Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the compound word riau dialek of the Malay language Terempa. This study also discusses the type of compound words, the prosess of formation of compound words, and the meaning of compound words. This research uses descriptive method. The data in this study are utterances informant containing compound words. The purpose this research is to describe what are the types of compound words Riau dialect of the Malay language Terempa, how the process of formation of compound words dialect Terempa Riau Malay language, and what meaning of compound words Terempa Riau Malay language. Abstract

Abstract: The research is to know the the effect of games theme song with animals to kinesthetic Intelligence development 5-6 years old children in pembina kindergarten district pangean Kuantan singingi regency. The sample of population in this research is 5-6 years old to amount to 21 person’s. to collect the data is observasion technis. To analysis data used in this research is test-t. the result of research is obtained from the correlation r2=0,370 and the value of significance is 0,000. Because 0,370>0,05 then Ho rejected. The means of research the effect of games theme song with animals to kinesthetic intelligencedevelopment 5-6 years old children’s. the receive or reject hypothesis based on SPSS data windows for version 17 then can be seen from a comparison t value and t table is calculation of the test-t, seen that result t value -17,714 from the partiesof absolutely price, so the minus (-) price canot be used (Sugiyono, 2010). Then value 17,714. Dk=38 and the fault stage 5%=2,101, it can be seen the t price count greaterthan t table the first fault 5% (17,714>2,101). The mean Ho= were rejected and Ha=accepted. From the research I have conclusion that the games theme song with animals is be alternative to the teacher kinesthetic intelligence. Games theme song with animals to kinesthetic Intelligence development 5-6 years old children in pembina kindergarten district pangean Kuantan singingi regency the effect as big as 37% . which can be defined that developing a kinesthetic child intelligence be affected be other factors.Keyword: Kinesthetic Intelligence, Games Theme Song With Animals

Abstract

Absract: This study has to purpose the correlation of work motivation and classroom management skills of early childhood teacher in Simpang Baru Village Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all early childhood teachers in Simpang Baru Village District Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaruas many as 74 teachers consisting of 12 early childhood Institution. The research sample using simple random sampling technique , namely taking a random sample , in it can besamples in this study were as many as 42 teachers who have received training in early childhood institutions in Simpang Baru Village District Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaru.Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and observatio.Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis product moment that have previously been tested assumptions. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between work motivation and classroom management skills. Abstract

Abstract: Knowledge mother a deeper understanding of the importance of play with peers for children aged 4-6 years are very important because that way a mother can do more precise action against child with a view to achieving development and growth of children optimally. Play with peers for children should not be considered unimportant, because so many meanings that are found by children and especially against its development. Parents, especially mothers should be aware of the play as the childs development. With so parents should take enough time for children to socialize with peers. But the phenomenon is still assuming that play with peers it is not important. Still think that anyone can become a friend of children without limiting the childs age peers during play. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of describing how well the knowledge about the importance of play with peers for children aged 4-6 years in kindergarten Ridha district, Pekanbaru. The results show: 1) knowledge of mothers about the importance of play with peers for children aged 4-6 years in kindergarten Ridha district, Pekanbaru overall indicator is categorized quite well with the percentage of 51.09%. 2) From the whole, it can be seen that the indicator out higher than the other five indicators. And from these results it can be concluded that the knowledge possessed by the mother about the importance of playing with peers at the level of know who has the highest percentage of 53.07%.Keywords: Knowledge, mother, friends

Abstract

Abstract: Picture and picture model of learning is a learning model that uses images and matched or sorted into a logical sequence. In picture and picture learning model provides a foundation for developing the child's ability and essential for social activities, personal, and moral. Teachers should be able to create an atmosphere of active learning, innovative, creative and fun. Based on the phenomenon, there are still children who do not want to wash hands after eating and wiped his hands kebaju, there are still children who spoke to the teacher using a high note, indifferent, there are still children who show impatient with the way shouted, while waiting their turn to play and children are still not accustomed to restore the toy in place when I have often reminded by the teacher. For this study aims to determine the influence of the learning model of picture and picture in enhancing moral values of children aged 5-6 years. Obtained results: before using the learning model picture and picture the child in middle category with a total percentage of 88.24% and after using the learning model picture and picture, children are at high category with a total percentage of 70.6%. From the overall results are the effect of picture and picture model of learning in improving the child's moral values on the percentage of 34.3%.Keywords: Picture and picture,morality,children,teacher

Abstract

Absract: The background of this research because the where the research has not met the standards as in Permendiknas. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Standards in kindergarten early childhood Management Laboratory FKIP Riau University. This type of research is qualitative research used to examine the natural conditions, where the researcher is a key instrument, sampling data sources. Which is the object of this research is the manager of TK Laboratory FKIP Pekanbaru Riau University. Data collection is done by; interview, observation and documentation study. the study was conducted during the month, interviewed the manager TK, objectives of management / general management of early childhood education is the key word for covers effective and efficient, so it is intended that the management of early childhood education goals as planned effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Abstract : This research was aimed to know the effect of welfare towards the commitment of teachers working in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of Pekanbaru. This research was used quantitative research. The population of research as 122 people. Considering the large population, the determination of number the sample was done by using Solvin opinion in order to obtains a sample of 55 people. Data collection technique was used a questionnaire on the likert scale. Data analyzed technique simple linear regression techniques with statistical methods SPSS for Windows version 17. simple regression analysis is used to determine whether or not the effect of welfare on the commitment of teachers working in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the research results obtained by value t count> t table (9775> 2007) then Ho is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect between the welfare of teachers with teachers' work commitments. So in this case can be concluded that the welfare of teachers affect the commitment of the teachers working in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of the city of Pekanbaru. Determinant coefficient value (R Square) of 0643. This means that the influence of teachers' welfare to work commitment of teachers in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of Pekanbaru City amounted to 64.3% while the remaining amount (100% - 64.3 = 35.7%) is influenced by other variables that are outside of a teacher's welfare variables.Keywords : Welfare, Work Commitment

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the influence of used cardboard game against beginning math skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. This type of research is experimental design with one group pretest posttest design. Population and sample in this study were 20 children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. Collection techniques namely direct observation of children's activities. Data were analyzed using t-test formula and method of statistical analysis with SPSS for windows release.16. The hypothesis of this study was the influence of used cardboard game against beginning math skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t value amounted to 13.703, while t table with level sig (5 %) and (df = n - 1 = 20-1 = 19) t table amounted to 2,093. Because t is greater than t table or 13.703 > 2.093, it means that the influence of old cardboard games against beginning math skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. Determinant coefficient generated is equal to r2 = 0,562. This means that the influences of used cardboard game against math skills in children beginning kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah by 56,2%. And can researchers conclude that the presence of cardboard used to influences the game math skills in children beginning kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar.The keywords: Used Cardboard Game , Math Ability Beginning

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is a discipline problem in children, the researchers found several children: do not pray before and after the study, did not ask permission out in learning, likes to talk loudly and shouting, no running in the class, do not want to put playground equipment on the shelves, no one spoke when the teacher was explaining, and no one can not sit neatly / silent when learning takes place even interfere with his friend who was working on a task. These actions indicate that there are children who do not obey the rules / regulations. The aim of this study was to determine the child's learning style and discipline as well as to determine the effect of learning styles to discipline children in kindergarten Islam Al-immigrants Perak Simpang Jaya village Right Kerinci District of Siak. The method used in this research is a quantitative study using correlation techniques. The sample used in this study were 48 children. The data collection techniques is done by observation. Based on the research results child's learning style more on visual learning style with a percentage of 60.5%, while the discipline of children classified into the category of being with a percentage of 79.1%. From the research that the correlation between the visual learning style with discipline is not significant and shows that the direction of a negative correlation with the strength of the correlation is very weak. Furthermore, the correlation between auditory learning style with discipline is not significant and shows that the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of the correlation is very weak. While the correlation between kinesthetic learning style with discipline are significant and show that the direction of a negative correlation with the strength of the correlation is weak. the overall results of this study showed no influence of learning style to child disclipine at islam al-muhajirin kindergarten in simpang perak jaya village kerinci kanan district siak regency This is evident from the results of Chi Square test.Keywords: learning style, discipline
