Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services to increase the values of character class X MIA SMA 12 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. This research was conducted in SMA 12 months Pekanbaru from March 2015 to May 2015. The method used was experimental method to pattern one-group pretest-posttest. That is the subject in the study were a number of students of class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru MIA totaling 30, the subject of research in select purposively in accordance with the characteristics of the subjects to be researched is the practice that has the character values are lowest. Instrument in this study was a questionnaire about the practice of the values of the characters. This questionnaire consists of 40 items on the practice of the values of character with alternative "yes" and "no" and then the data is processed with statistics. The hypothesis proposed is: 1.Terdapat difference in the practice of the values of significant characters before with after the implementation of group counseling to students 2.Terdapat significant positive effect of group counseling services to the increasing practice of the values of the character of the students .. From the research conducted, by using the t test obtained t of 12.5 and ttable of 2,021. So, thitung> ttable (12.5> 2.021). Which means that in this study are differences in the practice of the values of significant characters before with after the implementation of group counseling. From the calculation of product moment correlation Koofesien Determinants known or r2 = 0.39 which means there is a 39% contribution to the improvement of guidance services practice group values MIA character class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015.Keywords: Effect of Group Guidance, Values Character

Abstract: The problem in this research was the students serve in badminton were not optimal or maximal, it could be seen when there were so many shuttlecock which had been served by the students but not up to the line of the opponent, and there were so many served stucked on the net or the serve was higher than the net. This problems mad the shuttlecock was easy to be turned back by the opponent. This problem was assumed as the effect of the flexibility wrist with the right basic of the short serve by the extracuriculler students of SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the connection between the flexibility wrist with the right basic of the short serve in baminton by the extracuriculler students of SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the extracuriculler students of SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru, there are 15 students. The sampling tchnique is total sampling, where samples were taken from all the population. The result from this research can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between the flexibility wrist with the right basic of the short serve because in the significant level α = 0.05 rcount (0,069) < rtable (0,514). There for the hiphotheses was rejected because the rcount < rtable. meanwhile on the correlation of interpretation coefficients rcount (0,069) have a low connection category which means that there is a connection but unsignificant connection between the flexibility wrist with the right basic of the short serve in badminton by the extracuriculler students of SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru.Keywords: The Flexibility Wrist, The Right Basic Of The Short Serve

Abstract: Based on field observations of the gross motor development of children is still before the treatment is given in the form of traditional games jump rubber activity (yeye) is low and teachers are still using methods that dominate and not varied. This means that the need for stimulus is given to children to improve gross motor development activities in the form of a rubber jump (yeye). This study aims to determine the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Baitul Makmur village-Tebing subdistrict Benai Regency Kuantan High Singingi before being given a traditional game of jumping rubber (yeye). The sample in this study amounted to 20 children comprising eight boys and 12 girls aged 5-6 years. In this study, researchers gathered data from the measuring instrument research, observation and documentation. Statistical test with t-test = -24.903 and p = 0.000. Because p <0.05 then can researchers conclude that there is a difference in gross motor development of children is very significant between before and after the application of rubber jumping activities (yeye). So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no difference before and after treatment. According to the table in the value of the t distribution, when df 19, to test the p ihak with a standard error of 5%, then the price of the t-table = 1.740. If the t-count fell to the reception area Ha, Ha stating the gross motor development of children after treatment is higher than before the treatment received. Based on the calculations, it turns out the price of -24.903 t fall on acceptance or rejection Ha Ho. Thus it can be concluded that there are significant differences in gross motor development of children before and after treatment, in which the gross motor development of children is higher after treatment than before treatment

Abstract: This study was aimed at finding out the effect of teacher personality on the students’ result of learning at SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. Population in this study are all the second grade students of SMA YLPI pekanbaru which are 75 students and this study used census sample technique. The data was collected by using quistionnaire about teacher personality that was distributed to respondent. To obtain the value of teacher personality, data analysis that is used is simple liniear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that there is an effect of the teacher personality on the result of learning of the second grade students of SMA YLPI Pekanbaru in Economic subject that is equal to 0.167% or 16.7%, while the rest of 83.3% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study, such as intellegence, peers, learning motivation, and learning discipline factor. It is expected that teachers will increase their personal comptence and students also study harder without seeing who their teacher is.Key Words: Teachers' Personality Competence, Students' Ability, Economic Learning

Abstract: This study aims 1) To determine the level of teacher education in kindergarten Se District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. 2) To determine the effective communication in learning in kindergarten Se District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. 3) To determine the level of teacher education relationship with effective communication in learning in kindergarten Se District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is the correlation method. The population of this study was 284 teachers in kindergarten Se District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru City came from 39 TK. The sampling is random sampling Sample is taking members of the sample taken randomly without regard to strata that exist in this population. Based on the formula, the sample in this study were as many as 74 teachers. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire (questionnaire). Data were analyzed by using quantitative research and data analysis techniques using techniques konferensial. The study hypothesis was sifnifikan There is a positive relationship between level of education and teachers with effective communication in learning in kindergarten Se District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. Based on the research results, we can conclude there is no significant correlation with the level of teacher education in learning effective communication in kindergarten Se District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru City Riau province with a contribution amounting to 0.3522 relationship. That is, the education of teachers with the ability to communicate have a low correlation in the delivery of learning in kindergarten. Key Words: Level of education, effective communication.

Abstract: This research purposed is to know differences in gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years who follow swimming exercise with children who do not follow the learning pool in kindergarten in the District of Lima Puluh Pekanbaru City. This research is a comparative research through observation sheet to the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten in the District of Lima Puluh Pekanbaru City. The sample used in this research 39 people. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 16.0. Based on hypothesis test result obtained t count equal to 6,799. This shows that there is a difference between gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years who follow swimming exercise with those who do not follow the swimming exercise. If there is any difference between t test and t test table then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. To prove the difference between the development of gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years who follow swimming exercise activities with those who do not follow the swimming learning can be tested "t". Based on the calculations obtained tcalculate count of 6.799, while t table (5%) (dk = n1+n2 - 2= 22 + 17 – 2 =37) so that t table 2.042. Based on these calculations, there is a difference in the test t calculate with t table (6,799> 2,042). This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, where Ha reads that there is a difference of gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years 4-5 years who follow swimming exercise with those who do not follow swimming exercise in kindergarten in the District of Lima Puluh Pekanbaru City.Key Words: Gross Motor Skill, Swimming exercise

Abstract: This study aimed purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPA students class fourth of SDN 009 Binio Jaya Kecamatan Kelayang by applying the learning model NHT. The subjects were students of class IV consisting 24 students consisting of 13 male students and 11 female students. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK), which comprises two cycles (4 meetings). Based on the research activities of teachers in the first cycle-one meetings to gain success 58.33% with less criteria. At the 2nd meeting increased to 70.83% with good criterion. In the second cycle to meeting all first gained 83.33% success criteria very well. At the 2nd meeting increased to 91.67% with the criteria is also very good. Activities of students in the first cycle-one meetings to gain success with krieria 45.83% less. 2nd meeting increased to 62.5% with sufficient criteria. Implementation of the second cycle of meetings to-1 increased to 83.33% with good criterion once. At the 2nd meeting increased to 91.67% with good criterion once. The average value of daily tests before deploying IPA student cooperative learning model NHT is 63.54. At UH 1 daily value increased to 67.92 students who have increased as much as 6.89% by the number of students who completed 9 students from 24 students. At UH 2 has increased the average value of as much as 34.76% to 85.63. It can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model NHT can improve learning outcomes IPA students class fourth of SDN 009 Binio Jaya Kecamatan Kelayang. Keywords: Cooperative Learning NHT Model,  Learning Outcomes IPA .

Abstract : One of guidance and counceling teacher’s duty is to do activity or give material that could growing to develop student’s learning motivation trough several serving guidance of counceling activities. One of it called mastering of content. The purpose of this research is to get data about level of student’s learning motivation before and after giving mastering of content control service, and notice the difference in learning motivation after mastering of content service and given the magnitude of the influence that the service given to increase content Mastery Learning motivation of students of class X SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. Using sampling purposive teknique it’s get’s 72 sample of student’s. To received data it the question’s form. Based on research that have done it receive data before giving mastering of content service learning motivation students less than (44%). In fact after disseminating the second question’s form the student learning motivation is increase higher (58%). Based on results of calculation t tests obtained results that thitung (17,75) is larger than ttabel (1,960) with 5% error level, could be interpreting that Ha is received. To see the level of the influence that given by mastering of content service to increase Learning motivation of students of class X SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. It measured from square the interpretation asses correlation coefficient (r2) 0.49 (medium). Which means that the mastery content service gives influence to the improvement of student learning motivation of 49%, whereas 51% is affected by other factors that are contained inside as well as the environment of students. So based on research conducted by the author to the conclusion that can be drawn, awarding the services exert influence content mastery to increase learning motivation of students of class X SMAN 10 Pekanbaru.Keywords: motivation learning, service content mastery, guidance and counseling

Abstract : This research aims to repair process learning and improve mathematics learning outcomes in grade XII technological computer and networking in vocational high school nur ilham district of Pinggir by implementing Cooperative Learning Model STAD type. Subjects of the research were 18 students grade XII whohave the academic ability of the heterogenous. This research is aclasroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, the stages are planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. An increase in the number of students who achieved at UH KKM and of each cycle compared to the number of students who achieve KKM on base score. Results of this research indicate that the application of Cooperatif Learning Model STAD Type can repair process learning and improve the mathematics learning outcomes of students grade XII technological computer and networking in vocational high school nur ilham district of pinggir in the fifth semester academic year 2013/2014.Key words : Process Learning, Mathematics Learning Outcome, Cooperative Learning, STAD, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract:This research is conducted based on mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII.2 students of Junior High School 8 Pekanbaru which is still under KKM (Minimum Criteria of mastery learning) that has been settled by the school that is 78. The aims of this research is to improve the learning process and improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII.2 of SMP Negeri Pekanbaru odd semester of the academic year 2016/2017 At KD (based competence) 1.3 Understanding relations and functions and on KD 1.4 Determining the value of the function. This approach of this research is classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII.2 SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru consisting of 19 male students and 23 female students with heterogeneous ability. This research was conducted on September 13, 2016 until 11 October 2016. Based on the data analysis of teacher and student activity after applying the Questions Student Have strategy in copoperative learning type STAD teacher and student activities are done well and experienced improvement at each meeting. Based on the data analysis of student learning outcomes, there is an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. Based on the analysis of KKM achievement, the number of students who reached KKM at UH (daily test) 1 amounted to 17 peoples with percentage 40,47% and UH 2 amounted to 25 peoples with percentage of 59,52%. From this study can be concluded that the implementations Questions Student Have strategy in cooperative learning type STAD can improve the learning process and also to remind students of mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII.2 of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru odd semester of academic year 2016/2017 at KD 1.3 Understanding relation and function and KD 1.4.
