Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal whether or not there is a relationship and the strong relationship between teacher achievement motivation and teacher work performance, to reveal whether or not there is a relationship and the strong relationship between teacher reasoning abilities and teacher work performance. The population in this study were all teachers at MA in Indramayu district totaling 155 respondents with 30 respondents. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between achievement motivation and teacher work performance. Both go hand in hand, meaning that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the teacher's work performance. Thus, the contribution of this study includes nopositive relationship between reasoning ability and teacher work performance. There is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and reasoning ability with teacher work achievement. The two independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable, the higher the teacher's work performance.  Hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi dan Penalaran dengan Prestasi Kerja Guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan ada atau tidaknya sebuah hubungan, dan seberapa kuat hubungan antara motivasi prestasi guru dengan prestasi kerja guru, untuk mengungkapkan ada hubungan atau tidaknya dan hubungan yang kuat antara kemampuan penalaran guru dengan prestasi kerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di MA di kabupaten Indramayu yang berjumlah 155 responden dengan 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi kerja guru. Keduanya berjalan beriringan, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi, semakin tinggi prestasi kerja guru. Dengan demikian kontribusi penelitian ini antara lain tidak ada hubungan positif antara kemampuan penalaran dengan prestasi kerja guru. Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi prestasi dan kemampuan penalaran dengan prestasi kerja guru. Kedua variabel independen berjalan beriringan dengan variabel dependen, semakin tinggi prestasi kerja guru.

Abstract

Manajemen merupakan induk dari sebuah kegiatan yang mempunyai definisi yang bervariasi, dalam mengemukakan manajemen sebagai mengelola orang-orang, mengambil keputusan, proses mengorganisasi dan memakai sumber-sumber untuk menyelesaikan tujuan yang sudah ditentukan. Manajemen yang baik ialah manajemen yang tidak jauh menyimpang dari konsep, dan yang sesuai dengan obyek yang ditanganinya serta tempat organisasi itu berada. Sebagai bagian dari suatu ilmu, seharusnya manajemen itu tidak boleh menyimpang dari konsep manajemen yang sudah ada. Namun variasi bisa terjadi akibat kreasi dan inovasi para manajer.Variasi ini berkaitan dengan obyek yang ditangani dan tempat organisasi itu.Artinya setiap obyek membutuhkan cara tersendiri untuk menanganinya, begitu pula masing-masing tempat organisasi memiliki situasi dan kondisi yang berbeda yang membutuhkan penyesuaian pula bagi manajemen pada organisasi itu. Abstract

Integration of the Human Nervous System and Missile Technology in Islamic Education Management. The nervous system is capable of detecting and transmitting signals as well as providing automatic responses. It is analogous to a missile control system that detects threats and provides automatic responses. From an Islamic perspective, the majesty of human creation can inspire structured and effective education management. This study explores the integration of the nervous system and missile systems as a strategy for fostering adaptive, responsive, and spiritual learners. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. The informants were the principal of SMP 1 Kencong, the vice principal of curriculum, the Islamic religious education teacher, and the ICT teacher. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that integrating the principles of the nervous system and missile technology into education promotes adaptive, responsive, and precise learning through the use of Google Classroom, which facilitates quick feedback and personalized learning. This approach not only improves effectiveness but also shapes students’ characters to be independent, responsible, and spiritually valuable.

Abstract

A questionnaire was administered to 150  students of a STAIN Kediri graduated from Islamic Senior High School and Senior High School to examine their Statistict self efficacy. The variables were measured respectivelyusing the Statistict self efficacy Scale. In comparison with the students of a STAIN Kediri graduated from Islamic Senior High School and Senior High School, differed in their Statistict self efficacy. Senior High School obtainedhigher scores of Statistict self efficacy than that of Islamic Senior High School.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim know the management of PAI learning for autistic children in SDLB Sunan Kudus. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques apply observation, interview, and documentation. From the data obtained, analysed by using the triangulation method. The findings of this research are the management applying of PAI learning for autistic children that showed by planning which prepared everyday and in accordance with the preparing procedure of PPI. The next, organizing of planning that has been prepared by providing resources who complement autistic children’s needs and adapting to their conditions. And than, organize the existing resources into PAI learning by importing simplified material and adapted to the conditions of autistic children in their daily lives. The evaluation of PAI learning is use the process evaluation and products evaluation during the learning is going on continuously with giving descriptive notes value.AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran PAI pada anak autis di SDLB Sunan Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan metode triangulasi. Adapun temuan penelitian ini adalah manajemen yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI pada anak autis ditunjukkan dengan perencanaan yang disusun setiap hari dan sesuai dengan prosedur penyusunan PPI. Perencanaan yang sudah disusun selanjutnya dilakukan pengorganisasian dengan menyediakan sumber daya yang memenuhi kebutuhan dan sesuai dengan kondisi mereka. Dari sumber daya yang ada diorganisasikan ke dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan cara memasukkan materi PAI yang sudah disederhanakan dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi anak-anak autis ke dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dilakukan dengan cara evaluasi proses dan evaluasi produk selama pembelajaran berlangsung secara terus-menerus dengan memberikan nilai dalam bentuk catatan deskriptif.

Abstract

Mudarasah Method in Memorising al-Qur'an in Yanbu'ul-Ulum Sukolilo Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this research is to investigate the Mudarasah method for memorising the Qur'an at Yanbu'ul-Ulum Islamic boarding school, its impacts on students' ability to memorise the Qur'an, and the factors that impede the usage of this method.  This study adopted a qualitative field research approach with a focus on students at the Yanbu'ul-Ulum Sukolilo Islamic boarding school. The data was collected through observation techniques, interviews with pesantren caregivers, ustadz, students, alumni, and pesantren administrators. The findings of the study are presented below. 1) The Mudarasah method for Quran memorization at the Yanbu'ul-Ulum Sukolilo Islamic boarding school discusses the application of the method, including the active role of the murobi, formation of the Mudarasah, takrir, and sorogan memorization. 2) The implications of the Mudarasah method for Quran memorization include firstly tahyihah nafsiyah, meaning mental stability, secondly tarkiz, meaning concentration, thirdly taawun, which means cooperative help, and fourthly mumtaz, which means excellence. 3) Hindrances to the Mudarasah method of memorising the Qur'an at the Yanbu'ul-Ulum Islamic boarding school are multifaceted. Secondly, the process is time-consuming and inefficient. Firstly, student independence is lacking. Lastly, there exists inequality in student intelligence levels. Seorang santri pasti memiliki kelemahan berbeda-beda dalam proses menghafal Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren, untuk mensiasati hal tersebut pastinya seorang pengasuh pondok pesantren tahfidzul qur’an memiliki berbagai cara khusus agar santrinya mudah ketika dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode Mudarasah dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren Yanbu’ul-Ulum, implikasi metode Mudarasah dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren Yanbu’ul-Ulum, faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan metode Mudarasah dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif pada santri di pondok pesantren Yanbu’ul-Ulum Sukolilo, pengumpulan data diperoleh teknik observasi, wawancara pada pengasuh pesantren, ustadz, santri, alumni dan pengurus pesantren. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut. 1) metode Mudarasah dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren Yanbu’ul-Ulum Sukolilo membahas penerapan metode Mudarasah, meliputi, peran aktif murobi, pembentukan Mudarasah, takrir, dan sorogan hafalan. 2) Implikasi metode Mudarasah dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an, pertama tahyihah nafsiyah artinya kemantapan mental, Kedua, tarkiz, artinya konsentrasi. Ketiga, Taawwun, artinya tolong menolong. Keempat Mumtaz, artinya lulus. 3) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat metode Mudarasah menghafalkan Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren Yanbu’ul-Ulum, Pertama Kurangnya sifat kemandirian santri. Kedua Membutuhkan waktu lama dan kurang efisien. Ketiga ketimpangan pada tingkat kecerdasan santri.

Abstract

Reading is part of the learning process. Reading will support learning activities carried out both in the classroom and in the Islamic boarding school. Learning in reading the Koran basically must pay attention to the main principles that need to be understood by every teacher. This is because learning to read the Qur'an is certainly different from learning to read books, novels and other reading. The purpose of this study is to look at the implementation of the learning of the art of reading the Qur'an in the learning of AlQur'an Hadith. Thus it will be seen clearly how the application of the art of reading the Koran is seen from its effectiveness in learning Al-Quran Hadith.

Abstract

Abstract : Focus and aim of this this research is to find and describe:(1) the characteristics of learning organization culture at excellentschool; (2) leadership style in building learning organization culture;(3) leadership in building learning organization culture in excellentschool i.e MAN 2 Kudus, MA TBS Kudus and MA NU BANATKudus. This research uses qualitative approach with multi casesstudy plan. The data collected through three techniques: 1). indepthinterview; 2). participant observation; and 3). documentation. Thereare two stages in this research, those are: (1) individual case dataanalysis, and (2) data analysis rushed by case. The research findingthat: (1) characteristics differences between one another MadrasahAliyah (MA). MA NU BANAT Kudus has characteristic in buildinglearning organization culture as this Madrasah presents moresystematic, innovative and creative system with the betterinfrastructure support. Education quality orientation is to meet therequirement of ISO 9000. It also has transformation leadership styleusing management principles in strong way. MAN 2 Kudus has itsown characteristic in building learning organization culture as itshows systematic, innovative and creative way with a betterinfrastructure tool supports, it also uses transformation leadershipstyle. MA NU TBS Kudus seems less systematic, innovative andcreative in building learning organization culture, with infrastructuretool support less good, and charisma type with transactional leadershipstyle. (2). Transformation leadership style affects the competitivenessand the graduate quality, as support form in all study activities. (3).This research also find new model of leadership based on moral(spiritual), with various kinds of attitude, moral, and values as form ofuswah hasanah.

Abstract

The headmaster has a very important role in the tahfizh program, for its success and able to realize the character of Islamic students. MI Negeri 11 Boyolali is one of the state madrasah that has a superior program of Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Juz 30 for all its students. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the tahfizh program in character building of students at MI Negeri 11 Boyolali. This research is a form of qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were tha principal of the madrasah, the coordinator of the tahfizh program, 4 tahfizh teachers, 2 student for each class. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicated that : First, overall the management of the tahfizh program for building the students character at MI Negeri 11 Boyolali has been going well, while its implementation included: (1) planning; (2) organizing; (3) direction; and (4) monitoring the tahfizh program. Second, the application of memorizing Qur’an method those have been applied are (1) the tahfizh method; (2) caption method; and (3) tartil method. Third, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the tahfizh program, the supporting factors are: (1) social environment; (2) the Qur’an provided by the madrasah for memorizing; (3) the availability of classes for tahfizh activities; and (4) there are tahfizh teachers. The inhibiting foctors are: (1) the lazy nature of students; (2) the lack of classes for tahfizh activities; and (3) lack of tahfizh teachers.
