MUMTAZA (Journal of Arabic Teaching, Arabic Linguistic and Literature) is an open-access journal in the Arabic Education Department. MUMTAZA is a scientific research journal of Arabic language teaching, linguistics, and literature. It is open to anyone who desires to develop knowledge based on qualified research in any field. Abstract

الملخص أن تعلم اللغة العربية يعتبر صعبا بالنسبة لبعض الطلاب بالإضافة إلى كوفيد -19 الذي ضرب في عام 2019، تم تحويل جميع التعلم إلى الإنترنت، وخاصة اللغة العربية. من المؤكد أن تعلم اللغة العربية عبر الإنترنت في مدرسة ابتدية هو خبرة تعلمجديدة في عالم التعليم مع تكيف المعلمين والطلاب من التعلم دون اتصال بالإنترنت إلى التعلم عبر الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلى إجبار الطفولة المبكرة على استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعلم. أهداف هذه الدراسة هي: (1) لمعرفة كيف تكون خبرة تعلمالتعلم لطلاب مدرسة ابتدية في التعلم عبر الإنترنت. (2) لمعرفة العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة التي تؤثر على تعلم اللغة العربية عبر الإنترنت. يستخدم هذا النوع من البحث الميداني الذي تم إجراؤه في المدرسة الإبتدئية 1 كوتاوارينجين الشرقية حيث يكون موضوع هذا البحث للطلاب والمعلمين كمخبرين، باستخدام تحليل البيانات الكيفي، بينما تستخدم طرق جمع البيانات المقابلات والتوثيق. للتحقق من صحة البيانات باستخدام تثليث المصدر. نتائج هذ البحث هي (1) الخبرة المكتسبة حول التكنولوجيا وتكييف المعلمين والطلاب في التعلم، مثل استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني عبر الويب في تعلم اللغة العربية الذي لا يناقش المواد فحسب، بل هناك العديد من مقاطع الفيديو المتحركة والمعلم المحتوى الإبداعي فيه. (2) العوامل الداعمة مثل الحصص من الحكومة، والتسهيلات الكافية، والميزات في شبكة التعلم الإلكتروني، مثل العقبات في استخدام شبكات التعلم الإلكتروني مثل الإشارات غير الكافية، ومهام التراكم، والتعلم الذي يميل إلى أن يكون مملاً، وصعوبة الوصول إلى شبكة التعلم الإلكتروني بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي تواجه المعلمين من حيث الإبداع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخبرة, التعلم عبر الإنترنت, اللغة العربية

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in students before or after being given the Wassimni game treatment on Arabic vocabulary acquisition. It is assumed that there is a significant difference, as formulated in the research hypothesis that there is a significant difference in increasing Arabic vocabulary acquisition by using the Wassimni game to support Arabic vocabulary acquisition. The sample taken by the researchers amounted to 32 students. Data was collected by using the methods of interviews, observation, experiments, documentation, and tests. So far, the process of learning Arabic in class VII MTs. Nurussaleh  Bangkalan for acquiring Arabic vocabulary is carried out by means of qira'ah. So the researcher, to increase the acquisition of Arabic vocabulary by using the Wassimni game. The aims of this study are (1) to identify and describe the implementation of Wassimni game learning to improve the ability to acquire Arabic vocabulary in seventh grade students of MTs. Nurussaleh  Bangkalan Nurussaleh Bangkalan. (2) To determine the effect of the Wassimni game on the acquisition of Arabic vocabulary in class VII MTs. Nurussaleh  Bangkalan students. Nurussaleh Bangkalan. It can be seen that the Wassimni game on Arabic vocabulary acquisition is increasing. Which in the Pre-Test VII graders were at intervals of 40-54 totaling 9 people, after doing the Post-Test VII graders of MTs. Nurussaleh Bangkalan. were at intervals of 85-100 with a total of 23 people from 32 students of MTs. Nurussaleh  Bangkalan.

Abstract

Books have an important role in teaching and learning activities and the development of knowledge. The MTS grade 8 Arabic textbook published by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, which should have been thoroughly researched before being published, is alleged to contain several errors. Therefore, this analysis needs to be done to correct and evaluate errors in writing Arabic textbooks. This study uses a qualitative approach to library research or what is called library research. In this analysis the researcher uses content analysis data collection techniques or what is often called "Content Analysis". The MTS Grade 8 Arabic textbook published by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia includes core competencies, basic competencies and indicators but does not include graduation standards. The learning material contains 3 themes, الساعة، يومياتنا، الهواية. The textbook material for learning Arabic for class 8 MTS is relevant to basic competencies but still has some deficiencies. This textbook material for learning Arabic for class 8 MTS published by the Ministry of Religion is consistent with basic competencies. However, there are some deficiencies in its preparation, namely the material for the nahwu rules in each chapter. In the principle of adequacy, it is felt that this is not enough, because for learning Arabic students must have the ability of four maharahs, but in the book there are no clear instructions for having conversations with friends.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the method of teaching vocabulary and the knowledge of analysis methodology in teaching vocabulary of Arabic book at the 6th elementary school student of the ministry of religion RI 2020. The kind of this research was descriptive analysis method; analysis that focused on the sufficient and accurate phenomena, the known periods time, And the analysis. The result of this research 1) teaching of vocabulary by using the picture commonly was appropriate. 2) teaching of vocabulary by using the sound was applied for al-istima' and al-kalam,, 3) teaching of vocabulary by using the text was exact with the theme, 4) teaching by using the dialogue helped the students to improve their speaking skill, 5) teaching by using at-tarakiib was exact with the intellectual content of students, 6) teaching of vocabulary by using at-tadribaat helped students to inprove their understanding abaut the meanin. 7) the table of vocabulary and its translation can inprove students comprehension abaut the meaning of vocabulary.

Abstract

Discourses regarding the application of the inquiry learning model have been widely carried out and indicate that the application of this model has the potential to increase student independence. However, there is still little research directed at the application of social media-based inquiry learning models in learning Arabic. Therefore, this study aims to describe students' perceptions regarding the application of this learning model to learning Arabic through WhatsApp groups in madrasas. Descriptive quantitative research with a survey type was used in this case, as well as data analysis using a formula to get the percentage of student perceptions. The results of this study reported that as many as 49.6% of students chose structured inquiry strategy statements and as many as 50.4% of students chose free inquiry strategies. This study recommends the application of inquiry learning models through other social media in Arabic subjects.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of what factors influence student learning difficulties and whether scrabble game media helps students solve these problems and what challenges are faced when implementing the game. Arabic has a rapid rate of progress. However, many students have difficulty understanding Arabic vocabulary that needs to be overcome. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The methods used were observation and interviews. Selection of methods based on the condition of the object. In the results of this study it was found that there was a lack of motivation in students, it was difficult for students to understand and pronounce Arabic vocabulary. And the use of scrabble game media is effective in overcoming students' difficulties in learning Arabic. Recommendations from the research results to carry out further research with a wider subject, so that generalizations can be drawn. The implications of this research are used as a direction by the school, especially Arabic subject teachers to increase student motivation and help students understand Arabic vocabulary so that students are able to master Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

Buku ajar adalah seperangkat sarana atau alat pembelajaran yang berisikan materi pembelajaran, metode, batasan-batasan, dan cara mengevaluasi yang didesain secara sistematis dan menarik dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Adapun buku ajar Bahasa Arab kelas IX MTs yang telah diterbitkan oleh Kementrian Agama RI sudah layak dikatakan cukup baik untuk diterapkan dan dipelajari oleh siswa. Namun,terdapat sedikit kesalahan dalam penulisan buku ajar tersebut. Maka dengan dilakukannya analisis ini berharap dapat memberi masukan agar dapat memperbaiki cetakan buku ajar yang akan dirilis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian kepustakaan atau yang disebut penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam analisis ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data analisis isi atau yang sering disebut “Analisis Isi”. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Buku ajar Bahasa arab ini mencantumkan kompetensi dasar,kompetensi inti,indikator namun tidak mencamtumkan standar kelulusan. Materi yang ada dalam buku Bahasa Arab kelas 9 ini terdapat enam bab. Namun peneliti hanya menganalisis materi pada semester pertama, yaitu : pertama رأس السنة الهجرية  yang kedua الحفل بموليد الرسول ص.م  yang ketiga نزول القران و العيدان . Dalam prinsip relevansi,buku ajar Bahasa arab kelas 9 ini materinya sudah relevan dengan kompetensi dasar, namun ada beberapa materi yang kurang relevan yaitu pada tema pertama dan tema kedua. Ada juga materi yang sudah relevan namun ada kekurangan dalam materi tersebut pada setiap tema. Dalam prinsip konsistensi buku ajar Bahasa arab kelas 9 ini sudah konsisten mulai dari bab awal sampai dengan bab tiga. Pada prinsip kecukupan,materi mulai bab awal sampai dengan bab tiga sudah mencukupi. Karena,materi sudah mengandung apa saja yang ada di kompetensi dasar.

Abstract

Communicative approach is a language learning approach that emphasizes the assignment of language skills rather than language structure. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of language using a communicative approach through various learning methods in Arabic language learning to improve language skills, the method used is to use the literature study method or also called the literature study method whose data comes from various sources of literature relevant to this research, the subject of this research is MI and MTS Ar-Rohmah students, then the data collection techniques that researchers choose are, interviews, observation and documentation.  The results of this study also show that learning methods using communicative methods are very influential to support language skills. the role of the teacher, and the teaching materials used are also very important in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of Difficulty in Learning Arabic for Class VIII Students of SMP Miftahul Iman Bandung City. This research is very important to be carried out to find out the various factors that are obstacles for grade VIII students of SMP Miftahul Iman Kota Bandung in learning Arabic and find solutions. This type of research is qualitative research. The research participants were class VIII students at SMP Miftahul Iman, Bandung City. Data collection methods and techniques are in the form of questionnaires distributed to grade VII students of SMP Miftahul Iman and interviews conducted by teachers who teach Arabic subjects. The results showed that the factors of difficulty learning Arabic for grade VIII students of SMP Miftahul Iman Kota Bandung include curriculum factors and their components, namely, learning objectives, materials, methods and learning media which if not good will affect the learning process of students. Furthermore, factors of lack of interest in learning Arabic, learning methods and media, students' perceptions of Arabic lessons, students' educational background, and bi'ah lughawiyyah, these factors greatly affect the learning process of grade VIII students of SMP Miftahul Iman Kota Bandung in Arabic lessons.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of learning interest in learning Arabic among students with an educational background in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Elementary Schools. The population in this study were students of grades VIII and IX at MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya, totaling 123 students. The sample of this study consisted of 60 students, which was divided into 2 which resulted in 30 students from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and 30 students from Elementary Schools by determining the number of sample members by Quotum or rations. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation methods, interview methods (interviews), questionnaires (questionnaires), while the research instruments were using validity tests and data reliability tests. The data analysis method in this study is a quantitative analysis method using a questionnaire method which is used to find out the comparison of the interests of students with an educational background in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Elementary Schools. The results of this study indicate that the interest in learning Arabic between Madrasah Ibtidaiyah alumni and Elementary School alumni is actually higher for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah alumni than Elementary School alumni, namely from the results of the normality test and homogeneity test, and a T test is carried out (see; Normality Test table, Homogeneity and Independent Tests), also from the results of the Group Statistics table that the average results of the MTs alumni questionnaire = 70.7667 and the average results of the SMP alumni questionnaire = 60.9000, with reference to 4 aspects, namely aspects of motivation, participation, attention and responses, as well as seen from the factors that influence the emergence of interest in both.
