Abstract

This research discusses the role of local traders in marketing Bajakah herbal medicine at the Kahayan Market in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. Bajakah (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) is a typical Kalimantan plant which has health benefits and has long been used by the Dayak people as traditional medicine. This research aims to find out how local traders play a role in introducing, promoting and maintaining consumer trust in Bajakah herbal products. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews and documentation of traders and consumers at the Bajakah Jati Herbal Shop. The research results show that local traders play a role not only as sellers, but also as promoters, educators and liaisons between producers and consumers. The marketing strategy is carried out through direct sales and simple, trust-based promotions using social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook. The main obstacles faced include limited digital promotion, lack of product legality, and dependence on forest products for raw materials. However, the increasing trend of natural lifestyles opens up great opportunities for the development of local herbal products. With the support of training, packaging innovation and official legality, local traders have the potential to expand the market and contribute to the regional economy and preserve local wisdom.

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry in Indonesia has shown a significant increase in line with changing lifestyles and increasingly diverse consumer preferences. In facing this dynamic environment, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are required to innovate in order to remain competitive in the market. This study analyzes the feasibility of the Black Sesamo product innovation fried bananas with the addition of black sesame and cinnamon powder developed through the application of the Observe, Imitate, and Modify (OIM) concept. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method combining field observation, product formulation experiments, financial analysis, and literature review. The results indicate that the OIM concept is effective in creating unique and sustainable product differentiation. Innovation in ingredients produces a distinctive flavor, aesthetic presentation, and high nutritional value through the antioxidant and mineral content found in black sesame and cinnamon.From an economic perspective, financial analysis reveals that an initial capital of IDR 127,000 can generate a potential daily net profit of IDR 73,000, with a profit margin of 57.5%. The Black Sesamo product demonstrates sustainability potential due to the availability of local raw materials and alignment with modern culinary trends emphasizing health, natural ingredients, and aesthetics. Overall, this innovation is considered feasible for development as a form of creative culinary entrepreneurship based on local traditions, offering not only economic value but also strong competitiveness and relevance to current market demands

Abstract

The development of esports as part of digital culture has created a demand for facilities that support competition, training, and digital community interaction. However, Denpasar City, as the center of the creative economy in Bali Province, does not yet have a dedicated facility that can optimally accommodate such activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the design specifications and the application of the Smart Space and Connected Community concepts in the design of an Esports Center in Denpasar City. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation and literature study. The results indicate that the implementation of the Smart Space and Connected Community concepts produces a building that is not only functional and efficient but also reflects futuristic architectural characteristics through the use of reflective materials, dynamic lighting systems, and spatial configurations that foster digital interaction. Overall, the Esports Center is designed as a symbol of technological advancement and a new hub for the digital community in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Tax administrative disputes in Indonesia can be resolved through litigation or non-litigation channels. The non-litigation path, known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), includes objection and appeal mechanisms aimed at providing efficient, timely, and low-cost dispute resolution. This study analyzes the effectiveness of objections and appeals as non-judicial tax dispute resolution tools and examines the legal status of Tax Assessment Letters (SKP) that have obtained permanent legal force from the perspective of legal certainty. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory and conceptual approaches, relying on secondary data from primary and secondary legal materials. The findings indicate that the objection process lacks independence due to decisions being made by officials within the Directorate General of Taxes, while appeals in the Tax Court are more objective but face challenges in duration and accessibility. Furthermore, although SKPs that have reached inkracht van gewijsde should reflect legal certainty, they remain subject to administrative correction under certain conditions, potentially undermining finality. Therefore, institutional reform, regulatory strengthening, and increased transparency are necessary to ensure justice and legal certainty in tax administration

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how marketing innovation plays a role in maintaining the existence of the UFO Electronics Store in Palangka Raya amidst increasingly fierce competition in the electronics business, both offline and online. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with direct interviews with store promoters and direct observation. The results of the study indicate that the UFO Electronics Store's marketing innovation lies not only in digital promotion strategies, but also in improving service quality, strengthening customer relationships, and implementing the 5S service principles (Smile, Greet, Greet, Polite, and Courteous). The combination of excellent service, active digital promotions, and a commitment to customer satisfaction has proven effective in maintaining store loyalty and competitiveness in an ever-changing market

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of Village Fund management in efforts to address stunting in Pagutan Village, Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, in the 2019–2021 period. Village Fund management for the stunting program includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the management of Village Funds for stunting management has been implemented in accordance with regulations and is supported by a fairly good level of transparency through the dissemination of APBDes information to the community. However, the effectiveness of the program is still hampered by weak coordination between the Village Government and the Regional Government, as well as low levels of trust in Posyandu cadres regarding the management of activity funds. This study recommends improving coordination between levels of government, developing integrated strategies, and strengthening community participation to encourage transparency, accountability, and optimizing the use of Village Funds in reducing stunting rates sustainably

Abstract

The rapid increase in stock investment activity on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in recent times can also be seen in the activity of the Indonesia Composite Index. This aim For know influence inflation, Bank of Indonesia interest rates, and rupiah exchange rate against Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research this is study associative or cause and effect (causal). Data collection in this study, when linked to its location, used library research. The data collection technique used was documentation. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources in this study are entirely secondary data. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are that inflation has a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Bank of Indonesia interest rates have a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, the rupiah exchange rate has a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, and simultaneously inflation, Bank of Indonesia interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of children facing criminal penalties and the limitations of the juvenile criminal justice system, which still places individual criminal responsibility on children, without considering the role of parents as influential parties in shaping children's behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the normative basis, extent, and possibility of implementing the concept of parental liability or criminal responsibility of parents as a form of substitute punishment for children who carry out serious crimes. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory, case, and historical approach through an analysis of the National Criminal Code, the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law, and practices in several countries, such as the Philippines. The results of the study indicate that the application of parental liability can be used as a means of reforming juvenile criminal law oriented towards restorative justice. This concept places parents as active participants through educational and social sanctions such as parenting education, social work, and family rehabilitation, so that the law not only punishes but also educates and restores

Abstract

The dismissal of village officials by the village head, which is within his authority, must also refer to the appropriate dismissal mechanism in its implementation.Based on  The Indonesian Ombudsman's Report Settlement Management Information System that 2020-2023 shows that of the 947 public reports related to rural substances, A total of 375 reports or 40% of the reports received were reports regarding problems in the appointment and dismissal of village officials spread across several regions in Indonesia.The purpose of this research is to find out how the mechanism of appointment and dismissal of village officials in the legislation and legal protection of dismissed village officials. This research is a normative legal research that includes legal concepts related to the regulation of appointment and dismissal of village officials. This research uses a statutory, conceptual and case approach. The results of the research explain that the provisions for the appointment of village officials in the legislation are carried out with a selection stage of at least two prospective village officials who are consulted by the village head to the sub-district head as a representative of the regent or mayor while the mechanism for dismissal of village officials can be carried out by the village head when the village official has reached 60 years of age, is permanently incapacitated, no longer meets the requirements as a village official and violates the prohibition as a village official while the form of legal protection can be carried out through administrative efforts and administrative justice through state administrative courts

Abstract

Judicial oversight of the Indonesian Constitutional Court (MK) has faced major challenges since Constitutional Court Decision No. 005/PUU-IV/2006, which annulled the Judicial Commission’s (KY) authority to supervise constitutional judges. Since then, oversight has been conducted only internally through the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK), which has proven ineffective due to potential conflicts of interest and limited constitutional legitimacy. This research adopts a normative legal method with three approaches: statute, conceptual, and comparative. The findings reveal that the current oversight system cannot ensure both judicial independence and accountability. Therefore, reconstructing the model is crucial, with three possible options: (1) restoring limited supervisory authority to KY, (2) institutionalizing MKMK as a permanent independent body with a strong legal basis, or (3) establishing a new external supervisory institution specifically for constitutional judges. Such reconstruction is vital to safeguard the integrity of MK’s decisions and strengthen public trust in constitutional justice.
