Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling bidang sosial di sekolah dengan Teknik CIPP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas dan keefektifan program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. design penelitian yang digunakan adalah Teknik  gabungan antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif atau pendekatan mixed-method. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Analisa data kualitatif dan analisis data deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan perihal pelaksanaan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling bidang sosial di SMKN 34 Jakarta dengan teknik evaluasi CIPP (Contex, Input, Proses, Produk) secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi program layanan bimbingan dan konseling bidang social dalam katagori Baik. Dengan hasil yang baik ini guru bimbingan dan konseling SMKN 34 Jakarta harus tetap konsisten untuk memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada agar hasil yang didapatkan dapat lebih maksimal dan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Association is very important to explore and find identity for teenagers, but socialization is also vulnerable to mental threats in the form of insecurity that disturbs the future of teenagers. With this research, it is hoped that it can overcome or at least minimize the impact of youth insecurity due to association, so that the prospective youth of the nation's golden generation can avoid prolonged mental illness. Based on the background of this writing, the formulation of the research problem is obtained, namely: 1) How much influence does the association have on adolescent insecurity? 2) What are the patterns of causes and what are the forms of adolescent insecurity in the association?. This study was designed with the aim of explaining and answering the questions in the focus of the research above with the emphasis on: 1) Knowing the magnitude of the influence of association on the emergence of a sense of insecurity in adolescents. 2) State and explain the pattern of causes of insecurity in the association. With this research, researchers can find out in depth about the correlation between association and insecurity in adolescents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendidikan keluarga, riyadhah dan karakter, serta bagaimana hubungan dan dinamikan ketiga variabel tersebut dalam pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN pontren Suryalaya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methode (pendekatan kuantitatif dan penekatan kualitatif dikolaborasikan sehingga menjadi model sempurna, dengan metode survey, content analysis, dan case study. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil dari para pengikut TQN dari dalam dan luar negeri.  Penelitian ini menyimpulkan beberapa hal, yaitu : (1). Pendidikan keluarga pengamal TQN secara umum baik, walaupun di era modern ini terdapat pergeseran nialai pendidikan keluarga terutama ketauladanan dan pembiasaan. (2). Riyadhah merupakan amaliah ritual pangamal TQN dilaksanakan dengan baik dan konsisten, walaupun beberapa ritual seperti manaqiban dan ziarah masih dilaksanakan oleh kalangan tertentu karena keterbatasan waktu, (3). Karakter pengamal TQN tergolong baik. (4). Pendidikan keluarga berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. (5). Riyadhoh berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. (6). Pendidikan keluarga dan riyadlah berhubungan  secarapositifdansignifikanterhadappembentukankarakterpengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. (7). Pendidikan Keluarga melalui riyadhah berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. (8). Nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat dalam ajaran TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya, yang tidak terdapat dalam permen diknas yang 18, yaitu : (a). kesadaran diri, (b). pengenalan diri, (c). pengendaliah diri, (d). kesadaran akan adanya Allah yang maha segalanya, (e). kesadaran hati sebagai alat menghadap Allah, (f). rasa cinta kepada Allah, (g). rasa syukur kepada Allah, dan h. ikhlash dan istikomah.( 9). Ditemukan ada 2 Pola pendidikan keluarga yang baik dan tidak baik; Ada 4 pola riyadhoh, yaitu umum, Khusus, Khususul Khusus, dan Penugasan ; dan Ada 3 pola pendidikan pembentukan karakter, yaitu Pola Pendidikan Berkah, Pola Pendidikan Krisis dan Pola Pendidikan Taubat.

Abstract

The importance of OCB as behavior outside of the responsibility greatly affects the effectiveness of the organization, namely helping to increase the productivity of colleagues, managerial productivity, efficiency of organizational resources, reducing the level of need for the provision of organizational resources, can increase the stability of organizational performance and increase the ability organizations to adapt more effectively to changes in their environment. This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of OCB in influencing spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance. This study uses an explanatory research approach with data collection carried out simultaneously in one stage  or cross-sectionally through a questionnaire.The population used in this study were all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Maluku Province as many as 85 people. The method of determining  sample is full sampling. Data were analyzed by path analysis that modified form of regression analysis in which the independent variables studied not only directly affect the dependent variable, but it can also affect these variables indirectly. The results showed that : spiritual intelligence has a direct effect on employee OCB, emotional intelligence has a direct effect on employee OCB, OCB has a direct effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a direct effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a direct effect on employee performance and OCB mediates the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on performance.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet di dunia pendidikan dapat membantu meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa, namun penggunaannya yang tak terkontrol dan berlebihan dapat menjadikan siswa kecanduan internet. Kecanduan internet dapat menurunkan prestasi akademik, kemampuan psiko-sosial, dan masalah psiko-emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan pengelolaan diri berbasis agama untuk mengurangi kecanduan internet melalui  eksperimental one group pre-test post-test design. Eksperimen dilakukan terhadap 16 siswa yang kecanduan internet dengan kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Tingkat kecanduan internet diungkap melalui kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari IADQ (Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionare) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Paired T Test melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kecanduan internet yang signifikan sebesar 0.458 pada siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan diri berbasis agama. Meskipun efektivitasnya masih tergolong rendah (N-Gain = 0.2) atau N-Gain < 0.3, namun pelatihan pengelolaan diri berbasis agama dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemauan untuk merubah perilaku dan dapat menurunkan kecanduan internet secara signifikan pada semua siswa peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of school principal leadership in the era of the co-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were 334 public junior high school teachers in the city of Sungaipuh with PNS status. Sampling was carried out using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The size of the sample was obtained by 98 people. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a Likert scale model questionnaire, the data was processed using the mean and percentage formulas. The results showed that the leadership of school principals in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic was seen based on indicators: (a) influencing teachers was in the moderate category (77.31%); (b) moving teachers is in the medium category (78.95%); (c) directing teachers to be in the medium category (75.81%); (d) motivating teachers in the high category (83.79%); and (e) guiding teachers in the moderate category (73.86%). So, the leadership of the school principal at Sungai Full City Public Middle School during the pandemic era was in the moderate category with a percentage of 77.95%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi variabel motivasi berprestasi (X1) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y), efikasi diri akademik (X2) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y), regulasi diri (X3) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y), dukungan sosial keluarga (X4) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y) siswa SMP di Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling diperoleh sampel ideal sebanyak 298 siswa SMP se-kota Batu yang telah mengikuti Asesmen Nasional. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi dan pengaruh positif signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi (X1) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y) dengan kategori sedang, efikasi diri akademik (X2) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y) dengan kategori sedang, regulasi diri (X3) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y) dengan kategori kuat, dukungan sosial keluarga (X4) dengan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional (Y) dengan kategori sedang. Variabel motivasi berprestasi, efikasi diri akademik, regulasi diri, dan dukungan sosial keluarga memiliki kontribusi secara simultan terhadap kesiapan siswa SMP dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional dengan kategori kuat, pengaruh efektif keempat variabel tersebut sebesar 46,7 %, sedangkan 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Diketahui regulasi diri memiliki kontribusi yang kuat dengan kesiapan siswa SMP dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional, faktor dominan yang berkontribusi pada regulasi diri terhadap kesiapan siswa berdasarkan nilai loading factor yaitu memiliki Motivationally sebesar (5,95) dan perilaku Behaviorally active participants sebesar (5,80). Sehingga implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling sebagai basic need assessment dalam perencanaan program bimbingan dan konseling dalam rangka mempersiapkan siswa dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional melalui layanan dasar bidang belajar.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the world of education today has dominated the development of other sciences. Science is the study of natural phenomena. These natural phenomena can occur at any time without being realized by humans. This study aims to determine the difference in concept mastery between students who are taught with an experiential learning approach and students who are taught using a conventional approach to class XI Science at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in the 2020/2021 academic year, to determine the differences in conceptual mastery between students who have high and low initial knowledge. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental), involving two groups, namely the experimental group and the control gro up. The data analysis carried out is descriptive and inferential analysis to examine the proposed hypothesis. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in concept mastery between students who are taught using an experiential learning approach (PBP), there are significant differences in conceptual mastery among students who have high prior knowledge and there is an interaction between the learning approach and prior knowledge of mastery of students' physics concepts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of principals’ leadership to the performance of vocational high school teachers. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research sample comprised 80 teachers from various vocational schools in the city of Padang, obtained through purposive random sampling. We collected data through two instruments, the principal’s leadership instrument and the teacher’s work perfomance scale. Each instrument uses a 5-point Likert scale with 40 items (principal leadership instrument) and 36 items (teacher performance instrument). We analyzed data with descriptive statistics and linear regression using Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). The results showed that the principal’s leadership contributed positively to the performance of SMK teachers in the city of Padang. The results indicate that there is a need to increase the intensity of the principal’s leadership in order to improve the performance of vocational school teachers in the city of Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe student learning behavior and student self-regulated learning while studying from home, (2) analyze the relationship between self-regulated learning and student learning behavior while studying from home. This research is a descriptive correlational survey research. The research subjects were 2,867 junior high school students in Indonesia, Grades 7, 8 and 9 were selected by cluster random sampling. Data was collected online using google form. The research instrument uses a learning behavior scale and a self-regulated learning scale developed by the researcher and the instrument validation process has been carried out. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlationally using the JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) program. Based on the results of the study (1) 1353 (47%) students have good learning behavior while studying from home and 1387 (48%) students have moderate levels of self-regulated learning while studying from home, (2) There is a correlation between learning behavior and self regulated learning.
