The hospital is a health service that produces various infectious wastes that can endanger the officers who handle the waste and visitors and the community around the hospital. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of infectious solid waste management at the Family Mother and Child Hospital, to determine the internal and external factors in the management of infectious solid waste at the Family Mother and Child Hospital, and to obtain the formulation of infectious solid waste management strategies at the Mother's Hospital. and Child Family. This research was conducted at the Mother and Child Family Hospital, North Jakarta, related to infectious solid waste management strategies. Data collection methods used are interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and questionnaires. To get the main priority strategy using the IFE- EFE- IF- SWOT matrix. Research Results Based on the analysis of the QSPM matrix, there were 6 strategies that could be prioritized based on the highest ranking, namely (1) Implementing infectious solid waste management systems and procedures in a professional manner, (2) Improving the quality and competence of officers to prevent environmental pollution, (3) Conducting periodic socialization/training to employees related to infectious solid waste management, (4) Preparing medical waste management plans in accordance with the standards of the Minister of Health, (5) Providing sanctions to employees who do not follow the rules in handling infectious solid waste, (6) Optimizing the budget in infectious solid waste management. In Indonesia there are still many adolescents who experience multiple nutritional problems caused by the increasing number of population with more nutritional status, one of which is overweight. One of the causes of overweight is because of food selection. Food choices can be influenced by family eating habits, advertisements in various media, peers, and the environment. Nutrition counseling is a form of approach that aims to help clients/respondents identify and analyze problems with clients and provide alternative solutions to problems. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of providing nutritional counseling on food choices in overweight female adolescents. The method used in this research is literature review by collecting research journals or reviewing articles by searching the database using Google Scholar as many as 4 journals spanning 2017-2022. In this study, the provision of nutritional counseling can influence and change the choice of food for young women, who initially chose random food to choose good and healthy food. ABSTRACTThere was a decrease in quality and cost recovery rate at Private Hospital X Semarang City during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hospitals must implement Quality Control and Cost Control during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hospitals need an understanding of organizational behavior management to optimize Quality Control and Cost Control. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the organizational behavior in quality control and cost control during the COVID-19 pandemic at Private Hospital X Semarang City. This study uses a qualitative method. The organizational behavior analysis by analyzing input, process, and outcomes aspects. Qualitative data collection using in-depth interviews. Informants were determined by purposive sampling. The mains informants consisted of three and three triangulated informants. Data analysis used the method of content analysis (content analysis) by triangulating sources and methods. The results showed that the input aspects were still lacking because they did not have detailed task descriptions understood by the team and had not made guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) related to the implementation of quality control and cost control. The process aspects are still lacking because communication is not optimal, leadership has never conducted monitoring evaluations, and team conflicts still occur due to communication and clinical pathway non-compliance. As a result, the outcomes in organizational behavior are still not good, as seen from the lack of cohesion and the function of the quality control and cost control teams who have not carried out scheduled and routine medical audits, and have not carried out utilization.Keywords: The Organizational Behavior, Quality Control, Quality Cost, Hospital, Pandemic COVID-19

Rekam medis elektronik wajib diterapkan di seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai dengan Permenkes no 24 tahun 2022. Dalam prosesnya, institusi pendidikan turut mengembangan sistem rekam medis elektronik dalam membekali mahasiswa sebelum terjun ke duia kerja. Sistem desain formulir elektronik dirancang untuk implementasi pembelajaran matakuliah manajemen dan desain formulir di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem desain formular elektronik. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala linkert yang diisi oleh mahasiswa D3 rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan sebagai pemakai sistem sebanyak 104 mahasiswa. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal usability faktor mudah diingat merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kepuasan kurang berpengaruh pada usability penggunaan sistem. Dalam hal user experience faktor daya tarik merupakan faktor utama mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kebaruan kurang berpengaruh pada user experience dalam penggunaan sistem. Untuk meningkatkan usability dan user experience mahasiswa maka sistem perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal kebaruan dan kepuasan dengan melakukan perbaikan agar sistem terlihat lebih menarik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.
Gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian pada era globalisasi di klinik utama “X” Kota Semarang.

Pharmaceutical services are the main support in every health facility and are part of health services that aim to increase the rational, safe and efficient use of drugs in order to achieve an increase in the quality of human life. Efforts to improve pharmacy services in the main clinic need to be accompanied by an evaluation of the level of satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is a response to every service received and is an important part because patient satisfaction cannot be separated from the quality of health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of patients based on gender, age, last education and occupation. Then to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses percentages and a Likert scale. The population in this study were outpatients who received pharmacy services at the main clinical pharmacy installation "X" Semarang City. The results of the characteristic study showed that 80% of the respondents were female. Based on the age of the respondents who visited the most were aged 26 - 35 years (33.1%), and the least were aged 56 - 65 years (7.4%). The majority of respondents have high school education (42.3%). Most of the respondents' occupational data in this study were other (60%), dominated by housewives. The frequency of visits (71.4%) of respondents visited more than 2 times and 28.6% of respondents visited 2 times. The average result of patient satisfaction based on five dimensions obtained a value of 3.04 with a satisfied statement. Keywords: Pharmaceutical services, ServQual, satisfaction, primary clinics

Background: PKPR or adolescents friendly health services is a health service for adolescents and can be accessed by adolescents anywhere in Indonesia. In 2014, South Sulawesi, out of 90% of the program target of each district/city that is capable of implementing PKPR, currently only 62.5%. By the end of 2019, it is targeted that 45% of public health centers throughout Indonesia have organized youth health activities. Objectives: Analyzed the implementation of national standards for PKPR services based on five national standards for adolescents care health services, (1) Human resources in health; (2) Health facilities; (3) Youth; (4) Networks; and (5) Health Management in the health center, Makassar. Method: This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a cross-sectional study. The interviewed informants were 12 puskesmas officers and 1 staff from the Family Health Division of Health Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by making criteria. Results: 11 out of 13 references stated that those implementing the PKPR were health workers. 3 out of 12 references stated that the number of trained health workers for PKPR is still small, because of the double burden of work or programs that must be handled by health workers. 10 out of 13 reference answers stated that adolescents' health service package implemented was still related to nutrition and reproductive health. Conclusion: The evaluation of the implementation of the National Standard for PKPR has been implementing in the health center. The best national standards have been implemented, was first standard (human resources in health) and second standard, health facilities, which can be described by the implementation of services inside and outside the building for educational activities to adolescents. The implementation of PKPR that has not been maximally implemented is standard 3 (youth), standard 4 (network), and standard 5 (health management).

Latar Belakang : Indek Pembagunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan patokan penting dalam menentukan posisi daya saing suatu bangsa yang bisa dipengaruhi oleh bidang Kesehatan. Peningkatan IPM memerlukan peningkatan mutu layanan sarana kesehatan, sehingga Pemerintah menerapkan dasar acuan dalam mengevaluasi mutu layanan publik khususnya bidang kesehatan menggunakan Indek Kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui indek kepuasan masyarakat atas layanan kesehatan pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Miroto Kota Semarang.Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif secara cross sectional dengan sampel 286 responden dipilih secara acak. Penilaian terhadap 9 unsur layanan berdasar Permenpan & RB dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala linkert yang dibagikan pada bulan Oktober 2021. Analisis deskriptif untuk menghitung Nilai Persepsi, Nilai Interval Konversi, Mutu Pelayanan dan Kinerja Unit Pelayanan.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai indek rata-rata sebesar 2,84, nilai skor 71,56 dengan mutu pelayanan B dan Kinerja Unit Pelayanan kategori Baik.Simpulan : Dari Sembilan unsur penilaian, nilai terendah terdapat pada pelayanan yang tersedia dan berkesinambungan, keinginan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Pihak manajemen puskesmas miroto harus melakukan pembenahan khususnya secara internal

The problem of street children is still a social problem that must be addressed today, including reproductive health issues. However, the efforts that have been made by the government are still not successful, so it needs innovation to provide reproductive health education to street children. One program that is worth trying is peer education. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to become a peer educator of street youth in Semarang City. This study was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population was 150 street children under the auspices of an NGO partnering with the Department of Social Service. The sampling techniques were purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The sample was 91 respondents. The result showed that 49% of street youth that has the intention to be peer educator was influenced by attitude (p-value = 0,000), subjective norm consisting of parents (p-value = 0,005), friend (p-value = 0,021), NGO companion (p-value = 0,001), perceived control behavior (p-value = 0,000). It is hoped that government, especially the Department of Social Service and NGOs can provide and facilitate a supportive environment for the street youth to have the opportunity to improve their quality of life through peer educators by fulfilling basic needs first before preparing for further matters.

Latar Belakang: Covid-19 menjadi pandemi yang berdampak pada penyakit lain seperti TB. Global TB Report 2020 memperkirakan dari 10 juta orang yang diperkirakan terkena TB, sekitar 3 juta tidak terdiagnosis atau tidak dilaporkan. Jurnal ini dibuat untuk mengetahui hambatan penemuan kasus TB saat pandemi Covid-19.Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review dari jurnal internasional dan nasional yang berasal dari database Pubmed dan Scopus. Kriteria inklusi yang dignakan adalah penelitian antara tahun 2020-2021, metode jurnal cross-sectional, deskriptif dan eksperimental. Dari database ditemukan total 27 jurnal di awal dan menjadi 3 jurnal yang layak untuk dianalisis.Hasil: Adanya pengalihan prioritas seluruh kebijakan, logistik, SDM, anggaran dan pelayanan kesehatan diperuntukkan untuk mengatasi Pandemi Covid-19. Ditambah dengan penutupan wilayah mengakibatkan banyak negara dengan beban TB yang besar mengalami peningkatan signifikan kasus TB yang tidak terdeteksi. Selain itu, stigma, informasi yang salah dan tumpang tindih gejala non spesifik TB dengan komorbiditas kronis lainnya turut menyumbang hambatan penemuan kasus.Kesimpulan: Seluruh sistem kesehatan dialihkan untuk mengatasi pandemi Covid-19. Beberapa upaya direkomendasikan WHO untuk meningkatkan penemuan kasus TB selama pandemi, upaya ini akan berhasil apabila didukung dengan kesadaran dan pemahaman pasien akan keluhan dan gejala TB, akses fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai dan tenaga kesehatan kompeten dalam melakukan pemeriksaan serta promosi kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Penemuan Kasus, Tuberkulosis, Pandemi, Covid-19

The use of paper-based medical records requires a time-consuming process and had a relatively high risk of data loss compared to electronic-based medical records. This literature review aims to analyze the readiness of electronic medical records in hospitals. The search for journal references was carried out through several sources, namely Pubmed, Google Schoolar, and ScienceDirect with material inclusion criteria according to keywords, namely challenges and support in the readiness of implementing electronic medical records and exclusion criteria, namely the journal was a review article. Based on the search results, 963 articles were obtained which were then selected for up to 10 articles that were included in the discussion. The results showed that the readiness of health workers for the implementation of electronic medical records is still low and appropriate considerations and steps are needed to increase readiness in implementing electronic medical records in hospitals.
