Abstract

The development of technology and internet networks, as well as the widespread use of smartphones, has resulted to the increase of consumer’s strive for convenience and practicality in various aspects of life, including one of which is the ease of shopping. Online shopping is a trend that is favored by people in this industrial 4.0 era. The use of the internet for business activities is known as Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce). One of the forms of e-commerce is the online shopping sites that have sprung up nowadays. The online buying and selling site that has been widely used in recent years is Tokopedia. Tokopedia has been known as an online buying and selling site that carries a marketplace business model.This study aimed to analyze the effect of e-quality service on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. The results of this research are expected to be a theoretical basis for business people for a credible e-commerce platform to take advantage of opportunities in this digital era. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling using Partial Least Square analysis tool.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi baru memberikan peluang dan ancaman yang berkaitan dengan potensi untuk mendapatkan informasi secara cepat. Teknologi baru membantu melokalisasi, memproses, menyebarluaskan data dalam jumlah besar dan menyiapkannya untuk dianalisis yang berasal dari sumber-sumber terbuka. Intelijen dalam mendapatkan informasi dari sumber terbuka menggunakan Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). Dalam menghadapi perubahan, PIM harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan penggunanya berupa laporan intelijen yang singkat dan cepat.Dengan adanya konsep OSINT maka PIM harus melaksanakan peninjauan kembali tentang pemanfaatan informasi dari sumber terbuka disesuaikan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Teknologi baru mengubah cara pandang orang untuk berpikir, bekerja, hidup, belajar, berkomunikasi, berperilaku, mendapatkan, memproses, dan menggunakan informasi. PIM membutuhkan pengawak yang mempunyai keahlian dan andal di bidangnya sehingga hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan dalam pemilihan sumber daya manusianya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana efisiensi sumber daya manusia PIM dalam memanfaaatkan OSINT. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan NVIVO 12 dan analisis data dengan menggunakan Soft System Methodology (SSM). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis efisiensi SDM PIM dalam memanfaatkan OSINT.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan SDM PIM dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan sistem rekrutmen, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta pola pembinaan karier sumber daya manusia pengawak PIM

Abstract

To create Good Governance, local government innovation is really needed. In this case, the innovation of regional development planning becomes technology-based. The government of Palembang City is one of the local governments in Indonesia that innovates to create Good Governance. This information technology-based local development planning process is called as e-Planning. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data used was primary data obtained through interviews. The results of the study explained that e-Planning is a regional innovation in Local Government Governance. The technology adoption used in e-Planning in Palembang City is Cyber Government or what is often known as e-Government. The e-Planning process in the city of Palembang is in accordance with the timeline or schedule sourced from Bapped Litbang Kota Palembang. Implementing e-Planning at the Government of Palembang City is considered to be better, more effective, more efficient, more complete, more accurate, and easier than before its implementation. It is just that the synchronization and integration between SIMDA Finance and SIPD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, between e-Planning and e-Budgeting are still not optimal, so as a form of the Palembang City Government's commitment to create Good Governance is required upgrading, repairing, refinement and system maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of tax avoidance which is directly influenced by profitability, leverage, the audit committee, as well as to determine the indirect effect of profitability, leverage, and the audit committee on firm value through the tax avoidance variable. population of 23 issuers of the coal sub-sector using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 19 issuers from the 2016-2019 observation year.This research method uses a quantitative approach and focuses on empirical testing between independent and dependent variables. The analysis model uses path analysis. Path analysis is translated by 2 regression equations to test the effect of the independent variable on the moderating variable and the effect of the independent variable on the independent variable through the moderating variable. The results of testing the t hypothesis show a direct and significant effect of profitability and leverage on tax avoidance, while the audit committee has no significant effect on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance directly has a significant and negative effect on firm value. For the indirect effect, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on firm value, while the auditcommittee has no effect on firm value in the coal sub-sector on the IDX.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of organizational climate and work culture variables on work productivity through morale as a mediating variable. The sample in this study were all teachers of the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Bina Ilmi Palembang, totaling 100 people. The sampling technique was saturated sample (census). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method used is quantitative methods, to look for patterns of relationships and / or patterns of influence between independent and dependent variables. The model in this research is the Path Analysis Model. The path analysis model when translated into a regression equation is two regression equations combined into one research model. Based on the t test, it shows the results of organizational climate have a negative and insignificant direct effect on work productivity. Meanwhile, work culture has a positive and significant direct effect on work productivity. Organizational climate and work culture have a positive and significant indirect effect on work productivity. For the indirect effect, organizational climate and work spirit on work productivity through work spirit shows that the total effect is greater, meaning thatspirit acts as a mediating variable for organizational climate and work culture on teacher productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the credibility and attractiveness of Prilly Latuconsina as a celebrity endorser on the purchase decision at online shopping sites “Shopee” in Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. This study uses primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples was 100 respondents and using the convenience sampling method. The analysis techniques that be used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results showed that the credibility and attractiveness of the celebrity endorser had a simultaneous effect on the purchase decision at online shopping site “Shopee”. The partial test results show that the credibility of celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, while the attractiveness of celebrity endorser does not effect the purchase decision at online shopping sites “Shopee”. Through the adjusted coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), a value of 0.193 is obtained, it means that 19.3% of purchasing decision as the dependent variable can be explained by credibility and attractiveness as independent variables. While the remaining 80.7% is explained by other variables which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important factor in the sustainability of the company. Some researchers explore the determining factors of creating customer satisfaction. Based on the statement, this study retests the effect of service quality and system quality on customer satisfaction. The data obtained in this study was obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires with a sample number of 120 respondents and there were 21 data that were not used because they did not meet the criteria in the study. Sampling techniques in this study is accidental sampling, the results of regression testing show that good quality of service will drive the level of customer satisfaction. The condition is different from the quality of the system which shows that the quality of the system does not contribute to customer satisfaction

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship, also known as sociopreneurship, is one approach to overcoming community entrepreneurship challenges such as financial constraints, managerial abilities, limited networks, and a lack of government attention. The purpose of this research is to increase the sociopreneur potential of the SME sector in Beji, Depok City in The New Normal Era. This study employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods based on inferential statistics. In this study, the population consisted of all communities in Beji District, Depok City. The study of multiple linear regression analysis included data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable that has a positive and significant influence on business success is socio-innovation.

Abstract

Saat ini telah banyak diperkenalkan sistem pembayaran digital dengan menggunakan    e-wallet. Pada produk/jasa yang berhubungan dengan keuangan seperti e-wallet, kepercayaan konsumen terhadap perusahaan penyedia aplikasi dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen. Hal yang menarik adalah aplikasi e-wallet yang berasal dari bank seperti Go Mobile by CIMB, Jenius dari bank BTPN saat ini belum mampu menggeser kedudukan       e-wallet nonbank seperti Gopay, OVO dan Dana.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empirik seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan aplikasi e-wallet nonbank di kota Palembang melalui kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner ke 100 pengguna aplikasi e-wallet nonbank seperti GoPay, OVO dan Dana yang berdomisili di Palembang dengan teknik sampling non probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan persepsi resiko konsumen dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk menggunakan e-wallet non bank. Persepsi Resiko adalah faktor yang paling besar mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk menggunakan e-wallet non bank.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the significant influence between Work Motivation and Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intentions of Gojek Driver Partners in the Mataram City Area pasca the Covid-19 Pandemic. Collecting data using the method of determining the sample, namely the census with a total of 102 people collected questionnaires from 150 total of respomdent. Analysis and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with research instruments using a questionnaire via an online google form. The results showed that there was a negative and insignificant effect of work motivation on turnover intentions, a positive and significant effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intentions, a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect job satisfaction on turnover intentions. full mediating and significant effect of work motivation on turnover intentions through job satisfaction and partial mediating and significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intentions through job satisfaction.
