Abstract

This research contains the role of technology in increasing the activity of class The aim of this research is to identify how this technology can be used in the Aqidah Akhlak learning process and what impact it will have on students' activeness in understanding and implicating moral values in everyday life. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, where the researcher will involve interviews with PAI teachers who have utilized technology in teaching Aqidah Akhlak. The research results show that technology has played an important role in creating a more interesting and interactive learning experience for students. And the PAI teacher also mentioned that the use of technology in learning the Aqidah Moral, such as Power Point, Learning Videos, Quiz conducted online and other digital resources, is able to support students' better understanding of the concepts of the Aqidah Moral. Although many PAI teachers see the positive impact of this technology in increasing the activeness of class The implication of this research is that the use of technology in teaching Aqidah Akhlak can provide good benefits in developing students' moral skills and also requires careful planning and training to overcome challenges that may arise. This research contributes to an understanding of the role of technology in teaching the Aqidah Akhlak and provides insights that can help PAI teachers in designing more effective learning and motivating students to be more active in understanding and applying the values of the Aqidah Akhlak in everyday life.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is considered a very important factor for children, especially those living in orphanages. With the motivation given to them by their caregivers, they learn diligently to become human beings who are beneficial to the nation, state and religion. Of course, foster children in orphanages lack facilities and attention to their learning. Increasing the learning motivation of foster children using the group guidance method is an activity that involves all foster children to provide a special motivational boost for foster children when they want to achieve their learning goals. The aim of the research is to determine and increase children`s learning motivation at the muhammadiyah cab. Guguak district fifty cities through group tutoring services. The research use a descriptive qualitative method, this data collection technique is through a process of observation, interview and documentation. Abstract

An orphanage is an institution to shape the development of children who do not have parents or do not live with their families for certain reasons. An orphanage is a house, a place (residence), while or orphanage is a house where you look after and care for orphaned children and so on. In article 55 (33) or Republic or indonesia Law No.23 of 2002, it is explained that in relation to the maintenance and care of abandoned children, government institutions and community institutions, as intended ini paragraph 2, can collaborate with various related parties. An orphanage is defined as a house, place or residence used to care for orphans. In an orphanage, there is a caregiver who will educate, look after, protect and provide comfort to the children in his care. Caregivers are substitute parents who will be respected and appreciated by their foster children. Abstract

Group tutoring is the provision of services in a group atmosphere by utilizing group dynamics. Group guidance is also a guidance activity given to a number of individuals carried out together, in order to help students in formulating and making the right decisions, group guidance is held to provide information of a professional, vocational and social nature. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in anticipating bullying behavior among MTSM Lawang Tigo Balai students. Researchers used a quantitative research method approach with the type of pre-experiment, one group, pre-test, post-test. The subjects in the research were 10 children who volunteered to take part in group guidance. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxom rank test. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The Wilcoxom rank test analysis shows a value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the implementation of group guidance services is effective in anticipating bullying behavior at MTSM Lawang Tigo Balai

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling is a relationship carried out in order to provide assistance to individuals (clients) face to face (face to face) in the form of direction and advice to someone to solve a problem or achieve a certain goal which is carried out intentionally and continuously. In this case, counselors play an important role in helping clients solve the problems they are facing. This guidance and counseling maintains the confidentiality of discussions discussed during counseling. In the world of education, there are still many students who still need help in terms of problems they face at school, such as frequent withdrawals, not doing assignments and so on, while things outside of school include arguments that occur between children and their parents or children and their social environment. Therefore, teachers play a very important role in helping students change bad habits that they often do, not only that, teachers can collaborate in solving this problem. Humans in their daily lives will never be free from unpleasant and pleasant feelings. In a student's success, there must be someone who provides motivation to that person, whether it's study motivation or work motivation. With this motivation or encouragement, it can help students to move them to do something more optimally with a sense of self-confidence and a full sense of responsibility. Motivation is the energy to generate inner drive (aurosal drive). If a need is not satisfied, an individual's drive and activity arises to respond to the stimulus (incentive) for the desired goal. Achieving goals will make individuals feel satisfied. Meanwhile, work motivation is a condition that influences generating, directing and maintaining behavior related to the work environment (Anwar; 1993: 47). So the author can conclude that work motivation is an impulse that moves a person to work as best as possible so that the work is carried out and produces the best results. Based on the author's observations during Field Experience Practice (PPL) at Guguk State Vocational School 1, specifically for students who will carry out practical work, namely field work practice. Here, guidance and counseling teachers play a very active role in helping students to be successful in carrying out field work practices, one of which is by providing work motivation to these students. The purpose of providing this work motivation is to provide encouragement to students so that students are smarter in preparing themselves before carrying out practical field work later, such as reminding students to be more active in terms of vocational practice, better able to look after themselves, better able to improve their skills and so on. etc. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the eflorts of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Providing Work Motivation for the Success of Students' Field Work Practices (Prakerin) at SMK Negeri 1 Guguk." This research design is descriptive and qualitative. Sources of information from informants, places, events and documents. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Group tutoring is the provision of services in a group atmosphere by utilizing group dynamics. This research started from the fact that there were some children from the 'Aisyiyah Matur branch of the orphanage who were shy when communicating with their environment, especially with people they had just met, then there were also some children who often stayed alone in their rooms rather than joining their friends. There are also children who are insecure because of their condition and status as well as children who often avoid being asked questions so that children like this can be said to lack self-confidence. Researchers tried to apply group guidance to increase the self-confidence of children in the orphanage. This research itself aims to reduce feelings of inferiority and increase self-confidence in orphanage children. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of pre-experimental research, one group pre-test, post-test. The subjects of this research were children at the 'Aisyiyah Matur branch of the orphanage who lacked self-confidence. The data analysis technique uses the Wilxocom rank test. The research instrument used in this research is a measurement scale in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this research can be seen from the implementation of the pre-test and post-test with an increase in each child. Wilxocom signed rank test analysis shows a value of 0.012 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in self-confidence through group guidance at the 'Aisyiyah Matur branch of the orphanage.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at Pekanbaru Technology Elementary School, with a focus on the obstacles faced by teachers in its implementation. Issues raised included limited supporting resources, difficulties in the process of adapting to the new curriculum, as well as obstacles in the assessment system, both formative and summative assessments. Research data was obtained through an interview with several teachers who was directly involved in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the school, where the interview was conducted using Google Forms. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, where the results of interviews are analyzed to identify the main obstacles that hinder curriculum implementation. The research results show that Pekanbaru Technology Elementary School faces a number of challenges, including limited project-based learning facilities, teachers' difficulties in designing flexible and innovative learning, and a lack of synchronization between formative and summative assessments. From these findings, it is recommended that schools increase resources and provide more intensive training to teachers, as well as develop more structured assessment strategies

Abstract

This article has a main focus in examining the humanistic content, the verses of the Koran which have humanist educational values, and their development in spiritual pedagogical practices. This research is in the form of a descriptive narrative with a literature study method, which shows the results of the research consisting, about Humanistic Psychological theories, Spiritual Pedagogics with studies some verses about Spiritual Pedagogics, and the last this article talk about the implications of these verse in the development of PAI learning. Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education through the application of active learning models to students of class IX.1 at SMPN 1 Guguak District. The learning outcomes of most students in the PAI subject show low results or are below the minimum competency standards. This is due to the low level of student involvement in the learning process, as well as the dominance of lecture methods that are less interesting for students' learning interests. This study uses a PTK design that is implemented in four cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 32 students of class IX.1 SMPN 1 Guguak District. The data collected included the results of observations of learning activities and the results of the initial and final assessments. The results showed that the application of the active learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IX.1 students of SMPN 1 Guguak District. In cycle I, the average student score increased compared to the Pre-Cycle, which was around 75% of students achieved minimum completeness. In cycle II, the increase in student learning outcomes was around 81.25%. In cycle III, the increase in student learning outcomes was around 87.5%. In addition, the observation results showed that students were more motivated and actively involved in the learning process using the active learning model. Thus, it can be concluded that the active learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in class IX.1 students at SMPN 1 Guguak District.
