The purpose of this research is to increase students’ economic learning interest and outcomes using digital literacy technology, such as Sparkol Video Scribe (SVc) and media chart (MC). This is an experimental research comprising of the control and treatment classes with international trade discussed as a sub-topic of the economic material. The learning activities method used the ADDIE model. While, the research subjects are high school students in Central Java. N-Gain model was used to determine the most effective level of analysis as well as the modification and path analysis. The main results showed that the application of SVc and MC learning models can attract students' interest in economic learning well. Although the SVc application was not effective in improving their overall performance, the MC literacy model was still effective. However, students' interest in learning about the second model has not been able to improve its performance significantly. The results further showed that the digital literacy method was not always able to improve student learning and performance effectively and efficiently.

In this study, a TPACK model was tested which describes the relationship between variables including Technological Knowledge (TK), Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), and Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). Tests were done that obtain results regarding to the variables influencing TPACK the most. Respondents in this study were 61 economics and accounting teachers in SMA, SMK and MA Negeri Banyumas Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire technique. PLS with Smartpla 3.0 software was used as a analysis tool in this study. Based at the results of studies and data analysis, we can conclude that the variable that had the finest effect on TPACK was Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), thus the economics and accounting teachers in SMA, MA and SMK must be able to improve their TPK abilities. This is carried out by integrating various appropriate technologies in learning approaches such as learning strategies and designs so it can be able to build new interactions in improving the learning process.

Quotient on the work readiness of students both partially and simultaneously. This research was an ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 874 strata-1 students of the Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. The sample size was 275 students taken by using the proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.  The results  showed  that: (1)  soft skills  and adversity quotient together had a positive and significant effect (p = 0,000), the simultaneous contribution of the two variables to job readiness by 33% and 67% was influenced by other variables not examined. (2) soft skills have a positive effect on work readiness (p = 0,000) with a contribution of 22%; (3) Adversity quotient has a positive effect on work readiness (p = 0,000) with a contribution of 11%. The results of this study can be followed up by  providing learning that emphasizes improving soft skills.

The type of this research is a development research that aims to produce android-based learning media using AR on a economic mathematic which is feasible to use and can easily know the results of students learning ability. The method used is ADDIE method which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data analysis was done by normality test, homogeneity test, t test, and learning mastery test. The results of this study concluded that (1) the results for the percentage of media expert validation amounted to 89.2%, material experts 86.1% and learning design experts 87.5% with the criteria of each very good. (2) the result of practicality test based on student response obtained percentage equal to 88,9% with very good criterion. (3) data from the field show that the learning outcomes of students who obtain android-based learning media using AR better than students using learning by lecturing method (conventional learning).

This study aims to investigate the implementation of virtual learning on students’ learning outcomes mediated by motivation and to compare its effectiveness between urban and rural areas. This study employed quantitative design, involved 362 students of Faculty of Education in UNESA. To determine the sample, it employed Solvin’s formula. The data were collected by using three instruments, specifically Virtual Learning Effectiveness, Learning Outcomes, and Motivation. To see the difference of virtual learning on learning outcomes mediated by motivation based on student’s location, path analysis was performed twice by separating the data into two kinds of groups. The first group contains student’s data that lived in an urban area. The second group contains student’s data that lived in a rural area. The findings of this research confirm that the virtual learning is effective to improve students’ learning outcomes which was mediated by motivation. In addition, it was found that the motivation of students from urban areas is higher than those from rural areas. It suggests that the native location of students influences their motivation.

The classic factor determining the performance of a micro business from the financial side is the working capital management but some of these efforts often fail because of entrepreneurial commitment issues. The existence of such phenomena has pushed further to reveal the role of entrepreneurial commitment in increasing the role of working capital management on business performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of working capital management on student start-up performance that is moderated by entrepreneurial commitment. This research was a quantitative research. The sample in this study was 169 student start-up businesses throughout the Province of Central Java. Analysis of the data in this study used moderate regression analysis (MRA). Through the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) the results of this study indicated that entrepreneurial commitment moderated the effect of working capital management on the sustainability of start-up, while working capital had no effect on business performance. The implication of this research was the development of risk and return theory by making entrepreneurial commitment as a reinforcement of the effect of working capital management on business performance.

The research aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial education along with Shapero’s theory of entrepreneurial events on students' entrepreneurial intention. The research is also addressed to compare entrepreneurial intention of students lived in Jakarta and Garut city. The research method used is a survey and causal approach. Simple random sampling was used as the technique to select sample (413 respondents) from both cities. The sample size is adjusted to the model of analysis used in structural equation modeling (SEM). The research revealed that entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on perceived desirability, perceived feasibility and perceived propensity to act. This study also found that perceived desirability, perceived feasibility and perceived propensity to act were insignificant to influence students' entrepreneurial intention. The research findings suggest an agenda regarding a modification of entrepreneurship-oriented curriculum and creating school entrepreneurial atmosphere. Suggestions for future research are discussed.

The instrument developed was said to be reliable because the reliability value of the problem of 0.840 0.60 The results of product validation development from three expert validators obtained an average validation of 95.6% with "very strong" criteria. The average student responded to the use of the Live Worksheet application "very positively by 88%. As per results of this study trial, the average ability to think high-level students fell into the category of "less".
