Abstract

Abstrack: The students’ career planning can be increased by the guidance services group. This study aims to reveal the students career planning before implementation guidance services group. To know the process of implementation of guidance services group to the student career planning. To describe the students career planning implemented after guidance services group. To determine differences in students career planning implemented before the after guidance services group. To find out how much influence the guidance services group to students career planning. In this study, using a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were students of class X MIA 3 and class X IIS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 totaling 30 students. To distinguish the career planning of students before and after using the test guidance services group 't' and obtained prices t_count greater than the price of t_tables at 5% level (10.93> 2,000). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means this study there are significant differences between students career planning before and after the service conducted group guidance class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Then the results of the test product moment r = 0.54 and coefficient determinant = 0.29. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that once implemented guidance services group on career planning for college students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru increased by 29%.Keywords: Guidance Services Group, Career Planning

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study aims to analyze the development strategy of agroindustry Dapoer Rendang Riri Payakumbuh. The subjct of this study is Agroindustry Dapoer Rendang Riry in Payakumbuh. The instruments of data collection were an open quetionnare, interviews and documentation. Data ware analyzed by using SWOT matrix. The result showed that the alternative strategies that can be applied by the company such as maintaining the quality of products and services, increasing the market share, expanding the utilization of technology in the company's activities, developing professional management system, cooperating with raw material suppliers, increasing promotion with exhibition and sponsorship, improve the product packaging system, and expand the parking lot. The result analysis shows that company has the strength that can be utilized in reaching the existing opportunity, wiht the main of strategies such as maintaining the quality of products and services, and increase market share.Keywords: strategi of development, agroindustry

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes about the use of keigo in the concept of uchi-soto appearing on Japanese drama titled conversation Kaseifu No Mita by Kazuhiko Yukawa, which aims to identify and understand more about the situation and use keigo based on the concept of uchi-soto in daily conversation so that no more errors in use it in daily conversation, especially for Japanese learners at the University of Riau.The methodsthat are used in this research is descriptive and data analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer analyzes the use Keigo based uchi-soto situation of the conversation. This study shows that the results of the Japanese people differentiate the attitudes because of awareness of the acts, behave and conduct limitation that committed by a person towards his/her partner  in a conversation by adjusting kinds of language / Japanese politeness level (keigo). Keywords:analysis, sosioliguistic, keigo, concepts, uchi-soto.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of instrument diagnostic test as a testlet model for learning difficulties detection on chemistry is a kind of reserach development which is used ADDIE model. The ADDIE model has consisted some stages such as: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Because some limitations, The research stage just until is done until Implementation stage, that use some doing trial in limited subjects used, is trialed at SMAN 12 and the istruments is done validated by some lectures of Pendidikan Kimia-FKIP, UR. The study aims to: (1) develop of instrument diagnostic test as a testlet model for learning difficulties detection on chemistry is a kind on buffer, (2) Know the learning difficulties detection using on chemistry is a kind diagnostic test model testlet instrument, (3) Know the reliability of the problem, the level of difficulty of the problem, and the differentiation of the problem. The results of the research shows that: (1) The diagnostic test instrument of developed testlet model is stated valid from material aspect, construction aspect, and language aspect, (2) students of class XI IPA 2 SMAN 12 Pekanbaru have difficulty studying on indicators 4, 5 and 6 Students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 12 Pekanbaru have difficulty studying on indicator 2, 4, and 6. (3) reliability matter 0,55; The difficulty level of the item consists of 15 items of easy category, 12 items on medium category, and 13 items on the difficult category; The problem of differentiator of item item consists of 2 items of good category, 2 items about good category, 9 items about enough category, and 27 items about bad category.Key Words : Learning Difficulties, Diagnostic Tests, Testlets, Buffers.

Abstract

Abstract: The Snowball Throwing learning model is an instructional model that divides the students into groups, which each group member makes a question on a piece of paper and shapes it like a ball, then the ball is thrownto another student for a specified duration of time, which then each student answering questions rom te ball e obtained. By applying this learning model can train students to be more responsive to receive messages from others and convey the message in a group and can solve a problem given to him, but also to improe student activeness in the learning process, creating studens wo are more critical and analysis in learning because by using tid model students as much as possible more understanding of learning materials. Te purpose of this research is: 1) To know the implementation of teacing activities of teachers by using the model of Snowball Throwing on students of grade VIII.1 SMP N 3 Tambang, 2) To know the implementation of learning activities of students by using the model of Snowball Throwing on students of grade VIII.1 junior N 3 Mine, 3) To know the extent of the success of teaching and learning using the Snowball Throwing model on the students of grade VIII1 SMP N 3 Tambang. This study was conductedin 2 cycles. Subjectsin this study were all students class VIII1 SMP N 3 Tambang amounting to 33 people. Technical analysis of data in this study using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the activity o teachers during two cycles increased in the first cycle of meeting I obtained a score of 18 with good category, increased in the second meeting to 20 with very good category, and increased again in cycle II meeting I obtained score 25 with very good category, and increase at meeting II with get score 26 with good category. Student activity increased in cycle I meeting I got score 666 with enough category, increased at second meeting to 685 with good category, icrease in cycle two meeting I got score 700 with good category, and increased at the second meeting with a score of .726 with good category, and student learning outcomes increased with the average daily recurrence of cycle I was 68.63% and increased in daily repetition of cycle II with an average score of 72,87%, it can be concluded that by using Snowball Throwing model can increase teacher activity, student activity and test result of learning subject of student history class VIII.1 SMP N 3 Tambang.Keywords: Snowball Throwing Learning Model, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of rotate wheel game towards sex knowledge of the children aged 5-6 years old. This research was conducted in TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar during April to May 2017. This research is an experimental research using one group pre-test design post-test design through test using child work sheet to child sex knowledge. The population in this study is the whole group B and the sample in this study amounted to 17 children. The method used in pre-experiment with one group design is the experiment conducted on one group only without any comparison group. The type of instrument used in this study is to use the test of sex knowledge in children to know the knowledge of the child during the treatment given. Based on hypothesis test results obtained there is the influence of rotate wheel game towards sex knowledge of the children aged 5-6 years old in TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar. Retrieved tcount at 10.549 with sig 0000, because sig <0.05 then we can conclude that there are significant influence rotate wheel game towards sex knowledge of the children. In Hypothesis test can be seen tcount = 10.549> t table = 2.120. It can be interpreted that there is a significant influence rotate wheel game towards sex knowledge of the children aged 5-6 years old is 66.81%.Keywords: Child Sex Knowledge, The Rotate Wheel Game

Abstract

Abstract: Borudah art which is located in Kecamatan Rokan IV Koto is an art that contains religious values education which summarized in the form of Arabic poetry (poetry) and is sung with the rhythm of chronic melancholic musicality. Borudah art is often played by men with contain 6 to 8 members. This art is generally taken up at night during religious events such as the welcoming of Ramadhan holy month and the customs event. The poems that are played in this bourgeois art usually contain about shalawat or praise to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Borudah art in general has several functions such as function at the wedding, religious functions, entertainment functions and beauty functions. Borudah art in the rokan IV koto rokan hulu district until now still able to maintain its existence in the middle of the wave of modernization. Various activities undertaken by the people of Rokan IV Koto District in preserving Borudah Arts such as Inviting Borbel art performers at the wedding ceremony, featuring Borfore Arts at the ceremony of welcoming the holy month of Ramadan and the Aqiqah event. Based on the data that can be broadly borzen art contains several values such as religious values, moral values, social values and customs values.Keywords: History, Borudah Art, Rokan IV Koto

Abstract

bstract : Learning to use the principle of early childhood learning, play, and sing. Early childhood learning to be realized in a way that can make children active, happy, free to choose. Children learn through interaction with tools and supplies as well as a human game. Gross motor development is very important for children kindergarten for gross motor development affects the development of the other. Motor skills of kindergarten children will not develop without the maturity of motor control, motor control will not be optimal without physical fitness, physical fitness can not be achieved without physical exercise. TK Pertiwi Benai Benai located in the Village SubDistrict of Benai, this is one of the early childhood education institutions are experiencing some problems with regard to the learning gross motor skills in children with methods of game ball relay. Problem 1. Some children may not be able to observance perturan game. 3. Some children are difficult to perform motion bounding. 2. Child difficult to throw directionally. 3. Children are not able to catch the ball. In addition there are some children who still lack the coordination capabilities such as hand and eye coordination. Based on the formulation of the problem that has been presented, it can be seen the purpose of this study was to determine the increase in gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten through ball game Pertiwi relay. How is the implementation of a ball game relay to improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pertiwi and knowing how high the increase in gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through the game ball in the kindergarten relay relay PertiwiDengan ball game can improve gross motor skills of children ages 5 -6 years in TK Pertiwi Benai Subdistrict Regency Kuantan Singingi especially on the aspect of speed, agility, and hand-eye coordination in children TK Pertiwi Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi. The game is done by following the steps to play a relay which was carried out so that the results become more optimal, it is seen when a child is asked to go from house to fhoto copy to memotocopy book, of a copy home turns out the child is able to do it well and correctly capability children are developing as expected (BSH) which saw gross motor skills of children before treatment only (30.27%) and then after being given treatment (cycle 1) turns gross motor skills of children increased first cycle that an average of 43.69 and continued an increase in Cycle II reached an average percentage of 75.36%.Keywords: Game Ball Relay, Rough Motoric

Abstract

Abstract : The research about application of guided discovery learning model aims to improve students learning outcomes on the subject of colloid in class XI Science at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. Guided discovery learning model is a model the theacer gave the students examples of spesific topics and guide the students to understand the subjects. The type of research is experiment research with design randomized control group pretest-posttest. The sample consisted of two classes, XI Science 6 as experiment class and XI Science 5 as control class that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class is the class that implemented guided discovery learning model while the untraeted control class. Data analysis techniques used is the t-test. Results of the analysis it was found that tscore > ttable (1,89 > 1,67), it means that the application guided discovery learning model can improve students outcomes on the subject of colloid in class XI Science SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of students learning outcomes including high category with N-gain = 0,84.Key words : Guided Discovery Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Colloid.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the low of student’s ability to reach their target which is a leap of 4.30 meters. The purpose of the research is to determine whether there is a relationship of the speed 40 meters run and the explosive of power leg muscles to squat-style long jump results in male student of XI Social1 MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. The sampling is the overall population (total sampling) of Male Student of XI Social1 MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru which consists of 17 students. The test forms Correlation Techniques. The test data uses normality tests, Product Test Moment Correlation, significant test α = 0:05. The Normality test variables X1, L 0 max (0.1885) <L table (0.206), X2, L 0 max (0.1349) <L table (0.206) and normality test variables Y, L 0 max (0.1369 )<L table (0.206), in other words the level of normal data and the conclusions of research illustrates that there is a significant correlation between the relationship running speed and the explosive of power leg muscle with the results of the long jump, with a correlation of r = 0.497 where r count> r table or 0.497 > 0.510. The categorized of the relationship is strong. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Key Words: 40 Meter Run Speed, Limb Muscle and Power Explosive Long Jump Results
