good attitude in implementing nutritional screening with high motivation. Conclusion: knowledge, work environment, head of room supervision and motivation significantly affect the implementation of nutritional screening with a total contribution of 61%. Abstract

Health care delivery systems face ongoing challenges caused by a number of factors. These include ongoing technological changes, clinical advances, and increasing public expectations of healthcare services. Health facility managers and leaders are faced with an organizational model that, in addition to the usual values of effectiveness and efficiency, must meet excellent standards of clinical care. This research aims to determine the influence of employee engagement, work environment and organizational learning on organizational commitment at Medika Lestari Ciledug Hospital. This research is a descriptive analytical study with a cross sectional study design with 92 respondents who are employees at Medika Lestari Ciledug Hospital. This research draws samples using the Slovin formula. The independent variables in this research are employee engagement, work environment and organizational learning. Organizational commitment as the dependent variable. The tool used to collect data in this research is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the causality method. The research results show that employee engagement has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. It was also found that the Work Environment has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. Finally, the results of this research confirm that Organizational learnings have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. These findings provide useful insights and suggestions for management in Hospitals to learn to develop organizational Commitment among their employees by adopting effective human resource practices which can ultimately lead to organizational competitiveness and improved performance

Abstract

Pelaksanaan vaksinasi covid-19 sebagai upaya pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19 maka kewajiban vaksinasi tercantum dalam Perpres Nomor 14 tahun 2021 dan Peraturan Daerah DKI Jakarta Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 tentang Penaggulangan Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta sekaligus memuat sanksi administratif dan pidana bagi yang menolak vaksinasi, alasan penolakan vaksinasi karena ketekuatan terhadap efek samping serius yang mengancam keselamatan jiwa, sehingga tidak tepat sanksi pidana diberikan pada orang yang menolak vaksin namun taat menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan vaksinasi covid-19 terhadap masyarakat dalam perspektif hak asasi manusia di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis empiris normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan perbandingan lalu dianalisis secara kualitatif. Pelaksanaan vaksinasi covid-19 merupakan bentuk pembatasan HAM pada keadaan darurat kesehatan namun penerapan sanksi pidana bagi penolakan vaksinasi sarat akan kesulitan dan kerumitan walaupun dapat berfungsi sebagai upaya kepatuhan masyarakat, dan akibat hukumannya penerima vaksin mendapat sertifikat vaksinasi internasional, bagi penolak vaksin dikenakan sanksi administratif dan pidana. Maka diperlukan peraturan perundangan vaksinasi untuk menjamin kepastian hukum melalui pendekatan sosial dan restorative justice dalam mensukseskan vaksinasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Situs Web Kamus Cambridge sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pelafalan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimental (non-equivalent design) yang melibatkan siswa kelas X di SMKN 3 Kota Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah "purposive sampling," dengan kelas X TKJ 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X TKJ 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen pra-tes dan pasca-tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 29.0.1.0 (171). Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ada efektivitas dalam penggunaan Situs Web Kamus Cambridge untuk meningkatkan pelafalan siswa, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil pra-tes dan pasca-tes kelas eksperimen berdasarkan kriteria prestasi siswa. Selain itu, uji sampel berpasangan, yang menunjukkan nilai-p dua sisi < 0,001. Hasil ini mengkonfirmasi penerimaan hipotesis alternatif (Ha), yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan di kelas eksperimen antara nilai rata-rata pra-tes dan pasca-tes. Sebaliknya, uji sampel independen untuk pra-uji menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,31, yang mengarah pada penerimaan hipotesis nol (H0), yang menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam nilai rata-rata pra-uji antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Namun, hasil pasca-uji menunjukkan nilai signifikansi < 0,01, yang mendukung penerimaan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam nilai rata-rata pasca-uji antara kedua kelas.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah upaya untuk memperkuat dan meningkatkan nilai-nilai moral serta etika bangsa, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang akan menjadi generasi penerus dan ujung tombak keberhasilan bangsa yang berkarakter mulia. Negara memiliki tanggung jawab dalam hal ini dengan melestarikan nilai-nilai luhur yang diwariskan oleh para leluhur, yang berfungsi sebagai salah satu cara untuk menyatukan keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia, baik dari segi suku, ras, maupun agama. Penerapan pendidikan karakter di perguruan tingg merupakan langkah strategis untuk mengantisipasi dan meminimalisir kemerosotan moral yang menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan pendidikan karakter di perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, di mana tinjauan pustaka dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan artikel-artikel relevan dari basis data daring yang berkaitan dengan penerapan pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi pada periode 2019-2024. Hasil dari 11 artikel yang dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter memerlukan kolaborasi antara guru, seluruh warga sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat, agar tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai, yaitu menciptakan siswa yang memiliki dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is a core element of overall well-being and is connected to physical health, mental health. Work does not only involve risk factors and stressors, but also provides protective factors and resources (job resources) that help to buffer stress (stress buffering). In general, this study aims to determine the effect of stress buffering, job resources and health on the psychological well-being of health professionals. This research is included in the cross-sectional study. In this study also used a quantitative descriptive approach, the selected population was all health professionals working at the Hospital X, totalling 100 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. There are two independent variables, namely stress buffering (X1) and job resources (X2), one intervening variable, namely health (Z) and one dependent variable, namely welfare (Y). Based on the t test, there is an effect of the Stress Buffering variable on Psychological Well-being of p=0.004. There is an effect of health on psychological well-being p=0.001. There is an influence of Job Resources on Psychological Welfare p=0.00. There is an effect of Stress Buffering on Health p=0.015. The implications of the stress-buffering model are interventions to increase available social support or to teach people positive attitudes about commitment, control, and challenge.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia should receive special attention. This is because there are still many people in the community who have not received a good education, such as the marginalized. Many of them drop out of school due to unsupportive family finances. For this reason, both the government and the private sector are trying to build non-formal schools, such as PKBM. This research is a research on non-formal education for the marginalized. The object of this research is PKBM Bintang Kita - Bandorasa Kulon, which is located in Kuningan, Jawa Barat. This study aims to describe the implementation of culture-based PKBM learning, by describing the process of implementing activities, supporting factors and inhibiting PKBM factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with observation, documentation and interview techniques. The result of this research is the implementation of PKBM Bintang Kita Bandorasa Kulon as a non-formal school for the welfare of marginalized communities. In addition, the results of this study are about the technique used by PKBM Bintang Kita Bandorasa Kulon, so that it gets a positive response from the marginalized

Abstract

Fenomena penyebaran konten pornografi di media sosial telah menjadi masalah yang serius, mengingat dampaknya terhadap moralitas masyarakat dan pelanggaran terhadap hukum yang berlaku. dan tujuan penelitian tentang pertimbangan Majelis Hakim dalam memberikan hukuman terhadap penyebar vidio yang melanggar norma kesusilaan studi kasus putusan Pengadilan Negeri Tanah Grogot Nomor: 215/Pid.B/2021/PN.Tgt. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian hukum kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan kepustakaan atau data sekunder belaka. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Majelis hakim dalam memberikan pertimbangan berdasarkan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku, khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi, Hakim telah mempertimbangkan unsur-unsur pelanggaran dalam undang-undang tersebut terpenuhi oleh perbuatan terdakwa. Kesimpulannya adalah dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Tanah Grogot Nomor: 215/Pid.B/2021/PN.Tgt. mempertimbangkan fakta hukum, dampak sosial, motif terdakwa, penyesalan, dan kepentingan hukum untuk menentukan hukuman yang adil terhadap penyebar video yang melanggar norma kesusilaan. Sarannya adalah agar vonis hakim dapat memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku dan juga dapat membuat masyarakat takut untuk melakukan perbuatan pornografi
