Abstract

Critical thinking competence for students is crucial throughout the learning process in the classroom so that students are accustomed to using reasoning systems to solve problems faced by students. This study aims to explain how to improve the ability to think critically in elementary school students. This research uses library research. The method used in research is literature study. Several stages in literature study research are data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. There are many ways to improve critical abilities in elementary schools, including fostering and growing critical thinking in every lesson. Critical thinking skills can be started by conditioning the learning atmosphere by asking each other questions, discussing an object, and analyzing the material to be discussed. So, student’s critical thinking skills are also influenced by learning styles at school, starting from the teacher's teaching methods and style, facilities, and student feedback on the lessons being taught. Urgensi Karakter Berpikir Kritis Bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Kompetensi berpikir kritis bagi siswa sangat penting dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran di kelas sehingga siswa terbiasa menggunakan sistem bernalar untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan cara meningkatkan kemampun berpikir kritis pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian yang ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi pustaka. Beberapa tahapan dalam penelitian studi pustaka yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Upaya cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kritis sekolah dasar, salah satunya dengan memupuk dan menumbuhkan pemikiran kritis pada setiap pembelajaran. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat dimulai dengan mengkondisikan suasana pembelajaran dengan memberikan pertanyaan atau saling bertanya jawab, mendiskusikan sebuah objek, dan menganalisis tentang materi yang akan dibahas. Jadi, kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh gaya belajar di sekolah, mulai dari metode dan gaya mengajar guru, fasilitas, dan umpan balik siswa terhadap pelajaran yang diajarkan.

Teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data yangdigunakan dengan analisis kualitatif.Perencanaan pembelajaran siswa korban konflik Etnis Papuadi PLK BimaSakti di Desa Cangkring Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Demak dapatdikatakan cukup baik, karena perencanaan pembelajaran meliputi: tahapprainstruksional, tahap intruksional dan tahap evaluasi tindak lanjut. Tahapprainstruksional dilakukan untuk merancang perencanaan pembelajaran. Tahapintruksional dilakukan untuk merencanakan langkah-langkah dalam pelaksanakanpembelajaran, dan tahap evaluasi tindak lanjut ini perencanaan tentang bentukbentukevaluasi yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.Pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa korban konflik Etnis Papuadi PLK BimaSakti di Desa Cangkring Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Demak cukupbaik.hal tersebut dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Permendiknas Nomor 41 Tahun2007 tentang Standar Proses yang meliputi langkah: pendahuluan, kegiatan intiyang terdiri dari elaborasi, eksplorasi dan konfirmasi, dan kegiatan evaluasi.Evaluasi pembelajaran siswa korban konflik Etnis Papuadi PLK Bima Saktidi Desa Cangkring Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Demak menggunakanbentuk tes yaitu tes tertulis terdiri dari pilihan gandan, isian dan uraian, sedangkanbentuk non tes berupa penilaian sikap atau observasi. Bentuk-bentuk evaluasitersebut dilakukan pada penilaian formatif dan sumatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of differentiated learning at MI Darul Ulum 02 in Kudus and at MI Rodlotus Syubban in Pati within the framework of the Independent Curriculum. A qualitative field study with a multi-case design was conducted to collect data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The data were analyzed using multi-case analysis, beginning with an analysis of each case individually and then synthesizing the cases to identify patterns and distinctions. The findings reveal that differentiated learning at both madrasahs not only accommodates students’ diverse needs but also cultivates the Pancasila Student Profile through contextual learning. Differentiation is implemented through three dimensions—content, process, and product—supported by creating an inclusive and ethical learning environment, developing students’ personal and social competencies, and conducting diagnostic assessments for each subject. Practically, the study provides madrasah teachers with insight for designing and managing differentiated learning aligned with the Independent Curriculum. From a scientific perspective, this research contributes a contextual model of differentiated instruction in Islamic elementary schools by integrating national curriculum values with Islamic educational principles.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe: (1) The initial test of competence and pedagogical competence of MI teacher at Kudus district in 2014, and (2) the effect of the initial competency test against MI classroom teachers pedagogical competence in Kudus district in 2014. This research includes the study of ex post facto of correlational research. The samples using random sampling, with a standard error of 5% of the total population 130  MI classroom teachers at Kudusdistrict, obtained a sample of 98 people. The technique of collecting data through documentation and interviews with the LPTK Rayon 206 UIN Walisongo Semarang. While the analysis is done by using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression-correlation.  The results showed that: (1) The initial test of competence and pedagogical competence of MI  teacher at Kudus District 2014in the category good enough maing at 55.78 and 81.09 respectively, and (2) the initial competency test does not significantly influence the competence pedagogic of MI classroom teachers, with the model: Y = 78.047 + 0.056 X. While the initial competency test relations with pedagogical competence is positive and not significant with a correlation coefficient of 0.167 categorized as very low, so the initial competency test only contributes 2.8% of the  MI teacher pedagogical competence  in Kudus district.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) uji kompetensi awal dan kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas Mi di kabupaten kudus tahun 2014, serta (2) pengaruh uji kompetensi awal terhadap kompetensipedagogik guru kelas Mi di kabupaten kudus tahun 2014.  Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ex post facto bentuk correlational research. Penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling, dengan taraf kesalahan 5% dari jumlah populasi 130 guru kelas Mi dari kabupaten kudus, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pihak lPTk Rayon 206 UIN Walisongo Semarang. Sedangkan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi-korelasi linier sederhana. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) uji kompetensi awal dan kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas Mi di kabupaten kudustahun 2014 dalam kategori cukup baik maing-masing sebesar  55,78 dan 81,09, serta (2) uji kompetensi awal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas Mi, dengan model:Ŷ = 78,047 + 0,056 X. Sedangkan hubungan uji kompetensi awal dengan kompetensi pedagogik adalah positif dan tidak signifikan dengan koefisienkorelasi sebesar  0,167 berkategori sangat rendah, sehingga uji kompetensi awal hanya memberikan kontribusi sebesar 2,8% terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas madrasah ibtidaiyah di kabupaten kudus.

Abstract

The era of technological disruption is one of the characteristics and challenges of human life and civilization in the 21st century. So that it has an impact on the urgency of reorienting the curriculum and learning of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of this study is to reveal the challenges, facts and phenomena of curriculum disorientation and learning in Islamic Religious Education. The research method in this article uses a qualitative approach to library research, which is descriptive and radical in which the researcher describes and explores the topic of program reorientation or curriculum formulation and learning of Islamic religious education which is full of challenges during this technological disruption. The results of this study are the need to strengthen and formulate Islamic Religious Education curriculum and learning that focuses on strengthening the goal of fostering human beings and affirming two human dimensions as caliph fil ard and Abdullah. As well as the need for the formulation and embodiment of curriculum and learning that trains the critical power of the nation's generation.

Abstract

Needs Analysis of the Scientific Article Writing Module as a Support for Accelerating Student Scientific Publications. This research aims to describe the results of the analysis of the need for a scientific article writing module to support the acceleration of student scientific publications. The research approach used in this research is research and development. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, field notes and interviews. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive analysis through data presentation and data verification or conclusions. This technique is used to determine the requirements for the module for writing scientific articles. The teaching materials needed by lecturers are in the form of books or modules which contain a writing framework, introduction, theoretical basis, methods, analysis, results and a bibliography. Meanwhile, students need a module for writing scientific articles which includes several components, namely (1) introduction, (2) literature review, (3) methods or ways of writing scientific papers, (4) results and findings, (5) discussion, (6) ) conclusion, and (7) references. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi hasil analisis kebutuhan modul menulis artikel ilmiah sebagai penunjang akselerasi publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran angket, catatan lapangan, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui pemaparan data dan verifikasi atau simpulan data.Teknik ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan modul menulis artikel ilmiah. Bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan dosen yaitu berupa buku atau modul yang di dalamnya berisikan kerangka menulis, pendahuluan, landasan teori, metode, analisis, hasil sampai dengan daftar pustaka. Sementara mahasiswa membutuhkan modul menulis artikel ilmiah yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa komponen, yaitu (1) pendahuluan, (2) tinjauan pustaka, (3) metode atau cara penulisan karya ilmiah, (4) hasil dan temuan, (5) pembahasan, (6) kesimpulan, dan (7) referensi.

Abstract

Conflict in the world of education is seen as one of the weak points in the management of educational institutions. This perspectiveemerged due to the institution managers view conflict as somethingnegative and counterproductive. The conflict in the organization isdirectly proportional to the age of the organization, including one ofwhich is the educational institution. Beginning of the conflict can beborn of issues that could be considered trivial or simple. However,it is not uncommon to be a determinant of lifespan or future survival of an organization for the duration of time much longer. Therefore, need proper management to resolve the conflict.

Abstract

Indonesia menyadari perlunya penguatan pendidikan nonformal sebagai salah satu elemen penting dalam meningkatkan indeks pendidikan. Baik pemerintah maupun lembaga swadaya masyarakat telah berpartisipasi aktif dalam mewujudkan pendidikan nonformal yang lebih mudah diakses dan nyaman. Persoalan mendasar adalah kualitas guru dalam pendidikan masih di bawah harapan. Selain itu, pendidikan nonformal menghadapi dilema dalam menciptakan kinerja guru yang optimal karena bersifat nonprofit. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini akan menyelidiki faktor-faktor penentu dari pengaturan unik tersebut. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah skala pemberdayaan psikologis yang digunakan oleh Spreitzer (1995), The Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) (Brown, Miller, & Lawendowski, 1999), skala etos kerja Islami (Ali, 1988) dan angket kinerja diri guru. Kuesioner penilaian (TJPSQ) digunakan sebagai ukuran kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan dan istiqamah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru, sedangkan regulasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.Indonesia have acknowledged the needs to strengthen the non-formal education as an important element in enhancing the education index. Both government and non-government organization have participated actively in establishing the non-formal education to be more accessible and convenience. Nevertheless, it is evidenced that they still manage to deliver their jobs adequately. Therefore, this paper will investigate the determining factors of such unique setting. This study’s instruments are the psychological empowerment scale used by Spreitzer (1995), The Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) (Brown, Miller, &Lawendowski, 1999), Islamic work ethic scaling (Ali, 1988) and the questionnaire teachers’ job performance self-rating questionnaire (TJPSQ) were utilized as a measurement of teachers’ job performance. The result  indicates that empowerment and istiqamah have significantly influenced to teachers’ job performance, while self-regulations have no significant effect on Job performance.
