Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conventional lease agreement model used in the practice of renting shop houses (ruko) at Alok Market, Maumere. A lease agreement is a contract that grants the tenant the right to use a leased object for a certain period in exchange for the payment of an agreed rental price. This research employs an empirical legal research method with a juridical-sociological approach. The data were obtained through interviews with shop house owners and tenants, field observations, and a review of the applicable lease agreements.The results indicate that the practice of renting shop houses at Alok Market, Maumere, is generally conducted in a simple manner, either orally or in writing, with the main provisions covering the amount of rent, the lease period, and the use of the shop house. However, in its implementation, several weaknesses were found, particularly the absence of written agreements that clearly and comprehensively regulate the rights and obligations of the parties, which may potentially lead to disputes in the future. Based on the provisions of Article 1548 of the Indonesian Civil Code, such leasing practices are essentially legally valid as long as they fulfill the legal requirements of a contract as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code. This study concludes that the conventional lease agreement model applied at Alok Market, Maumere, has fulfilled the basic elements of a lease contract; however, it requires strengthening in terms of legal certainty through the establishment of clear and comprehensive written agreements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1). To determine the description of the discipline of grade VII students at Citra Samata Middle School 2). To determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming the disciplined character of grade VII students at Citra Samata Middle School 3). To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of Islamic Religious Education teachers' strategies in forming the disciplined character of grade VII students at Citra Samata Middle School. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. While data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the majority of grade VII students have complied with school regulations, are present on time, dressed neatly, and follow the learning well, although some are still late, lack focus, and have not completed the school attributes. Teacher strategies include role models, routine supervision, and educational reprimands. Supporting factors include teacher role models, clear school rules, religious activities, and parental support, while inhibiting factors include limited worship facilities and the influence of technology and the environment. This study confirms that the formation of student discipline is more effective if supported by teacher role models, consistent rules, and a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

Research objectives: 1). To examine the level of learning difficulties of students at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 5 Baraka. 2). To analyze the role of Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 5 Baraka. 3). To find factors that hinder students' learning difficulties at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 5 Baraka. This study uses a qualitative method. The data needed in this study are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data are analyzed in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1). Students' learning difficulties generally include low learning motivation, limited basic ability to read the Qur'an, difficulty understanding learning materials, the influence of the family environment, and lack of attention to the learning process. 2). Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 5 Baraka have a fairly important role in overcoming the problem of students' learning difficulties through a family approach, moral development, providing motivation, implementing remedial measures, simplifying materials according to students' readiness, and intensive guidance in reading the Qur'an. In addition, teachers also collaborate with homeroom teachers, guidance counselors, and parents to create optimal learning support. 3) Factors that influence students experiencing learning difficulties, especially at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 5 Baraka, include a lack of interest and motivation in learning, poor reading and writing skills in the Qur'an, a lack of facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of school and family environment.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal review of Islamic economics on the wage payment system for chili pickers in Limau Village, North Galela District, North Halmahera Regency. The background of the study is based on the importance of implementing Islamic principles in employment relationships, especially in the chili farming sector in order to create justice and blessings in muamalah. The wage payment system used by landowners to chili pickers varies, ranging from daily systems to based on harvest results, but some still found ambiguity in the work contract, payment time, and agreed wage value. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the practice of the wage payment system is in line with Islamic economic principles. This type of research uses a qualitative method that is Case Study and field (case study and field research). The results of this study indicate that the wage payment system applied is still written and verbal agreements based on the consent between landowners and pickers. Most are in accordance with Islamic economic principles and some are not fully in accordance with the provisions of Islamic economic law, especially in the aspect of clarity of contracts and transparency in wage calculations. Therefore, it is necessary to educate and socialize the farming community regarding the principles of work in Islam, so that work relationships can take place fairly, profitably and in accordance with sharia values.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the effectiveness of the An-Nahdliyah method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an among students at the Al-Maghfiroh Al-Qur'an Education Park, and (2) Identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The background of this study is based on the fact that some students still experience difficulties in pronouncing the hijaiyah letters and applying the rules of tajwid, so a systematic learning method is needed that is appropriate to the characteristics of early childhood. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of the head of the institution, ustaz/ustazah, and students. Data are analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and verification to obtain a comprehensive picture of the application of the An-Nahdliyah method and its impact on the ability to read the Qur'an. The results of the study indicate that the An-Nahdliyah method is effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an among students. This effectiveness is reflected in four main indicators: the accuracy of pronunciation of the letters, the application of basic tajweed rules, reading fluency, and the students' active participation in learning. Furthermore, the study also found supporting factors in the form of the competence of the ustaz/ustazah, institutional support, and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors include the students' regular absence, differences in individual abilities, and suboptimal support at home. Thus, the An-Nahdliyah method can be said to be relevant and effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an while building the students' motivation and active participation. However, the success of its implementation is highly dependent on the support of teachers, institutions, and families, and it is necessary to anticipate emerging obstacles to maximize learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the legacy of Islamic education contained in the novel "99 Lights in the Sky of Europe." The approach used in this study is qualitative. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The primary data source comes from the novel "99 Lights in the Sky of Europe," which was analyzed to obtain primary data related to the research on the legacy of educational civilization presented in the novel. The findings indicate that the progress of European nations (the Renaissance) in Europe is closely related to the legacy of Islamic education. Numerous literary sources were found from Arab and European nations, which were centers of scholarship. This study contributes to an understanding of how world civilization and its advancement in science are packaged in the novel "99 Lights in the Sky of Europe."

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan pengembangan kurikulum yang mampu menjawab tantangan perubahan sosial sekaligus membentuk karakter dan dimensi spiritual peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara komprehensif model kurikulum rasional, rekonstruksi sosial, dan spiritual, serta mengkaji relevansi dan integrasinya dalam praktik pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan teori dan implementasi ketiga model tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model rasional menekankan perencanaan sistematis dan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang terukur, model rekonstruksi sosial berorientasi pada perubahan masyarakat melalui pendidikan, sedangkan model spiritual menitikberatkan pada pembentukan nilai, moral, dan kesadaran transendental. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa integrasi ketiga model tersebut berpotensi menghasilkan kurikulum yang komprehensif, humanis, dan kontekstual dalam menjawab kebutuhan pendidikan masa kini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan adab dan akhlak sebagai upaya pencegahan perilaku bullying di SD Islam Al Hidayah Kota Sragen. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah maraknya kasus bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, termasuk di tingkat sekolah dasar, yang dapat berdampak buruk pada perkembangan psikologis dan sosial siswa. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menemukan solusi efektif dalam rangka pencegahan perilaku bullying tersebut, dan pendidikan adab serta akhlak dipandang sebagai pendekatan yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan kepala sekolah, serta dokumentasi program sekolah yang terkait dengan pendidikan karakter. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menggarisbawahi peran krusial pendidikan adab dan akhlak sebagai upaya efektif untuk mencegah bullying dan menciptakan suasana sekolah yang kondusif dan tercapainya target-target pendidikan di SD Islam Al Hidayah Kota Sragen.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need to understand the role of traditional, modern, and Islamic philosophical streams in shaping the framework of Islamic education in the contemporary era, where advances in science, technology, and global values demand relevant and adaptive educational practices. The study aims to analyze the main characteristics of these three philosophical streams and their relation to objectives, methods, and values in Islamic education. A qualitative approach with library research was employed, reviewing scientific literature from journals, books, and academic documents published between 2020 and 2025. Data were analyzed using content analysis to identify key philosophical themes and their relevance to Islamic educational practices. The findings reveal that traditional philosophy emphasizes value transmission and moral stability through a conservative approach, modern philosophy prioritizes rationality, intellectual freedom, and adaptation to scientific progress, while Islamic philosophy integrates rationality, spirituality, and transcendental dimensions. These results indicate that Islamic education can adopt an integrative model, combining tradition and modernity within the framework of Islamic values. The study concludes that Islamic philosophy serves as a conceptual bridge, harmonizing moral values, rationality, and pedagogical practices. The implications of this research provide a theoretical foundation for curriculum development, teaching strategies, and policies in Islamic education that are adaptive and holistic. Future research is recommended to empirically examine the implementation of these philosophical concepts in educational institutions and assess their impact on learning quality and student character development.

Abstract

Nurul Haq Elementary School is an elementary school located in West Koya, Jayapura City. Bullying cases frequently occur among its students during its educational and teaching process. Generally, the vice principal is responsible for administration and student affairs at the school, so a clear role and strategy are needed to address these issues. The research questions are as follows: (1) What is the role of the vice principal for student affairs in handling bullying cases at Nurul Haq Integrated Nature Elementary School? (2) What are the strategies of the vice principal for student affairs in handling bullying cases at Nurul Haq Integrated Nature Elementary School? This study employed qualitative research. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively: the vice principal of Nurul Haq Integrated Nature Elementary School, teachers, and students. Data analysis included data collection, data transcription, and selection. Data validity was tested through methodological triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that the vice principal for student affairs at SDAT Nurul Haq Koya Barat can carry out his role in managing bullying cases, the strategy of the Vice Principal for Student Affairs in handling bullying cases at SDAT Nurul Haq Koya Barat is through a prevention strategy in 4 ways, namely the school gets used to implementing 3S, giving alms, advice and developing infrastructure.
