Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL RELATIONSHIP AND MOTIVATION ON WORK LOYALTY AMONG GENERATION Z IN JAGAKARSA DISTRICT, SOUTH JAKARTA This study aims to analyze the influence of social relationships and motivation on the work loyalty of Generation Z in Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Work loyalty is one of the key factors supporting organizational sustainability, particularly among Generation Z, who possess different work characteristics and expectations compared to previous generations. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of Generation Z employees residing in Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. A total of 100 respondents were selected using the Lemeshow formula and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that social relationships have a positive and significant effect on work loyalty. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty. Simultaneously, social relationships and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work loyalty of Generation Z in Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. These findings imply that better social relationships within the workplace and higher employee motivation contribute to stronger work loyalty among Generation Z employees. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to foster a supportive social work environment and provide adequate motivation to enhance employee loyalty.

Abstract

Application of Business Management Process in Human Resource and Operational System Readiness in the Plan to Open a New Branch at Padang Talago Indah Restaurant The high level of competition in the culinary industry at the scale of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) requires business actors to have a mature expansion strategy and supported by strong internal readiness. This research aims to analyze the readiness of human resources and operational systems through the Business Process Management (BPM) approach in supporting the expansion plan to open new branches at Padang Talago Indah Restaurant. The research method used is qualitative descriptive by conducting in-depth interviews and business process documentation of key informants including business owners, operational managers, and employees in the 2026 research period. The results of the study show that the level of readiness of human resources still faces obstacles due to limited work experience (60% of employees have a working period of less than one year), lack of formal technical skills, and weak structured division of tasks. From the operational aspect, the current workflow mapping (As-Is) detects serious bottlenecks in the process of procuring daily fresh raw materials and the absence of standard standardization, thus triggering variability in food taste and service quality between shifts. Through the design of a new proposed model (To-Be), this study succeeded in formulating an integrated operational standardization and periodic competency training program. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of opening new branches is highly dependent on the transformation of conventional business models towards a standardized operational process governance system to ensure consistent replication of business quality in new locations.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF CREATIVE MARKETING AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) ON THE ROBLOX PLATFORM ON BRAND AWARENESS AMONG GENERATION Z This study is motivated by the shift in media consumption preferences among Generation Z, who tend to resist conventional advertising (hard selling) on two-dimensional platforms, thereby creating a trust gap. As a solution, global brands have begun to leverage immersive metaverse platforms. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of implementing Creative Marketing and User Generated Content (UGC) on the Roblox platform toward building Brand Awareness among Generation Z. The method used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents who are active Roblox users aged 12 to 27 years old. The data analysis techniques applied include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (), and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests assisted by SPSS software. The hypothesis testing results show that partially, the Creative Marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. The User Generated Content variable is also proven to have a positive and significant partial effect on Brand Awareness. Furthermore, simultaneous testing demonstrates that both independent variables together have a significant effect on the formation of brand awareness. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration between interactive creative strategies from companies and the active involvement of the community in producing virtual content is proven effective in building strong brand recall among Generation Z within the metaverse.

Abstract

Virtual and hybrid work reduce the social cues through which employees judge whether it is safe to speak up, acknowledge errors, or request assistance. This study examined whether inclusive leadership predicted virtual team effectiveness directly and indirectly through psychological safety. A cross-sectional survey involved 200 employees working in virtual or hybrid teams. Inclusive leadership (9 items), psychological safety (7 items), and virtual team effectiveness (8 items) were measured on five-point response scales. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson correlations, linear and multiple regression, and mediation analysis with 5,000 bootstrap samples. Inclusive leadership positively predicted psychological safety (B = 0.599, β = 0.550, R² = 0.302, p < 0.001) and virtual team effectiveness (B = 0.542, β = 0.542, R² = 0.294, p < 0.001). Psychological safety remained a positive predictor when inclusive leadership was controlled. The indirect effect was 0.184 (95% bootstrap CI [0.110, 0.274]), indicating partial mediation. Organizations can support digital collaboration by combining accessible leadership with clear communication norms, constructive responses to mistakes, and safe channels for employee voice.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF PATIENT BED USE BASED ON THE BARBER-JOHNSON INDICATOR AS AN EFFORT TO OPTIMIZE THE MANAGEMENT OF INPATIENT ROOMS AT GATOT SOEBROTO HOSPITAL This study aims to analyze the efficiency of patient bed utilization at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital based on the Barber-Johnson indicators , which include Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Length of Stay (LOS), Turnover Interval (TOI), and Bed Turnover (BTO). This study uses a descriptive quantitative method by analyzing secondary data. room care stay regular during 2020-2024 . Data is processed using a graphical approach Barber-Johnson and compared with The standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2011). The results of the study showed a gradual increase in efficiency from 2020 to 2024. In 2020, bed utilization was not fully efficient with a BOR of 70.46%, LOS of 7.72 days, TOI of 3.24 days, and BTO of 33.41 times per year. Optimal efficiency was achieved in 2024 with a BOR of 75.16%, LOS of 5.45 days, TOI of 1.80 days, and BTO of 50.44 times per year. The index analysis showed that the four indicators are interrelated to form an integrated system, where a decrease in LOS and TOI contributes to an increase in BTO and BOR stability. Factors that influence efficiency include the effectiveness of medical and nursing services, digital information systems, discharge planning , inpatient room readiness, and hospital reputation. This study concludes that the management of inpatient beds at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto has reached an optimal level of efficiency in 2024, with a good balance between capacity , turnover patients , and quality service . The findings of this study confirm importance management patient entry and exit flow as well as management capacity data based as effort optimization room care stay overnight .

Abstract

IMPROVING HANZI WRITING SKILLS THROUGH THE USE OF THE WRITECHINESE.COM WEBSITE FOR GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMK KETINTANG SURABAYA IN THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR Students at SMK Ketintang Surabaya experience difficulties in learning to write Chinese characters. This condition indicates the need for the implementation of technology-based learning media, one of which is through the use of the WriteChinese.com website. This study aims to determine the use of the WriteChinese.com website, its effectiveness in learning to write Chinese characters, and to determine students' responses to the media. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type and True Experimental Design. The research subjects were 72 students of grade XI who were divided into a control class and an experimental class. The data collection process was carried out through observation, tests (pretest and post-test), and questionnaires. The test data were analyzed using the t-test formula using SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class was higher than the control class. Based on the calculations that have been done, the calculated t value was 8.17 with d_b = 70 at a significance level of 0.05. It is known that the t-table value is 1.994, so the calculated t is greater than the t-table (8.17 ≥ 1.994). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the WriteChinese.com website has a significant influence on students' hanzi writing skills.

Abstract

Religious heritage tourism has become an increasingly important tourism segment because it integrates historical, cultural, educational, and spiritual values into meaningful visitor experiences. However, empirical studies examining the influence of tourist attraction on visit intention within religious heritage museums remain limited, particularly in the Indonesian context. This study aims to examine the role of Tourist Attraction in shaping Visit Intention at Jakarta Cathedral Museum as a Religious Heritage Tourism destination. A quantitative research approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected from 100 visitors selected through simple random sampling using structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analysed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings reveal that Tourist Attraction has a positive and statistically significant effect on Visit Intention (β = 0.550; t = 8.211; p < 0.001). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.408) indicates that Tourist Attraction explains 40.8% of the variance in Visit Intention, while the remaining 59.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings demonstrate that historical authenticity, educational value, cultural heritage, and religious significance collectively strengthen visitors’ intention to visit Jakarta Cathedral Museum. This study contributes to the growing literature on Religious Heritage Tourism by providing empirical evidence regarding the relationship between Tourist Attraction and Visit Intention in museum-based religious heritage destinations. The findings also offer practical implications for museum managers in enhancing destination attractiveness through improved visitor experiences, educational interpretation, and sustainable heritage tourism management

Abstract

Implementation of Personnel Data Management to Support Human Resource Administration Performance at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency This report is based on an internship at the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN from September 8–October 10, 2025, focusing on the implementation of employee data management to support HR administration performance. A descriptive qualitative method was used through direct observation and involvement in file sorting, BAST data entry, scanning, and archiving. Findings show that employee data management still faces challenges due to reliance on physical documents, manual processes, and suboptimal digitalization. Based on these findings, a change project titled "Digitalization and Integration of Employee Data (DIGI-SDM)" is proposed, implementing a Document Management System integrated with SIASN/MyASN to improve the efficiency and accuracy of HR administration.

Abstract

Visualization of Interactive Technology-Based Mathematical Concepts in 21st Century Learning Through the Systematic Literature Review Method Learning mathematics in the 21st century demands the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills through innovative and technology-based learning approaches. One of the relevant strategies to answer these demands is the use of visualization of mathematical concepts based on interactive technology. This study aims to systematically examine the role and effectiveness of visualization of interactive technology-based mathematical concepts in supporting 21st century mathematics learning. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with reference to the PRISMA guidelines. The literature search process was carried out through Google Scholar, so that 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria were obtained. The results of the study show that various technology-based visual media, such as GeoGebra, Augmented Reality, Canva, Quizizz, Articulate Storyline, and Google Sites, have proven to be effective in improving concept understanding, learning motivation, and student engagement in mathematics learning. Interactive visual media also helps visualize abstract mathematical concepts into more concrete and easy to understand. Thus, visualization of interactive technology-based mathematics concepts is a relevant and effective learning strategy to support mathematics learning in accordance with the demands of the 21st century.

Abstract

Improving Cooperation and Communication Skills Using the Rice Model in Indonesian Language Lessons in Grade IV Elementary School Abstract. The low level of student collaboration and communication skills in Indonesian language lessons necessitates the implementation of a learning model that fosters active student engagement throughout the learning process. The PADI model was selected because it integrates student-centered learning activities, thereby cultivating collaboration and communication skills as well as active participation in Indonesian language lessons. This study aimed to enhance collaboration and communication skills using the PADI model during Indonesian language instruction for fourth-grade students at SDN Pangeran 1, Banjarmasin City. A Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was employed, conducted over four sessions. All aspects of the study met the established success indicators. The results indicate that the implementation of the PADI model successfully improved teacher activity (scoring 28, categorized as "Very Good") and student activity (reaching 100%, categorized as "All Students Very Active"). Furthermore, collaboration skills reached 96% (categorized as "Almost All Students Very Skilled"), and communication skills reached 100% (categorized as "Most Students Very Skilled"). This study offers an effective alternative learning model to improve the quality of the Indonesian language learning process and outcomes, particularly in developing the collaboration and communication skills of elementary school students.
