Abstract

Inclusive education in madrasas still requires special attention from the Ministry of Religion to continue to grow and increase in line with the need to accept children with special needs in madrasas because, so far, inclusive education is still dominated by general education institutions. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of inclusive education at MI Keji Ungaran Barat. The research method uses qualitative research, data collection techniques use the method of observation, interviews, documentation, data triangulation, data analysis techniques using the theory of Miles and Huberman, then validated the validity of the data for the credibility test, dependability test, confirmability test, and transferability test with data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and verification (Conclusion drawing). The research resulted in a description and analysis: the implementation of inclusive madrasah education includes the preparation of an inclusive education support system in madrasas, acceptance of students with special needs, identification and assessment of students with special needs, empowerment of teachers and education personnel, curriculum accommodation and implementation of individual education program learning, outcome assessment learning, fulfilling the need for facilities and infrastructure to support inclusive education, establishing partnerships and building inclusive education networks. Implementasi Pendidikan Inklusi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Keji Ungaran Barat Semarang. Pendidikan inklusi di madrasah masih memerlukan perhatian khusus dari Kementerian Agama agar bisa terus berkembang dan bertambah seiring dengan kebutuhan penerimaan anak berkebutuhan khusus di madrasah karena selama ini pendidikan inklusi masih didominasi oleh lembaga pendidikan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi di MI Keji Ungaran Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman kemudian dilakukan validasi keabsahan data uji kredbilitas, uji dependability, uji comfirmability dan uji transferability dengan teknik analisis data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi (Conclusion drawing).Penelitian menghasilkan deskripsi dan analisis: pelaksanaan pendidikan madrasah inklusimeliputi penyiapan sistem pendukung pendidikan inklusi di madrasah, penerimaan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, identifikasi dan assesmen peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, pemberdayaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, akomodasi kurikulum dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran program pendidikan individual, penilaian hasil belajar, pemenuhan kebutuhan saranadan prasaranan penunjang pendidikan inklusi, menjalin kerjasama kemitraan dan membangun jaringan pendidikan inklusi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi komunikasi yang telah menggeser paradigma pembelajaran konvensional menuju pembelajaran berbasis teknologi (education based technology). Sehingga sekarang ini muncullah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning), yang mana pendidik dan peserta didik dapat melakukan komunikasi jarak jauh secara online. Namun, pembelajaran yang murni dilakukan secara online juga tidaklah tepat, karena akan mempersempit proses interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan saat ini yaitu pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan unsur teknologi informasi dengan tidak meninggalkan pola bimbingan secara langsung dari pendidik. Sehingga muncullah teori belajar baru yaitu blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Konsep pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MA NU Banat Kudus Program Keagamaan, (2) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MA NU Banat Kudus Program Keagamaan, (3) Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MA NU Banat Kudus Program Keagamaan, (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MA NU Banat Kudus Program Keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci. Adapun subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X dan kelas XI Program Keagamaan Unggulan, dan beberapa guru yang telah mengaplikasikan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning. Di samping itu, peneliti juga menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, antara lain: wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Sementara metode analisis data menggunakan 3 langkah analisis, yaitu data reduksi, data display (penyajian data), dan verifikasi (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep manajemen pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MA NU Banat Kudus dibagi menjadi dua pola pembelajaran, yaitu blended learning berbasis online dan offline. Adapun perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh setiap guru yang menggunakan blended learning ini sangat matang, karena mereka sudah memiliki perangkat pembelajaran, visi misi dan tujuan yang sistematis serta didukung dengan sarana prasarana pembelajaran di MA NU Banat Kudus yang sudah berbasis IT. Sehingga implementasi dari blended learning di MA NU Banat ini berlangsung efektif. Namun pembelajaran blended learning berbasis online dengan memanfaatkan web e-learning baru diterapkan dalam mata pelajaran TIK, sedangkan blended learning berbasis offline diterapkan di semua mata pelajaran, khususnya mata pelajaran agama. Melalui blended learning, diketahui bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik semakin meningkat. Sementara sistem evaluasi di MA NU Banat Kudus ini sudah berbasis online yang dapat diakses oleh semua civitas, baik pendidik, peserta didik, maupun wali peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyse the implementation of an integrative-contextual curriculum management in maintaining the existence of Manbaul ‘Alaa Islmaic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution oriented towards the formation of spiritual, moral, and intellectual intelligence of students amid the dynamics of socio-global change. Adopting a descriptive qualitative approach involving observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, the study identifies strategies for aligning the national and Diniyah curricula, incorporating Islamic values into general learning, and cultivating an academic culture reflective of contemporary boarding schools. The results demonstrate the successful implementation of vision-based curriculum planning, collaborative learning supervision, and teacher capacity building to manage integrative learning that emphasises character, manners, and modern literacy. Supporting factors include visionary leadership, religious culture, and community partnerships, while obstacles include limited availability of integrative teachers, adapting educational technology, and the burden of a dual curriculum. This research’s original contribution lies in mapping an integrative-contextual curriculum management model based on Islamic values, which is relevant to 21st-century needs, and which has been developed through a grounded approach to educational practices in modern Islamic boarding schools. This model can serve as a reference for other Islamic boarding schools when designing a curriculum system that balances general knowledge and Islamic scholarship while preserving cultural identity. The research also provides practical recommendations in the form of mechanisms for improving the competence of integrative teachers, a character- and global competency-based framework for evaluating curricula, and a plan to strengthen modern Islamic boarding schools’ social and digital collaboration to enhance institutional competitiveness. Therefore, an integrative-contextual curriculum management approach is valuable tool for maintaining the continuity, legitimacy, and sustainability of modern Islamic educational institutions during a period of educational transformation.Keywords: Curriculum Management, Integrative-Contextual, Modern Islamic Boarding School, Islamic Education, Existence

Spiritual intelligence is Supposed to be the main concern in education. This is done by the teaching of religious ethical values by example from the family, school and community. through the practice of worship, Such as fasting a month in Ramadhan (Refrain from eating and drinking or anything that may nevertheless invalidate the fast, all day from dawn until sunset in the month of Ramadan).  fasting, reading and understanding the holy book the Qur'an, physical and social environment conducive. when the spirituality of the students are organized, it will be Easier to organize other aspects of personality.  Fasting during Ramadan is a momentum for character building. Fasting will let people have strong principles, patience, Sincerity and do not give up and have the solidarity and love each other. That principle has now started to disappear. Moment of  Ramadan  may also be a school agenda for character building, with this media, students are expected to remember and go back to the true identity of the sacred and sublime, with the values of humanity and wisdom. When the values of human nature come back on the track, then the equality and solidarity will color the days of the students. Fasting has a horizontal dimension with a strong social life Such as charity, served meals to the orphans, be patient in facing the problem. there are some excellent values for building the character of students. It is Appropriate if the moment of Ramadan fasting would be passed on in the schools as a program after the month of Ramadan in shaping the character of students through the activities of the sunnah fasting( not compulsory fasting)   twice a week Monday-Thursday, or give students the freewill to negotiate to determine how many times a week or every month held sunnah fasting together, the idea of the Sunnah fasting is influence on the formation of student character effectively.

Abstract

Character education is important in Indonesia, to answer the problem of worrying national character. Among nahdliyin character education is based on the values of ahlussunnah waljamaah. Research on MTs Ma'arif NU Kemiri Purworejo is intended to reveal the application of aswaja values in character education to students. This field research is qualitative by using observation, interview documentation in data collection and Habermens theory for data analysis. The results of the study found that the cultivation of aswaja values (tawassuth, i'tidal, tasammuh, ishlahiyyah and tathowwur) was carried out thoroughly from planning, implementation and evaluation. Character education based on ahlussunnah waljamaah values is carried out sequentially through habituation strategies, introduction of knowledge of goodness, introduction of love of virtue, uswah hasanah, and academic and non-academic repentance.

Abstract

This research explains: (1) How problem of teachingIslamic education for affective domain in SMAN 1 Bae Kudus; (2) How theteachers’effort of islamic education for affective domain in SMAN 1 Bae Kudus 2017 Academic Year. This research uses qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Bae Kudus. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The data obtained is analyzed by data reduction measures, data presentation, and conclusions. The researcher collected the data while doing the analysis activity until the concluding. The results obtained in this research indicate that (1) Problematic in learning PAI affective domain at SMAN 1 Bae Kudus include: Students not aware of phenomenon, lack of attention, students less active in responding to the response, students have no confidence in value, The value becomes stable and active in itself, not able to internalize the value, the difficulty of controlling student development, teacher learning evaluation, and the influence of technological progress. (2) PAI teacher's efforts in overcoming problematic in affective learning include:Praying in beginning of learning, giving reprimand and satire, Teacher gives stimulus in the form of story, establishing closeness with student, applying method of discussion, inserting a story, applying method market place, Be a role model for students, transfering religious values intensively, organizing religious activities, provididing motivation, establishing communication between teachers, students, and parents, paying attention and observing learners’ behavior, and controlling the technological progress.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Teacher Welfare on the Performance of MI Teachers in Jekulo District. This study analyses the influence of work motivation and teacher welfare on the performance of MI teachers in Jekulo sub-district. To improve teacher performance, it is recommended that attention is given to both work motivation and teacher welfare. Specifically, it aims to investigate the impact of work motivation and teacher welfare on teacher performance. The findings suggest that the decline in teacher performance is influenced by work motivation and teacher welfare. The study employed a quantitative approach and survey research type with 91 private teachers as subjects. Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The questionnaire was validated by two expert lecturers and Aiken's validity was calculated.  The results indicate that work motivation and teacher welfare have a significant influence on teacher performance. Based on the F count value being greater than the F table value (69.144 > 3.10), Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates a significant influence between Work Motivation and Teacher Welfare on Teacher Performance in MI Jekulo sub-district. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh: 1) Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; 2) Kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru; 3) Motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Menurunnya kinerja guru dipengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian survey yang subjeknya 91 guru swasta. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Instrumen kuesioner divalidasi dua dosen ahli kemudian dianalisis, dihitung dengan validitas Aiken. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. 2) Terdapat pengaruh kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Dilihat pada nilai F hitung > F tabel (69,144 > 3,10). Artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Kesejahteraan Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru MI kecamatan Jekulo.

Abstract

This research aims to create critical thinking about innovation in the pesantren system. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to investigate social change, Pesantren's perception of modernity by finding information from documents or research findings related to Pesantren and its challenges in modernity. Of course the number of pesantren integrated with public schools or vice versa continues to increase. Pesantren-based Schools nationally began to be declared in 2008 with 25 members and at the end of 2015 recorded an increase to 302. This proves that critical thoughts, attitudes that are innovative, adaptive, and accommodate the development of pesantren must continue to be developed so that pesantren develop. always relevant and able to respond to social changes that are so fast and unexpected. The results of this study indicate that pesantren have the ability to adapt to the development of more times and occur so quickly. The pesantren has demonstrated its ability in the era of modernity and difficulties, so that it does not only use religious and religious sources of knowledge in Islam but also "local geniuses" of Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation  of  online  learning at karang jaya Musi Rawas utara Junior High School which carried  out online learning during covid-19 pandemic. This type  of research  is qualitative. Implementation  of  online learning  at Karang Jaya Musi Rawas Utara  Junior high school :(a) educators  use a strategy  of  utilizing teaching time, then  teachers also provide reinforcement and enrichment  using  online media (b) the teaching  method used  is collaboration  between  face-to-face learning and  teaching  methods online learning (c) the learning  media used  are  electronic media and the used of online based aplications such as WhatApp,Google Meet and  Zoom.
