Abstract

This study attempts to conduct an analysis of Merdeka Belajar -  Kampus Merdeka's policy on how does it affect the sustainability of accounting education in Indonesia. A Semi-systematic Descriptive Literature Method analysis was used in this paper to map research areas, synthesize conditions of information, establish the direction for further research, and to classify areas where further research is required. The results of the study show this policy is expected to have better skilled and strong character students. They are expected to have more experience, knowledge, and become more competitive graduates. Despite those advantages, this policy also has potential weaknesses, namely the large number of studies taken might distract the direction of the path of study, this policy does not affect educational-based studies that are geared towards producing teachers, and regularly changing policies by every new minister pays less attention to the sustainability aspects. This paper research implies the policymakers to pay more attention to the sustainability of accounting education by considering the required aspects.

The research samples taken from the population of accounting education students in Indonesia consisted of the students from Unimed, UPI, UNY, UNM, UM Malang and Unesa Surabaya. The data were collected using questionnaires in a google form and the validity and reliability of the collected data had also been tested. In this study, descriptive analysis and path analysis were employed as the data processing technique. The results showed that entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. In particular, self-efficacy had the greatest effect on entrepreneurial intentions. There is no difference in entrepreneurial intentions based on the gender aspect. It is recommended to increase entrepreneurship learning through facilities and infrastructure indicators, self-efficacy through generally indicators, and entrepreneurial intentions through the indicators of spirit to try entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effectiveness of rapid typing software and module in improving students typing skills. The program of Automatic Expertise and Office Governance requires students to be able to master typing skills. The population of the study was 62 students of class X OTKP 1 and OTKP 2 in SMK N 7 Yogyakarta. Samples were 30 students of class X OTKP 2 and the class selection used simple random sampling technique. The data collection methods were text typing skills documentations and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) test method was used for the data analysis. The simultaneous test results show the significance of 0.000 0.05, it means all variables have a significant influence on typing skills. While the test results partially indicate that the rapid typing software and module only have a significant influence on the sub competence of typing speed, but no impact on the accuracy of typing. Based on these findings it can be concluded that rapid typing software and modules have a significant and effective influence in improving typing skills. Rapid typing software cannot only be used in schools but can also be applied in offices, government agencies and private sectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain how gender roles in moderating the entrepreneurial mindset affect one's intentions. Is it through the entrepreneurial mindset that a man will be able to increase his intentions or is it greater than women? The method used in this article was Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) and Process macro Hayes version 3.5.3. This study had a population of 5170 students and 371 students were used as samples. The results of the analysis indicated if the entrepreneurial mindset had a positive and significant effect on intentions. There was no effect of gender moderation on the effect of entrepreneurial mindset and intention. An entrepreneur needs to own an entrepreneurial mindset in him to cultivate intentions. This improvement can be done by designing and creating a program that can develop and grow the entrepreneurial mindset of students without the need to pay attention to gender-related characteristics (both men and women have the same opportunities). The uniqueness of this research was to test the effect of an entrepreneurial mindset on intention, moderated by gender. The contribution to this research was the effect of gender moderating the effect of entrepreneurial mindset on student intentions.

Significant profit differences made the creation of three classes of craftsmen in the village of Wonoanti. Productivity among craftsmen had a significant difference, caused by the production machines and the number of employees. So, financial inclusion in each craftsman was different. This difference in the level of financial inclusion resulted in differences in business performance between craftsmen classes. The level of financial inclusion was directly proportional to the business performance of each craftsman..

Abstract

This study was a research and development type. The media developed was a lectora inspire-based interactive learning media in general administration subject. The procedure of research and development employed nine out of ten steps of Borg Gall’s research and development (1989). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analyses with t-test. Considering the result of analysis on the effectiveness of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media with t-test formula, it could be found that t-statistic value obtained in posttest of experiment and control class was 5.747, with ttable of 2.000172; thus tstatitic ttable meaning that the improvement of learning outcome in experiment class was better than that in control class. The learning outcome of experiment class showed the mean post-test of 84.53, while that of control class showed the mean posttest of 71.73. The conclusion of research was that Lectora Inspire-based interactive learning media was feasible and was used effectively to improve the students’ learning outcome. It was based on the result of t-test suggesting the significance value (0.0000.05), indicating that there is a difference of learning outcome between experiment class and control class

Abstract

This study examined the three dimensions that should exist in a learning community, namely Student Cohesiveness, Integration, and Task Orientation, related to their influence on attitude toward computer-based statistics. Attitude toward computer-based statistics itself is measured using constructs of the revised Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study was designed to justify the value of information systems (IS) in overcoming accounting students' statistical problems. The use of IS probable to reduce the pressure in dealing with statistics so that there is an opportunity to increase accounting students' competitive advantage. The respondents consisted of 105 undergraduate accounting students. The data was collected using a 5-scale Likert questionnaire then analyzed using Structural Equational Modelling (SEM). With purposive sampling, this study was collected 105 responses obtained from private and state universities. The results indicate that task orientation is the key indicator of the learning community, affecting attitude toward computer-based statistics. Meanwhile, the second-order factors show that all three predictors were essential in explaining attitude toward computer-based statistics and significantly impacted Reuse Intention. This study also suggests implementing an informal learning community to build learning dynamics that are more independent but still controllable so that the learning topic is integrated with certain subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the lesson plan, learning process, and teacher competence based on the Indonesian economics, to develop the subject of economic learning. The object of this research is located in 6 (six) cities/regencies in East Java namely Bondowoso, Pamekasan and Trenggalek, Madiun, Blitar and Kediri in 2016. The research method used is qualitative method. The results showed that none of the lesson plan component belonged to the category of excellent quality. Lesson plan is more functioned as the fulfillment of administrative requirements, rather than as a guide in the implementation of learning. The learning process is implemented good, the assessment of learning process is basically closely related to the results of the assessment of the competence of teachers conducted on input evaluation. The quality of learning is influenced by the condition of students, schools that have students with high passion and high motivation to learn, the implementation of learning will be conducive. Another thing is the lack of material presented by the teacher on the core activities of learning. The teacher often reveals a less precise conceptabout economic theory, as well as the disclosure of events or economic numerical data, teachers are less trying to extract material from economic books to enrich learning materials.
