Abstract

This study systematically investigates the integration of self-reflection within the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model and its impact on enhancing critical thinking skills among elementary school students. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA protocol, 20 articles were retrieved from reputable databases including Google Scholar, SINTA, DOAJ, Garuda, and ResearchGate. The selection process comprised five stages: identification, initial screening, eligibility assessment, methodological quality evaluation, and final inclusion. Only five studies met all criteria, focusing on PBL with embedded self-reflection at the elementary level, presenting empirical evidence, and examining critical thinking as the primary outcome. Findings reveal that incorporating structured self-reflection into PBL fosters active student engagement, deepens conceptual understanding, and cultivates metacognitive awareness key foundations of critical thinking. Moreover, self-reflection enables learners to assess their cognitive processes, refine learning strategies, and link experiences to targeted learning objectives. This review recommends that educators embed reflective practices within PBL designs to promote critical, autonomous learners equipped for the demands of 21st-century education.

Abstract

Indonesia's national security can be implemented primarily through defense, focusing on territorial, sovereign, and social dimensions. Threats to national security are categorized into military and non-military threats. Non-military threats have become increasingly significant in Indonesia, as the public expresses greater concern about issues affecting their well-being, such as social injustice, intolerance, and health crises. Therefore, a national security strategy must prioritize a holistic and integrated approach grounded in Pancasila as the nation's legal and moral foundation. Pancasila functions not only as the state ideology but also as a moral and legal basis for formulating responsive defense and security policies aimed at preserving national unity and stability. This study explores the relationship between the application of Pancasila values and national security, particularly in addressing non-military threats. Employing a qualitative approach and literature review, the research concludes that Pancasila plays a vital role in shaping adaptive and integrative policies to confront future national security challenges. It also emphasizes the importance of inter-agency collaboration and active community participation in strengthening national resilience.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students’ learning outcomes that had not yet reached the expected standards, particularly in the Pancasila Education subject. Approximately 20% of Grade XI students at SMAN 1 Kamang Magek had not met the minimum achievement criteria. This condition occurred due to students’ lack of interest during the learning process. Therefore, Quizizz-based learning media was implemented as an effort to improve students’ learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quizizz learning media on students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education. The research employed a quantitative experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Kamang Magek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The population consisted of all Grade XI students totaling 90 individuals. The sample was determined through a random sampling technique, resulting in two homogeneous classes with a total of 61 students. The data analysis results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the use of Quizizz learning media and students’ learning outcomes. The obtained values were t_count = 3.290 > t_table = 2.001 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.002 < 0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. In conclusion, the Quizizz learning media was effective in increasing students’ interest and learning outcomes in Pancasila Education for Grade XI students of SMAN 1 Kamang Magek.

Abstract

The phenomenon of corruption in Indonesia has become a complex and systemic social problem , transcending moral, legal, and cultural boundaries. Corrupt practices not only cause material losses and undermine the governance system, but also have a significant impact on the character formation of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between corrupt practices and the formation of moral values, ethics, and integrity of Indonesia's younger generation through a mixed literature study approach. This method combines systematic review ( Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with theoretical analysis of morality and social issues. The study results show that corruption causes a degradation of the values of honesty, responsibility, and social trust among adolescents and young adults. The crisis of public role models reinforces moral dissonance, which hinders the development of post-conventional character. The main findings confirm that anti-corruption character education based on the social ecosystem—including family, school, media, and community—plays a crucial role in building the moral immunity of the younger generation. This study suggests a Social -Moral Immunity model. Framework (SMIF) which emphasizes collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and civil society to form a generation with integrity and resilience against the normalization of corrupt behavior.

The findings show that digital advertising significantly affects Generation Z’s consumption behavior psychologically, socially, and emotionally. Visually appealing content, influencer marketing strategies, and instant shopping features such as TikTok Shop encourage impulsive and emotional buying. However, the influence of digital advertising not only increases sales but also shapes self-image and social identity in digital spaces. Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on both global and national financial systems. The emergence of technology-based financial service institutions (financial technology or fintech) such as peer-to-peer lending, digital banking, and electronic payment systems has accelerated financial inclusion among the public. However, this phenomenon has also introduced new legal risks, including the misuse of personal data, illegal lending practices, and weak consumer protection. As an independent institution, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) has an urgent need to strengthen its supervisory and regulatory roles in the digital financial sector to ensure that it operates in a fair, transparent, and accountable manner. This research employs a normative legal method with statutory (statute approach) and conceptual (conceptual approach) perspectives. The findings indicate that the OJK holds a high degree of urgency in responding to the digital transformation of the financial sector. Strengthening technology-based regulations, fostering inter-agency synergy (OJK–Bank Indonesia–Ministry of Communication and Information Technology), and enhancing digital financial literacy constitute the main pillars that must be reinforced to maintain the stability and fairness of the national financial system.
