Employee well-being is gaining increasing attention from various quarters. Studies related to the relationship between reciprocal actions of social support and individual well-being tend to be conducted separately. Additionally, the relationship between receiving support from colleagues and employee well-being also tends to show relatively low to moderate associations. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of the dynamic reciprocity of social actions in well-being, through an investigation of the mediating role of organization citizenship behavior toward individuals (OCB-I) in the relationship between perceived co-worker support (PCS) and eudaimonic workplace well-being (EWWB). The research participants were active workers who had been working for a minimum of 1 year in their current organization, gathered through convenience sampling techniques. Mediation analysis results indicate that OCB-I significantly mediates the relationship between PCS and EWWB, thus supporting the hypothesis of this research. This study demonstrates the role of social interaction, particularly the dynamics of support among employees, in relation to employee well-being.

Children and teenagers are at risk of being sexually abused targeted or performing risky sexual behavior. Appropriate sex education from their closest environment presented by parents or teachers is in demand. However, parents and teachers have limitations in giving sex education, especially in early childhood. Even though workshops or training for improving parents’ knowledge and skills are effective, specifically designed education tools are needed to support parents ad teachers in disseminating sexuality topics for kids. This research aimed to validate the picture storybook “Tubuhku Berharga” specially designed for preschoolers in two consecutive procedures. First, the content validation process to evaluate the design’s relevance and appropriateness. Next, a quasi-experiment protocol as an empirical validation process was conducted following the content validation. A one-group pretest-posttest design was used in a local kindergarten. The result demonstrated that the picture storybook “Tubuhku Berharga” is valid as a supporting tool in teaching sexuality matters to preschoolers. We suggested constructing other visual media with other topics in sexuality health, such as reproduction and body image that are age-suitable for preschoolers.

The problem of the immoral decline of the younger generation is not something that should be kept secret any longer. So, a solution is needed to overcome these problems to shape the nation's character, which significantly influences the quality of morals and religious intelligence, which is not only intellectually intelligent but also emotionally and spiritually intelligent. Increasing students' spiritual intelligence through the competence of ISMUBA teachers is necessary and an attractive solution to achieving learning and educational goals. This research seeks to explore the competence of ISMUBA teachers and the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing spiritual intelligence. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of a study on growing students' spiritual intelligence through the competence of ISMUBA teachers by using an interactive learning approach, getting used to worship and doing good deeds, and providing examples and habits. The internal supporting factors stem from students' high self-awareness, so they automatically carry out religious practices that can increase their spiritual intelligence. External factors include the role of teachers as motivators, mentors, and directors and the role of parents as supporters as well as advisors, directors, and motivators of children. The inhibiting factor is a low level of self-awareness, which causes laziness and a lack of enthusiasm to carry out activities that can increase spiritual intelligence. Meanwhile, external obstacles are family conditions and the influence of the surrounding environment.

Social anxiety arises from the fear of being negatively judged by others during specific social activities or situations. This can influence an individual's self-acceptance anxiety, thereby posing a threat to Gen Z when engaging in self-disclosure and social comparison on social media. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-disclosure and social comparison with social anxiety among Gen Z social media users. This research employs a correlational quantitative method, and the sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. The subjects of this study are Generation Z individuals aged 18-25 years, with a population of 247,759 and a sample size of 270. The correlational method used to test the hypothesis in this study employs non-parametric analysis techniques. The research data will be analyzed using the JASP for Windows software. The analysis results from the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient show that the relationship between self-disclosure and social anxiety has a correlation coefficient of 0.033 and a P-Value of 0.590, indicating no significant relationship between self-disclosure and social anxiety. In contrast, the correlation coefficient between social comparison and social anxiety is 0.515, with a P-Value of 0.001, indicating a significant relationship between social comparison and social anxiety. This study contributes specifically to understanding the mechanisms of self-disclosure and social comparison underlying the emergence of social anxiety due to social media use, significantly advancing the field. The implications of this study include enhancing knowledge about self-disclosure and social comparison mechanisms that underlie increased social anxiety caused by social media use.

Intercultural communication represents a significant challenge in the adaptation process for students studying outside their home regions. This study aims to examine the impact of studying abroad on the development of students' intercultural communication skills. A qualitative approach, utilizing a case study design, was employed for this research. The study involved four students who were currently studying abroad, selected through purposive sampling. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to gather insights from each participant. The analysis revealed four key themes: personality resilience, communication skills, psychological adaptation, and cultural awareness. The findings suggest that psychological resilience plays a crucial role in facilitating effective intercultural communication. Additionally, interpersonal communication skills are essential in this process. A common psychological challenge faced by students is homesickness, which can be mitigated by maintaining regular communication with family members. Studying abroad also enhances students' awareness of Indonesia's cultural diversity, prompting them to expand their understanding of different cultures, values, environments, and norms. This study underscores the importance of strengthening guidance and counseling services in higher education to support students' adaptation to new environments.

In the context of rapid societal changes and the digital era, adolescents are increasingly vulnerable to mental health issues, which are often reflected in help-seeking behavior. A significant 34.9% of adolescents exhibit symptoms of mental disorders, yet only 2.6% seek professional help. The establishment of adolescent health posts (Posyandu) serves as a platform for monitoring adolescent health. However, challenges remain due to the low response rates in help-seeking behaviors and limited interest in Posyandu activities. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-diagnosis and help-seeking behavior, moderated by mental health literacy, among adolescents in Posyandu in the city of "Y." The research adopted a quantitative approach, targeting all members of adolescent Posyandu in the city. A purposive sampling method was employed, selecting adolescents aged 10-23 years who were active in the Posyandu, resulting in 114 respondents. Data were collected using scales for help-seeking behavior (α = 0.801), self-diagnosis (α = 0.795), and mental health literacy (α = 0.528). Data analysis was conducted using Chi-Square correlation and PROCESS Macro Hayes version 4.2. The correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between self-diagnosis and help-seeking behavior. Meanwhile, the PROCESS analysis indicated that the interaction between self-diagnosis and mental health literacy negatively affected help-seeking behavior. It can be concluded that while mental health literacy moderates the relationship between self-diagnosis and help-seeking behavior, it does not strengthen this association among Posyandu adolescents in the city of "Y."
