Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of green entrepreneurship literacy and green entrepreneurship attitude on environmentally friendly entrepreneurial intention among grade XI vocational high school students in Majenang District, and to examine the role of green entrepreneurial mindset as a moderating variable. The research gap lies in the limited understanding of how cognitive aspects (literacy) and affective aspects (attitude) interact with green entrepreneurial mindset in forming intention, particularly in the Indonesian vocational education context. Using a quantitative method with survey design, the study involved 317 students from four vocational schools selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results showed that green entrepreneurship literacy has a significant positive effect on intention, as does green entrepreneurship attitude. Green entrepreneurial mindset proved to be the strongest predictor. Furthermore, green entrepreneurial mindset significantly and positively moderates the relationship between literacy and intention and between attitude and intention, with stronger moderation effects on the affective path. The research model explained of the variance in environmentally friendly entrepreneurial intention. Results confirm that transforming knowledge and attitudes into sustainable entrepreneurial intention requires a holistic thinking framework that integrates ecological awareness with entrepreneurial orientation. Research implications support strengthening entrepreneurship education strategies based on mindset transformation and affective engagement to develop young entrepreneurs committed to environmental sustainability.   Keywords: green entrepreneurship literacy; green entrepreneurship attitude; green entrepreneurial mindset; green entrepreneurial intention; vocational education

Abstract

Abstract Students' low creative thinking ability constitutes the problem underlying this study. A preliminary study in the Crafts and Entrepreneurship subject in grade XI, first semester, at SMA Negeri 1 Jalaksana revealed a decline in learning outcomes associated with weak creative thinking ability, low learning motivation, and minimal active participation among students in class. This study aims to describe the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model with a STEM approach on students' creative thinking ability, the effect of learning motivation on creative thinking ability, and the interaction between the STEM-based PjBL model and learning motivation in enhancing creative thinking ability. The method employed was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest design. The research subjects comprised two classes: class XI M 5 as the experimental class implementing the PjBL-STEM model (36 students) and class XI M 6 as the control class implementing the lecture method (36 students). The data were analysed using a Two-Way ANOVA test. The results indicate that the PjBL model with a STEM approach significantly affects students' creative thinking ability, that learning motivation likewise influences the level of creative thinking ability, and that an interaction effect exists between the learning model and learning motivation on students' creative thinking ability. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of the STEM-based PjBL model does not stand alone but is reinforced by students' level of learning motivation. Teachers are therefore advised to implement the STEM-based PjBL model while cultivating learning motivation so that the development of creative thinking ability proceeds optimally.   Keywords: learning motivation; PJBL-stem; students' creative thinking ability

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy and teacher readiness on the adoption of AI and its impact on learning effectiveness in senior high schools. The research employed a quantitative approach using SEM-PLS to analyze the relationships among the proposed variables.  Data were collected from 300 senior high school teachers through a structured questionnaire distributed using a purposive sampling technique. The measurement model was evaluated using reliability and validity tests, including Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, and AVE, while the structural model was assessed using path coefficients, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing through bootstrapping procedures.  The findings indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in teaching practices. In addition, teacher readiness also significantly influences the adoption of AI, suggesting that teachers who possess higher levels of technological awareness and adaptive capability are more likely to integrate AI tools into their instructional activities. Furthermore, the results demonstrate that the adoption of Artificial Intelligence significantly enhances learning effectiveness, particularly through improved access to digital learning resources, adaptive learning support, and data-driven instructional strategies. The study also reveals that digital literacy and teacher readiness contribute directly to learning effectiveness.  These findings highlight the critical role of teacher competence and readiness in supporting the successful integration of AI-based technologies in education. The study provides important implications for policymakers and educational institutions in designing professional development programs aimed at strengthening teachers’ digital competencies and readiness for technology-driven learning environments.   Keywords: digital literacy; teacher readiness; artificial intelligence in education; technology adoption; learning effectiveness

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is an essential element in supporting organizational success, yet its achievement is often influenced by work discipline and the physical work environment. This study aims to examine whether work discipline and the physical work environment determine employee performance at PT. Andalan Duta Eka Nusantara. The research employed a quantitative associative approach. The population included all company employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied so that all 87 employees were involved as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the simultaneous role of work discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance. The findings reveal that work discipline and the physical work environment jointly play an important role in determining employee performance. Employees with strong discipline supported by a comfortable, safe, and adequate physical work environment tend to demonstrate more optimal performance. These findings emphasize the importance of company policies focused on strengthening disciplinary culture and improving workplace facilities and conditions. This study recommends that the company enhance discipline monitoring and create a more conducive physical work environment to support productivity and the achievement of organizational goals.   Keywords: work discipline; physical work environment; employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Live streaming and content marketing have become key strategies on digital platforms to capture consumer attention and foster purchase interest. TikTok Shop, as a social commerce platform, leverages these strategies to enhance consumer engagement and drive purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the influence of live streaming and content marketing on purchase intention and consumer purchasing decisions. A quantitative survey approach was employed, collecting data from 190 TikTok Shop users who had previously made purchases. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that live streaming significantly affects purchase intention but does not directly influence purchasing decisions, while content marketing positively affects both purchase intention and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, purchase intention serves as a significant mediating variable between both strategies and purchasing decisions. These findings imply that digital business practitioners should optimize live streaming interactions and content creativity to strengthen consumer interest and increase conversion rates.   Keywords: live streaming; content marketing; purchase intention; purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the potential of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) as economic learning content to strengthen fiscal literacy and support sustainable development education. Previous studies on PBB-P2 mainly focus on fiscal effectiveness, tax compliance, and regional revenue contributions, while its integration into economic education remains limited. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA  framework. Literature was collected from national and international databases based on predetermined inclusion criteria to select relevant articles, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis The results indicate that most studies emphasize fiscal policy and tax administration aspects, while only a small proportion explore the educational relevance of PBB-P2. These findings highlight an opportunity to integrate local fiscal issues into economic education to enhance students’ fiscal literacy and awareness of taxation. This study contributes to the development of contextual economic learning by linking local fiscal policies with sustainable development education. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the existence of planned budgeting, budget management practices, and business owners' perceptions of budgeting at Tape Mayangsari, a small agro-industrial enterprise in Jember, Indonesia. Previous studies have predominantly focused on the relationship between financial management variables using quantitative approaches, while limited attention has been given to how budgeting is practically constructed and interpreted by small business owners in their daily activities. This study offers a contextual understanding by positioning budgeting as an adaptive managerial practice shaped by experience, perception, and business sustainability considerations. The findings reveal that budgeting remains informal, with no formal budget documents, no separation between business and personal finances, and financial decisions primarily based on experience and operational needs. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. The study was conducted at Tape Mayangsari, involving two key informants, namely the business owner and co-owner. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed through data reduction, organization, and interpretative analysis to identify recurring patterns related to budgeting practices and financial decision-making. The results indicate that budget management is predominantly oriented toward maintaining business continuity rather than implementing formal financial management principles. Business owners perceive budgeting as complex and less suitable for small enterprises; however, they demonstrate increasing awareness of the importance of budgeting for financial stability and long-term business sustainability. These findings highlight the need for simple, flexible, and context-based budgeting models tailored to the characteristics of small agro-industrial enterprises.    Keywords : planned budgeting; budget management; business perception; financial management
