Abstract

The moral students to induced currents of globalization can be seen from behavior lacking discipline, less responsibility, patriotism and attitude caring environment remain low. This could minimized by character education consistent with the objectives of the curriculum 2013 which includes smart, critical, creative, responsibility, believe, confident, and caring environment. The reality in the field show still had not consistent with the objectives of the curriculum, especially the ability to critical thinking and caring environment. My own concern about the need to begin that students respect and keep the creation. Through geography on matter protect the environment and sustainable development in XI IPS SMA is expected to become a bridge for learners in integrating the ability to critical thinking with the character caring environment. This study attempts to integrate value critical thinking with the character caring environment. Descriptive research was held to technique observation. Critical thinking can build sensibility students in maintaining and protect the environment that can be used sustainably.

Abstract

Efficacy of study as a whole very depend on efficacy of teacher design study items. Difficulty of teacher for the mengkolaborasikan of study scientificly, obliging teacher to manage Iesson items which in it have to there are scientific element (perceiving, enquiring, eksploration, association, and communicate, see clarification at textbook of Geografi limited will very application difficult to to five the element in one Iesson items. Creativity learn very needed to develop the mareri. at, textbook of Geografi used by is student and teacher in school not yet included the overall of problems and phenomenon which can be analysed by student. Clarification at textbook still limited and still relate at cognate aspect of just student. Besides, clarification at textbook not yet can to instruct student learn scientificly. Overcoming the problems, require to the existence of development of textbook matching with requirement of student. Pursuant to assessment of student to enquette the alloted, amount of answer score the got to amount to 551, hence assessment of student to usage of textbook is (551:600) x 100 = 92% from which is expected (100%). obtained data of student at forming items and exploiting of land; ground is 92% with category very good. Comment and suggestion written by student made by consideration to complete textbook. Inferential that textbook needn't again there is reviseing related to overall of component in textbook.

Abstract

This study focused on the analysis of social culture of rambu solo’ in growing the learners’ character. The problems of generations of one country was affected by globalization growth. It causes the need of implementing the educational character. The ceremony of rambu solo’ which brings social and religious value can be identified as social cultural aspect in ceremony rambu solo’. This research was a library research using descriptive approach. The results were: a). The ceremony is held to unite the family. b). to devide the heritage of family. c). to state prestige. d). to work together and become responsible. e). to develop art of custom. f). to donate wealth as a charity. This ceremony rambu solo’ enables to be designed as a reference of learning of character education because it is appropriate with the need of learners’ character expected by Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the techniques used, (2) supporting factors and utilization, (3) problems and how to resolve it. This study used a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design in school cluster I and group II Unit School Department of Education and Culture District of Munjungan through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data in two steps: (1) analysis of the data of each group, (2) analysis across the group. RESULTS: The technique used is the technique of the group. Factors supporting and utilization, namely: (1) solidarity between teachers and institutions is quite high utilization of its by establishing effective communication between personnel and between institutions; (2) The existence of certified funds by requiring teachers to follow KKG with the cost of self-help; (3) the area is not extensive cluster utilization by coordinating an inter-school and inter-personnel is intense. Obstacles and how to overcome them, namely: (1) there are no official rules of the government regarding the implementation of KKG and cluster management solution by implementing activities under RKAG; (2) commitment of teachers is low how to cope with the involvement of all elements in the group in planning, monitoring and evaluation activities; (3) the lack of supporting infrastructure of activity, while the solution is to utilize the facilities of the core schools and other institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (a) the readability of text content in terms of students’ understanding of class IV at alementary school by using cloze and (b) the readability of text content in terms of students’ understanding of class V at alementary school by using cloze test. This study used quantitative type descriptive. The population used in this study were 20 text. Sample of this study were students of class IV and V. The data used to answer all of this issues were test cloze. The source of data in the from of long texts of 150-250 words. The instrument was text which has omitted. The result abtained from the percentage of class IV dan V in the 60%, the text is easily understood by the students.

Abstract

Communication is the important thing for each human life. Communication help people to understand about what the others say. Beside that communication also make someone to know idea of others. Communication is away to learn how to rearrange word so they can understand about our mind. Communication in this field focuses on written communication. The aim of this article is to describe analysis process of worksheet as atool to increase written communication skill in mathematics. The kind of research is qualitatative research. The analysis worksheet use standard communication (NCTM, 2000), that are (1) students write idea clearly, (2) students write the reason of their answer, (3) students give respond to others idea or thinking and (4) students rewrite the others idea or thinking with their own word. The finding of this research is this worksheet can not use as alternative to increase written communication skill in mathematics.

Abstract

This study is intended to teach students who excel in class XI MAN 1 Malang. Achievement is a phenomenon that is not simple. Its presence in a person will not be separated from the process of deep reflection on the various actions to be taken. Methodologically, this study used a qualitative design with phenomenology Alfred Schutz perspective. It is based on that Szhutz is the first character that can connect phenomenology with the social sciences. The results showed that students be affected by the achievement motive causes and motives of interest. The existence of the motive because the student is heavily influenced by the structure of the experience, while the motif of interest dipengaruhin anxiety over the situation worse in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of the study describes the rises of cognitive load of students in learning geometry. The study used a qualitative approach. The results showed that the intrinsic cognitive load is derived from the number of elements of interactivity of position, distance, and angles between points, lines, and areas, congruency of triangles, algebraic and fractional operations. Intrinsic cognitive load comes from the complexity of the learning material that constitutes visualizing, performing algebraic operations, determining congruency triangle, and the angle of difficulties. Extraneous cognitive load that arise due to the way the teacher in explaining too fast and disturbance of some of friends who are crowded / noisy. Germane cognitive load that arises due to the use of Cabri 3D in learning and giving variable example.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to obtain (1) Descriptive-interpretative information related to the intervention targets of behavior modification, (2) Descriptive-interpretative information related with the analysis and diagnosis, and (3) Descriptive-interpretative understanding on each form of treatment that can be used as a technique of behavior modification for freesex and homosexual. Data were collected through a text document of Ibnu Qoyyim al-Jauziyyah thought, observation and interview with research subjects in the field. The study used a qualitative approach with multilevel hermeneutic analysis. Results of the study were: (1) Intervention target of modification behavior focusing on thought/belief modification; (2) analysis and diagnosis around the unhealthy thoughts/beliefs and habit/action; (3) it was founded treatment form to alleviate freesex victim and homosexual in the form of mind intervention techniques, lust disorder alleviation techniques, homosexual alleviation techniques, and worship as an alleviation techniques.

This developing gives result achieving proper of content, presentation, language, display and create learning material effectivitically for learning. In order to achieve the purpose, the researcher used Borg and Gall (1979). The result developing learning material is achieving proper of content, presentation, language, display and create learning material effectivitically for learning.
