Abstract

This research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes PPKn SD Negeri 002Kirap Jaya sixth grade students, this is evidenced by an average of only 62.14 studentlearning outcomes. While KKM is set at 65. To the researchers conducted a study with theaim to improve learning outcomes PPKn through the implementation of cooperative learningmodel type STAD. This research is a classroom action through the stages of planning,implementing action, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles.The subjects were students of class VI SD Negeri 002 Kirap Jaya with a number of studentssebanya 40 students. The results of the research data showed that the learning outcomes ofstudents has increased, this is evidenced by: (a) the activities of teachers has increased in thefirst cycle of the first meeting activity for teachers to get a score of 11 (45.83%), in the firstcycle II meeting increased with a score of 14 ( 58.33%), the second cycle of the first meetingincreased with a score of 19 (79.19%). And the second cycle II meeting increased with ascore of 22 (91.66%). Activities of students has increased, at the first meeting the first cycle ofactivity students obtain a score of 10 (41.66%), at a meeting of the second cycle II with ascore of 13 (54.16%), at a meeting I cycle II with a score of 17 (70, 83%). And at the secondmeeting of the cycle II with a score of 20 (83.33%); and (b) PPKn learning outcomes ofstudents has increased At the base score / baseline number of students who completed is 20students (50.00%) with a low category, the first cycle is the number of students who pass the30 students (75.00%) with high category and the second cycle the number of students whopass the increase with the amount due totaling 36 students (90.00%) with a very highcategory.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' motivation in mathematics for grade VII-2 SMP 13 Pekanbaru through the application of learning models of Search Solve Create Share (SSCS). Subjects in this study were students of grade VII-2 SMP 13 Pekanbaru in academic year of 2013/2014, and the number of students as much as 36 people. While the object of this research is the application of learning models of Search Solve Create Share (SSCS) to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics for grade VII-2 SMP 13 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in two cycles. The first cycle consists of two meetings and the second cycle consists of three meetings. In order to study this class action work well without the barriers that interfere with the research, researchers compiled stages traversed in action research, namely: planning / preparation of action, action, observation and reflection. Based on the research results, it could be concluded that this study could improve students' motivation to learn mathematics for grade VII-2 SMP 13 Pekanbaru. The average student motivation classically at the meeting before the action was 35.3%, whereas in the first cycle average increase student motivation to learn mathematics to 45.7%; and the second cycle increased to 71.8%. From these, the application of learning models of Search Solve Create Share (SSCS) can increase students' motivation to learn mathematics for grade VII-2 SMP 13 Pekanbaru.Keywords: learning model of search solve create share, learning motivation

Abstract

This study is peneilitian class action was motivated by the low learning PJKO fourth grade students SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kota. This is evident from the acquisition value of the average students who are still under the KKM is equal to 56,00 being KKM specified value is 61, other than that of the 20 students only 7 (35.00%) students who completed their study results. Based on this the researchers applied media with the aim of improving student learning outcomes PJOK. This classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kota in the fourth grade with the number of students 20 students, the study was conducted 2 cycles and be done with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that after the implementation of learning media, learning outcomes PJOK increase, evidenced by the acquisition: "At the initial data is the number of students who completed 7 students (35.00%) with an average nilaia 56.00, in the first cycle increased by the number of students who completed totaling 13 students (65.00%) with the average value of students increased to 72.50. And the second cycle learning outcomes increased with the number of students who completed the acquisition of up to 19 students (95.00%) with the acquisition value by an average of 83.25. Based on this acquisition can be concluded that the application of instructional media can improve learning outcomes PJOK fourth grade students SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kota.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia learning media on science subjects using Adobe Flash as a learning media for SD IVC classes. This development is in the form of learning media products in an interactive CD. The method used in this study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method with a 4D model that has 4 stages of development, namely define, design, development, and desseminate. The results of the validation test show that interactive multimedia learning media in science subjects are declared good with the results of validation by media experts 3.75 with very valid categories, expert material 3.5 with very valid categories, and by 3.54 users in good categories. Based on the N-Gain of 0.60 with the medium category and it can be said that the effectiveness of interactive multimedia as a learning media is classified as effective. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of interactive multimedia on science subjects using adobe flash as an instructional media for SD IVC is declared feasible and effective to be used in the learning and teaching process

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the implementation of process skills in the learning process at several Elementary Schools in Wringinanom-Gresik. The method in this study was descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected through a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 choices, namely SA (Strongly Agree), A (Agree), D (Disagree), SD (Strongly Disagree). The respondents in this study were 21 teachers from several elementary schools. Based on the results obtained fromt the respondents, it was found that 81% of the teachers agreed and applied the process skills while 18% of the respondents disagreed. This was because not all learning models were applicable by using process skills. This study concluded that the majority of teachers at Elementary Schools in Wringinanom - Gresik implemented and agreed the learning process with process skills. In addition, it was also found that the teachers’ knowledge about the process skills was good.

Abstract

Based on the results of tests conducted on social studies student learning results obtained arelow, the researchers observed that in general the students have not reached the limit ofmastery learning expected by SBC. Students who reach KKM on the subjects of socialsciences with KKM 65 only 10 (50%) of 20 students. Furthermore, the low student learningoutcomes occurred is also due in teaching subjects the researcher as a teacher gives lessvariation and implementing teaching methods that can make students feel happy and makeactive students become more active and creative in learning which in turn student learningoutcomes low, This research forms a classroom action research. Classroom action researchis one of the efforts of teachers in the form of various activities undertaken to improve or toimprove the quality of learning in the classroom. From the research data result of learningIPS above can be seen yield increases social studies students from the action on thepreliminary data for the first cycle to the second cycle by improving student learningoutcomes that menigkat are significant, the initial data of students who achieve mastery only50% and in I cycle to the increase has reached 70% and the thoroughness of the class in thesecond cycle reaches 80% of the 20 students of grade VI SD Negeri 007 Kampung Baru

Abstract

Problems in the Classroom Action Research (PTK) is the low learning outcomes IPA A fourth grade students of SDN 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling. This study addressed the problem by applying direct instrucsion models. The problem of this research is "Is the direct application of the model intruction IPA can improve learning outcomes in grade IV A SDN 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling ?. The purpose of this study is to improve science learning outcomes in class IV A SDN 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling by way of direct intruction models. Direct intruction A model of fourth grade students of SDN 015 Sungai Salak, Kecamatan Tempuling can improve learning outcomes significantly. At first the student learning outcomes pre-cyclye is 36.00 categorized as very unfavorable; in the first cycle was 61.00 with category; and the results of the second cycle is 81.50 with very good category. Mastery learning individually and classical increases; pre-cyclye 4 students and 20.00 (not finished); in the first cycle is 12 students and 60.00% (not finished) and the second cycle is 19 students or 95% (complete). Based on observations of fourth grade students of SDN 015 A Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling, activity in the first cycle an average of 72% or better and the second cycle of activity is 82% or better at all. Students seem to understand the direct intruction models and they can understand the subject matter properly and appropriately. Based on the research results with direct instructional improvement intruction models managed to fix the problem of low student learning outcomes SDN 015 class IV A Sungai Salak Kecamatan of Tempuling.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation of students in grade V SD Negeri Pasi Pinang. This study aimsto describe the effort to improve students' learning motivation through the use of inquiry methods and toincrease learning motivation through the use of inquiry method in science subjects. The type of this research isclassroom action research, the subject of this research is the students of class V SD Negeri Pasi Pinang whichamounted to 24 students. The object of this research is the improvement of students' learning motivation inscience subjects. The results showed that the use of inquiry method can improve the motivation of students ingrade V SD Negeri Pasi Pinang. This can be seen from the average score of students' learning motivation incycle I is 60.2%, in cycle II increases with score 70.5%, and cycle III increases with score 92.8%. based on theresults of these studies indicate that the student's learning motivation every cycle has increased after appliedinquiry method.

Abstract

Character education has become widespread in the education world nowadays. Character education requires educators to contribute fully in the cultivation of character values to realize a civilized nation by maintaining local knowledge of each in every area that eroded due to shifting of the age. This study aims to describe the character education based on local wisdom (Bugis) in primary school SDN Lautang Belawa Wajo District of South Sulawesi. This research was a qualitative research using a case study with the observation method by looking at direct activities at school, interview to learn the characters that were applied at school, and documentation by looking at the results of report cards or portfolios of students. The result showed that the implementation of the character based on local wisdom that consists of obedience to God almighty (mapatoh ri Dewatae), honest (ma lempu), discipline (ma patoh), hard work (ma reso temangingi), responsible (Soppo: renge), love for the homeland (ma ri poji wanuata), peace-loving (siamaseang) were not completely applied and still needed to be evaluated. Supporting factors were the motivation of parents and school cooperation then inhibiting factors were the facilities, rules, learners’ background, lack of awareness of learners, and learners’ social environment. The conclusion of the research was the implementation of character based on local wisdom from several findings of the character value has not been seen and was well implemented.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low results of students' mathematics learning. Of the 35students only 15 students (40.54%) who completed study results, while the average valueobtained by the students was 68.65. This study aims to increase the students' mathematicslearning through PMRI. This research is a class act who performed two cycles. Based on theresearch of learning outcomes and learning activities teachers and students expressedincreased. In the first cycle 1 meeting activities for teachers to get a score of 14 (70%), in thefirst cycle 2 meeting increased with a score of 15 (75%). In the second cycle 1 meeting obtaina score of 17 (85%) and the second cycle 2 meeting obtain a score of 18 (90%). Besides thestudent activity also increased in the first cycle of meeting one activity students obtain a scoreof 12 (60%), in the first cycle 2 meeting increased with a score of 16 (80%). In the secondcycle 1 meeting obtain a score of 17 (85%) and the second cycle 2 meeting obtain a score of17 (85%). The results of students' mathematics learning increases the basic score averagevalue obtained was 68.65 increase in the first cycle with an average value of 95.41 hasincreased in the second cycle with an average value of 97.97.
