Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to determine the performance of Japanese language teachers of SMA in Pekanbaru as the implementation ofCurriculum2013 in the process of learning based on the perception of Japanese teachers and the school. Respondents in this study were 7 Japanese language teachers and 4 representatives of the school curriculum. Sampling technique used in this this research was Saturated Sampling. This technique used in order to determine the sample when all members of the population used as the sample. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. This method was done by processing data and presented through percentage calculation and the answer. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall data on the performance of Japanese teachers based on the perception of teachers were in good category (51% -100%), with a percentage of 59.4%. The data obtained about the performance of Japanese teacher of SMA in Pekanbaru as the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in the learning process based on the perception of the school were in good category (51% -100%), with the acquisition of percentage was equal to 68,7%. Further researchers are expected to involve students to be part of this study.Key Words: Curriculum 2013, Teachers’ Perfomance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve social learning outcomes with Cooperative Script learning model with the help of audio visual media in the students of IVC SDN 188 Pekanbaru. This study is classroom action research (CAR), with the subject of research was student class IVC SDN 188 Pekanbaru. The result of research showed that social learning through cooperative script model with the help of audio visual media can improve social learning outcomes. This can be seen from : (1) teacher activity increases from percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle of 66,66% (enough category), in the second cycles of 91,67% (very good category); (2) student learning activities of increase in each cycle. Student learning activities increased from the percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle of 62,50% (enough category), on the second cycles of 87,50% (very good category); (3) student learning outcomes increase from average value before action equal to 63,00 with completness 43,33% (unfinished), increase in cycles I equal to 12,95% with a value 71,16, and in cycle II increased by 28,03% with value 80,66. With that, the conclusion is implementation of cooperative script learning model with the help of audio visual media can improve social learning outcomes.Keywords : Cooperative Script learning model with the help of audio visual media, learningoutcomes, Classroom Action Research (CAR).

Abstract

Abstract: Early childhood education is an effort to stimulate the development of children to be more optimal. One of the aspects of early childhood development that needs attention in TK Permata Bunda is the ability to speak, because based on the results of the survey there is still a child's delay in children's speaking ability and lack of learning media that support to develop children's speaking ability. This study aims to determine the effect of pictorial spinning ball media on the ability to speak children aged 5-6 years in TK Permata Bunda Subdistrict Batang Peranap Regency Indragiri Hulu. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used in this study were 21 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 16. The research hypothesis is that there the effect of the pictorial spinning ball media toward the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years in tk permata bunda subdistrict batang peranap regency indragiri hulu. Based on data analysis known thitung= 18,362> ttabel = 2.086 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. Because Sig <0,05 it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability of children to the speaking ability before and after given the pictorial spinning ball media . Based on the data analysis, there is the effect of the pictorial spinning ball media toward the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years in TK Permata Bunda Subdistrict Batang Peranap Regency Indragiri Hulu which is significant at 43.50%.Keyword: Speaking Ability, Instructional Media

Abstract

Abstract: The classroom action research is consisting two cycles. The research purpose is to know activities and learning outcomes of students SMAN 9 Pekanbaru, especially on chemistry subject, solubility equilibrium by used talking chips cooperative model. Subjects research are 39 students, class XI MIA 6 which consisted 17 boys and 22 girls students. Techniques used to collect data include observation and tests. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the percentage of learning activities of students I cycle of 64.58% increased in cycle II to 81.25%. The percentage of students' learning outcomes also increased in cycle I by 64.10% to 89.74% in cycle II. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type of talking chips can improve the activity and learning outcomes of students Class XI MIA 6 SMAN 9 Pekanbaru On the subject of Solubility Equilibrium.Key words: Activity, Learning outcomes, Talking Chips, Solubility Equilibrium

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of Single Leg Hop exercise on leg muscle power at Athletes Randori cabor Kempo dojo Bangkinang so that when doing kicks get the desired power. The design of this study used the observation method with one-group technique pretest-postest with sampling according to the acquisition of total sampling technique amounted to 7 people. Instrument used in this research is Vertical Power Jump Test which aims to measure limb muscle power athletes randori cempo kempo where data collected through preliminary test and final test Vertical Power Jump Test. The test result data is then processed using statistics to test the normality by lilifost test at a significant level α = (0.05). Based on the analysis of statistical data obtained pre-test data Lcount of 0.1769, post-test data Lcount of 0.1844 and Ltable 0.300. Further analysis of t test obtained by Tcount of 14.21 and Ttable 1.943. Thus it can be concluded that there is the influence of single leg hop training on leg muscle power in Athletes Randori cabor Kempo dojo bangkinang.Key Words: Single Leg Hop, Limb Muscle Power.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Satisfaction of the Students of Learning, Learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem of this research is the Satisfaction of the Students of Learning, Learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City is high. The population in this study as many as 43 residents learn. the researchers used a saturated sample so that all the population in the sample as much as 43 residents studying in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City, and 20 people for trials in Learning Activity Center (SKB) Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 40 statements and after the trial live 37 valid statements to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the satisfaction of studying residents, learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru the highest learning service by tutor with percentage 64,92% means that tutor provide good service to citizen learn in learning activity. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the level of critical thinking ability of students in grade VIII SMP Negeri Pekanbaru on vibrations, waves and sound materials. The population in this study is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri Pekanbaru that has implemented the Curriculum 2013 for four years be successive totaling 950 people. The sample was taken proportional random sampling so that the sample was 255 people. The research instrument is a matter of critical thinking skill test based on the indicator of critical thinking ability. Data were collected by providing tests to samples who had studied vibration, wave and sound materials. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis with percentage technique, which gives an idea about the level of critical thinking ability. The results of this study provide information that the average percentage of critical thinking ability of students in grade VIII SMP Negeri Pekanbaru is 69.88% with the level of critical thinking ability in the medium category.Keywords: Critical Thinking Ability, vibrations, waves and sound materials.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to produce mathematics learning devices in form of syllabus, Lesson Plan (LP), and Student Worksheet (SW) based on discovery learning on number sequence material in eigth grade. Development model used is 4D that consist of define, design, develop, and dissemination. The research is limited to develop stage. Testing conducted included validity test on syllabus, four LP, and four SW, along with practicality test of the SW usage. Validty test was conducted by involving two experts and a practitioner, then practicality test was conducted in small-group test at SMPN1 Tualang by involving ten students. Validity Data included scores and validator’s suggestions that collected with questionnare technique used validator sheet. Practicality Data included scores and respondent’s suggestion that collected with questionnare technique used students response questionnare. The suggestions collected was analyzed with data reduction method, and the scores collected was analyzed with editing, coding, and data tabulation method. In data tabulation, calculations are performed to determine average percentage scores of the validation and small group test results. Based on the data analysis of the validation results, obtained the average percentage score for: (1) syllabus 94,81%; (2) LP overall more than 94%; and (3) SW overall more than 91%, then based on the data analysis from the result of questionnaire of students response, obtained the average percentage score for SW overall more than 87%. Thus, it can be concluded also that the learning devices have complied very valid criteria, and the SW also has complied very practical criteria.Keyword: Mathematic Learning Devices, Discovery Learning, Development Research,4D Model

Abstract

Abstract: The fact that at the present time is still a lot of juvenile delinquency among students therefore guidance and counseling teachers (BK) plays a very important role in dealing with the problem of juvenile delinquency in learners. Therefore, researchers feel the need to analyze about juvenile delinquency and the role of BK teachers in overcoming them. This study aims to determine the description of the types of juvenile delinquency and the role of BK teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The subjects were 3 BK teachers.The method used is a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained through questionnaire. Analyze data using percentage techniques. The results showed that the description of the types of juvenile delinquency was in the low category. Juvenile delinquents include fights, coercion, bodily harm, destruction, theft, lack of self-esteem and honor, drug abuse, alcohol consumption, pornography, school treking, late daatang to school, no complete attributes to school, smoking in in school environments, cheating in the classroom and lying to teachers and friends.Misbehavior is in the low category because of the role of BK teacher in overcoming juvenile delinquency in good category. BK Teachers cope with juvenile delinquency by taking preventive actions such as conducting religious activities, extracurricular activities, providing motivation, orientation services, information services, group guidance, data collection services, media services. Curative action is to train discipline, orderly, and orderly, doing healthy recreation with high discipline, activating youth organization, counseling, follow-up and hand over case. Repressive measures of oral and written warnings, punishment, home visit and involving all components.Keywords: Juvenile delinquency, Role of teacher BK

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teacher skills in class management on the learning outcomes of Business Economics student class X SMK PGRI Pekanbaru. The population is 145 students and sample is 106 responden, taken by simple random sampling techniqgue. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Result of research based on simple linear regression of teacher skill in class management have positive effect to result of learning, can with regression equation 24,286 + 0,947. Judging from Determination R2 obtained niali of 0.339. This means that teachers' skills in classroom management (X) contribute 33.9% of learning outcomes (Y).
