Abstract

Psychological factors play an important role in traffic compliance. Some psychological aspects that can influence driver behavior include self-safety motivation, self-control, and legal awareness. In psychology, the problem of compliance with the law alone is indeed less effective in implementing the law in society. Returning to the definition above, compliance is limited to only not violating the rules or avoiding punishment, so the attitude of compliance is only temporary. It would be ideal if traffic regulations were not only obeyed but also not internalized. If people have internalized the rules, they will obey them very much at all times. Because if they violate what has been internalized, then conflict will arise within themselves, in general people try to avoid conflicts. The relationship between psychological factors and compliance with traffic regulations is very complex and is influenced by various elements, including individual motivation, self-control, and legal awareness. Efforts to improve compliance must consider these aspects to create a safer traffic environment. Adolescent compliance with traffic regulations, especially for motorcyclists, is influenced by various psychological factors. Overall, these psychological factors interact with each other and influence adolescent behavior in traffic. Efforts to improve compliance with traffic regulations must consider these psychological aspects to be more effective.

Abstract

This study aims to examine digital marketing transformation in the AI-first era through a literature review focusing on interactive video, social commerce, and multi-surface search optimization for Indonesian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The rapid development of artificial intelligence, short-form video platforms, social commerce ecosystems, and AI-assisted search has changed how SMEs build visibility, engage consumers, and compete in digital markets. This study employs a qualitative library research method to analyze recent scholarly literature on AI-driven marketing, SME digital transformation, interactive video marketing, social commerce, search optimization, and digital competitiveness. The findings indicate that interactive video strengthens consumer engagement through visual storytelling, product demonstration, emotional connection, and real-time interaction. Social commerce enables SMEs to integrate promotion, communication, trust-building, and transaction within social media-based ecosystems. Meanwhile, multi-surface search optimization improves SME discoverability across search engines, marketplaces, social media, video platforms, map services, review platforms, and AI-generated search results. The study also shows that AI supports marketing efficiency through customer segmentation, content personalization, chatbot services, campaign automation, and data-driven decision-making. However, Indonesian SMEs still face challenges, including limited digital literacy, weak analytical capabilities, platform dependency, resource constraints, and inconsistent cross-platform branding. This review contributes to the literature by integrating interactive video, social commerce, and multi-surface search optimization into a conceptual framework for AI-first digital marketing to enhance SME competitiveness. The study recommends that Indonesian SMEs develop AI-enabled marketing capabilities, interactive content strategies, social commerce management, and multi-platform search visibility to strengthen sustainable and global competitiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of netizens’ perceptions toward Jennifer Coppen’s personal branding on TikTok across various phases of her personal life that attracted public attention. The study aims to understand how public perception is formed, negotiated, and transformed through digital interactions within the algorithmic environment of social media. This research employed a qualitative method with a narrative analysis approach by analyzing netizens’ comments on Jennifer Coppen’s TikTok account from May 2023 to August 2025. The research data consisted of nine TikTok posts and 72 netizen comments selected purposively and categorized into criticism, hate comments, disappointment, empathy, appreciation, and support. Data analysis was conducted using Stuart Hall’s reception theory and Peter Montoya’s Eight Laws of Personal Branding concept. The findings indicate that netizens’ perceptions of Jennifer Coppen’s personal branding are dynamic and influenced by social values, emotional engagement, and the consistency of the image presented on social media. During the phase of pregnancy before marriage, netizens’ responses were dominated by criticism and moral judgment. In the phase of family life and mourning, public perception shifted toward empathy, support, and appreciation of Jennifer as a resilient mother figure. However, when Jennifer introduced a new partner, public perception once again generated criticism and disappointment because netizens associated the action with narratives she had previously conveyed. This study concludes that personal branding on TikTok is not entirely controlled by public figures, but is continuously negotiated through audience reception, emotional attachment, and collective narratives within the digital sphere.

Abstract

This study examines how the intersubjective constructs of MSMEs in Kendari City influence their interpretation of entrepreneurial marketing, the organizational environment, and intellectual capital in shaping business performance. In the context of MSMEs operating with limited resources and a dynamic environment, there is still a gap in understanding regarding the role of shared meaning and social interaction as mediators between strategy and performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze these intersubjective constructs and their implications for business performance. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, involving in-depth interviews with MSMEs in Kendari City, and analyzed data using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that entrepreneurial marketing is interpreted as relational personalization and community-based marketing, the organizational environment as a social network managed through deliberation, and intellectual capital as practical knowledge and mutually reinforcing social relationships. Business performance is understood not only from a financial perspective, but also from a perspective of sustainability, customer trust, and community support. Consequently, this study recommends strengthening the capacity of MSME communities, digital-based training, and developing policies that support the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze working capital management in multinational companies, focusing on centralized cash management, cash flow optimization, and excess cash investment. In the context of multinational companies, efficient cash management is essential to ensure adequate liquidity, reduce dependence on external financing, and increase profitability. Centralized cash management allows companies to consolidate all funds owned and optimize cash flow across various branches or subsidiaries.Meanwhile, cash flow optimization is carried out through efficient cash cycle management, by accelerating receipts and slowing debt payments. Excess cash investment, which consists of funds not used in operational activities, is an important source for companies to increase returns while maintaining sufficient liquidity. This study also explores the application of technology in cash management, such as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and integrated cash management systems, which enable faster and more accurate decision making in cash flow management and excess cash investment. The results of the study indicate that good cash management can improve operational efficiency and strengthen the financial position of multinational companies, with a positive impact on long-term performance. Therefore, the right working capital management strategy is essential for multinational companies to survive and thrive in a dynamic global market.

Abstract

The implementation of the Smart City concept in Indonesia is growing, focusing on the use of information and communication technology to improve the efficiency of public services and the quality of life of urban communities. Positive trends can be seen from the various projects that have been launched in major cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung, as well as government support and private sector involvement. However, Smart City development in Indonesia still faces a number of challenges such as the digital divide, uneven infrastructure, and regulations that are not yet fully supportive. Nevertheless, the opportunity to scale up Smart City implementation remains great, especially with multi-stakeholder collaboration and increased public awareness. By overcoming these challenges, Indonesia has the potential to successfully transform its cities into more efficient, safe and sustainable Smart Cities.

Abstract

The development of communication technology, including the internet, social media and instant messaging applications, has brought about significant transformations in social and cultural dynamics. This research aims to examine the impact of communication technology on changes in social interaction, information dissemination, and cultural preservation. The research results show that this technology expands social networks without geographic boundaries and accelerates the dissemination of information, but also raises challenges such as the digital divide and threats to traditional culture. On the one hand, communication technology can be an effective means of preserving and promoting local culture; on the other hand, conscious efforts are needed to maintain cultural identity from the homogenous influence of globalization. This research suggests that collaboration between stakeholders, such as government, the private sector, and society, is critical to managing challenges and maximizing the benefits of developments in communications technology. By presenting a holistic approach, we can ensure that this transformation has a positive impact on all levels of society in social and cultural aspects.

Abstract

This literature research explores social integration in multicultural societies from the perspective of local wisdom values. Focusing on how traditional and local values can contribute to social harmony and cohesion in culturally diverse environments, this study identifies various critical factors that influence the success of such integration. Through in- depth analysis, it was found that active community involvement, visionary leadership roles, as well as education and preservation of local cultural values are the main elements in supporting effective social integration. This research also highlights the importance of adapting local wisdom in a modern context, synergy between sectors, and adequate documentation for the dissemination of cultural knowledge. Enforcement of customary law in synergy with national law and promotion of cultural interaction through cross-cultural programs have been proven to strengthen social networks and bridge cultural differences. Case studies from various regions show that a holistic and structured approach in applying local wisdom values can increase social cohesion, strengthen a sense of togetherness, and minimize conflict in a multicultural society. The results of this research emphasize the importance of integration between local values and modern strategies to create a harmonious and sustainable society.
