Abstract

Syariah Bank is an intermediary institution whose role is to collect funds from the public in the form of savings and channel them in the form of financing. One of them is micro financing products, where Islamic banks need an effective marketing strategy to attract customers' interest in financing to meet the capital for the business they are running. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of the Indonesian sharia bank, Takalar branch, in marketing microfinance products. The research used in this research uses field research and a qualitative descriptive approach, namely field research, the researcher carried out direct observations and interviews taken from several informants and the bank. In reviewing primary data obtained from literature from various references through literature such as the Koran and Hadith and through literature related to the problems to be studied. From the research carried out, it can be concluded that BSI KC Takalar's strategy in marketing products There are 6 specific strategies for micro financing, namely: market prospecting (prospecting can vasing), door to door, broadcasting, open table, advertising, FAS (Financing Application System).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the offect of E-Banking and service Quality On Customer Loyality At Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jeneponto. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used is costomers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jeneponto. The sampling technique uses a purvosive sampling method , by taking a sample of 60 Respondents validasi and realibilitas test , Classical U Asumsi, Multiple Regression Analysis And Hypothesis Test. The results of this research state that E-Banking and service quality have a simultaneous offect on loyality, E-Banking has a positive and singnificant ottect on customer loyality and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyality.

Abstract

This research aims: (1) To describe Pegadaian services in facilitating customer transactions, 2) To determine the implementation of the PSD application at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Turatea. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of this research are based on the ttable test results of 1.661. So tcount > ttable (2,599>1,661). So Ha accepted. Abstract

This article describes about underhanded marriages that still leave various problems in a family and society. Religion and the state have provided clear references that a marriage is valid if it meets the requirements of the pillars and must be recorded. Marriage registration is carried out for orderly administration and to avoid negative impacts from an unregistered marriage. On the other hand, marriage registration is part of the implementation of Islamic law from the aspect of maqashid asy-syari'ah (for the benefit of the married couple). Problems that arise due to underhanded marriages not only occur to the wife, husband, but also have an impact on the children born, even society. If there is a problem in the family, the husband and wife cannot submit the problem to the Religious Court because there is no authentic evidence showing that the couple is a legitimate husband and wife. As a result for the child, he does not have a civil relationship with his father, but only has a civil relationship with his mother and his mother's family. Therefore, the child does not have inheritance rights, guardianship rights, and others. The solution to the problem of unregistered marriage is to raise awareness in the community about the importance of registering marriages, make it easier to grant permits for polygamy, and prevent illegal practices for those whose profession is marrying other people.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Find out the factors that cause eloping in Kapita Village, Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. 2) Find out the impact of eloping in Kapita Village, Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency.The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to randomly selected respondents. The research results show that the factors causing elopement include economic, educational and socio-cultural factors. The impact of elopement includes psychological, social and economic impacts both for the individuals involved and for society in general.

Abstract

Digitalization of education is a teaching and learning process that initially used old learning methods which werw replaced by methods that used digital technology as the core source of learning. Morals are a very important aspect in life. Where morals are spontaneous actions based on knowledge and experience. This research aims to find out the level of digitalization of education in grade 7 students, what is the moral level of students in grade 7 and what is the influence of digitalization of education on the morals of grade 7 students at MTS Muhammadiyah Tombo-Tombolo. This research uses quantitative research methods whose data sources are taken through questionnaires. This data was taken from a class 7 sample of 32 students out of a total 113 students. Sampling uses a purpose sampling method where sampling is carried out with full calculation. This results of this research are that the level of digitalization of education for grade 7 students is in the category: 1) high kategori as many as 6 students, 2) currently 20 students, 3) low 6 students. Which means that digitalization of education is being carried out quite well. And the morals of students in class 7 are quite good. And it is known that the R square value is 0,121, which means that digitalization of 12% on the morals of grade 7 students and from the significance value og 0.510 it is known that digitalization has an effect on students morals and has a positive influence.

Abstract

The implementation of Arabic language learning is closely related to the methods used by an educator (lecturer) in the learning process. Therefore, appropriate strategies and methods are needed so that the learning process can be achieved according to the expected goals. The method used in the implementation of Arabic language learning at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto, especially in the Arabic language education study program, is the qiro'ah method. "The qiro'ah method is mastering a foreign language by starting with mastering the smallest language elements, namely vocabulary, which is preceded by correct pronunciation exercises, then understanding". The main focus of this qiro'ah method is reading skills. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with the purpose of this descriptive data to create a factual and accurate picture of the phenomena investigated in the study. In this case, the author will trace the phenomena that are the focus of the study, namely understanding the application of the qiro'ah method to improving reading skills for students of the Arabic language education study program. The instruments used, namely observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis techniques in this study were carried out through the stages of data presentation, data reduction stages and conclusion stages. The results of the study indicate that the application of the qiro'ah method in the learning process applied by lecturers has been implemented and successful, both in terms of methods and practices starting from the planning stage, implementation to the evaluation used to make it easier for students not only to read Arabic texts but also to understand and comprehend the material taught even though there are differences in the application process in class and there is an increase in the ability to read Arabic texts in students as seen from the scores obtained when the test was conducted by the lecturer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the mechanism for determining the selling price and services at Aina Belokallong Jeneponto Photocopy and Printing, South Sulawesi and to determine the Islamic economic review of the mechanism for determining the selling price and services at Ammey Photocopy and Printing. To reveal the problem in depth and comprehensively, the author uses a qualitative method to collect the information needed during the research period. Data collection for this study was carried out by conducting observations and interviews, with the object of research at Ainan Photocopy and Printing. Based on the results of research and analysis of the mechanism for determining the selling price and services at Ammey Photocopy and Printing, it can be concluded that the mechanism for determining unclear price rounding at Photocopy but Ainan Printing uses fairness-based pricing, pricing at Ammey Photocopy and Printing is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics because the prices set do not oppress buyers, namely Ainan Photocopy takes advantage at a fair level. Photocopy and Ammey Printing does not take advantage of the results of price rounding, but the rest of the results of the rounding will be collected and diverted to social funds and to the mosque's charity box. and the determination of price rounding is a balance point between the forces of supply and demand that are agreed upon willingly by sellers and buyers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem solving learning method on learning to write argumentative essays for class X students. This study is an experimental study. This study uses pretest control group research. The population of this study was 70 class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba. The sampling in this study used a total sample (total sampling). The sample in this study was grouped into two groups, namely 35 class X1 students as the experimental class and 35 class X2 students as the control class. The instruments used were observation and tests. The techniques used in data collection were test and observation techniques. Data obtained in two ways were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. To analyze, the data was used Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software. The results showed that the results of the Problem Solving Learning method for Class X SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba Regency were categorized as adequate. Among the 35 students in the experimental class, there were 31 people who scored above 70 or 88.57%. Meanwhile, in the control class, among 35 students, there were 22 students who scored above 70 or 62.85%. In contrast to the results of the Conventional learning method, the Problem Solving Learning method is Effectively Applied in Learning to Write Argumentative Essays. This can be seen in the t value of 122.556 with a significance (ρ) of 0.000 because ρ ‹ α = 0.05. then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a significant difference between the value of creativity in writing argumentative essays in the Problem Solving learning strategy and the conventional learning strategy.
