Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri
Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between Perceived Usefulness, Brand Attitude, Price Perception on Repurchase Intention through E-Trust and Customer Satisfaction in Maxim online transportation users. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using purposive sampling where there are criteria for determining the sample, namely users of online transportation applications who have used Maxim in DKI Jakarta at least once in the last 3 months. This study uses quantitative methods and path analysis tests. Based on the test results, it is known that Brand Attitude, Price Perception on Repurchase Intention has a direct effect and for indirectly Brand Attitude on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to know the perception of customers of Apotek K-24 Taman Galaxcy Kota Bekasi. Primary data is obtained from customers of Apotek K-24 Taman Galacxy Kota Bekasi through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, purpose sampling method is used. Data analysis method is descriptive analysis and semantic differential analysis. The result of this study indicated that customers of Apotek Taman Galaxcy Kota Bekasi agree with all points of the statement.

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of promotion on consumer satisfaction at food shops in Bekasi City through service quality. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is food shop consumers in Bekasi City. By using the Slovin formula. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: Promotion has a significant direct effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant direct effect on consumer satisfaction, promotion has a significant direct effect on service quality, and promotion has a positive and significant indirect effect on consumer satisfaction at food shops in Bekasi City through service quality.

The analyze the influence of word of mouth and customer satisfaction on the purchase decision of Honda Beat motorcycles in Bekasi City. The method of this research approach is a quantitative method with associative type. The population in this study is people in Bekasi City who already own or had ridden motorcycle with the Honda Beat Brand. Data collection with survey techniques through questionnaires, sampling techniques applying purposive sampling. The analysis method uses multiple and simple linear regression. The results of the research show that both multiple and simple word of mouth promotions and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Bekasi City.

This research aims to find out whether influence between digital marketing and brand image on purchase interest. This research was conducted on economics Students faculty of 2019. The research sample and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that digital marketing influences purchasing interest and has a significant relationship, the brand image variable has a significant influence on purchasing interest. Digital marketing and brand image variables have a significant influence on purchasing interest.

The issue of financial well-being among university students is increasingly receiving attention from researchers. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between financial skills and subjective financial well-being in students. In addition, this study examines the mediating role of digital financial literacy on the relationship between these two variables. The data collected is then processed using structured equation modelling. The findings of this study indicate a positive relationship between financial skills and subjective financial well-being. Digital financial literacy was also found to mediate the relationship between financial skills and subjective financial well-being. This research contributes to giving color to the science of human behavior, in the field of finance in particular, by including the digital financial literacy variable as a mediating variable for the relationship between financial skills and subjective financial well-being. In addition, these findings have the implication that financial digital literacy in students is an important factor that will improve their subjective financial well-being.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, on career development through employee job satisfaction at PT. Tasa Tritama Utama In this study using the analysis of leadership paths and organizational culture on career development The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive influence on career development, both directly and indirectly, both partially and simultaneously. This means that job satisfaction is a key factor that mediates the influence of leadership and organizational culture on career development. Improving employee job satisfaction at PT Tasa Tritama Utama can be an effective strategy to encourage their career development, both through direct effects and by improving the quality of leadership and existing organizational culture.

To determine the influence of organizational culture and competency on employee performance at PT Siantar Top Bekasi. In this research, the sampling technique used is based on the population, using saturated samples or total sampling. Data collection uses survey techniques via questionnaires. Analysis method using multiple and simple linear regression. The research results can be found, namely: that organizational culture and competency simultaneously and simple had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Siantar Top Bekasi.

This research was conducted to determine whether employee performance at the Human Resources Development Center for Employment is influenced by work discipline through work motivation. This study used a quantitative approach. The population employees of the Center for Human Resources Development and Employment. The data analysis method used path analysis. The research results show that: 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; and 4) work discipline influences employee performance through work motivation at the Center for Human Resources Development and Employment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on job satisfaction of the employees of the Jansen and Partners Public Accounting Firm. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Jansen and Partners Public Accounting Firm. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicated that the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of the employees of the Jansen and Partners Public Accounting Firm either partially or together.
