Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

Purpose to analyze leadership style and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. National Aircrew Management. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 48 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as samples totaling 48 employees at PT. National Aircrew Management. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, leadership style and non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of PT. National Aircrew Management.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang to 282 people. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 74 employees of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the work environment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of loan to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, and return on equity ratio on stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was designed with a quantitative method. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method with the criteria of 15 banking companies with the largest market capitalization value, totaling 15 samples with a research period of 5 years. Analysis methods used this research were simultaneously and partially regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that partially loan to deposit ratio has a negative and significant influence on stock prices, capital adequacy Ratio has no significant influence on stock prices, and return on equity ratio has a positive and significant influence on stock. Meanwhile, simultaneously loan to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, and return on equity ratio have a significant influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Purpose to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction of Blibli E-Commerce in Bekasi City. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The population in this study are customers of E-Commerce companies in Bekasi City, whose numbers are unknown. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of being 17 years old and having used E-Commerce for 1 year. The analytical method used is partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results of the study show that in partially service quality and corporate image have a significant effect on E-Commerce customer Blibli satisfaction in Bekasi City. Taken simultaneous, service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant effect on E-Commerce Blibli customer satisfaction in Bekasi City.

Abstract

The objective this research is to analyze the influence of work Ethics and incentives to employee perfomance at PT Parit Padang Global Cabang Jakarta 3. The method for collecting of data used observation and questionnaires.The sampling method with the probability sampling by 80 respondents. The result of this research concluded thar descriptive view the most of respondents give perception with strong agree to work ethics conditions, incentives and also employee performance. Furthermore, based on simple regression method, Score, and Observation. The factors of discipline, morale, and turnovers already good. The work ethics and incentives give influence as positive and significant to employee work perfomance. The recommendations of this research, the company has been to maintaining and improving work ethics especially on employee perfomance, work relationship, and mental readiness of employee, discipline, motivational leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of the research service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Pondok Gede Branch. In this study used 114 sample respondents. Data analysis method used with simultaneous and partial linear regression analysis techniques and simple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, either simultaneous or partial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how inflation, exchange rates, and palm oil prices affect stock prices in the plastics and packaging sub-sector plantations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with certain criteria. A sample of 9 plastic and packaging sub-sector companies registered on the IDX during the 2015-2021 observation period. The analysis technique used is multiple regression equations to obtain a linear estimation model containing. The hypothesis was tested using t-statistics to test the significance of the partial regression coefficients. From the test results, there are two independent variables that effect stock prices in companies in the plastics and packaging subsector CPO prices and exchange rates, while the other independent inflation has no significant effect on plastic and packaging stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the performance of nurses at Permata Bekasi Hospital on compensation through work motivation. Research using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The number of samples is 66 respondents, determining the sample using random sampling method. In this study the model test that will be carried out is to use path analysis. The results of the intervening test, it shows that the value of the indirect effect of compensation through work motivation on nurse performance is greater than the direct effect of compensation on nurse performance. So this shows that work motivation can be a variable that mediates the influence between compensation and nurse performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance through work discipline of PT. Indo Mitra Pratama. Analysis method using path analysis. The results of the intervening or mediation test show that the calculation can show that the value of the indirect effect through work discipline is smaller than the direct effect of leadership on employee performance. With these results it can be concluded that the work discipline variable is not capable of being a variable that mediates the influence of leadership on employee performance: a case study of PT. Indo Mitra Pratama.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of job training and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia KCU Rawamangun simultaneously and partially. This research using quantitative research methods with causality research design. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Central Asia KCU Rawamangun. Data analysis techniques using simultaneous and partial linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job training and work environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance simultaneously, job training has a positive effect on employee performance partially, and the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance partially.
